Zomato — inappropriate reply from customer care executive | |||||
There was a spider in an iced tea that i ordered and the fires that came with it was not even covered. The bottle used for iced tea was an old one too. After contacting customer support i claimed a refund as the food was not consumable but all i got was a zomato coupon with 30 days of validity. I wanted a refund as i do not trust zomato anymore. The customer care executive was really unprofessional and called me "sweety" and told its not upto me what kind of refund i get. Its my hard earned money and i don't wish to spend it on poisoned food anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Zomato's executive has told me that you'll receive refund in 4-5 days. Its been almost a week but couldn't get refund.
