Hi,

This is regarding the order given from my account on 22nd oct & 23rd oct from street zaika, and payment was made without my concern from paytm wallet which was linked to the account. I wanted to understand how a person can login to my account without my concern and use my money.

The order was of 1217 + rs20 was paid extra ; i wanted to have my money back. Kindly raise the issue or i will be looking for some other options.

    Hi i have placed two orders on 20th oct 2019 which was cancelled by stating that i was neither reachable nor present at my home address. But the fact is i was all the time at my home.
    After cancellation by delivery boy i placed the same order again just after that and again it was cancelled by delivery boy stating the same reason.

    The money is not been refunded by zomato by stating that since i was not present at my adress and food was prepared we will charge penalty amount equivalent to order amount.

    Fact is i was available at my home. I also called restaurant manager to place order again and make sure second delivery boy doesn't cancel the order.
    I also mailed zomato @ [protected]@zomato.com
    But it has been double the tat and no has responded yet.

        I recently ordered from burger king via zomato. When i received the order, i found out that one of the items that i had ordered was missing. On enquiring with the delivery boy, he told that he hadn't received it from the outlet in the first place. Now i mailed the details with screenshot of order and the photo of the order i received to zomato. But they have been unresponsive so far. Even when i chatted with the support, they conclude the chat saying that there is nothing they can do as there is a separate team that handles mails. Now that both the teams are acting helpless, i am left here fighting for the refund of my own money. This is an utterly hopeless experience i have had with zomato.

          I ordered from zomato i put the address "kiran foreign trade i60, alpha it city sector 83, mohali" but delivery boy was finding me at "railway station" and said on call that you entered "railway station" address and rejected my order. And today 24/10/2019 around 5 days spent i did not get my money back. I put the query but they did not response. Please help me regarding this so i can get my refund.

            I ordered through zomato. Zomato accepted order. Delivery person after enquiring address, was very rude and said zomato won't pay fuel charge for this distance and he himself cancelled order. I had prepaid for this and when sought for refund, i was refused saying cancelled orders do not have refund. It is zomato who cancelled the order without a valid reason and customer support system admits fault but refuses refund. Chat conversations are available in support.

            The delivery boy is not able to reach the proper location and is talking in a very cheap way. This is your service, is there some quality or not? What do you keep a prisoner from?

              I want to escalate this issue to the concerned authority of zomato. I never has such an experience before in any food ordering app including zomato where the customer is following up the zomato team for a month on mails and support chat and no resolutions provided even after several promises by support executives. Each time they are saying that the food was delivered. On the very day when i didn't receive food, the zomato team had called and addressed the problem saying that since the rider is rude and he is not able to locate you, we are cancelling your order and you will receive your refund. I agreed inspite of rider having behaved so rudely. On one hand, i had added a tip for the rider while ordering for the food, then the rider was so rude still i had made sure that in addressal of the problem, the rider is not harmed in a way of any threatening given to him against his job, waited patiently since last 25 days. But now its has been heights. No refund, no resolution, zomato team didn't even update that they had cancelled the order. Each time i am hearing that i had received my order. I am not here to lie or receive free compensations. Never charged a complaint before but this time i had a really shameful experience in terms of customer service. Would like the higher authority to look into the matter seriously or else i ll we charging it.

              If the resolution is not provided yet, i won't be patient. Having behaved so well and patiently is rewarded like this i never knew.
              I also demand a resolution for the loss on the restaurant's behalf whose food got wasted because of the hassle.

                I placed the order ([protected]) and the executive couldn't locate the place and canceled the order. I paid 365, and they are not refunding the amount.

                Such cheater and please people should not use this app for order or pre-paid anything. The executive name it seems lalruth. He is telling they don't have refund policy. I have been ordering this and on the same location i got the order, this time executive didn't deliver the order and went to some other location.

                I was told by the delivery guy that they could not reach my destination because it was far and even risky for them and hence I should cancel my order. I did the same and didn't get my money back .order number :[protected]
                Monday afternoon 14 Oct I ordered from Sri balaji daba via Zomato and i paid through Paytm and immediately i cancelled my order when i get refund, till now 4 days completed

When i asked the zomato rep via chat they mentioned that it is a technical issue and i will get rest of the amount within 24 to 48 they stated this thrice and i still have not been paid back...

