    I was required to pay 419rs which i recieved on an COD order back to the zomato account
    I tried it and the app showed it failed but said it would be refunded.so i tried to pay it again and it was successful.but after some time the payment which showed failed later said it was successful.so now 838rs was reduced from my bank account instead of just 419rs.and now it shows as an extra cash on the app what does it mean?

          So I have an order I cake initially cost 350 but got it for 275 with a promo code; when it reached me, I t was utterly ruined, and I refused to accept it, but the delivery gut told me to make a complaint. I will get a full refund, and so I dit the company, and they gave me 280/- promo code but didn't tell me that I cant use it with any restaurant discount, so when I tried to order the exact cake later it was costing me 350 (means I can't get any discount ) while everyone can get it.
          Because I cant discount and lost faith in this app, I bought the cake offline, expecting a full refund,
          so at night, I again tried to purchase food costing around 350, and the restaurant offered a 60% discount up to 120rs. Still, to my surprise, I could not use this discount, and the guy on the support app told me I had been compensated; I felt cheated and terrible. If I have been fully compensated that why have to pay 350 for the same order(considering 280rs promo code as my own money) while others have to pay 280? Is it fair?

              I have always had problems with zomato on the delivery time. Each time they commit a time and they delay in delivering each time. In my last order they delayed the delivery by 30 Mins. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that zomato has not been able to assign a driver however zomato lied.
              Really unacceptable- as this has happened atleast 7 times

                The ice cream I ordered was melted, spilled, cones were smushed completely and were not in an edible state. The company didn't address my concern at all and asked to give review to the restaurant. The restaurant sent the ice cream with 2 ice packs. Its not the first time I am ordering ice cream online.
                First of all, The delivery boy kept the ice cream cones in a bag. He went to wrong house and spent 15 min there. This is completely zomato's fault. you can check the order tracking details he was roaming in society for 15 min unable to find house even though there are only 12 buildings with 8 house each.
                They tried to blame restaurant for this . This is not restaurants problem the cones were damaged during delivery. It is not the right way to deliver inedible crap and say that give review to restaurant. This is 100% zomato's failure. I even sent the photos of how damaged ice cream were still got message to give your concern addressed thru restaurant. If it was not damaged I could have may be kept in freezer and it would have become edible. This is just unacceptable. Atleast the thing should be delivered intact. I want refund for this order. I had to throw all of that crap away. Why would i consider it as exception I spent 200 bucks and got nothing.

                            I have a some sweets for the guest at my home and after 1 hour they cancelled my order without informing me and said that the restaurant owner is not giving the order to the delivery person because someone else from zomato pickedup my order. Now the restaurant is not accepting any order. It was very awkward moment for me. My guests were waiting on my request.

                                I made a payment on 22 june 2022 with UTR NUMBER IS[protected] AND AMOUNT IS 995 through Upi bank of baroda, bank of baroda says me they successfully credited into SBI account and at that moment SBI server was down that's why SBI credited this amount Mannualy into zomato account but zomato refused for this payment, so I am not understanding where gonna stuck this payment, , so please check by your hand this payment credited or not if not so reverse this payment to my account, I am troubling with this issue from 31 days

                                        I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS 3 TIMES THAT MY ZOMATO ORDER HAS BEN NOT GETTING DELIVER ON TIME, SMETIMES RESTARAUNT HAS LOT F ORDERS, SOMETIMED DELIVERY GUY IS NOT PICKING CALL.
                                        And if restaurant has load of orders then why zomato is not displaying that
                                        while ordering

                                        This is very bad from a big company like zomato.
