My order no is -- [protected], I have ordered food from dominos but on 18 march due to holi there was a rush due to which dominos cancelled the order at night . I have waited for 4 hrs but no response came from your side and dominos too. Now I ordered food from zomato so refund must be initiated by zomato but they are refusing by saying that refund will be initiated by dominos .

And 1 more thing zomato is showing that order is delivered in the order history section.😡

When i call dominos they are saying that refund must be initiated by zomato because order was done from zomato platform.

Now both zomato and dominos are pointing towards each other to initiate a refund but no one is taking action. Please resolve my query as soon as possible. Otherwise, e I have to reach out to the higher authorities.😡

        I was trying to made a transaction of 100Rs. only but somehow transaction has been initiated of 10000Rs. I Contact with the support executives about this transaction & request them to do reverse transaction as i was just want to add 100Rs, but they decline. Please help me out. I want my money back.

              I have ordered 02 pizzas through zomato. The order was immediately cancelled. I have paid 643.40 Rs. For this order. Company has assured that the refund would be made with in 24hrs. 3days has been over but refund has not been made by the company. If I will not get mu money back, I will flag this issue in all social media platform so that customer would know the fraud policy of zomato. I will not be responsible for any implication happed when I will flag the issue I social media. Zomato would be responsible for this.

                              On 10th March 2022 I placed an order for Medium (serves 2 Pizzas). I received a notification that your Order would be delivered within 35 minutes but I received one and only Pizza with rotten Corns flavoured pizza within 10 minutes without any Toppings and Spices. Regards this I raised a complaint to so-called ZOMATO'S Customer Care Team to refund my money and to collect their rotten order but they were also Helpless for me then I throw the rotten cornned Pizza Into Dustbin. Then after 8 days of order Zomato asked me to send pictures of received order to them but how can I send the pictures of Fraud Order? I want My own Money back to my account that's it. I hope they will see their Complaint and refund my money if there will be PROSPERITY in their Hearts.

                                      I have ordered 2 chicken jumbo which cost ₹800 each total ₹1600. But I have received only one jumbo pack.
