I am ordering food from zomato on 3 rd november and my order is not accepted by restaurant so they drop me message your amount will be refunded in 7 days but no amount is refunded and i have done mail on zomato but they tell talk to your bank then i enquiring on bank so bank person tells me no refund is done by zomato. And they give me rrn no but they show no results found showing.. Pls help to initiate my refunds

My money is deducted from my bank account but not receive order from restaurant...n also i called restaurant they said they didn't recive any order from me my order no is [protected]
Zomato order ID-[protected] was not delivered and marked as delivered by them... upon complaining they are not resolving the isse or neither refunding the amount..
also they are not responding mails and providing no resolution over chat... i have requested for a callback but no one bothers to call and talk.. very bad experience.
I have ordered one burger from Burger King gwalior via zomato. Total cost of Rs 55 but amount deducted was 121 rupees including 55 Rs of burger 32 Rs service tax 34 Rs. Delivery charges. But actual received from Burger King was Rs. 88 including 55 rs of burger and 33 Rs. Of delivery charges. I want to get back excess amount immediately

    I need assistanced because i am having a hard time understanding your chat executives. They are rude and misbehaved with me. Day before yesterday i ordered food at 7:30pm keeping grace time and guess what, it was delivered to me at 10:30pm, right after 3 hours.

    I was on the chat with one of your executive and been chatting for an hour and without resolution, he/she canceled my order and disconnected the chat.

    I again got in touch with a lady who as a token, gave me a voucher of 45.

    I had another voucher of 627 rupees, which i used to place this order, and i wanted my refund.

    Guess what then, she removed my that voucher as well from 1st november (Pathetic food and cold food it was).

    This is pathetic and un-professional. There is no way i could reach you guys over the phone.

    I am really unhappy. Why did she remove my voucher and it means alot to me 627rupee is not less.

    I request you to please refund my money, not any voucher now, but refund my money in my bank account. Disgusting!!

    My money got deducted...I made a payment worth 129 rupees using Google pay to zomato hdfc account...but on the app it says the payment is incomplete...I don't know why this app is useless... I have had such really stupid issues earlier too...if you can't run your app properly shut your business...this is so annoying

I am unable to order food online even though i have purchased gold membership. It is going waste for me. I domt know why this has been done but this is an error and i am getting no help. My gold membership is also going waste. Please help me get my account unblocked for online orderding.

        I tried to order food from yes yes hotel via zomato app and made a payment of rs. 141 using simple pay. Payment went through but order was never processed. So i tried to order again and made a payment of rs. 141 again via simple pay. This time order was placed and i was tracking the order. Suddenly i received a notification that it has been cancelled. So i called up the restaurant and he said zomato cancelled the order. Deliver guy never came to deliver the food and he never tried to contact me. I have contacted zomato customer care multiple times but everytime i got the same response that it cannot be refunded. Now, i've been charged rs. 141 twice to my simple pay account which is rs. 282. I told zomato to check delivery executive's call logs or query him if he even tried to deliver the order. Now, how will i cancel the order when he never came to deliver and did not even call me. Customer care should check from the app that i did not cancel the order. I need a refund cause i'd rather give it to someone who is need than paying zomato for something which i have not done.

          I ordered domino's pizza using zomato app today. The domino's outlet cancelled my ordered and refused to deliver. The zomato app was showing your order is on the kitchen for the next 2 hours even after the order news cancelled by domino's and now the app shows the order has been delivered. I want to issue as complaint and want the order amount to be refunded.

            It is very unfortunate that the application is not able to guide the zomato delivery valet to the correct address in a place like mumbai where you can pinpoint an address simply by using google maps in case there is an issue which delivery person is unable to use.
            I was surprised that my recent order was cancelled simply because my number was unreachable due to the same being out if charge and was aghast by the fact when i checked to find out that the order has been cancelled due to false reason provided that i was unavailable at the given address. Additionaly i had to face the inconvenience due to order cancellation which was expected and not arrived and having received late knowledge.
            Surpringly though the delivery valet had the delivery parcel he did not redeliver the same inspite of him claiming that he had the order and i having informed zomato service via chat to redirect the delivery boy to deliver the parcel.
            This sort of service is very deplorable and request you to make good the damage and waste of time and money on my part immediately

              These is greatly regreted that my order was not as per description and yet i was not able to get a satisfactory response neither from restaurant nor from zomato delivery boy
              I waited for more than 2 hrs but couldn't get money refunded nor my order was replaced
              Zomato been a reputated name has made such a error regarding delivery of the goods
              I believe that after these complain i will be able to get some response

                I orderd food from al-taj hotel, which is very much near to my house. The vallet gone to someother place, almost 2.5kms away from my house. And calling from there, then i got call from the customer care exicutive, mr. Chetan. T. S. He said ull not get refund amount and the order cannot be deliverd. And he is saying do whatever you want to do. Using abusive language. Please take action against this mordern day fraud people.

