Hi,

I ordered mutton rice bowl from fasoos through zomato (Order#[protected]) for rs.273 but i forgot to apply code in hurry, so i immediately cancelled the order and ordered again by applying the promo code. When i was prompted for the reason in chat support, there was option for "forgot to apply promo code", so i clicked on that. After that i have discussed in chat support for 3-4 times but they didn't give any refund. I told them to at least deliver the food then, but they didn't give food also. Neither did they give zomato credits. If i knew that there is no refund after cancelation, i would have never canceled my order. They should display in the app about whether they will give refund or not. This is a very bad customer experience. I had cancelled my order in less than a minute so they would not have prepared the food also by that time; and even if they had prepared the food, they could have delivered it. Simple. They don't even have a customer care number. After talking to 3 customer executives they were just telling sir we can't do anything but we would love to help you. Pathetic. Zomato is bluffing customers like this. I am a regular customer. You need to modify your policies.

      I ordered food from parantha pundit a restaurant atttached with zomato... I ordered parantha for my wife on mentioned address in the bill and they said order will be delivered to your current location... I don't understand what's the sense of current location... When you are ordering it for some one else and putting her or his address to be deliver on bill.. Well even they have refused to refund my money.. It's a matter of 80 rs but still got lot of harrasment from restaurant as well as zomato...

      Why he is delivering it to my current location when i have ordered it for some one else and her address is mentioned in the Bill that's provided by Zomato ...This really bad and cheating customers

      I have order from jalaram restaurent i had wait for 2hr but delevery boy didn't come to delever my order and i slept when i wake up i ask to support executive and he is not ready to give refund.and they changed order status to delevered.

        paytm cashback didn't receive

        I was supposed to get a cashback of 20% on paytm for my first order on zomato. But till now no cashback is being received. I ordered my zomato order on 14/10/2019, but till now I received no cashback on paytm or in zomato credits.I tried to contact zomato support but no response is given. I was supposed to get a cashback of 52 rs as my order was of 260 rs....

        I have placed an order through zomato but money deducted from my account for the order number - [protected].. But order not yet placed and money not refunded still. I have same problem for another order also [protected].. Check and refund my money.in my account money has deducted for both of the orders. Check and let me know the status.           Zomato charged me 170 as fine as they did not have change for 500 and spoke very badly and im a gold member paid 2000 as membership fees and they are telling i cannot use the membership they increase food price and give discounts and cheat customers i tried to talk they were not willing to listen as they wanted to cheat and take money for their mistake very i spoke to naresh yadav on zomato

          When the restaurant didn’t had the item ordered why did they accept my order in first place and why was it available in the menu itself.
          And when asked for a refund all they were telling me is that you can get a coupon for this instead of refunding it back to the source

            I had placed an order last night and wanted to cancel within 30 seconds after placing the order as delivery time was too high, but it was showing if you want to cancel the order refund will not be given and by mistake my daughter pressed ok.

            I requested zomato customer support to deliver the order if the restaurant has started preparing the order, they were very rude they said we can't help you nor we will refund you.

            Why you guys have kept cancel order option if you can't refund, you should atleat deliver the order if according to you restaurant prepared my order within 30 seconds.

            I will never order from zomato and also tell this to all my friends and family.

            I've ordered food from zomato with order id [protected] and the money got deducted with trnsaction id P1910091804373314481745 and order was not confirmed.
            I order at 5.38 pm my order number is [protected].It is showing payment incomplete but payment got deducted from my account.I do have UPI id too.
            Do something about it.
            I placed an order for veg meal from Balaji Bhavan, Annanagar on 9th Oct '19. Even after payment was made by Paytm wallet, delivery boy insisted & collected cash payment additionally. I want refund of my payment soon.

              I ordered a elaichi tea chef special and a oreo shake. Which was was delayed due to zomato vallet vehicle issue. So the tea was not hot & the shake was not cold. So i asked the zomato customer support to refund my money as it was their mistake which was not delivered on time. But they refused clearly for the refund and said we take the feed back but don't give the refund. Is this appropriate because of them my money was wasted which was not my fault but theirs. Pls help??

              I have order food iteam from zomate on 4 oct fri 2019 . Due to low internet connection my transition incomplete and the charge of food is cut from my bank aacout .
              They didi not refund my money till now.
              Zomate has also not have complain or enquriy system in thier app

                Since PMC closure, we a restaurant in Goa requested transfer of bank account for Zomato deposits which happen weekly.
                25september, v provided all details for the transfer to take place. Till date no responsible person calling us or giving clear cut information.
                All they are saying is its not in our hands, Delhi office Luks into the matter.

                Our money has been stuck with Zomato since 25Sept 2019.
                Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I provided the correct address for the delivery but due to technical glitch from there end, the address shown to the delivery guy was not accurate. Due to which they cancelled my order without my consent and didn't refund my money.

                I ordered food from zomato.
                food not got delivered and tomato declined to give the refund.
                I ordered a choco lava cake, Zomato says that the payment is incomplete whereas the amount was debited from my bank account. I need refund or you need to place my order. As soon as possible!

                Today (09/10/2019) I ordered food from Tejas dum briyani in Aurangabad. Money deducted from my bank and zomato is showing payment incomplete. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. Zomato chat is also not responding properly. No reply from the restaurant also.

