We ordered food from jeetram sweet and namkeen through zomato. Delivery boy called on our phone the phone is switched off by mistake and then we called back to delivery boy then he said that our ordered is rejected because we didn't pick up call we accept that it is our fault but we paid rs.123 they said that they will not refund anything not our order and not our money. We want our money back as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I ordered my meal from zomato on 13 oct 2019 at 1:58pm. My order was for rs. 70 and i paid the money using zomato. I did not have any pending payments with zomato and was waiting for my meal. After 15 minutes, i got a message from my bank that zomato has charged me rs. 222 again. This was without my authorization. I got a message 1 minutes later again that zomato charged my bank rs. 10 again. I have a receipt of rs. 70 for my order which i paid. Can't trust this brand with your banks. They dont have a customer support call center too.

      Ordered food online with zomato on 8-october-2019. While the delivery assistant was about to deliver me the food i ordered, he called me and said, his vehicle was broken down hence he asked me to cancel the order promising me i will get full refund. Hence i cancelled the order. I reached out to zomato customer care and they said they can't refund the money. I raised a complaint in twitter, then i got acall from zomato, said they will credit the refund to my paytm account in 24 hours. Still i haven't received the amount in my paytm. They never responded after that. My paytm number: [protected]

        My order was cancelled unintentionally and the delivery guy was very rude to admit it. I waited for 45mints and he said he would take 15mints to deliver. Later i went in for a while in my office and meanwhile he called two times and since phone is not allowed i failed to receive and he cancelled it.

        I was just driving back and a few meters away when i requested him to be back and he deniedd

        This is so unprofessional. I work for media and i am gonna post it.

          I ordered food from zomato on 28 sept 2019,

          The food i ordered was paid by my sbi card and as i paid the site should transaction faliure i but money got deducted.
          I have been asking these people about the problem from days and haven't got apt response yet.
          It will be really grateful if it helps!!

            I had placed an order via zomato on 01/10/2019 but the food was not delivered and i had made the payment online. I was refused a promo code for a fresh order when i was clearly entitled to and they denied me a replacement order. They had also promised me a "refund" of the amount that i had paid. I have the screenshots to back my claims. I was not provided the refund and instead, they have credited the amount to my zomato app. I am so unhappy with the customer service that i do not wish to place any further orders and i want my money back. This is pure bullying from the online service. If nothing is done to resolve my complaint, i might need to take this case to court.

I have order the food rs 165 online paid by paytm bt deliver boy did not called me he was calling to diffrent number.. That number was not mine.. So that req cancelled.. I change number... Again i ordered same food online paid by payt... He did not called me.. I call to that deliever boy bt he is directly saying i will not come... Says i will not come... I sended mail many times to zomato bt did not get proper response.. I wants my money back in my paytm account... Give my money back in my paytm account

                I ordered the food from sangeetha veg restaurent through zomato for the order value of 690 rupees via credit card on 11-october-2019 at 6.55 pm. I done through the registered account with zomato. My address was registered in that and this is not the first time ordered through zomato. Earlier, many times they delivered to the same address. I did this through zomato website and not through the mobile app. Today after collecting the food from the hotel, delivery boy told that he is in different location. I told that follow the complete address mention in the order/bill and ready to guide, if he has any problem in locating the address. He told that his gps location showing one address and ask me to come and collect the food there. I told that i don't know the address and ready to pay extra money to him and requested to deliver in the address mentioned in the order. He told that i mention the location wrongly. Then i contact the support person through chat. He also come in conference call and told the same reason. I told him to check my order history and previous orders were successfully delivered to the same address from the same hotel and asked how come suddenly the wrong location come into the picture. He also requested the delivery boy to hand over, but he refused to come and adamantly say no. Then i told zomato customer care person to refund the amount (Rs.690) paid already through online. They told that order was cancelled/rejected and told that as per their policy they can't refund the money. This is cheating. And i want my amount to be refunded back to me.