This is the second time i am facing this issue with zomato. They haven't refunded any amount for my past order too, they just replied that "we will pass the feedback"

                          I placed an order for food from pune cocktail bar. After 20 minutes of accepting zomato canceled the order saying the restaurant canceled it. I spoke t the restaurant and realized that they were actually halfway through my order preparation when zomato canceled it!. I was hungry and went to the restaurant and collected the order myself and paid in cash. I am now chasing zomato for a refund but they are not refunding my money
                          My order was paid by credit card. Zomato canceled the order but in spite of reminders, they are not giving me my refund. They give me a ref number[protected] for a refund but my credit card does not show any refund. They have stopped answering my emails

                            As you have provided the refunded money as a coupon code i want my money back either in my account or to zomato account because i can't use that money by using that money i have to pay money because i can't apply another code. Already you have very much disappointed me and now you are trying to fool me by giving a coupon code money. Please ensure it and i want good answer from your pls not a disappointed answer. I am not telling to give it in my account but you can give it as zomato credit rather than coupon code.

                                Till now I have not received my amount and costomer support only assure me for wait.

                                On 25th October i ordered sweets thought zomato and made a card payment of 1402 rs. Merchant didn't take uo my order for some reason and since tgat day i haven't received my refund back!
                                And today zomato chat service people are telling me they have refund it in reality they haven't.
                                Zomato is a fraud.

                                  My order worth inr 2987 was cancelled by zomato on 28th september. I contacted them through email multiple times and received a response 15 days after.
                                  As per the response email they mentioned "i have initiated a full refund of inr 2987 which will reflect in your bank account in the next billing cycle." but they did not mention at all with what is the time period of their billing cycle.

                                  It's been more than 1 and half month since i have received any update or refund from zomato.

                                    Zomato is a shameless, greedy, crook, thugg sort of a company and people needs to avoid ordering food from it.
                                    It claims of satisfaction in food delivery but there are numerous reports that these thuggs not only aid crook food sellers to sell adulterated and low quantity food but ZOMATO's own delivery guys munch up the customer ordered food in midway and thus spread disease and cheating. So Zomato is a disease spreading, filthy, crook company and whose delivery guys also sues customer on the basis of religion to harass them.

                                      I placed an order([protected]) on 2 November 2019 & the order was prepaid for Rs 386. By mistake at the time of delivery I also paid cash to the delivery agent(Jitender). He also took the cash & went. Next morning, I realised the mistake and contacted Zomato chat support. They asked me to email at zomato support([protected]@zomato.com). They also assured me that the driver is not denying but he don't exactly remember as he had many orders and I will get my money back.

                                      Its been 4 days now and they are denying the incident and saying that the driver is denying that he has taken cash from me.

                                      I am receiving same copy pasted lame responses from their email support.

                                        I called the chai nagri restaurant 2 times prior to placing the order and talked to the owner and the chef and asked him before placing the order. I asked the chef and the owner if there is anything non spicy on the menu, they said maam whatever you order i will make it non spicy and the chef himself suggested that he will add thousand island dressing to make it non spicy. I told them that everytime i call prior ordering food and request not to add chilli garlic sauce so they say yes maam we will not add chilli garlic sauce but when the food is delivered they add chilli garlic sauce. So they say no maam now we will do good we will add substitute sauce which was thousand island dressing. This happens everytime i order from this restaurant.
                                        Before placing today's order i talked to the chef clearly if he will make it spicy or non spicy because i want non spicy so he said yes we will make it non spicy i asked him that if he can substitute the chilli sauce with a non spicy sauce so he said yes maam we will add thousand island dressing and he said maam dont worry i will make it as you said and then i placed the order.
                                        I wrote the instructions "non spicy. Add thousand island dressing. Do not add chilli garlic sauce and add french fries in the wrap."
                                        After placing the order immediately i got a call from the owner of chai nagri. He talked to me arrogantly and rudely and said we will not change our recipe. We will not add french fries so i said its alright if you dont want to add french fries in the wrap then dont add.
                                        Then sternly he said we will not add thousand island dressing also. Then i said that i talked to you and the chef prior to placing the order and you said yes maam we will make it non spicy and we will substitute the chilli sauce with a non spicy sauce thousand island dressing. Then he said no we will not follow your instructions and please dont order from our restaurant again we dont want to serve you and everytime you order there is an issue.
                                        I told him that you should have told all this to me on the call when i was talking to you and the chef prior to ordering the food and sent you the money. I asked him why he did not say all this on the phone call when he was talking to me before i placed the order and money deducted from my account.
                                        Then also he started disrespecting me immensely and said no restaurant will allow you to talk to the chef and i said all restaurants transfer the call to the chef. So the rude chai nagri owner said that who allows you to talk to the chef, i said all the restaurants, he said who?, i said havstories, karkhaana everyone transfers call to the chef, then the merchant said okay then you order from there. Dont ever order from here again.
                                        After this incident i kept telling him to refund my money he said no i will not refund your money, talk to zomato.
                                        I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this disrespectful behaviour with online customer. The matter was confirmed prior ordering over the phone call and after ordering they called me to disrespect me and said they will not follow any instructions whether that is of spicy or non spicy or thousand island dressing etc. This kind of cheating they did everytime i placed order from them, prior ordering they agree amiably over the phone call to my requests but after ordering they back down from their word after readind the instructions. They are extremely disrespectful, talking in a mannerless manner, immensely rude and arrogant.
                                        Zomato does not refund to original mide of payment. Instead rget give me a promo code rather than refunding to my original nide of payment.
                                        They said they will send food as they wish to spicy and said this after receiving money. Till now no food was delivered. Kindly refund
                                        I will never order from chai nagri moradabad restaurant. Pathetic service and extremely rude people liars.
                                        Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
