I placed an order rs. 212/- on 20 October 2019 on 08:54 pm (ORDER NO. [protected]) with zomato app. Money deducted but didn't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app.

    Sir i placed a ordered and make full payment. After some time when i asked for my order so their executive told me that your food is being prepared and will reach after some time. After that they told me that there is no valet to serve this order and not possible to deliver. This is the way they serve their service to their customer. I want to complain for zomoto.

      On October 13, i ordered 1* Shahi paneer and 3*roti through "Shri Ram Dhabha". But the delivery guy dropped it and spoiled the order on road which resulted shahi paneer totally empty and spoiled in contact of sand and dirt in it totally uneatable and unhygienic.
      When i asked about this, he was giving lot of fake excuses and ran away by saying contact zomato support for it,

      So in all of this who has to take the responsibility of handling orders? as i didnt got what i have ordered as it was totally unhygienic and spoiled, What about the money i had paid for it?

      It was totally act of playing with health, delivering road spoiled food.
      Such incident is happening again after that Food eating problem of zomato delivery person and still same type is happening again. How can i be sure that zomato gives perfect food or spoiled/eaten food.

      So, i hope zomato understand this and maintain their service quality, and REFUND my money either in source account or Zomato wallet because it was my money and i didn't received for what i had paid for.

        I hope to get help as i think this is my last option.

        1) i have placed a order as the option was there in zomato but the order was cancelled from restaurant and i don't understand why the option was even there if order cannot be fulfilled.

        2) why should i wait for 5 to 7 days for refund. At the time of placing the order amount is deducted instantly then why the refund is in 5 to 7 business days.

        3) the chat support in the zomato app is pathetic. Agent don't know how to even respond. If they don't know how to help they deliberately close the chat. This is with my chat with first agent.

        4) second agent don't even know how to acknowledge any concern.

            I m arti sharma. I ordered pizza from pizza hut, order number [protected], payment made through paytm. By payment i realised i ordered at wrong address and cancelled order within 2 minutes. Zomato is not ready to refund and giving excuse that ur order was accepted. My only concern is in only 2 minutes they are ready to cheat my money. It is customer are cheated by zomato

              I ordered two cheese pizzas with sweet corn add-on which costs 215 rupee per pizza (180 for pizza + 35 for sweet corn),
              But when i opened the pizza boxes it didn't have the corns on both the pizzas.
              I told them with the live chat on their app but they haven't gotten back to me and it's been an hour. Can i get the 35 rupee back or something.

              I have ordered chicken biriyani through ZOMATO on today..the food quantity is less and food is very cold and poor taste..This is the third time happening like this..But I complaint today only..

                I have ordered a biriyani on 27th oct, within few sec i saw that my address was incorrect so i have started chatting with the help desk, and they are telling me to cancel the same, but they ll not refund me anymore.
                I want my refund at any point, this zomato policy is worst in any case, even they don't have a phone number, ready to take the money from the customers, swiggy is better

                  I have ordered cake on 25th oct 2019. My ordered got cancelled.in few mins of time i called to delivery person and asked for details he has confirmed the order got cancelled and get refund to your account. I asked for the cake he said since the order cancelled and amount will be refunded we need to pay rs.700 on delivery we agreeded and received the cake. Now we contact to customer care they are confirming that amount will not get refunded. They are not even calling to understand the issue, they keep in standing the standard template. For one order amount paid twice. We required refund. This is second time we facing issue with zomato.. Worst customer service.

                    I made a payment of rs.811 for an order and was cancelled with in seconds still i was charged for the amount and zomato is not even providing an executive to even talk about this matter.
                    They are just trying to avoid the case and not refund my money.
                    As we can see in the screenshot the latest order shows as rejected.

                    Please refund my money asap.

