I ordered 3 cold coffees Yesterday (October 17, 2019) from Burger King- Mohali, Order Number- [protected] on Zomato

My order was not delivered. When I called Burger King, the person was rude and asked me to call the Delivery Executive. There was no Delivery person assigned for my order.

After 2-3 minutes of my call, the Zomato page showed that my order was delivered. But i didn't received it, nor did i got any call from Delivery Executive or ZOMATO. It was a prepaid order.

The worst thing is ZOMATO has not provided any Helpline number on their app. On trying to file a complaint on their chatbox, it generated automatic responses and was not at all helpful.

    This apps policys sucks as i place order accidentally with different address and cancelled it immediately calling the restaurant still the zomato ppl not ready to refund me, although the order is not even prepaired and out for delivery. Other apps provide so much more support for this kind of conditions. Uninstalling the app immediately as they steal all my order money and not returning back a penny.

      Hi team,

      My zomato account blocked since many months even though am writing thorough emails to them but they were not at all responding and sending reply that due to suspicious activity they blocked. One thing i have requested them that i didn’t do any suspicious activities but unnecessarily they removed my account as they got request from hotel which i gave bad review due to non healthy food which they delivered to me.
      Please unblock my account as i am using since many years and i am a gold member too.

        Actually i ordered chicken biryani from hotel asha through zomato and i received egg biryani. I usually don't eat eggs and i have never ordered egg products in past too then how can they send these things to me.

        And the zomato customer service is so poor that they don't even talk to them who has been in this problem. A bot always reply on their behalf
        I need a resolution quickly...

          They said they refunded the amount but amount was not received
          I have contacted with my bank but there no update regarding this

            I have very bad experience on oct 9th, the order number is [protected] and [protected] both time ordered the food at night 10pm and 11pm, when my first order never move status from food prepared after 1 hour status is it got delivered. I contacted customer care and refunded money. They told order the food again, so i did again at 11pm. The customer care told me order will receive with 20min and they went offline. I got call from restaurant at 12am and they said sorry our restaurant was closed. I tried to reach customer care and no one responded. I was night shift i struggled whole night with out food. After 24 hours got money refund and after 48 hours customer care replied for my complaint and saying simple apologies. Then what about my struggle whole night? If restaurant not available why order accepted twice? And they are not refunded full amount they charged cancellation charges. I want make complaint against them, i want fight until got justice. I am sharing all worst with zomato service in all social media and blogs.

              I ordered today rotis and paratha from zomato restaurent chawla chikan.in but the food was totally uncooked so the sent me two promo codes one ₹111 and other ₹34. Now after that i ordered using promo code ₹111 + 56 from my account and order was accepted. After waiting sometime i called zomato valet for the status of my order. He told me that restaurent is closed. Then i called the restaurent number given but the person told me thet he doesn't own any restaurent that number was either fake or restaurent was not there. So i had to cancel my order. I got ₹56 in my account but zomato is not send me ₹111 neither providing another promo code. My ₹111 are wasted and i didn't get my food. I need concession for all this trouble. I had to sleep hungry. I can share screenshot for further inquiry.

                I placed an order with zomato at domino's pizza on seeing that it was offering discounts on that restaurant's order. My cart value was rs 248 before applying promo code, and after applying the promo code the price became rs 153.6. The final amount shown was rs 153.6 and placed my order through paytm only to see that my account was deducted by rs 248.
                On having a conversation with zomato's support, they said that they can't help because it was a technical glitch.
                Since it was a glitch on zomato's part, then why should we consumers face monetarily. Zomato is misleading the customers to place an order with it.

                  I ordered the food from zomato when i completed the payment procedure the debited from my account but on zomato its showing payment unsuccessful.
                  Before also this happened I complain to zomato customer service but they didn't done anything and I didn't get refund of my last order also.
                  I just want my money back of both the order.
                  I can't get how they can become so responsive.
                  Please help me to get refund of my both order

                    I ordered chicken cheese garlic bread from mojo pizza through zomato (Order #[protected]) which was priced at rs. 149+taxes. When i received the order, to my surprise, when i opened the box there were only 3 small sized circular breads which i presume is not half of the quantity. It is pathetic that they are not serving the right amount of food and simply packaging and sending the left over stock. If they didn't have food, they could have declined the order. My recent experiences with zomato have forced me to believe that zomato neither cares about customer's money nor customer experience. I am a regular user of zomato but i need to explore other options like swiggy and ubereats which have better service. I have faced another issue and have reported that also. Hope, zomato resolves my issues and don't fool customers like this by trapping their hard earned money. Thanks