                  Y do zomato cheat their customers...

                    This is regarding order no. [protected].
                    I placed a order for which I paid online with extra delivery charge of Rs. 40 even than I didn't receive the full order when asked for refund for that missing product they said that they can only pay by zomato credit.
                    I asked to refund me back online the way I paid them, they didn't agree so finally I agreed to take the money by credit.
                    It's been 1 month of me mailing them everyday to give my money back now they provided me a promo code for it.
                    Why would I take a promo code for my money?
                    I can't even use another promo code with it
                    Why would I take my money in that form
                    After taking a whole one month this is how they are treating their customers
                    The most ### service ever.
                    Swiggy is way better.
                    Zomato charge so much extra for delivery and Don't even deliver full order and now they are making their customer beg for their own money.

                      Dear team,

                      I am writing this letter to file a complaint about the food that was delivered to me at my home 12:30 am[protected]. I am sorry to inform you that your food was unsatisfactory at such level. Which spoiled our mood at all. It was fist time when we saw chicken in our plate. Being vegetarians how can your restaurants be so careless. This is really non tolerable. I mean not affordable for me. Your complaint goes here. How can this mistake can happen to a vegetarian family.
                      I don't know if it's normal for you to receive complaint letters from your clients, but it's certainly not possible for me to break my religion. This incident needs to be investigated and necessary precautions must be taken to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers.
                      Normally i would take this directly to the consumer rights department, but i have had some good meals before in your place and can only hope that this was a onetime thing. I can be reached on [protected] in case you want clarify the situation to me.

                        Hi team,

                        I am really fed up with zomato service today, i ordered veg item from burger king restaurant and after waiting for 45min i called burger king they have delivered the parcel at 12 am. After that i called zomato valet and he went to deliver food to someone after waiting he came to place and delivering non veg item instead of veg item. After waiting 2 hours i got to know someone came to deliver non veg item

                        This is happen 2nd time with me. Really pissed off

                          I ordered the food and paid online, the app shows that it will be delivered within 25 mins but after waiting for about 1 hours i checked the status i it showed that my order is cancelled and i had a word with customer care but they were not responsive and as i haven't got my food and neither the money. Kindly take necessary steps against them and get my money back

                              Zomato delivered an open seal food packet. As the food packet was open there was a possibility of contamination that's why i didn't eat that food and reported this to zomato customer care. I paid money to zomato for a sealed and hygienic food but zomato failed to deliver the service for what i am paying but zomato is not giving refund for that order.

                                I have ordered pasta from driven cafe, i have done payment through google pay, but delivery boy after giving me the parcel he asked me to pay through cod, that he didn’t received any status of payment.

                                  I had ordered from this restuarant listed on zomato and had a offer "diwali" going today... Just because they had offer doesn't mean they will fool customer and serve anything up to there wish in any size and quality... I had given a simple order of dal tadka, palak paneer and pratha's... No mini meal no happy meal no thali... But what i received was shocking!! A yogurt cup size dal and veg... It was pure cheating! I had paid for a full size meal and zomato is not compensating for my loss... There are certain sets of standards for restaurants in india... Not one cheats for pea size quantity... This was most ridiculous food delivery i have ever received... If they don't wish to serve customers in offers then atleast not cheat them by such drastic quantity issue... Rahul bose filed case against 5star... Resturants who cheats and misleads customers need to be complaint about... I want compensation for my loss and mental agony...

                                      Yesterday i’ve ordered some food from singla dwarka sector-9 through zomato.
                                      Rider came for the delivery, i’ve missed some of his calls because my phone was in another room and he cancelled my order.

                                      Now zomato is saying that customer was non responsive so you won’t get the amount back.

                                      I didn’t get my food and now i won’t get my money back.

                                      Rider came at my location and he was standing at ground floor but still he didn’t rang the door bell i don’t know why.
