I have placed an order with gherlin cafe and patiisser, amount is deducted from my account and the order is not placed. When tries to communicate zomoto executive through chat,, there is no facility to communicate with you.. And u simply eating my amount unethically, it happened with previous order also, i placed an order with subbaiahhotel, they sent me wrong item, but guyz damn unbother to care about this issue no one will be right away...

My account has been auto blocked by zomato app and now it is not unblocking for online ordering.
I talked to the customer service but they are not resolving my issue
I have purchased zomato gold but now cannot use it for online ordering.
I want to use gold for order.

I have ordered and the address in map was wrong but what i have written was absolutely correct. They cancelled the order without my concern as their delivery partner was making excuses for not delivering the product. Even though i offered and requested that i'll pay extra money but please deliver the food but there is no humanity but only the fraudulent activity prevails. Instead of providing solutions they just get away with my money saying...

Have clearly ordered the food in the screenshot below. But your so called dumb fellow says it is 3 parota and dal for this combo. And the order was delivered with spilled package and right away i have sent the pctured on chat online.

But no response. I have kept the food which was ordered in the same way. And expect refund.

I have placed an order from eat. Fit at 8 pm and pretty soon the valet calls me up to ask for my address. I respond with my address and the delivery time is mentioned as 23 minutes. I wait for 45 mins and the status is unchanged so i use the app to find out and they suggest i call up the valet. I call him up and he's home and he refuses to leave. I ordered from zomato and by mistake I cancelled it. The whole process took not more than 10 min. They denied to refund the money by saying about there policy. But this policy is wrong. A minimal amount can be taken as cancellation charge but not the whole amount.
I cancelled the order by mistake and no refund was given to me.
Please take action on it....

On 15th of october i have made an order (Order no [protected]) of a cake and paid which was not delivered however they marked it as delivered. They don't have call support and they don't bother to reply over e mail.. I have sent mail asking for the resolution on 15th, 16th and 19th again and almost 7 times have a long chat of almost 2 hrs.. But they never replied... Or provided and resolution.. Have paid ₹625 and they have looted my money...

I ordered to badami sweet and restaurant and my order id is [protected]. My order was not delivered due to distance issue and i didn't get any refund also. I would like to add that how could they accept my order if the address was far for them. Kindly refund my money. It was my first experience and it turned out to be worst. It's there mistake why they accepted my order if distance was too far....

I ordered 3 cold coffees Yesterday (October 17, 2019) from Burger King- Mohali, Order Number- [protected] on Zomato

My order was not delivered. When I called Burger King, the person was rude and asked me to call the Delivery Executive. There was no Delivery person assigned for my order.

After 2-3 minutes of my call, the Zomato page showed that my order was delivered. But i didn't received it, nor did i got any...

This apps policys sucks as i place order accidentally with different address and cancelled it immediately calling the restaurant still the zomato ppl not ready to refund me, although the order is not even prepaired and out for delivery. Other apps provide so much more support for this kind of conditions. Uninstalling the app immediately as they steal all my order money and not returning back a penny....

My zomato account blocked since many months even though am writing thorough emails to them but they were not at all responding and sending reply that due to suspicious activity they blocked. One thing i have requested them that i didn’t do any suspicious activities but unnecessarily they removed my account as they got request from hotel which i gave bad review due to non healthy food which they delivered to me....

Actually i ordered chicken biryani from hotel asha through zomato and i received egg biryani. I usually don't eat eggs and i have never ordered egg products in past too then how can they send these things to me.

I placed an order with zomato at domino's pizza on seeing that it was offering discounts on that restaurant's order. My cart value was rs 248 before applying promo code, and after applying the promo code the price became rs 153.6. The final amount shown was rs 153.6 and placed my order through paytm only to see that my account was deducted by rs 248.