                  I have placed my order and by mistakly i didnt change my address but i spoke to delivery boy and he told me okay he will delivery my order in another address too but after he got to know that both address differnce is 4-5km then he didnt inform me but when i rang him after 30mins then he just said sorry sir i cant deliver your order there its too far and telling me all the policies so i said oksy brother so whats the solution so he said you can cancell your order and you will get your refund soon so i cancelled my order too and i also read the mentioned policies but still i did cancelled cuz i listened to your stupid rider and now at 4am i neither get my food not refund and your chat person telling me unprofessionally that he cant do anything

                    The subject order was placed and delivered without pepsi and fries for which they charge 119 + taxes. I called the resturant, they said they gave all the items to rider. When i call the rider, he said he didn't receive it from restuarant. Moreover the restaurant staff and rider was rude in their behaviour. It looks like some form of syndicate is running between them for late night food delivery. I put the complain to zomato on chat, but no resolution so far.

                      Regarding the burned and salted food i have order the food from zomato the food quality was of full of salt even we can put in mouth also and burned too need my refund back to source my order id is [protected] which of 316 i will take this to consumer court because zomato has did this case before also but i have never complained last time but this time when i contacted their chat they are just copied and pasted message so i mailed that they replied that they will share the feedback with restaurant but that won't work i had payed 316 and not eaten a single piece of food that irrational for me i am suggesting you friend stop zamato orders they tie up with small low quality restaurant and they cheated us as they have done with me refund my amount back

                        Despite my message, the order arrived with a lousy packing. No containers were provided. Everything was packed in small packets. One of the packets, it seems was torn and the contents were spilled over other packet as well.
                        It seemed very unhygienic, so I didn't eat that.
                        When I tried chat, they said to reply to the mail. And on mail, they ask to chat.

                        I expect a proper resolution for the issue.

                          I order a meal today (Order id - [protected]), zomato valet called me for address i guided him. Again he called me to come down a 3rd floor as he was feared of dogs. I went there he wasn't there. I came down all the way he wasn't there. I came back home and he called that he was somewhere else. And asked me to come down again i said there are no dogs in stairs come and deliver at home. He said very rudely i will not come if you want you can come and collect. I said then i am not interested to talk and i chat with your customer relationship person. And he wasn't even understand the problem. And he constantly telling me to go down and collect. What is this? Is this the way to provide service to a customer. I am very disappointed with this. I want action against this.

                              I had placed an order for two cheesecake slices and I got only one. The delivery guy said he got 1 from restaurant and restaurant says they gave delivery guy 2. Frustrated I raised a complaint. Customer support wants pictures on chat ONLY. My internet was problematic and I couldn't upload. The customer care is getting impatient. I finally gave up. No other way to raise concerns. They say its policy.
                              Well good luck on policy. This isn't the first time I had issues. The last time the delivery guy took extra money so I uninstalled the app. No I just wont order again. Grievance redressal is painful at best. Learn something from Swiggy please. I am not going to order again from you.

                                I have been writing n sending emails to this company so called zomato. Such a poor service never had in past with any other companies. But this zomato really sucks. Everytime they have one or other issue. No resolution ever given. No body responds back on that stupid email on [protected]@zomato.com. That just how u guys fool ur customers. No option on app to type as well. Worst customer service. Will never order again from zomato. N will tell my friends about it's worst customer service

                                  I have ordered through Zomato with ORDER ID: [protected] where they have delivered wrong product (ordered Jumbo Biryani but received regular size ). After raising the complaint they are not responding to my email and replied over chat that they cannot refund my money. This is serious issue which Zomato is not taking seriously. The order was abive 500 rs and i would request refund.

                                    I had ordered pizza today, the estimated time was shoing as around 30min.
                                    Restaurant accepted the order and the order was picked up on time.
                                    But still it took double the time to deliver the order.
                                    I had ordered the food for my mom and following the estimated time by zomato, she had her diabetes medicine 10minutes before the delivery time and she got the food after 30 minutes. This lead to her very low blood sugar level and she had to eat something on her own.
                                    And then when the food arrived, my mom already had the food made by her and moreover the food delivered had become cold, soggy and dry.

                                    I would like to claim for a refund.

                                      I have worked for zomato. I don't know the exact date of termination. On that day when iam in online and doing my duty (Orders). One of the customer placed incorrect address and called me and told come to another address. I told to the customer that the address which you provided me zomato i can come because company gives me only 25 rupees and i explained my problem to the customer. Then i raised an issue from my runner partner app. And then i went to the location which customer provided me in runner partner app. Then i call the call support from my runner partner app then i explained my problem that iam in customer location but the customer is telling that come to another location. Then our zomato customer executive told me that please wait in location and the customer is in line to talk with the customer explained my problem. Customer told to cancel the order. Call support cancelled the order and then i returned to home for lunch. After my lunch i again login the runner partner app but the iam not logging in and showing that user not authorized. I used to login for many times but the problem is same (User not authorized. Then i reached our city zomato office and explained my problem. They told that you are terminated by delhi zomato head office. I asked to the manager what the problem. They checked my data and said you have cancelled 3 orders in a week so that you are terminated. I told to the manager that sir it was not problem that the orders are cancelled by zomato support only because customers incorrect address and not responding the call for many times and the customer is not reachable. I told to the manager what is the solution to log in to my account again. They told that wait for 3 days i have mailed for head office and then we see what the problem is???
                                      From that day iam used to log in and it is showing that user not authorized. After 3 days i went to the office and asked to the manager about my problem they said that there is no reply from head office when the reply comes we ourself call you to the office that said. From that day there is no response from office and call support.
                                      Iam from a poor family. Before i joined the zomato iam working in a function hall as a in charge. Because of my family personal problems i stopped my studies and working for my family.
