डियर सर मेरी मेने 2 तारीख को बनी थी या मैंने पेमेंट भी करदी थी पर मेरे डॉक्यूमेंट के सही से सबमिट नहीं हुई थी जिस्के करन मेरी आईडी री वेरिफिकेशन मैं रुकी हुई है या मैं अभी तक नी हुई है आज (19 मार्च) हो गया कफी टाइम हो गया है रे वेरिफिकेशन को भी 16 दिन होंगे पर मेरी वो बैंड हो गया या आप पास के ZOMATO पार्टनर से भी संपर्क किया TL से भी बात कर अपने जोन के पर कोई समाधान नहीं निकला सर मैं क्या करूं आप बता ऑनलाइन भी काई बार टिकट मुद्दा की है पर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं मिला मैं चाहूंगा हुई ओपन मुझे काम करना कफी टाइम हो गया है सर...मंता हूं सर बैंक डिटेल्स डालने में कुछ गल्ती होगी थी मेरी पर मैंने दुबारा सही से सबमिट की पर मेरी आईडी तब भी ऑन नी की गी सर आप जल्दी से जलदी मेरी हेल्प करे तकी मैं आपकी कंपनी मुख्य कार्य साकु...

Kindly note that there was a amt auto debited from my Paytm account this evening . I have attached the screenshot shot of payment debited from Paytm for your ref. Kindly advice on the same for what reason the payment debited.
Please issue refund asap

I purchased the Zomato pro plus was happy and satisfied using it but recently out of the blue Zomato started showing that Domino's do not deliver to my location but surprisingly when I logged in with another account that do have Zomato pro plus Domino's was delivering to the exact same location. I suspect it's because Domino's charge around 70 rupees as delivery charge but for pro plus customers delivery is free. After this I skipped Domino's and started ordering from other restaurants but then one day they temporarily disabled my account, I mailed them too many times but all the mail's went unanswered. I invested in Zomato pro plus and now this is what I am suffering.

We created I'd and payment also made against for kit, but still kit not received. Delivery show in app 27 feb.2022 but still not received

I recieved burnt food from zomato and their customer service is just qutomated messages

2 transactions are being debited from my PayTm wallet but those orders are not placed by me and neither it is from my Zomato account. And I am not able to get information about it.

The delivery that came to deliver my food was talking very rudely on the phonr first he called me and then i asked him to tell me his whereabouts and then he said I'm at your location he wasn't even mentioning where then i asked him again so he said Come out of your house and then talk to me . After he came to the right place i was taking the food so he was looking as if he was drunk and was saying kabhi ghar ke bahar nikal ke bhi dekhlo i said that's not the way you can talk to me and then started fighting and i said that I'll complain so he said go ahead and file a complaint i don't care about this job anyway

Yesterday I ordered food transaction failed but money was deducted from my account & I've got no refund yet, please look into the matter and initiate refund ASAP.

We are not happy with current POC persons and they are not trying to address our queries which we have raised more than 45 days.

They are arguing and fighting with us in unprofessional manner.

So we request to provide new point of contact person who have a patience and skills to support, resolve the customer real issues and professional manner also with in expected time to avoid any business loss for us.

Guys i was harassed by zomato. They always says provide discount and Run a campaign for growth. but its not true. Last 2 month i was suffer lots of problem as a cloud kitchen owner
1. Zomato promises us for maximum order as per budged which i had chosen ( budged is 2000+GST), but unfortunately i was getting 2/3 times less amount ( 800 approx) from ads budged. if this happen all the time then how i grow my business ?
2. They i showing negative review in front line, but positive reviews are not showing, Then how my outlet attract more customer ?

I ordered pizza and coke from pizza Galleria karnal via Zomato. Bur they delivered only pizza not coke. I paid online for both but neither they refunded me nor they delivered coke.

I ordered and paid 172 and even shared pic when i asked and raised concern their executive gayatri just said we are aplogize but refund was not given to ms...

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that Zomato's services are very bad. Today we ordered Pizza and other items at 1:30 Pm from Biggies Pizza through Zomato. But till now we have not received our food. when we called to delivery Boy Mr. Rishi then said to call the company. He is not responsible for the delay.

Can any one of the management share with me the reason for the delay with proof. Otherwise I'll escalate it to consumer court with compensation demanded. we'll never use your services in future and also upload everything on social media, how you guys make fools to the public.

It's very much rubbish to give me an amount of Rs. 84 as compensation. I think the cost of 2 Hours and the image of a regular buyer is Rs. 84 as per the norms of Zomato. Until I had paid Rs 583.25 for the food with Rs.500/- coupan adjusted.

You guys provide very bad services and force us to accept the bad food which was made before 2 Hours and delivery boy carried it for the same time in the temperature of 31 'C'.

All these activities will be put on social media. So that everyone will take care and be safe from the wrost services by Zomato.
