I booked a pizza from oyalo karur but after one hrs i received a message my order has been cancelled if they don't have that much facility why are doing this. You see this at 8.21 pm they don't have delivery boy than when they will. This is the actually dinner time means according to the delivery boy we have to order our dinner at 6.00pm than will do needful. I am not requesting you any thing i giving you a shout full suggestion to do bushiness in proper manner or you don't accept the orders if you accept means you do best other wise no need of this kind of business.

I was ordered crab soup that soup was not tasty and like a fouly smell and we won't eat that one I was raised my complaint to shop, that shop manager told me to ask zomato for refund and the amount was 357 rupees.

    I had ordered something from my zomato app in darbhanga. Somehow, may be because of server error, the same thing got reordered thrice. I was not knowing the same. The restaurant people called to inform me about it. And also told me to cancel the order from my side. I was not knowing that zomato is a thug company and will deduct all my amount. Now when i m writing in mail to the support team of zomato they are telling that their policy says that food was under preparation and wastage happened. But no wastage happened. 1300 is not a small amount to be deducted. I will leave no stone unturned to get that amount.

      Dear sir,

      I order pizza & burger in zomoto against order id [protected] dated 24.11.2019 & i prepaid the amount of 523/rs through upi app, eventhough i have given the correct adress, the delivery fellow has gone to wrong adress and spoken very rudely and i told the nearest land mark of the address & he to i dont know this adress the navigation is showing different adress, for this kind of mistakes what the hell i can do, eventhough i have given correct address the due to delivery person negligence my order got canceled, when i put a msg in zomoto support team i received a call form zomoto mumbai office the customer care person put my call on conference call with the delivery fellow, than he understood that it was the mistake happened with delivery fellow & he assured me that i will get my full amount refund with in 4-5 working days, even after this assurance still am getting mails like i will not get any refund as per new zomoto rules, what the # your rules for the mistake happened which is done by your delivery parter you penalise him, why you are eating customer money,

        On Oct 28, I placed a prepaid order (order id: [protected]) with Silver Coin Restaurant. The restaurant cancelled one item from the order and despite my insistence of having the money credited back into my bank account, the Zomato executive on chat chose to offer me a promo code. Two days later, on Oct 30, my OnePlus phone was stolen (I have an FIR, which I can share) and I don't know if the person who stole my phone deleted my Zomato account. I then got a fresh SIM issued in my old number, and when I installed the app on my new device, I didn't see any of the previous order details or history. I have since then been trying to use the promo code, and every time I use it, I receive an error message stating 'the promo code is invalid'.
        I have raised the issue with Zomato through my registered email id. And they have keep insisting and telling me that the code is valid on my phone number. But the only options to login into Zomato are through Facebook, Google and Email, all of which require an email id and not a phone number.
        When I used the Zomato account on my phone to chat with an executive and shared my problem. The executive said that while my number was the same, the promo code is for another account. After exchanging a zillion emails, Zomato finally agreed to issue a fresh promo code on Nov 17. The code was to reflect in my account in 24-48 hours. It has been 8 days and till date I haven't received any promo code nor has the issue been solved.

          I had place an order (Pre-paid) through zomato. Firstly zomato and the concerned resturant (Bikanervala) accepted the order to deliver within 30 mins. Latter they have changed it to 90 mins for which as per the advice of delivery boy and zomat customer care executive i had cancelled the order.

          Order no - [protected] dated 08-11-19 at 11.07 am. Amount - rs 1809

          The refund not yet been received by the concerned. The zomato customer executive had two time shared the false information that the refund been processed.

          Kindly do the needful.

            I paid money two time for single order. After online paid, zomato customer care called and said that your payment was cancelled. Please take as COD, within four working day you will get your online money back. Because of zomato brand we agreed and proceeded. Almost 16 days also I not received my money back. Now in chat they are telling that. your online payment was not cancelled.

              Hi,
              I ordered food on 19th november, 2019 evening (Order id: [protected] order amount: rs. 625/-), waited for long but didn't receive any. Later i received an sms from zomato saying since i wasn't available to take the delivery, the order was declined and also as this is non-refundable order, no refund is applicable.
              I contacted the delivery man, which was connected to merchant shop and they said they didn't receive return of food and the delivery was automatically cancelled. So, he couldn't do anything. I then contacted the zomato online support team through their official chat and found that food was damaged by delivery person due to which i didn't get my food.

                This is to inform you that on 23/11/2019 by mistake i placed an order having order id [protected] & paid rs. 222/- via paytm even i cancelled the order within 2 minutes but didn't get any refund for the same as your one of your executive is saying, "we would like to inform you that according to new policies of zomato if the order gets cancelled after acceptance by the restaurant, a cancellation charge is levied as the food is prepared/dispatched."

                My question is that how can you say that there is no refund applicable?? I cancelled the order within 2 minutesthen how is it possible that the food is ready within the said time?? So there is no question of wastage of food.

                You also mentioned in your email that i was informed about the refund policy during your chat support which is not at all true. I only received your system generated messages & asked to email the query.

                So it's a kind request refund the amount at the earliest.

