Complaint marked as Resolved 1. The company (Zomato) hasn't cared to give me a single follow up after 8 days of raising the issue via mail and support chat, let alone try to resolve my issue.
2. I've resolved the issue with the restaurant on my own.
3. My message to Zomato - Thanks for the stark reminder of how inefficient you are. Thanks for reminding me to think thrice hereafter before I open the Zomato app. Thanks for reminding me to never personally favor Zomato over your other competitors.
