I had placed a order on zomato on 27 september and also mentioned my address very clearly. When delivery boy called me i told him my address again. After one hour when i called him again and again he had not received my call and told me come on his place to pick a parcel because he was on cycle.
Zomato has initiated refund on the same day but refund has not received yet and it's a 13th day still refund has not received....

This is vishesh mehta, i have been using and enjoying zomato from more than four years and is really an active user.

But from the last 1 week i am not able to login to my account it seems like my account is blocked, this is really not helping me. I don't know why i am not able to login to my account without any information from there side how can my account be suspended and i can't use any of the services...
