I have ordered a food on 13/09/2019 with order i'd:[protected] of rs.136/- for which i did not receive the order and it is marked as delivered in app and i haven't received the refund yet. Always customer service representatives are asking me wait for 48 which i did already but no response from them. Very worst experience i had with zomato, all other companies will resolve the query immediately expect zomato guys. I want to file a case on zomato people. The delivery boy was very rude on call and all chat representatives are useless they are sending me to wait for 48 hours and disconnecting the chat immediately, no responsibility towards the customer query. Now i received a response from them stating that they will not refund my money and simply sorry, i am been harassed by zomato. Please file a case. At any cost i need my refund.

I tried to order a cake from zomato but the payment failed. I did it 4 times, but same thing happened. On 5th attempt I was able to do the order. As usual money has been deducted for the following 4 failed orders. I need my refund

    Hello sir i have mistakenly order food on zomato and i have instant cancelled they order and also ordered not received... Now i have contect them they said refund not received but they t&c said refund are possible because order not received many time i have call and email them but refund not received my order no.

    I have to order veg machirian and mix veg chaowmine from mirchi, patna, bihar but taking more time, for placed order and no packing of zomato sticker, packing always open and less than a full of chaowmine, and no given bill & souce.
    On 6th September I was trying to place an order on zomato nd I was using Google pay for payment bt that payment happened from my side bt order was cancelled. Nd 163/- has been deducted from my account. I want refund asap

      I had ordered 5 veg grilled sandwiches on 14 sept 2019 at 7.14 pm and paid rs 313 to delivery boy. There was an offer of 40% discount on the order but it was not given. Since i was busy at that time i noticed this later on. The order was delivered from juice factory. Kindly arrange to give me credit of amount of discount which may pl be adjusted in my next order.

        I ordered food from paradise, kothapet, hyderabad through zomato app as per the order no [protected] dated 21.08.2019 at 07.03 pm and paid rs 1671.30 through my citibank credit card.

        The delivery person cheated and after a long delay never delivered the food. This was acknowledged by your chat support on same day.

        I was told by your chat support that i'll be refunded the amount of rs 1671 to my credit card account and the credit would happen in 5 to 7 days. The refund has not been done as yet. After continued followup on chat support, you have been evasive without any action on my refund. I am attaching all the chat discussions.

        Take notice that further delay in refund is not tenable and i shall initiate appropriate action if you continue to evade the refund including informing the appropriate authorities for stern action.

        It is demanded to refund the amount of rs 1671.30 immediately along with compensation of rs 1000, for the hardship caused immediately.

        Also inform your full postal address per return email.

          I got below message on 30 th august. Its been more than 15 days, zomato dint refund my money back. This is extremely ridiculous. Please look into this and refund the money as soon as possible.

          “we have initiated a refund against your order (Id: [protected]) on zomato order. Refund of rs 1335.99 will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days.”

            did not receive cashback

            I ordered my food on 9th september 2019.
            This was my first order so i applied welcome coupon code according to which i should have got 100% cashback upto rs 300. Mg order was of rs 272. But i didn't receive any cashback. I talked to their chat support twice, they told i will receive cashback within 48 hrs. But its about 156 hrs and i haven't received any cashback yet....

            This is regarding zomato order for which i am eligible for refund as the food quality was very bad. This was not goot to be consumed by human.
            The total amount of order was 221 inr. The zomato chatbot generate a coupon worth 186inr automatically. But i do not want any coupon or discount but a total refund in my account.
            Zomato has refused to provide refund. It someone is not willing g to have coupon then they should provide refund in their original payment method.

              I ordered (Order number: [protected]) an item from a local restaurant through zomato using my debit card. The food was sitting in the resturant for half an hour as the rider wasn't available. And further the rider wasn't assigned to my order. The food was never delivered by zomato but they debited the order amount from my account as i had paid through my card. I reached out to customer support but to no avail i kept receiving bot responses. Pathetic service.

                This is the second time this has happened that Zomato has failed to deliver my order and even after raising issue with them, they didn't respond to me. For 1hour I was trying to contact them to know the issue but to no avail. Very disappointed. This is not how you treat your customers. All customer care were either switched off or not working. What I got was mainly a bot reply from other end saying there is only chat support available when I wanted to personally talk to them. Not going to use Zomato ever again.

                  I ordered a 'super bbq non veg platter' from the continental express restaurant through zomato. The description for the item included an 8 in pizza, however a 6 in pizza was delivered to me. When i compared the size with a tiny coke bottle (20rs one), it was clearly evident. However i'm unable to reach to zomato regarding this as i keep getting connected to a chat bot which responds by saying "please select a restaurant with higher rating next time". Even after i responded saying i was unsatisfied with the resolution, i received no further communication from zomato. By the time i was getting the issue clarified my food was already cold and had to end up eating a cold pizza.