                      Hi, no one called and they canceled the order and while asking for support, they are saying wastage of food - so won't refund also - they are sending predefined templates - i want my hard-earned money - this is the second time this is happening.. What these people want from the customer - first they didn't call and then giving us knowledge of food wastage - i am a regular customer - even after last time nuisance i managed and didn't stop ordering. And zomato is providing such services - horrible - i want my money back

                        I ordered some food via zomato today around 1:30pm and i received it at 2:45pm. I called the delivery guy first to know about the delivery status he said he was in taratala, i checked the tracking status on application and it was showing the delivery guy nearby to restaurant only, so again i called him after 15min after checking the tracking status he was exactly at the same place where he was earlier and told me the same thing he was in taratala. Then i called the restaurant to know about my order, as per the restaurant the order was collected very soon after o ordered. This guy didn't moved from the restaurant location for 20 minutes. Everytime i called he said he was in taratala wherein as per the gps was not. The food which i ordered is a complete waste now. When i asked him why he was late? Very arrogantly he said he won't answer to me he'll tell zomato why he was late.
                        The food which i received after 80 minutes of order was completely waste of taste, it was like frozen.

                        Hence i'm here looking forward to know from zomato why he was late.

                          I paid for order which i didn't receive and they promised they will refund my amount after i contacted zomato multiple times.

                          I had commitment on refund of amount on 21 october and till now i didn't receive any refund and now they started to ignore me and no one is connecting with me and if someone connects they start from the beginning and leave the conversation in between.

                            I want to complain against Zomato Policy so that you can take the necessary action against him.
                            I booked the wrong order from zomato at 25 Oct and canceled within 2-3 min but they applied full Cancellation Charge Rs 101.

                            They have reply me after so many request with comment (However, as a one-time exception, I am refunding the amount to you back in your source account within 24-48 hours. I would request you to refrain from cancelling orders as it leads to food wastage and further refunds for this won't be possible from our end.)

                            I want to know If I have cancel my order within 2-3 min then why did they applied delivery Charge Rs 32. people are cheated daily basis like this type fraud and company making money.

                            It is not fight for Rs 101. Zomato is earning lots of money like this type case atleast need to return delivery charge in this type case.

                            MOHD BILAL told (e checked that you were informed about the cancellation charges by our team when you came on chat support. Since this leads to food wastage for the restaurant, refund for this order won't be possible from our end.)

                            Communication GAP in support Team.
                            I order chilly chicken from a restaurant after I was notified that my order was picked up there was no movement of vallet in maps for 20 minutes after reaching out there was no proper response rude answers once I received the order there was no packing of food even if I ask the delivery executive he dint answer and left
                            Ordered for food but didn't delivered on given address at the end not even refunding money.

                                  This is regarding the order given from my account on 22nd oct & 23rd oct from street zaika, and payment was made without my concern from paytm wallet which was linked to the account. I wanted to understand how a person can login to my account without my concern and use my money.

                                  The order was of 1217 + rs20 was paid extra ; i wanted to have my money back. Kindly raise the issue or i will be looking for some other options.

                                    Hi i have placed two orders on 20th oct 2019 which was cancelled by stating that i was neither reachable nor present at my home address. But the fact is i was all the time at my home.
                                    After cancellation by delivery boy i placed the same order again just after that and again it was cancelled by delivery boy stating the same reason.

                                    The money is not been refunded by zomato by stating that since i was not present at my adress and food was prepared we will charge penalty amount equivalent to order amount.

                                    Fact is i was available at my home. I also called restaurant manager to place order again and make sure second delivery boy doesn't cancel the order.

                                    But it has been double the tat and no has responded yet.

                                        I recently ordered from burger king via zomato. When i received the order, i found out that one of the items that i had ordered was missing. On enquiring with the delivery boy, he told that he hadn't received it from the outlet in the first place. Now i mailed the details with screenshot of order and the photo of the order i received to zomato. But they have been unresponsive so far. Even when i chatted with the support, they conclude the chat saying that there is nothing they can do as there is a separate team that handles mails. Now that both the teams are acting helpless, i am left here fighting for the refund of my own money. This is an utterly hopeless experience i have had with zomato.
