I have once ordered in ZOMOTO the amout is 313 rs . Due to the issue they are not able to deliver the amount and they have credited the amount in to zomoto account instead of source.

After 1 month i tried to order from the zomoto account. i am getting your credits has been expired.

There was transaction amount to rs238/- while placing order there was transaction incomplete so the amount was deducted but oder was not placed... It's more than 8 days but still not received the amount back in the bank account... Also checked with bank... They saying they hv initiated all the amount do wat is pending is the beneficiary bank... So kindly check and reverse me with amount...

I ordered 26 pieces, i only received 21, i contacted your zomato support but your bot was chatting with me and no was there to listen, then i called restaurant but no response. I am your regular cx and if this will be the support that you are providing then it means your service is degraded. I ordered food for my team and because of you people, i felt embarrassed because of you people. That is the worst experience i had with you....

We ordered a dish from tidetan flavours with delivery address clearly mentioned. But they refused to deliver the order. We contacted zomato customer care (Agent name - rahul) but they informed that they won't deliver the food amd won't refund the paid amount.
We want strict action against zomato and quick resolution of the issue.

I dont want to share this post, i fought a lot with zomato before sharing this post and i am completely fed-up with their customer support.

I have ordered the food from zomato on 15th Sep from paradise restaurant, without delivering the food status has been updated as delivered when i contacted the agent he has informed me that phone was broken and couldn't deliver the food and asked me to contact zomato...

I had ordered dinner on at zomata 24.09.2019 for rs.108/- order id - [protected] and done upi payment.
As no cod available.

The amount was deducted from phonepe but on zomato it showed transaction incomplete.

My friend ordered food from one of the registered restaurant (New shimla biryani) on zomato, at around 7:45 pm, the order was confirmed order id: [protected] and her paytm account was debited with the amount rs.471 (Including tax and service charges) and we all waited for the food till 9:00 pm and nothing arrived. Rider came drunk and faked that he has a cycle.
He came late 1 hour and was on bike.
Zomato chat executive was not at all helpful and all i think i chatted with a robot.
No response on how the escalation will happen.
I'm escalating this as i don't want a drunk driver to go around delivering any female house late night.

We ordered 2 items from kfc but we received only one of them. We complained at the head office 3 times n each time they said the outlet will call is shortly. We never received that call n then when we called the outlet directly they said that it's late n they will see into it tomorrow. The person who ordered it was frustrated a lot. Hope u will look into it......
