I have registered account on zomato food application registered on [protected] namely simran khurana. Yesterday i ordered milk badam from vendor oberoi fast food shop no.5 located near red cross market, jyoti chowk near shastri nagar jalandhar. They delievered coagulated and curdled milk badam, giving foul smell.
You are requested to take immediate necessary action against vendor and zomato and refund the spent money on product.

    On 15th november 2019, at about 11 pm, i ordered a food item from zomato. I accidentally entered the wrong address - but i immediately contacted customer care, asking them to change the address, which they agreed to do. I then received a message saying my delivery has been cancelled. My money was not refunded.

    I would like a refund. The amount was 373 inr.

When the food is one or two minutes away as i was tracking the delivery guy on the app. He marked the order has been cancelled because customer was unresponsive. How can i be unresponsive when i am tracking the delivery guy and waiting for food. This is highly unresponsive zomato. Order no. Is [protected]

        Hi...
        We had an office party on nov. 4 and i ordered some food from zomato that day in afternoon. The estimated time of arrival of food was 30 minutes from a restaurant 15 minutes away from the delivery location. But it was delivered after 2 hours. I tried calling valet but all he was making excuses that your order is big and i don't have any conveyance to deliver, neither i have money to book the cab. He rejected my call many times as well. At last, he delivered it but it was all waste. I complained about same to zomato via mail.
        They replied with an apology mail stating that they will refund some amount of my order in my zomato credit wallet and it will be available in 48 hours. It's been more than 10 days now and they have not refunded anything. All the time they are making excuse of glitch. And now they don't even reply on my mail. They are doing fraud only.

        Kindly look into matter and provide me with a solution.

          Hi,

          I ordered a couple of things from zomato. The order id is [protected]. The chicken biryani from this order was missing. I called the delivery guy immediately. He said i would have to contact the restaurant. When i did the same, the restaurant refunded the money to zomato. It has been 14 days and i have been requesting zomato to pay my refund. They are denying the same and offering a promo code/ flat discount which i really don't want because the restaurant fasoos confirmed again and again that i should receive it as they have initiated the same to zomato when i told them about the refund not getting credited.

          The restaurant has confirmed several times that they paid the refund to zomato and they need to credit it to my account. However, zomato customer support has been denying the same inspite of several requests. The restaurant says they cannot pay me the refund directly as i ordered through zomato and they would be the one giving me my money back.

          The only response i received from zomato customer support is i will not be paid my refund.

          On requestjng again and again, they told me to consider this as an exceptional case for not refunding and saying that this doesn't happen again when i requested that i need the money.

          It is strange that i am getting such emails and not the satisfactory resolution.

          I asked the zomato team to coordinate with the restaurant, however they are just denying to refund my money whereas the restaurant has confirmed several times that they have refunded he money and i should receive the same.

          I request you to please check on the same and refund the money on priority basis.

            Sir my name is vijay and i am working on zomato for the last eight months but now i getting less salary. Why because i worked for 10 hrs for the last two days and my earning is 610rs. Its too low. As part-timer its very low. Is that zomato considering delivery partners? Which means per hour i get 60rs what is this? Even i have 150 petrol expenses.. So totally my earning is 450 per day 225... Feel very sad... Please help the people who work as a delivery partner. After getting 18 touchpoints my incentive is 50rs why is zomato doing this? In trivandrum, this salary is very less to survey. Please increase the amount of payout why because this salary is not enough to order food from zomato. I am feeling zomato trying to cheat delivery partners. Not considering effort of them

              Delivery boy canceled the food as he was facing difficulty in finding the location although location was updated properly.
              He cancelled the order stating that he couldn't reach me whereas we already had a word on call, i guided him. Also called him multiple times to guide as he was being late but he canceled the order and lied about me.

              Already informed zomato, customer care didn't help. Complained on twitter still they are not taking it seriously. Updated the pics of order, my call logs that how many times i called the delivery boy still got no update.
              For just a refund of 103/- zomato gave such a bad service.

                My ordered food was not delivered and the courier boy denied at the last moment, why did not he said while placing the order.. And said i won't come to deliver the order and forced me to cancel... After cancellation zomato chat support told the amount will be credited within 4-5 days but after 4 days are over they denied for return. What is going on.. How they can keep the amount.. Plz help and resolve this issue and return my amount

                  I cancelled my order just after ordering it on zomato because i forgot to add the promocode. I talked to the customer executive through chat and he says that the order has prepared so there will be no refund. I mean what?? In just 1 minute they prepared the order. This is not acceptable from a company like zomato. Strict action should be taken by the responsible authorities on this thing.

                    I want to register a complaint against zomato.
                    Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. When we place an order they ask you if you have any special food preparation instruction. I mentioned that i do not want any cauliflower in the meal. Mentioned the same multiple times. All that i received was full of cauliflower. When questioned they simply said we cannot do anything about it.
                    They accept orders and then after an hour of waiting they cancel without any proper justification.
                    There is no contact number where we can call them. Only chat facility which is extremely useless.
                    As customers we face so much problems and they do not provide any resolution.
                    Kindly help by taking strict action against them.

                      Zomato is showing restaurent near you till 20 km, but delivery boys are not delivering more than 13km. I have go through this problem tonight I.e.[protected] two times, in both the times i Have waited Around 1.30 hr when I am calling the delivery person he said we won't deliver more than 13km for which I have already Paid.

