Sir i terminate by my area zomato office they say u are terminate by delhi office bt i cant receive any terminated letter or massage why sir... My fault is just i am placing a order by zomato app and eat.. Sir my area branch directly terminate plz sir plz rejoin me i promise after rejoin i am not placing any order... Greetings for the day! Today i have ordered a dish from cafe 555 and selected for online payment, amount has been debited from my account but it still shows that the payment is pending. please look after it as i get my amount refund or else i get my dish. look after it ASAP. please find the proof attached.

Hello this is customer...money deducted but order not placed...
I haven't eaten for one day...i dont have money ...is this the correct way to make me die...I ask my parents to file a case against u if i die of hunger...good bye ...Boycott Zomato..

I have been following mail for my refund they simply ask me to wait for every 24 to 48 hrs the issue was on 28th September and still following for the same. I don't understand on which basis customer service is on. I'm very much disappointed and still hoping I could get my refund successfully.
