I ordered mutton rice bowl from fasoos through zomato (Order#[protected]) for rs.273 but i forgot to apply code in hurry, so i immediately cancelled the order and ordered again by applying the promo code. When i was prompted for the reason in chat support, there was option for "forgot to apply promo code", so i clicked on that. After that i have discussed in chat support for 3-4 times but they didn't give any refund. I told them to at least deliver the food then, but they didn't give food also. Neither did they give zomato credits. If i knew that there is no refund after cancelation, i would have never canceled my order. They should display in the app about whether they will give refund or not. This is a very bad customer experience. I had cancelled my order in less than a minute so they would not have prepared the food also by that time; and even if they had prepared the food, they could have delivered it. Simple. They don't even have a customer care number. After talking to 3 customer executives they were just telling sir we can't do anything but we would love to help you. Pathetic. Zomato is bluffing customers like this. I am a regular customer. You need to modify your policies.
