This is to bring into your notice that one of my friend is using my driving license in his zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my driving license from his account or delete his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither deleted his account. If something went wrong in future i will not be responsible. My friend made a booking from her account using zoomcar app where She uploaded my documents instead of her Immediately my account was blacklisted for zoomcar instead of her. Customer care asked me to deleted new account which She deleted. Now I have only one account but still I am showing blacklisted from zoomcar. I booked a Zoom car on 14th of May. The entire money was deducted and i did not get the refund.

I am unable to get in touch with the customer care team, and when I try to contact the customer care I recieve a message saying that i do not have any recent booking.

No car was allotted to me and it's still showing to select a vehicle for the ride even though it's more than 15 days.

Please help me...

I'm a host in Zoomcar, attached my car on 22/05/2022... They took my car with 65% fuel & completed 3 bookings but they didn't drop the car after every booking...

They kept my car in their yard and parked it 3kms away from my location near a garbage... I navigated to the vehicle to see where they parked it & found it was near a garbage...

I cancelled my trip with Zoomcar well in advance and i was supposed to get full refund of Rs 12404but i haven't received any money from them though they payment summary says Refund initiated and i should have got this on 24th April 2022.

    Kindly request Indian Economic Ministry to cancel the Zoomcar business licence. They have no right to cheat people.
    Booked a car with them - paid INR 10000 upfront from Card.
    They delivered the car at night time keeping the fuel level - almost to empty.
    Started my trip from Pune to Mumbai, after topping up the fuel tank. To my surprise within few kilometers - the fuel gauge was started showing less than half fuel level....

      Hello Team,
      My vehicle TS08HV3394 is misused since last 10 days & after repeated request also car is not yet returned to me . When I check I found car is kept at a residential complex without the key inside. Seems some fraud is happening. Already raised a ticket to zoomcar 973408 but seems they are very casual.

      Will lodge an FIR against zoom tomorrow.

          The car provided was extremely dirty on the outside and also in the interiors. one tyre had 5 punctures and I had to repair it. My travel plans got delayed by 5 hours as there was no one available in the morning to clean the car and to repair the flat tyre.

          I have booked my car 15 days before my trip starts a new car with less km driven new and price approx : 7380 rupees.
          They suddenly changed my car with old damaged car which actual price is approx 5000 rupees. But they have charged me 6400 rupees .
