My Zomato I'd is Disabled form 12 may 2022. I was Raised many more tickets in Zomato Delivery patner App but My I'd is not Activeted. In 38 days I was talk with our TL Rakesh Pathak for this Issue & he says I send a mail to Zomato Team for this Issue when mail is approved your I'd is Active. Here I Request to Zomato Team Please check this issue and Active my Zomato account immediately....

My money got deducted twice

First I tried ordering McDonald worth rupees 1171.75 on 19-06-22 first when I accepted the upi amount but I waited for 4 mins like the timer but nothing showed up then again I send the upi option to do the payment the money got deducted and I got the notification from the back but just one hour later I get again the message the payment to somatic was successful my upi reference number is[protected] please get this resolved asap...

Deducted payment but order not placed.

I placed an order today. They deducted the money from my bank but did not get any food. Its saying incomplete payment but money get deducted twice.
How long it take to get my money back....

Lack of control towards the food preparation

Now a days the food being delivered by the company is getting worst the food comes stale burnt with hair feather and I am still waiting someday I’ll find a lizard aswell..
And guess what when you try and complain about it they say that then don’t control over the food preparation and that’s all.
So I have spent thousand of rupees on your worst delivered food.
And if I pay for something I atleast want it to be eatable.br...

Order was incomplete from Love at first bite

I didn’t receive all the items i ordered, i filed a complaint on zomato but they asked me to mail and i did but there is no response. I faced issues for my last 2 orders and i mailed for both of them but i still didn’t recieve any reply....

Money deducted and order rejected

I ordered food from zomato worth almost a THOUSAND RUPEES. I waited for nearly ONE AND A HALF HOUR for this delivery, money was deducted, and once the delivery agent was close by, my order was REJECTED. I received no call from either the delivery executive or the security to permit his entry, the order was STRAIGHT REJECTED. I didnt receive any food, and neither was my money refunded....