                    I live in bathinda punjab i ordered from vdesi kitchen and cafe near gt road i ordered at 8 pm from my laptop as i usually do but order didn’t came till 8 40 pm so i checked my messages of my phone with my registered mobile number there i came to know that the payment is done but order is not confirmed my 391 rupees are wasted the order was 2 onion kulcha with chana and 2 lacha paratha with dal makhani later i ordered the same food from same restaurant and bill was same but this time it was confirmed i think that this happened because this time they had asked for otp from my registered mobile number but when i ordered first they hadn’t asked it so in this way i payed double for food sir it is very much hard to earn money and sir giving double for food is something not good for budget sir please help us and refund the money from first order

                          I had ordered panner biryani from zomato third partner biryani blue. But unfortunately it was burnt and oily and the taste of biryani rice was unacceptable. This how they play with health of the customer in terms of rating on restaurants they only know how to earn and make a customer fool by playing with their life . Please look into the matter as I have also reached out to support team also but I know they won’t help me i this . I’ll want to sue them on defamation and cheating on a customer on the name of food .

                            New scam from zomato. I ordered food from zomato on 17/11/19. The order wasn't delivered for about an hour and then the delivery agent called to tell that the restaurant is delaying the order time and again. So i called the restaurant and he assured me it's ready. I called another 10 minutes later since i could see the delivery agent was stationary. I was told the food is on the way. After some time i tried calling the delivery guy but couldn't get through. I tried customer support on zomato and option was 'order running late'. It asked me whether i wanted a promo of rs75 for the inconvenience and i accepted. Gist of the story, the order never got delivered, zomato person called and said they would refund. Surprise was i got the total minus rs75 only as refund. Rest is available as a month long valid promo code.in summary they gifted me my own money and if i dont use it within less than a month, zomato gets it. I messaged customer service today and he was defending this whole scenario saying i accepted the rs75 promo code. Yes, i accepted an apology promo code not that my money be converted into zomato promo code that i can use if i want. From his communication it was clear that he knew the real issue and was just following orders to dupe customers. Congratulations zomato. You have got rs75 from me. I have deleted my account with zomato.

                              Hi day before yesterday i have ordered from zomato sai sweet accepted the order but they have not available those things which i have ordered so zomato guy called me i said i dont want other things so pls cancel the order he said you cab cancel from app so i cancelled the same time then zomato msg came the food is prepared then you have cancelled so it will not refund but here the fault has done by restaurant and zomato guy why customer suffering and lost his money.

                              Order cancellee by restaurant they deducted my money saying i will not refund bcoz food is prepared then u cancelled but they dont have availability thats why i cancelled why i lost money this is restaurant fault they accepted the order and after they refused they dont have these things.

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

                                The issue that i have experienced was: on 16th nov i placed order on zomato as mentioned the order no. Above to tau ka dhaba gurugram.. After waiting 1 hour zomato valet told me that tau ka dhaba not making the food and it'll take another 1 hour.. My guest were waiting and i have to feel ashamed and valet told me to get order cancelled and i will get refund.. I cancelled the order and it reflected there that i won't get refund but why should i wait for 2-3 hour so i cancelled and contacted customer service and 3 agent told me i can get refund and it will be done within 24-48 hours still i am having issue and didn't got refund.. And when i contact now to zomato they disconnected the chats thrice without my approval and my 829inr is stucked after being promised i can get it..

                                Just want 829rs back

                                I ordered food at zomato and payed online payment Because of food not available in restaurant but zomato didn't processed full redund it only refunded 57 instead of 132 I faced some other problems with zomato like this so I was likely lo complaint against zomato so many people are facing this type of problems with some food apps

                                  I placed an order thrice with a restaurant which declined my order twice and did not deliver the third order at all. Eventually i had to cancel my third order. Zomato support executive assured me a full refund of rs 252 and offered me a "free meal" promo code of rs 50. However, they refunded only rs 202 instead of rs 252. When i complained, they repeatedly gave the same excuse that the remaining amount has been given as a promo code. Is that what zomato means by "free meal" promo code? Not refunding the complete amount and converting the amount paid into a promo code and marking it as a note of apology for my inconvenience? Extremely unprofessional. I want my full refund of rs 252 asap. Its not a matter of rs 50, its a matter of cheating the consumer which is completely unjust.

                                    I had order my food from kfc via zomato at 1:01 pm dubai time.
                                    At 2:30 the food was still not delivered. I informed zomato via chat to cancel order, they stopped responding and at 4pm they mention food is delivered. Like seriously??? When i called kfc they mentioned that they cancelled the food from their side. Now i lost money and received no food either. How to escalate this?

                                    Too bad service, I have ordered pizza from the pizza world on 15/11/2016. it was worst no one can eat that pizza. they charged about Rs.250 for this worst pizza. I think they don't even know how to make pizza. I request you to ban this food court for delivering for zommato. it's spoiling your name.
                                    My order was exchanged. I got another food.i took the support of zomato.they squad that they will refund my money within 7 working days.i ordered it on 3 Nov and today its 11nov I did not got my money till today

                                      I've ordered food from kfc thru zomato on 20/11/2019 at 2:05 pm uae time, and in app its shows still preparing in kfc kitchen. I dont think kfc need such time to prepare, and there is something wrong with it.

                                        Hi zomato has blocked my online delivery for no reason.

                                        When checked with their support team, they gave no reason and mentioned its system generated block and cant be revoked.

                                        When asked multiple times, they mentioned that there are multiple numbers associated with this zomato account and then i realized that due to some mistake on their end, the contact number on my account was incorrect for which i asked them to correct. These people instead of correcting my phone number blocked the same.
