I have ordered biryani worth rupees 437 from sana bawarchi hotel jeedimetla, near shapur nagar hyderabad at 9.47 pm on[protected] with order-id [protected]. i have paid the amount through phone pe. the delivery boy has not delivered the food but he has updated the status as food is delivered . i have contacted the sana bawarchi he said to contact zomato . i have the audio recording of the person refusing to cancel the food from my end .the delivery person name was ganesh Varri.

    Description of the incident: I had ordered food worth Rs1217 yesterday from Burger King, MG Road, Gurgaon. Im extremely disappointed that since the order had to be done online, i did so but neither did i receive my food and i also lost my valuable money. The chat bot on the Zomato app says that the delivery guy tried calling me, but i really havent received any calls. and if he couldnt reach out to me, he could have rang the house bell. this is very unproffesional and it is a serious matter. this is the reason people dont trust online payment. please resolve this asap. It wasn't even about one burger. I had ordered 17 burgers to them and the app shows rejected even though there was no contact with me.
    Resolution Required: I should be refunded back my money.

      One of the most disgusting services ever experienced on Zomato. I ordered from a restaurant some pantries for Rs 393 and order ID is [protected] and updated the address properly which was confirmed by Zomato. Now, when the delivery guy called me, said he was at the wrong location and told me to pay for his petrol, then only he will deliver the order to my exact address. What a GREAT SERVICE by Zomato. Now I CONTACTed Zomato executive Kagitha. That person told me he won't be able to help me at any cost and the order will not be delivered and here I'm negotiating with the delivery guy for the order to be delivered wow. Now, this is the number of the Delivery guy [protected] along with my order reference ID [protected]. What a great scam by You guys the delivery guy is great he is not at the fault it is Zomato who is responsible to update the address but my order got cancelled and I paid a cancellation charge of Rs 393 and Zomato executive Kagitha said can't help you sir or refund or deliver, we will not not do this again in the future. Is this some kind of Joke going on? Where is the money, where is my order? Why am I liable to pay cancellation charge for ordering and giving a right address. This is soo disappointing and disgusting that made me to to put a legal case on you guys and im not ### sorry for that. I have recorded the voice of the delivery guy claiming the address is not being updated by Zomato and instead a wrong address has been provided by Zomato, so he has to cancel and return the goods to the restaurant owner. He also claimed to be speaking on behalf of this disgusting situation created by Zomato so he gave me his Personal number which I already gave with this message and told me to tell Zomato to talk to him. I Haven't received even after giving a right address, haven't got my money, and have been harassed a lot today by Zomato people.

      I completely understand then why you did you refunded my money for another order Rs 173 because thats a small amount both the orders were in different location or mismatch but charges levied for 393 one instead of Rs 173 one wow. You think i will believe your tricky ### business. I will go and complain in consumer FORUM tomorrow just wait your tricky business is over now. I was literally negotiating with that guy for my order even after paying for the same, your app has bugs you fix it why harassing your CUSTOMERs. This is humiliating and disgusting i will put this everywhere no matter what. This is not first time last time i thought it was a mistake again same thing your tricky ### business has to end. Just wait and watch.

        I got veg biryani instead of non veg biryani.
        I texted them so many times but they don't reply.
        I email them too.
        I was hungry whole night.its kind of mental torture.
        I want my refundi will add photos and PDF of order

            I ordered some food from a restaurant yesterday night. The delivery person brought the package to my apartment, but he was not ready to get down from the vehicle and remained seated. He insisted that I come out of the gate to collect it, and he remained seated in his bike and told me that he was not ready to get down.

            I thought this was very rude behavior and I called Zomato customer care who in turn called the delivery person and gave him instructions to get down from the vehicle and deliver the food to me. He again refused to do so and took the food and left the place.

            The customer care called me and asked whether the issue was resolved, and I replied that the delivery person took the food and left the place. They were not able to say anything after that and told me that my money will be refunded.

            I received the refund sometime later and I logged out of Zomato app and uninstalled it.

              I ordered some sandwiches from zomato but idk why but the amount was deducted but the order was not placed I am really disappointed with this service I hope to get my refund back

                      2 months ago the same had happened but i did not receive any refund. Please look into this asap.

                        Dear Zomato,
                        My Zomato delivery partner id FE2050322 is showing blocked becouse of a reason of strike.You can check my id, i just joined zomato this week only.I am not part of any strike and all.I am also not interested of willing to do any strike against zomato.I joined as a Zomato partner and was able to work for zomato for just one day.I have already complainted against the strike that was going on the city, from the beginning itself that they told me also to dont go to work.As i was a beginner in zomato i had no options other than obeying them for the first day.I had complainted about it that day itself and on costomer support member called me and i had told my situation to him also.For the second i took the leave only because of a personal matter.I guss that resulted in the misunderstanding that i was also part of that strike.You can ask our team leader about me, I was not part in any incidence that occurred because of the strike.
                        I joined zomato with great wish and dont want to lose my job in the first week itself.I have talked with my team leader and he told he was not able to unblock it as it is done by the company.Please consider this request and unblock my id and let me work for zomato

                          I can't use any promo codes in the all for the last few months. I tried installing app on different devices, tried reinstalling multiple times but still didn't work. It says "Coupon codes are not applicable on current order." to all the orders on the app. Please look into this ASAP

                                I ordered two burgers from Zomato they deliver these tonight, but i recieved them wrong as their patty is missing in my order they shown patty in their menu but not give it to me, also they shows various toppings but they only give me half of them, i connect with customer agents but hey only give me half of my amount which i pay them, i want my full payment please help me.

                                  I ordered a meal from Mc Donald's through Zomato Today on 6th August 2022 amounting Rs.727. Transaction got failed from Zomato page however amount got deducted from my ICICI Bank account. Please see the attached screenshot of the debit in my account. Kindly process the refund of the same in my bank account.

                                        I have ordered 7 (seven) chicken biryanis from biryani blues in bengaluru through zomato app, the delivery boy gave me only 2 packs with 3 biryani boxes in each so totally 6 biryanis nd said thatsall the hotel person gave, i will go back and get another one, but he didn't came back, I've called to the biryani blues and askd then they said they have given all the seven biryanis to delivery boy, he only gave me six!!!, I called him but he didn't respond, waste of my money and needed food at right time!!!
