I ordered food and to my surprise it’s absolutely below standard to be eaten . Zero support from Zomato team in refunding my money

I am based in Pune. I ordered food for my father in law from zomato. It was same order which I had ordered on Monday too. That delivery partner is saying that he called multiple times to me, but I didn't get any single call from zomato... :O
Also in my father in law's address I had mentioned his number also. But he also didn't get single call from delivery partner or zomato. Swiggy app have that feature.
And without notifying me that me or my father in law was not reachable. Zomato cancelled that order.
Apart from that address is very easily reachable. Even the vinayak chemist nearby could have helped delivery partner to know the house. It was just few foots away from that mapped location. How can zomato cancel the order by giving just a single reason that phone was not received.

In this way I and my friends or relatives wont believe this app functionality.

I called restaurant, I called delivery partner. Everybody told me zomato have cancelled this order we cant do anything.
And zomato at very lunch time saying that they couldn't deliver & now denying to refund my money.

This way I am supposing that another app is good. This had never happened to me with swiggy.

The second order number is [protected], both the orders were not delivered and I made payment through online internet banking please refund both my order amount as the order was not delivered. I am very disappointed with these services. I have told you this many times in the mail, along with the order screen short on the payment side have also been sent attached with the mail. When will my amount come please tell me. Too much time has passed

My frd accidently use my mobile for log in he's terminated zomato account check but my mobile phone was blacklisted. So, please unblacklist to work together help me sir

I have placed an order at 7:23 PM on 28 June and order was promised to deliver at 7:53 PM . Currently time is 8:35 PM (more than an hr), but still order is not delivered and it is on "Order preparing" state.
This is highly unethical from Zomato and Dominoes.
Customer care executives are also unable to resolve the issue and leaving the chat in the middle.

Sir mai zomato mai 2 months se kam kar raha hu aur meri id FE1842049 hai. meri id disable kar di gayi hai ye kah kar ki mai cycle ki jagah bike se order delivered kar raha hu leking sir mai aisa bilkul bhi nhi kar raha hu mai cycle se hi order delivered kar rah hu. Aap chahe to kisi bhi restaurant ya rider se confirm kar skte hai please help me sir muze kam ki bahut jyada jarurat hai sir please meri id activate kara dijiye please please please sir.

Three zomato order have been done from an unautorised account, look forward to this issue

I ordered from Taco bell on June 15, 2022, and received an unsealed package. When I notice the tampered seals, I immediately took photos of the packaging and contacted Zomato's customer care. TWICE. And both times, they told me that they would not be able to help me.

We are in a PANDEMIC still and still, companies such as either Zomato or Taco Bell are totally okay with a customer receiving food items with tampered seals.

I even contacted Taco Bell in hopes that they would help me but nope, I am still waiting, and Rs ₹372.45 down the drain in the meanwhile.

I ordered food from the restaurant named Veg Treat Legacy which is located at Shop 3, 4, A Wing, Dwarkesh Building, L T Road, Opposite Om Jewellers, Borivali West, Mumbai.
The food was ordered on 21st June 2022 around 9:30 PM
We made a payment of Rs. 410/- and ordered the food through zomato app,
but never received the food delivery. When we contacted the restaurant, the restaurant people said that the food has been delivered and then we made them realize about the incident and they said that the delivery person must have ate the food. I request you to process a full refund for an amount of Rs. 410/- at the earliest.
