My Zomato account has been disabled after having paid Rs 300 for pro-plus services. This issue was escalated to them by mail but they keep on sending the automated messages stating that the issue resolving is still in process and will be attended to. I am unable to order food for the last 4 days. Whenever I try to talk to them they kept on telling us that it will be processed in some days and they kept on extending the processing date. Kindly help me with this.

I have also seen some tweets regarding this on Twitter that after purchasing for pro plus those people's coupon code option has been disabled. Then what is the benefit of subscribing to pro plus? A person who does not have a pro account also gets the same price and I who subscribed for pro plus also get the same price. They were not clear when advertising about the pro plus. They told us we would not get delivery charges when we order but they have disabled the promo code option for the pro plus customers ( they didn't mention this when advertising for pro plus). If they were clear on advertising we wouldn't have subscribed. Help us on this. I felt like I got cheated. I started to feel like Zomato is cheating people allegedly in the name of Pro Plus. We trusted their service and even bought some shares in the secondary market thinking that they would deliver the promises as they mentioned but they are not. So please help a common civilian who got worried about this.

      I received bhel instead of sev puri withour prior confirmation before changing my order.
      The zomato support team was selling lolipops of coupons 50 and 70 rs to me. Also kunal(zomato team) had the audacity to resolve the complaint without giving me a solution.
      This is utter nonsense.

              I ordered under their promotional offer of buy 1 get 1 free. And
              when ordering the app showed me the price of 2 for 2 so I
              went back and removed one thinking I can choose only one
              pizza.. took me 20 mins to find an executive from Zomato to
              help me.. by which time the order was already out for
              delivery... I was told I was at fault and that I should test the
              system again... with over a decade of actively using Zomato.…
              it came to me as a surprise…. however I went ahead to test the
              system again. and guess what. the coupon code thing
              doesn't work at all.. I'm surprised how the restaurant hasn't
              figured this out or are the in on it since it gives them traction
              at full payments

                    Hi,

                    This is second time I am writing to raise a complaint against my zaggle promo code not working. It's been a month but I have not heard from the Zomato team. I confirmed from the zaggle team and they confirmed the promo code to be valid and working fine. They asked me to reach out to zomato team, but doing that is not helping me out.

                      I ordered chicken fried noodles, chicken roll, chicken tikka role... After few minutes I cancelled my order ... But before that I paid by GPay... But they charged full amount for cancellation fees... This is ridiculous... I didn't get food and my money back... Before cancelling ... They didn't mention about this fee... ...

                            They deducted money twice for same order

                            Ordered through zomato app on February 14, 2022 at around 9 pm in madhapur, Hyderabad. Paid via phonepe. First time the transaction was shown successful in phonepe, money (140.50.) deducted from account, but in zomato, the order was showing unsuccessful. It showed that payment failed and was asking to pay again. So, i paid again via phonepe. This time also money got deducted. After some time, the order was showing successful in zomato app....

                              Hello,
                              I have completed all the process of Zomato. I am getting an Error of BGV Failed from 2nd Feb. Also I raised a Ticket for the same and got a repsonse that my issue will be resolved in 7 Working Days. It have been 10 days now but still no Updates. Apart from that I have Recieved the delivery items from zomato already and even the status for the delivery is not showing in the app.
                              PLease activate my ID so that I can start using and start the work with zomato

                                    Hi, I am not able to setup my credit card. It’s a visa card but not from Indian banks. Earlier I used to order with same credit card and it’s no longer working. I ordered few items for my Mum’s birthday and when I went to pay, the app gave me an error payment cannot be processed. I can use my card all over the world but I have no idea why you guys are unnecessarily blocking overseas cards. Can someone please advise why this was happening and how can we resolve this issue.
