Hi,
Am having profile validation error, I verified my Aadhar, DL and when I tried to upload the selfie, the app closed automatically. Had a word with customer service person called Abdul Naveen, he confirmed that it is an app issue from backend. He asked to connect next day after 10am but nobody responded.
My trip was planned from 24-Dec-2023 to 25-Dec-2023 but now the date has passed and I cancel the booking also. My money is stuck with no solution. Please support.

    I booked a zoom car through their website through my email ID . The telephone number I had is old and not active anymore and hence logged in through my email ID . Now I am not able to do anything with my booking and it says go to the mobile app to cancel or reschedule . I obviously cannot login through the mobile app since my number is not active for OTP and it wont allow to login through the email ID . I am not able to also change my telephone...

      The booking was started on 24th December2023 2PM and needs to be ended on 25th Dec 5 AM. But the car didnt returned till now and application is showing as booking has been completed and asking to rate the client and fill the end checklist. There is no option on the zoom car host app to report the same and only giving options to end the checklist. Please let me know teh car location as thers is no infirmation of the client which has been given on the host app thgrough which I could find out the number and contact the client. Also as the booking has been ended hence the host share will alsobe affected. Please assist in resolving this issue. I have another booking to serve at 1 PM.

          Hi,

          I have kept my car in zoom car host and I got booking on[protected]:00AM with ID.JPSNIW41O from Mr.Suraj (M.[protected] &[protected]) for 2 days i.e. till[protected]:00PM. But today is[protected] and till now my vehicle is not returned by the above guest and not responding over phones.

          So on[protected] around 4.30pm I raised the concern with zoom host app and raised the incident with no.191159.

          I have send 20 mails in the last 2 days to them but no response from the zoom customer support and I am worried about the car and its condition.

          So request you to please help in resolving the issue and get my Car.

            I Booked a zoom car from 8 Dec 2023 to 9 Dec 2023. In the middle of my trip, car got breakdown.
            We tried contacting (host)owner and zoom support, both of them are not responding or picking up the call. After 4 hours, host contacted me and I explained the situation and said host will take care. After 8 hours from the breakdown of the car, Zoom support contacted me and i explained the whole situation and he asked me.to send photos of the car to the mail id. After 2 days they closed the ticket and mark it as resolved and there is no response from after that. The breakdown car has been serviced and listed in app for booking.
            The Trip is still going on and it is not ended .

            I've repeatedly contacted support but no one picks up.

              I made my first booking with Zoomcar in March 2023 using a specific mobile number. I completed the trip in accordance with Zoomcar's policies, ensuring no damage and adhering to all rules. However, in May, when I attempted to book another car using the same number, the host denied providing the car upon pickup.

              I contacted customer care immediately. The representative informed me that she needed time to coordinate with the host. I expressed my concern that this last-minute cancellation would disrupt my plans if I didn't secure a car promptly. To my surprise, she suggested using a different number of my own to book another car as she was unable to resolve the issue with the denied booking.

              Unfortunately, due to the ill advice from the company's customer care executive, I've been unable to book any services from Zoomcar since then. I made sure to return both cars I had booked from the company in the same condition I received them, ensuring they had even more fuel than when I received them.

              I kindly request Zoomcar to investigate this matter thoroughly. I want to emphasize that I have never attempted to misuse their services or violate any of their policies.

              Thank you for your attention to this issue.

                I am not able to process any of the bookings with Zoomcar. It shows that you’ve been blacklisted by Zoomcar.
                May I know the reason for the same? Also how can we resolve this?

                  On date 2nd dec 2023 i have booked car for the next day 3rd dec 2023. Next morning we have reached at the car destination which is so far. Host of the car was doing formality for handing over the car but unfortunately application was not accepting document number and we are not able to proceed further. App shows a pop up called please try after some time. We have wasted 3 hours there called on customer care no but nonody responded. Raised a ticket of my problem but because of this unfortunate event host said no to handing over car to us. My wohle payment got wasted and i haven't receive any reply from zoom car till date. I am trying to reaching out to their all possible numbers email. I want full refund for my payment please help.

