I Jagmeet singh ordered sub from subway.
I got message from zomato at 4:09pm that your phone is not reachable contact at [protected].
But i was calling the same number from 04:06pm but he was not picking my calls.
Zomato canceled my order and said no refund will be initiated.
I am unable to understand that why this happened.
I have attached pictures in which there is message from zomato, my call details and call details from the delivery boy
Please help me as this was not my mistake.

    On 14th of September I try to pay bill through UPI ID but somehow payment shows failed two times and money deducted from my account.
    After 5 days on 19th September payment status show's paid.
    I message ZOMATO customer service to refund my money but they don't resolved this issue any way.
    I call to the customer service of State Bank of India for this issue but they responded to contact the food service company for money refunding.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear zomato. I have ordered for food on 23/09/2019 @ 9;42 pm
      Order number is [protected]. I have paid for the food by online payment. But when the delivary boy came he demanded to pay for cash by saying he did not get any money, if paid online is confirmed by hotell, thell refund the money. I have showed the transaction details, still he demanded, and i have paid by cash also. Please refund the money which paid in online.

      update the status.
      On 22sept at 9pm, 10:16 and 10:22 I order two pizza-(margerita and golden corn) @151.40. But the very first order was cancelled on its own. I called the Domino's they said you will get your money back. Even though with the other too the orders hadn't received by me. So I canceled my order. I have the screenshots for the same.
      I tried to talk to ZOMATO support chat. They took all the information but they are not responding. Also they are not giving me the option of typing my quests to them. No agent is appointed to me

        On 23rd september, 2019, at 10:25pm, ₹262 got deducted from my paytm wallet for a zomato order. The order id is ztd-19-2d6a697078a21. I did not place this order. I did not authenticate this payment. Please check the account for details. I didn't make any such payment to zomato. I have no other information about the order except the screenshot. My money got deducted and when i check my order history on zomato, there is no such order.

          I had ordered for food from zomato on september 2nd, 2019. 2 items were missing in that order. When asked to the delivery boy, he told to contact zomato customer care. And he asked for phone and rated his service as 5 star. Then i contacted the customer care. I have attached the screenshot of that. I asked to deliver the missing items. They told it's not possible. Mail us and we will refund. When i mailed them, they are closing the issue saying items were delivered. I didn't get the items and also no refund.

            With extreme regret i m writing this. I have ordered on 18th september 2019 friday. Land paid before hand. But to my surprise the delivery man denied delivery saying place is 8-9kms far away. Is this the way. Even the representative called me and insisted to accept cancelation of order and no refund of order there with. He waisted my 1 hour in all this and at 10.30 pm i being a costumer was laid to rest at home without food. I would like to get the issue addressed. Main reason was that it was raining heavily so with mutual understanding the delivery man and zomato representative denied. This incident shows casual approach towards customer or being cheated smartly hiding their mistakes. They next day send a text message that refund initiated and now again through mail denied refund.

              I had placed two orders from the same restaurant on zomato one night. The first order was two burger meals which was delivered incomplete. On chat support, they offered me credits which i have not received yet. The other order was of noodles and fried rice and what i received was a chicken burger. I have sent repetitive mails for both these issues but they haven't responded back yet. It's been 6 days already and it's just getting more and more disappointing each passing day.

              I have odered pizza on 16th sept. I have paid through net banking total paid 160 rs but resturant didnt aceept oder that time. I have received msg that my payment will refund in 3 to 4 working days but still not received.Kindly refund asap

              Hi. Problem was with delivery guy. He was so uneducated and weird. Didn't even abused him or anything, zomato then blocked me. Not good.
              Furthermore, now, my phone setting and other are made by zomato in such a way that Zomato never works on it.

                Order was placed on 22/09/2019 with zhangs chinese restaurant payment was made through upi (Google pay) amount is debited from my bank account but the app is showing as payment failed status.
                I have also logged an email on this reference id : 1538470
                I am attaching a screen of my bank statement showing amount being deducted from my account for 713/.

                I need to know by when i can get the refund amount.

                I placed my order at Faasos and payed via PhonePe. 268 rupees has been deducted from my account, but in zomato app the payment is incomplete. Resolve this issue. I am not ordering food from zomato till I get my money back.

                Zomato is charging round off amount even though I am paying online. This amount is non under taxable amount and why should I pay when I am able to pay each and every paisa thought online payment?

                  There was a spider in an iced tea that i ordered and the fires that came with it was not even covered. The bottle used for iced tea was an old one too. After contacting customer support i claimed a refund as the food was not consumable but all i got was a zomato coupon with 30 days of validity. I wanted a refund as i do not trust zomato anymore. The customer care executive was really unprofessional and called me "sweety" and told its not upto me what kind of refund i get. Its my hard earned money and i don't wish to spend it on poisoned food anymore.