                  Today i ordered my lunch from zomato-
                  The food order i received was not sealed and as it was chicken gravy momos the gravy spilled outside on the package. When i opened to have my lunch there was no gravy in the box. So i raised i complaint on zomato support. I asked them to take this order back. They said it cannot be done. I was told they can refund 40.5rs coupon codes. Zomato is taking customers for granted. Even after complaining they didn’t took the order back. Didnt refunded my money. The order which was suppose to be a gravy item had no gravy left because zomato had no responsibilities to look after what is delivered to customer. They gravy item was packed in a some sort of paper box or something, without any taping to it. Obviously it this had to happen then. After disagreeing on the refunding me my money or taking back the order. I asked the to put me on conference call with restaurant owner. I then received a call from zomato. I explained him that how i received the order. After the whole conversation, he said a full refund would be given to me. After this call again the zomato support person said we are sorry no refund could be made or the order could be replaced we can only add 40.5rs cupon code. My whole lunch time was wasted. I could have my lunch. Zomato forced me to keep the order. I had paid rs 162 for nothing. Attaching all images of the conversation and the food order photo. The order was from zomato by the restaurant-momo addiction satiyaniketan, delhi.
                  Zomato has started this carless attitude towards their customers. People please think before ordering and please don’t pay online else you would face this what i have faced. Order on cod, if something like this happen don’t accept the order. I had paid already online that is why i was forced to take the order. Which was waste of money and time. And the funny part is zomato order had separate packaging and dilvery charges. Where as if the packing would have been done properly my food would have not been spoiled.

                    I placed two order from two different account on 25th september 2019, order #[protected] and #[protected]. Box 8 did not deliver the order to me as they do not deliver food to my address and they cancelled my order and initiated the refund. Also after 5-6 days when i contacted box 8 they confirmed they already refunded my amount to zomato.

                    When i contacted zomato via chat they said they escalated my issue and asked me to drop an email to their higher authority "[protected]@zomato.com". I dropped an email as zomato chat support team informed and i'm waiting for the response from the email team till now. It is almost 9-10 day i did not even get a single response from them even after sending 3-4 times followup emails. Chat support team always keep telling same thing they are working on my issue and drop a mail to their higher authority and they will resolve the issue.

                    Im very much disappointed with the zomato service and they are not refunding my money

                    Zomato helpline is pathetic. Their chat services and valet services are the worst. My order id : [protected] was not received and they charged me full cancellation feel. I tried various ways to get my refund back but no action has been taken yet. Zomato sucks big time!!!

                      I placed an order of cake and same got cancelled by mistake. I requested that kindly refund the amount orelse am ready to self pick it up. They are not agreeing to the same even after saying a lot many times. Also there would be no wastage of food for which they are charging me penalty. This type of response is not just acceptable from their end. I am a regular customer and such poor response from their side is just not fair to us

                        This is to complain that i didn't receive what i ordered and for what i paid. I paid to punjabi angithi 231 rs including taxes for gravy chilly paneer in which i was suppose to receive 10 pcs of paneer. When i opened the box it just had 7 pcs. I need another box of 10 for free and give my money back. I also do not have any options on application to chat with agent. What kind of service are you guys giving.

                          His number was continously busy and he was not picking up the calls i have 2 number 1 is provided by zomato and from another number he gave small ring 2 missed calls. At 1:07 and at 1:11am he did formality​ ​ to show the company that i called the customer but he gave​ small ring and ended up the call and when i called him back his 1 number was continously busy and 2nd number he was not picking up and i[censored] want i can share the call history also he called him several times. These 2 numbers are of rohit.

                          The delivery boy is lying i[censored] want i can also share my call history i called him on his both the number several times and after the order was cancelled he immidiately called me and said that you order is cancelled either you gave me more money or else i will take the order along with me​ and he also didn't returned​ the order to the restuarant also he took it along with him.
                          And now his both number is switched off and i talked to restuarant also they also said that the order is not returned back to them delivery boy has taken along with him and he didn't returned it back to the restuarant.
                          The delivery boy asked about the amount i said it is paid and he told me to repay the amount in cash​ i denied to repay again he want some bribe type of thing because i already paid then he ended up the call. And now his both number is switched off and he blocked me. I want my refund and food back because of it now i have to stay hungry the restuarant is also closed now i want full refund and the concession charges because of this behaviour of the delivery boy​ now i have to stay hungry. Pls​ take strict action against him.

