I placed an order at the downtown multicuisine restraunt, dehradun. For 462 rupees on the zomato app on the 24th of september, 2019. The amount was deducted from my account but the app shows that payment is incomplete. I contacted customer services but i did not get any response. I need a refund.
The order number is [protected].
Kindly look into the matter nd get back to me as soon and possible.

    I ordered from raaz restaurant, velachery main road, velachery, chennai today 24/9/19 at 19:16. I choose my payment option as google pay. I paid for my order through google pay but after the completion of payment it showed that the transaction was failed and payment could not be processed. But my payment is not refunded yet.       I ordered food online from the zomato app. My money has been deducted but the order is still not placed. Customer care services are not available. I tried submitting my complain on the chat option but there was no reply. If you people can not help and make such fraud then i ll make sure as many as possible people boycott zomato.
      Please refund my money. I have had enough of these poor services.

        My order was not placed due to payment failure but money got deducted. When i tried to contact support no proper response came. I don't know what will happen to my money. My money transaction was successful. I don't know when i will get my money back. I tried on the chat from zomato no response came. No replay at all. If there is reply i can understand. What are they doing is pure fraud

          I tried to order on Zomato thrice. I paid using phone pe all three times amount was deducted but Zomato shows payment incomplete.. kindly process at your end and refund my amount. I am attaching a screenshot of Zomato order summary. All three orders were from same restaurant and was same order. Finally I had to order via cash on delivery. If you can't integrate your services then why providing it

            Order was placed on 24/09/2019 at 8 05 pm with Red box restaurant .Payment was made through upi (Google pay), amount was debited from my bank account but the app is showing payment as failed status.

            I am attaching screenshots showing amount being deducted from my account for 134 /.

            Let me know when i will receive my refund amount..Please look into this.

              Today, i ordered from rollsking on zomato. The total bill was ₹108 and money deducted from my account at 8.06pm but it shows no payment processed and incomplete payment.
              I waited for almost half an hour but nothing happened. And i reordered from the same place but a different item. That was a total of ₹107. That too got deducted at 8.35pm., but the situation is still the same. Do something asap

                I was ordered food on sep 6th.. But food not delivered... Aft booking i got the call from that restaurant that item not available... So foodnot prepared.. Aft i gave the cancellation... But still iam not getting refund.. Ur customer support executive told 4 or 5 business working days... But still almost 20days gone... Still iam not get the solution... Really worst service.. I need call back from. Ur customer executive

                    I had paid money 208 for my food order number [protected] through google pay on 29 september 2019 and money got debited from my account but in my receipt it was written incomplete payment and i again reordered my food in the same hotel shetty's food court and paid my money as cash on delivery. When i tried to reach them by messaging them they didn't even respond to me. I kindly request you to help me out in this and solve my problem.

                      I ordered from zomato but my payment was not processed even though the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I paid using GooglePay. But on the app it shows the payment is incomplete.
                      The total amount was Rs 997. I had ordered from Andhra biriyanis(Banglore). And I even tried the chat option in zomato app but it was not at all helpful, tried contacting customer care but it is not at all helpful.I would very much like my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                        I ordered food on Zomato on September 24th 2019 for Rs.312 using Google pay. The money got deducted immediately from my account but Zomato says payment incomplete and the order was not processed further. I have attached the screenshot of the order details. I want a refund for the amount deducted from my account and also let me know when it will be processed.

                            I ordered from zomato and paid through phonpe my money was deducted 87rs but thr payment wasnt processed... I had applied a coupon and then i ordered it when the app redirected me to the PhonePe UPI ID and then my account was debited... But payment not processed... The zomato chat wasnt as helpul either... I demand my money back in my account as soon as possible...!!!

                                  I Jagmeet singh ordered sub from subway.
                                  I got message from zomato at 4:09pm that your phone is not reachable contact at [protected].
                                  But i was calling the same number from 04:06pm but he was not picking my calls.
                                  Zomato canceled my order and said no refund will be initiated.
                                  I am unable to understand that why this happened.
                                  I have attached pictures in which there is message from zomato, my call details and call details from the delivery boy
                                  Please help me as this was not my mistake.

                                    On 14th of September I try to pay bill through UPI ID but somehow payment shows failed two times and money deducted from my account.
                                    After 5 days on 19th September payment status show's paid.
                                    I message ZOMATO customer service to refund my money but they don't resolved this issue any way.
                                    I call to the customer service of State Bank of India for this issue but they responded to contact the food service company for money refunding.

                                      Dear zomato. I have ordered for food on 23/09/2019 @ 9;42 pm
                                      Order number is [protected]. I have paid for the food by online payment. But when the delivary boy came he demanded to pay for cash by saying he did not get any money, if paid online is confirmed by hotell, thell refund the money. I have showed the transaction details, still he demanded, and i have paid by cash also. Please refund the money which paid in online.

                                      update the status.
                                      On 22sept at 9pm, 10:16 and 10:22 I order two pizza-(margerita and golden corn) @151.40. But the very first order was cancelled on its own. I called the Domino's they said you will get your money back. Even though with the other too the orders hadn't received by me. So I canceled my order. I have the screenshots for the same.
                                      I tried to talk to ZOMATO support chat. They took all the information but they are not responding. Also they are not giving me the option of typing my quests to them. No agent is appointed to me

                                        On 23rd september, 2019, at 10:25pm, ₹262 got deducted from my paytm wallet for a zomato order. The order id is ztd-19-2d6a697078a21. I did not place this order. I did not authenticate this payment. Please check the account for details. I didn't make any such payment to zomato. I have no other information about the order except the screenshot. My money got deducted and when i check my order history on zomato, there is no such order.
