    Address: Ordered from Burger King through Zomato

    Hello, today on 03.08.2022 i had ordered some items from burger king through zomato vide order no [protected].The items are 8*2 veg crunchy volcano + med fries and 6*5pcs veggie strips, but i received only 4*2 veg crunchy volcano and 6*5pcs veggie strips. After raising complaint regarding missing items Zomato placed another order. However, i have asked for reimbursement of my money because i have placed that order at my work place and office hours are 10 am to 6 pm, zomato support placed the order at 5:49 pm neglecting my request. While again placing order vide order no. [protected] i asked the Zomato support to confirm whether i will receive my rest of the order on or before 6:15 pm and will receive full order. Even after insisting he has neglected again and placed the order. Because i knew that burger king takes time to deliver the order and since it was at office, i cannot afford to receive it after office hours. Even after second order i didn’t receive my rest order. The order which i received are 2*2 veg crunchy volcano + 4 med fries (remaining order was 4*2 veg crunchy volcano + 8 med fries). I am raising this issue because even after requesting to consider my refund at the very initial stage they have again placed the order and even after that i have not received my full order, that is why i want my refund of Rs.1747.30. I have wasted my time at office for this refund and to receive my order. But even supervisor of Zomato haven't helped me with this, I want compensation for wasting my time and for facing mental harassment. With a brand like burger king and zomato we don’t expect this harassment.

        After 1 hour my Oder not comes, my home near restaurant but zomato said the delivery boy far from the restaurant but this is not my mistake !

          I was waiting for my food from Zomato when I saw on the map that the delivery boy has picked up my order and is on the way. To my surprise after few minutes, I saw on the tracking map that he wasn’t moving at all and this happened for next 30 minutes. I lost my patience and called the customer care and asked them to talk to the delivery boy to know what was the matter. The customer care after few minutes called back and informed that the delivery boy is not reachable. I was famished and I didn’t want to cancel my order so I waited. After few minutes there was another customer care agent who called me and set me up in conference with the delivery boy where he said that he is just 300 metres away from me. And I kept claiming that he is 15 minutes away since an hour. The customer care was very sure that the map must be slow and the delivery boy is near. The customer care agent then asked me to contact the delivery boy to give directions till my place. I called the delivery boy and told him my address clearly to which he said that I had already informed the company when i picked the order that the location is too far and I will not be able to deliver. Well I got annoyed because he lied to me in the conference call in front of the zomato customer care agent and asked him if he can get my order or what is the option. The conversation went a way too far and he started giving me death threats saying he will come to my location and shoot me.
          I immediately hung up and contacted the customer care of zomato where I showed them clearly that I was scared that he knows my address and he has threatened me. To which they replied very vaguely that he won’t get to me and we will refund.
          Now my concern is how do I get the assurance that he won’t get to me when I have told him my address but the zomato agents kept saying that the location and contact number is confidential.

              My food ordered through Zomato, Order number [protected] for Rs 1924 was cancelled by the delivery team of Zomato within in 45 minutes of ordering.
              Reason for cancellation : Unable to reach customer.

              The chat was immediately closed, i was not allowed to respond and guide the delivery team.

              Zomato is refusing to refund the amount.

              My question :
              1. is there no guarantee of food delivery if ordered through Zomato.
              2. What happened to the food i ordered.
              3. Why is Zomato refusing to refund my amount or never even tried to redeliver my order.

                    My order no [protected] was delayed over 20 mins and it was mentioned if it doesnot get picked up within 2 mins full amount will be refunded.
                    I cancelled it after the time limit but still total amount Rs 218 was deducted.
                    I know that there is no refund once you order and cancel. But my order was delayed more than 20 mins and it was mentioned in the app if the order is not picked up within a certain time I will receive full refund if I cancel. That time slot was over and then only I had canceled. Now you are denying that promise. I should have taken a screen shot of the same if I had known you will deny it.
                    It is my hard earned money and my money is wasted. Of course you can make a customer waste his money and make him stay hungry withoutfood even after a promise to deliver, that is your choice. But to me this is not at all acceptable and regardless the amount I feel kind of cheated here.
                    So if this issue is not resolved I will delete my account immediately and complain to consumer forum. I have placed the order at 7.27 AM with a 36 min delivery time and canceled at 8.20 AM when after 53 mins it was showing 20 mins more when already it was 20 mins more than promised time. So I have acted according to rules.
                    I have all these proofs and I will complain in the consumer forum on how I have been denied proper service and my money is wrongly taken by Zomato. It was total waste of time, money and I stayed hungry due to this without food. I will not tolerate this and want appropriate action.

                          This is Balmukund Bhavsar. I am working with your Company since last 4year. But from last 1 month my ID was terminated. As I was not well and was on Medication, so I was unable to inform zomato team about leave. And when I recover, i tried to login into Zomato A/c but its showing as your A/c has been terminated. I can even show you my medical expess if you want. I'm only the earning person in my family & my children's are studing, if Zomato didn't activate my A/c then how will i manage to bear expenses. Kindly request you to please activate my ID as soon as possible.

                            My order id is [protected] I got a damaged product .. during the deliver time the chat option closed I send mail so many times images gone in queued support executive said you can send in chat .. when I send in chat the image she said its already past more than 12 hours gone and mail team said he close it because he didn't get the images .. what I will do if the image mail gone in queued as per his words I send in chat .. my nephew is in hospital after eat this food .. food with hair no help from zomato

                                  Iordered a cake from miss bakers, jaipur worth 578 rupees through Zomato app today, my order number is [protected]. When the cake reached me it was completely ruined, all the cream was coming off and the driver was drunk too. I complained about it with the Zomato team and got the refund of only 144 rupees and when I called back 4 times and even contacted the restaurant but they all said they could only refund me a limited amount.

                                  How is it fair that I'm paying for somebody else's mistake? They're a company and they are obligated to own up to their employees mistakes.

                                    I made an order of Rs. 2, 661.75 on 16th July where the entire order got split. I have already raised the issue, sent out the pictures and spoken to your support team over a call and chat where they told me I will get the refund of 2, 661.75 within 5-6 days.

                                    I spoke to your Customer Executive Ms. Anya and Ms. Thanusha on 16th July who assured me that I will get the refund in my source account within 5-6 days.

                                    It's been 13 days and I still haven't gotten my refund or I have no clue what the status of the refund is.

                                    I followed up with them over email multiple times, shared the screenshot of documented chats with their customer support team but still no response.

                                        Date -27/07/2022 Night approximately 8.30pm I order on Zomato app in Domino's Pizza some food order successfully as well as payment same debited my account then showing app order reach within 10min but still order not received I contact to Zomato customer care with chat on 3 time his told me don't warry order on the way up 10.30 pm I call restaurant his not pick-up so I again chat with Zomato customer care but this time his told me order reach your home wait
                                        I wait 10min and request to cancel order but his representative told me order cancel accepted but no money back so I decided once again send my order I am not cancel my order or some time showing app and massage me order successfully delivered but order not received and money not refund I request to Zomato representative but his not help me ...