                            Respected sir/madam, my name is anand chopade, my mobile no is [protected] and my order id [protected]. 2days before on 08/10/2019 i had ordered food online through zomato. I ordered chicken lollypop dry which price is rs.190 and after getting discount i had paid rs.136 for that item on online but when i get delivery of my food i got the item fried chicken lollypop which price is rs.130. And i have complaint about this many time through their chat service and through email also but no attention on my complaint and also no rly on my mails, it seems that they dont care about their loyal customer. Please sir/madam take some action as i am requesting to you because it seems like they are only doing fraud to their customers. And also not providing any resolution. I am attaching all the screenshot with red mark that what i had ordered and what they had provide me and also i am attaching the mails screenshot as they said in their chat service that for raoultion please mail us on this mail id and after mailing also they not rly me at all. Please do something sir/madam. Thanking you.

                              Cruzo cafe is not being listed properly on zomato and it always shows closed for delivery status and no orders are getting placed for us. Customers are not able to place the orders too. Attached the screenshots of the issues for reference. Zomato has already been informed about this a week back. There is no response from zomato yet even after speaking to them over phone/emails. The unique ticket number to track this is given as 4961764. We are not getting any help/support from any zomato officials and cafe customers are blaming us for proving fake promises for online food delivery via zomato. Please do help us in any possible ways.

                                Hi Team,

                                Please note that the order paid today for Meal Box to Granville Greeens in Ghatkopar via Zomato app was not fulfilled due to reason of wrong pin location whereas order was given for right address where I am currently residing in C-714, Sagar park, Amrut Nagar, Near R City Mall, Ghatkopar W -86.

                                The reason that my order was cancelled my money was not refunded was because the delivery vendor told as my Pin location is incorrect they can only deliver upto 2 km point from the wrong pin location the rest 300 metre distance from there we need to cover the distance to collect the order. However amount was paid for full delivery & correct address.

                                I had to cancel this order as I had ordered the food from my Office in Kurla W the food was ordered for my parents as my mom is sick so no from home can come collect parcel 300 m from my home. Hence I had to forcefully cancel & they told that they would not refund since I cancelled the order.

                                However interesting thing I ordered for Meal box on 9th Oct. 2019 using the same location however the order was delivered from Shiv Prasad hotel .

                                    The delivery executive asked to make the payment again as the lazy pay amount will be reflected back to my account
                                    I've paid my lazy pay bill and mailed zomato customer care
                                    They hav so pathetic service
                                    They dint even call me asked what happened

                                    Mailed me saying that
                                    They've spoken to delivery guy
                                    And he said he has not taken so they've closed the complained

                                      Whenever i order food online through zomato the restaurants always send bad stale spicy food adultered juices.
                                      Restaurants like chai nagri moradabad, chander's thirst moradabad, salad in moradabad, havstories & karkhana moradabad, albaik.com moradabad, the health cafe moradabad, masala bay amara hotel always send bad spicy food despite requesting, calling and instructing them to send fresh non spicy food, they always send bad stale spicy food made with poor ingredients and also they send someother item instead of what i ordered, they add water in expensive juices i ordered, they deliver hot smoothies packed in food plastic boxes rather then bottles, fungus filled stale bread sandwiches, adultered juices etc etc. I also have photos

                                      There is nothing that an online customer can do because the customer service of zomato is pathetic and not helpful at all. The restaurants & zomato are conning customers through online food ordering, ripping us off of our money and sending bad food. Cheating online customers

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I had placed a order on zomato on 27 september and also mentioned my address very clearly. When delivery boy called me i told him my address again. After one hour when i called him again and again he had not received my call and told me come on his place to pick a parcel because he was on cycle.
                                        Zomato has initiated refund on the same day but refund has not received yet and it's a 13th day still refund has not received.
                                        Please do the needful. They all a big cheaters and thugs. I will not place any order from zomato in future.