                        I am highly disappointed by your service, on November/11/2019 at 11:10 pm i placed an order from your app restraunt name " WAT-a-Biryani" i ordered 1×mutton dum Biryani and 1× vegetable fried Biryani sub-total was ₹654 order and online payment was successfully accepted, after waiting for more than 1 hour i spoke to the delivery guy name " Sudama " he informed me WAT-a-Biryani is closed from past 7-8 months later my order was cancelled by your app (I DIDN'T CANCELLED IT ) and a refund of ₹484 was initiated. You have not provided any customer care number is it ethical ? Isn't it a fraud service which you are running ? Your application is showing restaurants which are closed from almost 7-8 months along with that accepting Payments and
                        Instead of refunding the full amount you're deducting 1/4th, i need my full amount back and provide contact number of your customer care, do the needful as early as possible.

                            This is related to today's order delivery order number: [protected] from delivery person, the person was very irritating. He called us for delivery and i sent one person to pick it up but he didnt give the order and told him to wait and leave the location for next 50mins. Person is showing at location for order but neither he picks the call nor respond through zomato call.

                            We checked and called him multile times and he abused on phone and misbehaved with me and the person who went downstairs to take the order, this is not acceptable at all. My person went to his location which is aprox 1km away to pick the order.

                            I m sorry but this will literally spoil entire company feedback due to this, this is disgusting and very poor choice of delivery person from you guys. I want strict against the person or otherwise inform us if no action can be taken, we will discontinue entire my company team member business with zomato.

                            Hoping resolution and update on this asap

                              I am ordering food from zomato on 3 rd november and my order is not accepted by restaurant so they drop me message your amount will be refunded in 7 days but no amount is refunded and i have done mail on zomato but they tell talk to your bank then i enquiring on bank so bank person tells me no refund is done by zomato. And they give me rrn no but they show no results found showing.. Pls help to initiate my refunds

                              I have ordered one burger from Burger King gwalior via zomato. Total cost of Rs 55 but amount deducted was 121 rupees including 55 Rs of burger 32 Rs service tax 34 Rs. Delivery charges. But actual received from Burger King was Rs. 88 including 55 rs of burger and 33 Rs. Of delivery charges. I want to get back excess amount immediately

                                I need assistanced because i am having a hard time understanding your chat executives. They are rude and misbehaved with me. Day before yesterday i ordered food at 7:30pm keeping grace time and guess what, it was delivered to me at 10:30pm, right after 3 hours.

                                I was on the chat with one of your executive and been chatting for an hour and without resolution, he/she canceled my order and disconnected the chat.

                                I again got in touch with a lady who as a token, gave me a voucher of 45.

                                I had another voucher of 627 rupees, which i used to place this order, and i wanted my refund.

                                Guess what then, she removed my that voucher as well from 1st november (Pathetic food and cold food it was).

                                This is pathetic and un-professional. There is no way i could reach you guys over the phone.

                                I am really unhappy. Why did she remove my voucher and it means alot to me 627rupee is not less.

                                I request you to please refund my money, not any voucher now, but refund my money in my bank account. Disgusting!!

                                My money got deducted...I made a payment worth 129 rupees using Google pay to zomato hdfc account...but on the app it says the payment is incomplete...I don't know why this app is useless...                                   My account has been blocked since many days. I've tried contacting zomato customer support but even they are of no use. I am unable to order food online even though i have purchased gold membership. It is going waste for me. I domt know why this has been done but this is an error and i am getting no help. My gold membership is also going waste. Please help me get my account unblocked for online orderding.

                                    I tried to order food from yes yes hotel via zomato app and made a payment of rs. 141 using simple pay. Payment went through but order was never processed. So i tried to order again and made a payment of rs. 141 again via simple pay. This time order was placed and i was tracking the order. Suddenly i received a notification that it has been cancelled. So i called up the restaurant and he said zomato cancelled the order. Deliver guy never came to deliver the food and he never tried to contact me. I have contacted zomato customer care multiple times but everytime i got the same response that it cannot be refunded. Now, i've been charged rs. 141 twice to my simple pay account which is rs. 282. I told zomato to check delivery executive's call logs or query him if he even tried to deliver the order. Now, how will i cancel the order when he never came to deliver and did not even call me. Customer care should check from the app that i did not cancel the order. I need a refund cause i'd rather give it to someone who is need than paying zomato for something which i have not done.

                                      I ordered domino's pizza using zomato app today. The domino's outlet cancelled my ordered and refused to deliver. The zomato app was showing your order is on the kitchen for the next 2 hours even after the order news cancelled by domino's and now the app shows the order has been delivered. I want to issue as complaint and want the order amount to be refunded.

                                        It is very unfortunate that the application is not able to guide the zomato delivery valet to the correct address in a place like mumbai where you can pinpoint an address simply by using google maps in case there is an issue which delivery person is unable to use.
                                        I was surprised that my recent order was cancelled simply because my number was unreachable due to the same being out if charge and was aghast by the fact when i checked to find out that the order has been cancelled due to false reason provided that i was unavailable at the given address. Additionaly i had to face the inconvenience due to order cancellation which was expected and not arrived and having received late knowledge.
                                        Surpringly though the delivery valet had the delivery parcel he did not redeliver the same inspite of him claiming that he had the order and i having informed zomato service via chat to redirect the delivery boy to deliver the parcel.
                                        This sort of service is very deplorable and request you to make good the damage and waste of time and money on my part immediately
