        I have placed an order of 2 nutella banana waffle through Zomato, i made an instruction in the app's "Add Instructions" section stated " please send Nutella separately" and which was Accepted by the restaurant. I was given order without Nutella, tasteless waffles. When I complaint about the restaurant to Zomato, i was told that i was supposed to call the restaurant but there was no information that i need to call the restaurant if i make instructions. If there is call required, the app should say so, or it's should not have instructions writing option. The customer support offered only half of the refund when I couldn't eat the entire food.

          On 29th June 2022 at 9:36pm, Rs. 545.25 were deducted from my Paytm Wallet by Zomato Media Pvt Ltd.

          I did not place any order for this amount.
          This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse.
          Looking forward to earliest resolution, before escalating this further.

            Hello and good morning zomato team. Zomato id:-FE1909981
            My name is Charanjeet Singh. I have opened my id in the month of may but its june end now and my id is still under verification .It says BGV Failed. And ever since i tried to raise ticket but i have not received a single help.Though i have received a call telling there is a problem in my pancard and i have corrected it.Please get my id started. As i have all the documents. And i cant to wait to work with zomato and i can't let my onboarding money go wasted. Thank you.

                I am based in Pune. I ordered food for my father in law from zomato. It was same order which I had ordered on Monday too. That delivery partner is saying that he called multiple times to me, but I didn't get any single call from zomato... :O
                Also in my father in law's address I had mentioned his number also. But he also didn't get single call from delivery partner or zomato. Swiggy app have that feature.
                And without notifying me that me or my father in law was not reachable. Zomato cancelled that order.
                Apart from that address is very easily reachable. Even the vinayak chemist nearby could have helped delivery partner to know the house. It was just few foots away from that mapped location. How can zomato cancel the order by giving just a single reason that phone was not received.

                In this way I and my friends or relatives wont believe this app functionality.

                I called restaurant, I called delivery partner. Everybody told me zomato have cancelled this order we cant do anything.
                And zomato at very lunch time saying that they couldn't deliver & now denying to refund my money.

                This way I am supposing that another app is good. This had never happened to me with swiggy.

                          I have placed an order at 7:23 PM on 28 June and order was promised to deliver at 7:53 PM . Currently time is 8:35 PM (more than an hr), but still order is not delivered and it is on "Order preparing" state.
                          This is highly unethical from Zomato and Dominoes.
                          Customer care executives are also unable to resolve the issue and leaving the chat in the middle.
