Booked a Zoomcar in Chennai. Host denied to provide the car, just 2min before I reach the location. Registered a complaint on Zoomcar. No response. They rebooked me on another day.

They still have not responded or provided refund. Pathetic service.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
same thing happend to me on this new year, driver denied me the car saying it is not available

    I have already booked a car and was asked for a profile verification. I have submitted all the documents and it's still showing verification pending. I raised this in the support chat, and I have even mailed it to the support team. No response. It's been 12 days from the date I submitted all my documents and emails. Still, it's showing verification pending. The site says it takes 2 to 3 hours. But it's more than 10 days now. I need a response

      Booking done, Payment deducted, Booking confirmed. then asked to update profile by logging in, Unable to generate OTP - "Something went wrong, Please try again in sometime", Tried multiple times. No luck. Tried after updating the app, still no luck. Tried login to website - says "Please enter valid number" even though it is valid. Tried email option, says " please enter valid email, even though it is correct". There is no means to reach with automated chat responses.

        On[protected], I booked a car through the app and made a payment of Rs.18, 719/- at 12:27 PM. However, on[protected], I did not receive the car as scheduled. Additionally, no booking status appeared on my Zoomcar app, and the host also confirmed that there was no record of the booking on their end.

        It has now been seven working days since this incident, and I have not received any communication or refund from Zoomcar. Furthermore, there are no options available within the app to contact customer support via chat or phone, which has led to a highly unsatisfactory experience.

        After that there are lots of people submit a negative review about this they get payment advanced and after that there are no customer support no Host support. today 15 days passed still i did not get my refund and we don't have any option to connect this zoomcar customer service.

              Hello,

              I have booked a trip (JPSNJTB3M) which will start now (October2, 2024 8AM) and still my profile is not yet verified. I am trying continuously hundreds of times since last night but the app is not able to capture the selfie picture and keeps crashing. Due to this I am unable to contact the host or start my trip.
              I faced similar issue with DL upload but it worked after trying continuously for few hours yesterday but selfie upload does not work yet.

              I tried calling the customer care but there is an automated response that today (October 2, 2024) is a holiday and there are no assist champions available.
              I also raised multiple support tickets but haven’t received any response other than just auto replies.

              Kindly help to verify my profile asap to start the trip or cancel the trip work full refund.

                  I paid 27918 to rent a Zoomcar from 22 Sep to 22 Oct 2024. At the time of delivery, the host from Zoomcar end denied to deliver the car. As a result, we contacted the Zoomcar support for refund as the car has not been delivered.
                  Zoomcar is unresponsive and forcing us to cancel with a fee even though it is Zoomcar that did not provide the car. Selection for an alternative car leads to an error page.

                      Hi Team,

                      I am unable to update my phone number on Zoomcar web application. I booked a car through web application and now it is asking me to login to the mobile application using the old number!!

                      It is not giving me an option to login to mobile application through my email address. Kindly help urgently !!

                      I am also not able to reach to zoomcar customer care by email or phone as they dont have any of these mentioned on their website !

                        We have booked a car in zoomcar app. When we were reached to pickup the car from the given location, host was not responding to take the car by providing OTP. We tried many times to connect the host in the booking time period. Even though host not provided the car, but in the app it is showing trip completed and how the trip completed without providing OTP from the host, we didn't understand. We tried to call customer care support to explain the situation but no support number provided in the website. Literally wrost experience.

                          I am a customer of Zoomcar. However, as I was away from India, I haven't used Zoomcar for almost two years. Now, after coming back, I am trying to book a Zoomcar, but the application is showing that I am blacklisted by Zoomcar without any reason or intimation.

                          I have tried to reach out to Zoomcar, but their chat support doesn't work, and I am unable to call customer care to resolve the issue. I also tried to delete the account as I was attempting to use another number with the same ID proof to book, but that didn't work.

                          Please help me resolve this issue and provide valid reasons for the inconvenience.

                            Zoomcar has randomly blacklisted my account without stating any reason and is not allowing me to make any bookings. The account is associated with the email [protected]@gmail.com and the account has 5 star rating so I see no reason whatsoever for it to be blacklisted in the first place. Please help look into the matter and resolve it as I really need to make a booking for upcoming trip and they have no means of contacting customer care, the only one they have is an automated one which does not help at all.

                                    I made a booking on Zoomcar JPSNJQYQH from 15th June 2024 to 2nd July 2024.

                                    I returned the car to the host 30 mins prior to ending the trip, but the app did not allow me to end the trip even though I entered the otp provided by the host.

                                    I tried an hour later and the app was not accepting the otp received from the host. And shows a penalty of an hour. The customer care number does not work and the chatbot options are of no help. The trip needs to be ended without ensuring any penalties.

                                        I have booked zoomcar booking"jpsnjrpwy" for my family trip from[protected]:00 pm ist[protected]:00 pm ist. I went to the location o 07 june at 8:00pm. At the time of taking the vehicle from host, need to check in app and take all the photos and upload. I tried after taking the otp from the host, but got the error which was shown in the attachment.. I tried different ways (Logging off, restarting, resintalling the app) to check in online.. Nothing worked.. I was there for more than 2 hours at the host, still nothing worked.. I tried zoom car help, problem was not resolved. I tried to call on the numbers that they provided (+91-[protected], +91-[protected], +[protected] or +[protected]. Nothing worked. Finally i requested the host and taken the vehicle.

                                        I raised the complaint thru mail. Nothing wirked. Need the refund for the amount that i paid to them. Total inr 9, 042.00
