I had placed an order on zomato (Order no. [protected]) today - 01st october, 2019 at 10:21 pm but this order was delivered to someone else and the delivery agent made no attempts to contact me. Upon chatting with an advisor, i was informed that nothing could be done except a refund, and no replacement order could be arranged instead. Also, as there was a failed order, i have lost the promo code and this chat agent hasn't tried to help me with that