                    I make a order from hotel asha, but the order is not confirmed still the amount is debited from my account twicely. The total amount is debited from my account is 106+106=212. I have make payment through google pay. First a fall payment was failed and amount was not debited so i again make payment, again it was failed later on the amount was debited. I want the debited amount refund as soon as possible.

                      I didnt get my order because of strike and it is showing delivered. I paid through paytm. I want my refund back please.

                      I want ny money in my paytm account and a compensation too for such dekay and irresponsible behaviour. Zomato is going down and is now unable to make competitive advantage because of these doings which slowly lossing their customers.

                        I ordered a total of 4 burgers from kfc. I received only 2 of them. I have photo and video proof. I raised complaint via chat. They insisted that i send them email. I sent them many emails but they kept saying i should have received only 2 burgers. 10 days have passed like this. Finally thought i should take it upto this forum to complain and get proper reimbursement.

                        I would like to complain about 2 people who handled my case via mail. Ekta dixit and ayush raj. The problem is that they do not understand how much ever i try explaining them. A combo i bought consists of 2 burgers. If i order 2 combos, i should receive 4 burgers. How is this hard to understand? Why do they keep avoiding and saying i should receive only 2 burgers? Am i a fool to spend 600rs on 2 burgers? Make sure to give them proper training.

                          This is to inform you that on 07/09/2019 by mistake i placed an order having order id [protected] & paid rs. 207/- via paytm even i cancelled the order within 30 seconds but didn't get any refund for the same as your one of your executive is saying, "we would like to inform you that according to new policies of zomato if the order gets cancelled after acceptance by the restaurant, a cancellation charge is levied as the food is prepared/dispatched."

                          My question is that how can you say that there is no refund applicable?? I cancelled the order within 30 seconds then how is it possible that the food is ready within the said time?? So there is no question of wastage of food.

                          You also mentioned in your email that i was informed about the refund policy during your chat support which is not at all true. I only received your system generated messages & asked to email the query.

                          So it's a kind request refund the amount at the earliest.

                            They said they will refund the money on chat but fake they didn't! # 1* company scam money stealers! My order was prepaid and due to some emergency my phone was unreachable but when i asked to pick my food order they refused they say it leads to food wastage # zomato i was asking to pick my own order myself scam with full paid money they just ate my food and money both

                              Today is 14 september today i order my food in zomato tie up restorent named agrawal cators order no. ([protected]) i just wonder to select my favorite good item. And add to cart and when i am applying promotion coupon the zomato app automatic place my order without applying promotion copon code and only see in my mobile screen your order is being place but i just want to know i successfully apply the coupon but why the order is accepted without applied coupon discount price. I am very disappointed and i just want to cancel my order shamed of you zomato you damaged my feelings. And after i am ordering again my food the zomato app said you have not authorise to complete this order because i am used cash on delivery and only online payment options available. I just want to unlock my cash on delivery option back. And a discount coupon upto 200 rupees. Because the zomato is harassment my feelings. U should be fine to 0ay for it.

                                I ordered cake through zomato. When i received the cake box, it was totally spilled or damaged. Half of the cake was on one side of the box. I took a picture and posted on zomato app support centre. My cake costed around rs 350. Since it was a total fault of zomato delivery service. I asked them to refund the entire amount. They agreed that's its their fault but they said that they are only allowed to give get flat rs94 off on your next order. I was shocked such a big brand name and are not ready to take ownership for their fault i said i want to escalate the matter. This is the most pathetic service. I should be compensated adequately for their fault.
                                Item are spoiled and not edible. I want my whole money back or re order my item. The whole item was spillage issue, this whole incident just ruined my mood and i have felt so

                                    I have two issues

                                    1) i have ordered three burgers and 1 meal but the zomato vallet has delivered only two burgers and when we called and asked him after checking he told that he is not responsible for that.

                                    2) i have ordered food from mc donalds but i am not satisfied as the whole drink has got leaked due to which all burgers, fries have become soggy.

                                    We didn't receive the whole ordered quantity and the food that we received got tasteless.

                                    So i need refund as i was not at all satisfied with the delivery as we didn't receive the whole ordered quantity and the food that we received got tasteless.

                                      I ordered last night from dominos through zomato, the transaction was not complete, i cancelled the order, money got deducted from my account, refund not yet received, what should i do, i have uploaded the images of the order with date and the money deducted from my account, please look into the matter and give me my refund as soon as possible, transaction fail is not my fault, payment through paytm upi is never possible, it's always a hurdle, we either have to do cod or paytm only then the pro codes don't work, it's ridiculous and hilarious. Please give my payment back
