So I have an order I cake initially cost 350 but got it for 275 with a promo code; when it reached me, I t was utterly ruined, and I refused to accept it, but the delivery gut told me to make a complaint. I will get a full refund, and so I dit the company, and they gave me 280/- promo code but didn't tell me that I cant use it with any restaurant discount, so when I tried to order the exact cake later it was costing me 350 (means I can't get any discount ) while everyone can get it.
Because I cant discount and lost faith in this app, I bought the cake offline, expecting a full refund,
so at night, I again tried to purchase food costing around 350, and the restaurant offered a 60% discount up to 120rs. Still, to my surprise, I could not use this discount, and the guy on the support app told me I had been compensated; I felt cheated and terrible. If I have been fully compensated that why have to pay 350 for the same order(considering 280rs promo code as my own money) while others have to pay 280? Is it fair?