                      Ordered food on zomato on 22 september 2019 around 8 :19 in night and i selected patym upi for payment and money got deducted from bank and credited to [protected]@hdfcbank but in zomato app it showed payment could not be processed, how i am supposed to get the money bank. The upi refernce id[protected]. We called the restaurant for order status they said they haven't received any order from zomato with the used id.

                        I had placed an order on 10th sept from subway through zomato. Order was accepted and payment of rs - 516 was taken from my credit card.

                        Later zomato executive calls and says he cannot deliver the parcel as it is far. Then why was the order accepted???

                        I have the call recording of your executive where is refusing to the deliver the parcel.

                        How can he say the address was wrong when i have been ordering stuff at the same address. Stop believing thr liar executives.

                        I have been following up since 10days for a refund and i am still not getting a resolution.

                        I received an email from zomato team vishwas singh that refund will be processed in 5-7 days. Which is still not done.

                        Zomato team is not reading the entire email before responding. I am fedup with their lame responses.

                        For mere rs-516 zomato customer care team is giving me mental torture.

                        I request your assistance in resolving my issue.

                        I also have the mail from zomato team that refund will be processed however they are refusing now.

                          I would like to draw your attention towards non-delivery of my order placed on 18/08/2019 with order number [protected], which caused me a lot of grievance.

                          Also, no refund money was released to me against this prepaid order, which was cancelled at your end.

                          I raised my concern through your app as well as through emails at [protected]@zomato.com & [protected]@zomato.com with a number of reminders but i didn't get any response at your end, which shows very poor service of zomato as you are not contactable through calling as well as no response is made against the concerns raised through emails.
                          So, i again request you to kindly refund my money against this cancelled order at your end due to some communication gap with your delivery person.

                            I placed an order from zomato my order number is [protected] from the restaurant name satish dhaba and when i placed the order i called the restaurant and told him that if i will not get extra onions chutney and green chilli i will not pay for the order and same i told on the zomato chat as well... That i will not pay for the order i i will not receive extra onions chutney and green chilli... Now when the delivery guy came with the order there was not even a single packet of onions chutney or green chilli.. So i refused to accept the order and sent the order back.. Post which i received a call from zomato and the guy told me that if you will not accept the order you have to pay the complete amount of the order doesn't matter if you have received it or not... And i think this is not the way to talk to anyone over the call and the zomato guy was very rude on the call with me... Now i am not going to place any orders from zomato and i will ask all my friends to do the same.. This is not the first time this happened just 2 days back i placed the order from zomato and the same thing happened.

                            I am highly disappointed from the zomato service now you guys are fake and making fool of your customers

                              I placed a order in zomato on 16th september 2019 and paid rs.71/- through my debit card also.
                              But i didn't get my order, and after more than 1hour long discussion they simply cancelled my order..
                              And they clearly said they will refund 71/- to my bank account and additionally 71 zomato credits to my zomato account..
                              They added 71 credits in zomato account
                              & they initiated refund of rs.35.50/- to my bank account.. They are simply telling you this is the only refund you get..
                              Why should i pay full amount of order and now they are paying half amount only?

                                I am unable to order food online. I also have gold services. I dont know the reason for such block. They said that my account is blocked because of suspicious activites.
                                There is only 1 food order in total ever made on that account.

                                I have already dropped many email and you can contact me there also.
                                I am unable to login with my email id and password to any other device other than my currently logged in device. It says me that online food ordering has been disabled from your account due to suspension activity.

                                  I ordered food from one of the restaurants i ordered for one family pack chicken biryani. But they delivered me 2 mini biryanis. I seeked the support help and they said that they'll provide me credits. I asked them to take back the food. They refused to do so. I got totally different food and of less price. I asked for my extra money back. How do i pay more for an order.

                                    Hi,
                                    I placed an order on sunday night (22/9/19) around 9:45pm online to mahfil hotel. Kochi. After applying promo code a total sum of rs. 93 was deducted from my card but i received no conformation about my order. I called mahfil thrice and every time they told me that they didn't receive my order. On zomato portal it was showing that order was not through because of payment problem though the amount was dedudcted. My details are as follow-

                                      I have order some food items in pulusu restaurant through zomato which worth ₹272. Since, i didn't pick up the call when delivery boy rings they canceled my order. I am sorry a bit of 5mins late as i have engaged with other work. But, they have charged the whole order value as their cancellation charge. This is worst. There must be a maximum ceiling on cancelation charge or it should be equal to the deleivery charges.

                                        I have ordered mutton briyani worth inr 345 from zomato on 18th september 2019 from shanmukha, hsr bengaluru. The restaurant called me and ask to order chicken briyani worth inr 290. I haven't received the refund yet (Paid by zeta meal card).

                                        I have ordered pizza on 21st august 2019 at stoner ice-creams - burgers - best pizza in koramangala, bangalore. My order was successfully placed but i didn't get the order. So, zomato is yet to give me a refund of inr 515.60 (Paid by zeta meal card).
