Please don't host your car to zoomcar .All four Wheels with TPMS and brand new tyres, Infortainment and its cables, Backrest monitors, car dashcam, front Lights, Speakers are theft, They dried full tank fuel. On Friday[protected] i have given my car as per booking information recieved from zoom car. This was my first booking as a zoomcar host, Car was booked from 3.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Booked ZOOM car on 27th June recharged fast tag with 500 rs
But in toll, the fast tag was marked as blacklisted
had to pay double the amount on every toll

Since zoom car is hosting car it's their responsibility to have a working...

Hi, I booked a Renault Triber car through Zoomcar app on 29th June 2023 by paying full amount of Rs10285 upfront.

When I reached at the location to pick up the car, Zoomcar app requested for an OTP from the host to start the trip. When I asked the host for an OTP, he said he didn't receive any OTP from Zoomcar. The host called Zoomcar support & they...

I had hired Zoomcar vide booking reference JPSNCY270 from April 19-23 ( 5 days) at Bangalore. They claimed that Fastag is on them ( customers don't have to pay for the fasttag and that it is pre-installed in all their cars. So no payment would be required to be paid either during or after the trip. However to my utter dismay there was no balance in the Fastag of car registration no.KA05NG1454 and I ended up paying double the Toll tax each...

Ii made a payment of rupees 3160 today but the booking is not confirmed nor i have got the refund....

I booked a Suzuki Baleno (Car number: KA01MP4571) on June 08, 2023 for going on a trip from June 28, 11.00 PM to July 02, 11.00 PM.

I reached the pick-up location, and the car was not there. I spoke to the host, who mentioned that he was not aware of the car's whereabouts and asked me to connect to Zoomcar Customer Care.

I tried connecting to Zoomcar Customer Care for more than 2 hrs, and I was not able to....

The host denies and asks for extra 4000 for the booking on the app and why i deny he claims zoom as fraud ....

My car was supposed to come on 15/5/23 but the customer who took the car was not replying and not doing any extension of booking, than I came to know that the customer who took my car has hypothecated my car to some one and than I made police complain and after i received the car but from zoom no one was there to help and I got the money upto 25/5/23 and 6 days money is left.I made lot of complaints on zoom host app but no one is there to...

I uploaded a wrong document in step 1 and realized it immediately. But had no option to edit the documents, even when we were only on step 2. Tried to add a co driver but could not, because of their outdated user interface. There was no option to add a co driver on the app or the website. Ended up losing a big amount of our payment....
