Booking Id: JPSNIK5GZ
I made a booking with Zoomcar For a 1 day trip on 30th Sept 23, at the time of booking I made the full payment of rupees 3913 and submitted my documents (driving license and Aadhaar card) as asked by Zoom. However on the day of booking when I reached near the vehicle I could not start the vehicle since Zoomcar did not verify my profile. I tried contacting multiple times over phone call and chat and I was kept on waiting for an hour on call and no resolution was made. Host also tried calling Zoomcar but they were also not given any resolution.

For the whole day I kept trying to contact the customer care but could never reach a real agent to talk to. Then the worst thing happened Zoomcar app started crashing and I was logged out and now I can not even check my booking in the app. Also, Zoomcar customer care number started rejecting my call with an automated response that "I have exceeded the time limit of talking to their agents" when I did not even get to talk to their agent once.

Now my trip day has passed and my trip is over. I still could not unlock my vehicle and my money has wasted and I am still not able to talk to Zoomcar customer care to get any resolution.

And after all this I am facing another harassment from the Zoom Host. The Zoom host is behind me that their booking time has passed and that I have not unlocked his vehicle and because of it he is not getting the payment for his booking. Now the host is asking me the amount again while I have already paid the zoom car.

Zoomcar is providing pathetic service and they are making sure their customer never try them again. I am raising this complain with utmost frustration and helplessness.

I want a full refund of my booking and some corrective actions taken from Zoomcar to ensure this does not happen again with other users. If I get no resolution here, then I will file a Police complaint against the Fraud and harassment that has happened with me.

    I had a booking done for today starting 3 AM with Booking Id: JPSNIK03G.
    I started calling the host at 2:45 AM and since then he was unreachable. I reached the Location that was mentioned in the App for Pickup but could not find the Vehicle nor dis the host got connected with me.

    Finally after searching for him or the car for one and half hour, I had raised the concern in Zoomcar Chat to which it was suggested to select the alternate car. I selected alternate car but for the alternate car as well, the host name was showing as same and the “Call Host” button on the app redirected to the same host as previous. Hence no answer again.

    Finally raised it with Customer Care Person over call and he assured me that I can cancel and receive back the full refund. However I was not seeing cancel option so he suggested to reinstall the app and try again. Post disconnecting the call with the support agent To receive the otp, I have been trying to log back in into the ZoomCar App but have not been able to login successfully yet.

    This has resulted me in not being able to perform cancel operation over the app and there is no other way I could reach out to the customer support for this issue as all the options suggest to go via chat which could only be accessed via the Application. Therefore, I have not been able to request cancellation for my booking. Kindly do the needful here from your end and provide me the refund money back.

      I am a user of zoomcar and I don't know why I am suddenly blacklisted buy the app. I have been trying to contact to the customer care but nothing works all emails say that either they are not monitored or they are no longer in use. I tried calling but even that says go to app and try from their but in app there is no option to give custom query since my query is not listed in the given options.

        Profile not verified since 2 days, payment deducted from the account and I'm not able to take the car with the app since my profile os verified . Now they are not showing any option to refund the amount .Kindly do the needful to refund the amount. ORDER ID:JPNIKU2P

          I was not able to unlock the car as it was telling profile verification is in progress but my trip has been started and the amount has been taken at initial stages of booking.And they have mentioned clearly profile verification would be updated before my ride starts so I waited till my booking date.Now I haven't taken the car and amount has been redeemed.Ajd there is no customer assistance and chat bot also stopped responding after few messages.Very much disappointed with the service they have provided
          I haven't started the trip or unlocked the car so I want refund to the money i paid

              DL and UID has not been verified by ZOOMCAR . It's past my ride pick up time and have no communication with Zoomcar . I am standing here near the ride and not been able to pick up . I want a full refund as they have failed to provide the service against pre- payment . Verification was ZOOMCAR 's part and has no involvement of customer. I want the full amount refunded or else this is going forward as Mental Harrasment case .

                Hi team, I have booked a car for 3 days and submit the profile verification but still it is in pending state and i am not able to unlock the car because my profile is not verified yet. What should i do now?

                    With only 12hrs left for my booking to start. I request zoomcar to verify my profile ASAP. I dont want any last minute hassle just because of your incompetence. I uploaded the documents 2 days ago but they are still not verified. Please do it ASAP. My booking id is- JPSNIKZQP. I have also written an email to you.

                      I have booked a car for tomorrow. My profile verification is still not done, requested three days back. There is no customer support, raised three tickets from chatbot still no response.

                      I don't have anyone's contact, even the car host's contact is also not given.

                      How do I connect go them? Is this a genuine company, I have already paid for complete booking.

                        On the 23rd of September, I made a booking for a Kwid with the Booking ID: JPSNIOD9K. As I attempted to contact the host through Zoomcar's application, Mr. Ajay Bhosale informed me that he couldn't provide the car due to mechanical issues that prevented it from starting. He also mentioned that he had already notified Zoomcar about this issue earlier that morning.

                        Given the circumstances, I inquired whether the host could cancel the ride from his end, fully aware of your cancellation policy, as this wasn't my first booking. However, in an attempt to salvage my plans, I opted to revise my booking for a different car. To my surprise, I received a message stating that I needed to pay a ₹5000 deposit to proceed with the new booking. This abrupt demand for a deposit was both unexpected and unacceptable, as customers should be informed of such requirements prior to revising their booking.

                        My concern lies in the fact that if a car is unavailable or experiencing mechanical issues, it should not be listed as available on the Zoomcar application. Furthermore, I had already paid ₹1898 for the initial booking, and following my cancellation, I was asked to pay an additional ₹180, which I find unjustified.

                        I am greatly disappointed by this experience and feel compelled to escalate this matter to a manager. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I may have no choice but to seek assistance from the consumer court. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and request assistance with processing a refund.

                                I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the prolonged delay in the verification of my Zoomcar profile, which is jeopardizing my ability to make an upcoming booking.

                                I submitted all the required documents promptly. However, despite patiently waiting for an extended period, my profile remains in a pending verification state. This has caused me significant inconvenience and concern, especially since I have a critical booking scheduled for 29th September that relies on the timely completion of my profile verification.

                                    Hi, on 23rd sep 2023 I had booked a car in zoom car android application. I had paid amount of Rs.5029 by using my upi (phonepe). After booking I had started to the car location almost 20 km from my place but there is no car available there I had tried to contact zoom car customer care almost 200 times but every time call was disconnected automatically after the ivr voice. Finally I didn't get the car my and entire plan was collapsed. I was very disappointed by this. My booking was canceled after facing much struggle. Even after 2 days I didn't received my refund amount. 1st of all they didn't provided me service and in addition to that they kept my money with them as granted. I tried to contact their customer care number but they are not providing voice support all ways their ivr asks me to use ther chat support. I even tried their chat support n number of times but they are sending me only ticket id numbers which are generated by their system. After so much struggle I got an email from their support team, stating that they had initiated my refund through cashfree and I can claim my amount by submitting my details. I felt little happy by seeing that mail. I had checked my inbox and span but I haven't received any mail either from zoom car nor from cashfree. The same this I informed to that person by sending a reply mail I received from him. But he never replied to my emails I had sent him 5 emails requesting to respond and resolve my issue. Today is 25th September 2023 but still now I didn't received any response from them nor my refund amount. I became really helpless and they cheated me brutally.
