On 10th March 2022 I placed an order for Medium (serves 2 Pizzas). I received a notification that your Order would be delivered within 35 minutes but I received one and only Pizza with rotten Corns flavoured pizza within 10 minutes without any Toppings and Spices. Regards this I raised a complaint to so-called ZOMATO'S Customer Care Team to refund my money and to collect their rotten order but they were also Helpless for me then I throw the rotten cornned Pizza Into Dustbin. Then after 8 days of order Zomato asked me to send pictures of received order to them but how can I send the pictures of Fraud Order? I want My own Money back to my account that's it. I hope they will see their Complaint and refund my money if there will be PROSPERITY in their Hearts.

          I have ordered 2 chicken jumbo which cost ₹800 each total ₹1600. But I have received only one jumbo pack. So I when for help but the zomato team didn't responded for me and didn't take any action. I was a zomato pro plus customer faced this problem. How a command man can face this. Please help me.

                  I purchased the Zomato pro plus was happy and satisfied using it but recently out of the blue Zomato started showing that Domino's do not deliver to my location but surprisingly when I logged in with another account that do have Zomato pro plus Domino's was delivering to the exact same location. I suspect it's because Domino's charge around 70 rupees as delivery charge but for pro plus customers delivery is free. After this I skipped Domino's and started ordering from other restaurants but then one day they temporarily disabled my account, I mailed them too many times but all the mail's went unanswered. I invested in Zomato pro plus and now this is what I am suffering.

                          The delivery that came to deliver my food was talking very rudely on the phonr first he called me and then i asked him to tell me his whereabouts and then he said I'm at your location he wasn't even mentioning where then i asked him again so he said Come out of your house and then talk to me . After he came to the right place i was taking the food so he was looking as if he was drunk and was saying kabhi ghar ke bahar nikal ke bhi dekhlo i said that's not the way you can talk to me and then started fighting and i said that I'll complain so he said go ahead and file a complaint i don't care about this job anyway

                                      Guys i was harassed by zomato. They always says provide discount and Run a campaign for growth. but its not true. Last 2 month i was suffer lots of problem as a cloud kitchen owner
                                      1. Zomato promises us for maximum order as per budged which i had chosen ( budged is 2000+GST), but unfortunately i was getting 2/3 times less amount ( 800 approx) from ads budged. if this happen all the time then how i grow my business ?
                                      2. They i showing negative review in front line, but positive reviews are not showing, Then how my outlet attract more customer ?
