On October 13, i ordered 1* Shahi paneer and 3*roti through "Shri Ram Dhabha". But the delivery guy dropped it and spoiled the order on road which resulted shahi paneer totally empty and spoiled in contact of sand and dirt in it totally uneatable and unhygienic.
When i asked about this, he was giving lot of fake excuses and ran away by saying contact zomato support for it,
So in all of this who has to take the responsibility of handling orders? as i didnt got what i have ordered as it was totally unhygienic and spoiled, What about the money i had paid for it?
It was totally act of playing with health, delivering road spoiled food.
Such incident is happening again after that Food eating problem of zomato delivery person and still same type is happening again. How can i be sure that zomato gives perfect food or spoiled/eaten food.
So, i hope zomato understand this and maintain their service quality, and REFUND my money either in source account or Zomato wallet because it was my money and i didn't received for what i had paid for.