                      I ordered mutton rice bowl from fasoos through zomato (Order#[protected]) for rs.273 but i forgot to apply code in hurry, so i immediately cancelled the order and ordered again by applying the promo code. When i was prompted for the reason in chat support, there was option for "forgot to apply promo code", so i clicked on that. After that i have discussed in chat support for 3-4 times but they didn't give any refund. I told them to at least deliver the food then, but they didn't give food also. Neither did they give zomato credits. If i knew that there is no refund after cancelation, i would have never canceled my order. They should display in the app about whether they will give refund or not. This is a very bad customer experience. I had cancelled my order in less than a minute so they would not have prepared the food also by that time; and even if they had prepared the food, they could have delivered it. Simple. They don't even have a customer care number. After talking to 3 customer executives they were just telling sir we can't do anything but we would love to help you. Pathetic. Zomato is bluffing customers like this. I am a regular customer. You need to modify your policies.

                          I ordered food from parantha pundit a restaurant atttached with zomato... I ordered parantha for my wife on mentioned address in the bill and they said order will be delivered to your current location... I don't understand what's the sense of current location... When you are ordering it for some one else and putting her or his address to be deliver on bill.. Well even they have refused to refund my money.. It's a matter of 80 rs but still got lot of harrasment from restaurant as well as zomato...

                            paytm cashback didn't receive

                            I was supposed to get a cashback of 20% on paytm for my first order on zomato. But till now no cashback is being received. I ordered my zomato order on 14/10/2019, but till now I received no cashback on paytm or in zomato credits.I tried to contact zomato support but no response is given. I was supposed to get a cashback of 52 rs as my order was of 260 rs....

                              Zomato charged me 170 as fine as they did not have change for 500 and spoke very badly and im a gold member paid 2000 as membership fees and they are telling i cannot use the membership they increase food price and give discounts and cheat customers i tried to talk they were not willing to listen as they wanted to cheat and take money for their mistake very i spoke to naresh yadav on zomato

                              And when asked for a refund all they were telling me is that you can get a coupon for this instead of refunding it back to the source

                                I had placed an order last night and wanted to cancel within 30 seconds after placing the order as delivery time was too high, but it was showing if you want to cancel the order refund will not be given and by mistake my daughter pressed ok.

                                I requested zomato customer support to deliver the order if the restaurant has started preparing the order, they were very rude they said we can't help you nor we will refund you.

                                Why you guys have kept cancel order option if you can't refund, you should atleat deliver the order if according to you restaurant prepared my order within 30 seconds.

                                I will never order from zomato and also tell this to all my friends and family.

                                I've ordered food from zomato with order id [protected] and the money got deducted with trnsaction id P1910091804373314481745 and order was not confirmed.
                                I order at 5.38 pm my order number is [protected].It is showing payment incomplete but payment got deducted from my account.I do have UPI id too.
                                Do something about it.
                                I placed an order for veg meal from Balaji Bhavan, Annanagar on 9th Oct '19. Even after payment was made by Paytm wallet, delivery boy insisted & collected cash payment additionally. I want refund of my payment soon.

                                  I ordered a elaichi tea chef special and a oreo shake. Which was was delayed due to zomato vallet vehicle issue. So the tea was not hot & the shake was not cold. So i asked the zomato customer support to refund my money as it was their mistake which was not delivered on time. But they refused clearly for the refund and said we take the feed back but don't give the refund. Is this appropriate because of them my money was wasted which was not my fault but theirs. Pls help??

                                    Since PMC closure, we a restaurant in Goa requested transfer of bank account for Zomato deposits which happen weekly.
                                    25september, v provided all details for the transfer to take place. Till date no responsible person calling us or giving clear cut information.
                                    All they are saying is its not in our hands, Delhi office Luks into the matter.

                                    Our money has been stuck with Zomato since 25Sept 2019.
                                    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I provided the correct address for the delivery but due to technical glitch from there end, the address shown to the delivery guy was not accurate. Due to which they cancelled my order without my consent and didn't refund my money.
                                    I ordered food from zomato.
                                    food not got delivered and tomato declined to give the refund.
                                    I ordered a choco lava cake, Zomato says that the payment is incomplete whereas the amount was debited from my bank account. I need refund or you need to place my order. As soon as possible!
