Sir and madam
The thing is, the extra money was removed from the cycle ID. From 10:00 am to 3:00 am, ₹ 10 extra was available and from 3:00 to 7:00 ₹ 5 extra was available from 7:00 to 10:00 ₹ 15 Extra was available i.e. from 10 to 3:00, according to the order at ₹ 25 and from 3:00 to 7:00 ₹ 20 and respect was available from 7:00 to 10:00 at ₹ 30, from 7 February. This extra money has been removed and bikers are getting extra money, why has this happened sir, we should also be done as it was, I humbly request you sir, please help me sir

        Yesterday I ordered food (just one meals and one mini meals) around 12:30 PM. Till 1:30 PM no status on delivery. Tracking shows delayed and 20 mins was standard showing for long time. I tried calling the delivery partner but unable to reach and reached the customer service where they didn't provide proper response. I called the restaurant and they confirmed the food was picked before 1PM.

        I ordered food for my parents both are senior citizens and they were hungry but I didn't get any proper response from from the delivery partner. They usually mention 30 minutes delivery. but my point here is just a response that the food will get delivered in this time. Poor customer service.

        They have to treat the customer properly and repay for the frustration and stress happened to me yesterday.

            Sir,
            I want to convey that from many days zomato riders creating too much problem at night. My house is situated in the densely populated area, from 2-3 months zomato riders comes here to take delivery in bulk, somebody has opened online restaurant at their home, between 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM the zomato riders shouts too much, they frequently drink alcohol, smokes, they also pee on the wall of my house. I already had made many complaints to zomato but no action taken in this matter please help.

                    I have missing orders and requested agent to call me but he texts me 5 min once and called me after 45 min of delay after asking him to call me several times as delivery boy was beside me. I went to store with delivery boy and store said that they missed order then Zomato person called asking asking me to take food which I refused to take as seal is broken and items missing. I asked them to atleast give me my fuel charges but the guy being rude and constantly saying only one word 50 rs coupon which is not a use.

                        Ordered some items in official break at night shift. Order was in time delivered. But when we turn toward food, first we interact with nonorderee or unwanted insect in food...kabuli pulao.
                        After Kabab was raw and smelling.

                        When I complaint Zomato to, they gave me lollipop of 120/- Rupee.
                        Instead if refunding, they have such lolipop
                        Offer. Even said it's not Zomato fault is restaurant fault .from onwar6 they will take care if it...
                        Seriously?
                        But what about me I wasted my time and money and emotion.
                        But Zomato don't expect there faut6 and don't support Customer.

                        They remove there body from customer case as like oily skin bodybuilder.
                        I have image but it's not fits in proper size so I can attache it

                                      I ordered dinner for me and i got spilled package. When i complained about it the support executive Aman Negi thrown attitude with some already drafted templates and turned off chat without resolving my issue and without my permission. This has not happened for the first time i also have zomato with another number sometime back i faced similar kind of issue and i kept taking follow ups but no action was taken.

                                      As a service provider i am pretty sure this is not the way to behave assist or treat your customers.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        This is regarding the issue I have faced with my recent order number: [protected] I had an issue with my phone due to which my calls where showing unreachable, however, I was right at my location even before the delivery partner vivek could arrive, I waved at the delivery partner Vivek who ignored twice later he may have called the zomato team and they would have also tried calling me.

                                        This delivery partner vivek met me and denied to give me my order as he had already got the order cancelled stating my number was unresponsive this is absolutely a blunder he denied to handover my order to me even when I was in front of him, he turned his bike on and started moving later when I escalated this issue to the zomato helpdesk I was routed via chat where Kanak tried handlingmy issues, however, she did make a conference calland heard the whole conversation where the delivery partner Vivek initially lied stating he did not meet the customer at all and afterasking him back he confirmed that he met me and did not deliver the order as it was already cancelled this is something I dont accept firstly these fools did not come to the location I had he was standing 200 meters away from my location which was on the app he was standing in a place where the roads are full of stones afterI met him he turned his bike and just ran away.

                                        Kanak then told me that she would need more time to investigate and then she had denied to assist me further and just kept on telling sorry for the inconvenience and she had also denied to refund my orderor replace my order nor she was able to escalate my issue to her manager even after asking her multiple times, its not fair that you make us pay our hard earned money and then your delivery partners thieves decide them to steal away simply by using tricks like standing far from location and then running away when asked to handover orders.

                                        Kindly investigate and terminate that unprofessional uneducated foolish delivery partner vivek from his services and do issue a refund for my order and also want an action against kanika too who was unable to escalate the issue, need confirmation on each issues that I have raised
