I ordered 3 cold coffees Yesterday (October 17, 2019) from Burger King- Mohali, Order Number- [protected] on Zomato
My order was not delivered. When I called Burger King, the person was rude and asked me to call the Delivery Executive. There was no Delivery person assigned for my order.
After 2-3 minutes of my call, the Zomato page showed that my order was delivered. But i didn't received it, nor did i got any call from Delivery Executive or ZOMATO. It was a prepaid order.
The worst thing is ZOMATO has not provided any Helpline number on their app. On trying to file a complaint on their chatbox, it generated automatic responses and was not at all helpful.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