                        I have booked a Honda Celerio (Registration DL 9C AV 6730) on 28th of November 2023. The host has denied the delivery of the car but started to ride by telling lies about the refund process of zoomcar in which we have got robbed. After that he even filed a vehicle abandonment complaint and demanding RS 10, 000/-. I demand quick and quality resolution regarding the issue and I have pretty good lawyers in the system or else I'm going to file a complaint against the company and the host for fraud and demand the total amount plus damages for my value loss because of the incident. I'm from Jawharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and I'm not going to leave the issue unattended.

                          I am not able to book zoomcar coz it shows that my profile has been blacklisted for some reason. I tried to book it with different number bug then my license gets rejected. The customer care number does not respond neither does email. Very poor service by zoomcar.

                              I'am Aneesh, My Zoomcar registered phone number is [protected], my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                              I booked vehicle in chennai (Vehicle number TN49CB1984) on 9/11/23, While driving i noticed that its reverse gear was not working, I requested to change vehicle through app, and i have allotted a new vehicle (Vehicle number TN91D7788.
                              Later i noticed that, in the first car i lost my carry bag (Which contain my laptop charger, some important note books and some 1000 cash). I tried to raise complaint through app, unfortunately there was no option to do that, i was allowed to communicate with second vehicle owner only,

                              App does not provide any option to talk to customer care or any mail id to complain. No customer care facility is provided.

                              After i came back I could not trace the first vehicle at the delivery location and i have no other information about its owner, there is no booking history provided in the app.

                              Requesting to resolve this issue soon

                                I had made a zoomcar booking, details below.

                                I received the host details and the location previous night and confirmed details for pickup and other formalities.
                                Over the midnight while I was travelling to the place I got a message from the host saying his car met with accident last week and the zoomcar is having a bad customer care for the same....

                                I am Raghunatha M(senior software engineer IBM), mob:[protected] my booking ID JPSNIQ1AJ paid 5, 232rs on 26th october 2023 at 3:10pm i reached kochi airport from bangalore and car is located in 3.89km from airport, i told my family to wait near airport and reached location at 3:30pm as i waited for longtime for auto, when i reached there car is standing and i unlocked the car, try to sit inside the car, one lady and girl sitting on scooty, asked me to wait and asked me adhaar and docs, asking photo and all by claiming she is wife of host anumodh kurup, i given all documents and they asked for DL, so i told them in hurry i forgot, my mobile also new one, no documents saved, that lady and host told without DL we cant give car and that lady drived that car somewhere else, its raining heavily, my mom, sis and brother standing on road in rain in unknown city, i called customer care and asked to give DL number atleast as i uploaded document in platform, the guy told host should not ask DL and all and he connected host, this time this so called anumodh kurup host told that customer is drunk and all to escape from asking DL docs, so customer care guy told no sir, you have drunk we cant arrange another car, hope given information sufficient and all, he ended call, i called anumodh host, how dare you to put false allegation as my family on road, you are also not here and how can you tell lies instead that better you tell DL copy u asked me and all, he told my wife told that and all and asked me to end the trip you will get refund its dark and i searching for car and ended the trip, after ending the trip i raised complaint in chat and it told me dispute ticket raised, but its not given any ticket number and mail also not recieved, i did not even sit inside car, first thing from airport i gone to car location its unkonwn city but host lied to escape and i ended up loosing 5000rs, zoomcar there is no system to check from you when host lying you, and host not there in location how can u believe his wife words, as she is nowhere related platform and i went to police station and police and asked to confirm i am not drunk as it will be proof and all, police told that you just go to zoomcar head office and complain if not you raise complaint in cyber crime police, i have not done any mistake please refund my amount as soon as possible as you have basic commonsense in airport they wont allow drunk people. its a scam as host and wife doing drama for documents checking as its aginest to zoomcar platform, i have attached all proofs has time stamp also on photos, please refund immediately i did not sit even in car
