Urgent: Request for Clarification and Full Refund for Booking Issue

On January 14, 2024, I, Nishant Singh ([protected]@gmail.com), made a reservation for a Maruti Swift MT petrol with the registration number MH12UF8665 through the Zoomcar app. I paid a total of INR 3852. However, upon reaching the designated location, the car was not parked as indicated on the app. After some effort, we located the car, but encountered issues with unlocking it and couldn't find the car key.

I have booked a car on zoomcar on 19th Dec 2023 for which zoomcar has charged me Rs 22118. I emailed zoomcar more than 10 times requesting for invoice/bill but they are not even responding. I called on every number zoomcar has provided on its website but each and every number is switched off. I tried to request through zoomcar app in chat section where every time the bot says that no invoice is generated, I tried to contact them on twitter...

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I would like to highlight a few of my concerns, which seem like invalid actions.
    1. Negative Rating - Customer (JPSNIPYD8) has not used my car & given me negative review, customer asked me to refund booking amount, while I have no such thing that I can refund, it is supposed to be dealt with by Zoomcar Customer Service. He told me that Zoomcar is not contactable how could he get a refund?
    Please remove this rating, without my fault I have down to 3 points below.
    2. Booking Start & Complete - This is one of the major faulty system, sometimes customer either do not start pickup, it shows started & sometimes customers do not return the car on time, in that case also it shows booking completed. This is one of the major disputable systems, I have suffered a lot mentally & car return in damage, penalised and dirty. It must be genuine pickup and drop to be captured to avoid any dispute further.
    3. Advance Booking - I would request you to please allocate a booking at least 3 hours before. I have had very bad experiences with customers who booked immediately, either have treated the vehicle very badway or dropped somewhere or given negative reviews.
    4. Valid Customer Service Contact No. - I would request you to please update the valid customer service contact no. or share us to contact further for any query & dispute. In this case, I find it very poor. We are in India and must be available 24 hours.
    Thank you & I am looking positive response from your side to resolve such issues as earliest for better services.

        I want to bring into notice first of all zoomcar does not have any helpline service we have to send mail and wait for reply for 2 to 3 days my car has been delisted from sharing unnecessary without any prior intimation to me
        I have been sending continuous mail it was noted that it was to suspended from 15th of December until 3rd of January now when upon checking it is showing that the car is still the listed and the termination as extended up to 15th of January I am neither able to earn any business nor I am able to drive it on my own I am not able to delete my account as well as I don't prefer to share my car with zoomcar

            I hope this email finds you well. My name is Himanshu Mokaddam and I recently had a reservation with Zoomcar under booking reference JPSNIH0ND. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and bring to your attention a significant issue I encountered during my recent experience.

            Despite having a confirmed Booking for a Maruti Suzuki Ertiga having Reg No MH12VF8268 on[protected] at 8AM, unfortunately, upon arriving at the designated pick-up location, I was informed that the car was not available. This situation caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my plans.

            I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but as a customer, I had relied on the confirmed reservation to meet my transportation needs. Given the unavailability of the car, I kindly request a full refund of the amount Rs 11069 I have already paid for the reservation. I would like to also claim the amount Rs1500 which I have paid to pick the car from location and host denied after arriving at the location.

              I am zoomcar host since July 2023 … from July to December in 6 months i have faced many problem my car stop showing in booking site almost for a month later I paid 4000 to zoomcar agent/employee to get this resolved there is no response i got from zoomcar… after 2 months my car again stop showing in booking site i have raised the ticket in zoomcar chat but not received any response from them again… i asked the local agent he said that it will get resolved from zoomcar chat support only … the worst thing I found that there is no host support number or email they have … you just have to raised the ticket and they will never going to respond.

                I’m requesting this for 7/8 times. I have decided to sell out my car and I’ve informed it to zoom car host multiple times multiple time since last 2 months through emails and raising different tickets. But they are not responding me anymore.

                I’ve to hand over the car to the new owner on 3rd Jan, 2024. So, Before that, please terminate / deregister me from zoom car host platform and uninstall all the devices (GPS/Tracking device) from my car. It’s urgent and I requested it for several times since last 2 months and I’m wondering why it’s not been addressed so far. Please do the needful asap. I can’t handover the car with zoom car gps devices installed.

                As of now, I've only received an email from "[email protected]" asking me to provide my contact details. Nothing so far has been resolved as per my request. I have not received any intimation that my termination from Zoom Car Host Platform is done and my car is not any more registered with Zoom Car Host Platform and also I didn't receive any information regarding uninstalling or unplugging the GPS and Tracking devices from my CAR. How come that ticket got resolved ?? - I'm really confused.

                  As we hired a Zoom car for two days. We have uploaded documents aadhar card, and driving licence in the application. At the time of Photo taking application is not working. And the application is directly closed down. Due to this, we have already paid amounts to Zoom car as well as to the owner of the car. However, due to pending profile verification, we are not able to get our amount from the car owner. So we have paid double the amount...

                  Am having profile validation error, I verified my Aadhar, DL and when I tried to upload the selfie, the app closed automatically. Had a word with customer service person called Abdul Naveen, he confirmed that it is an app issue from backend. He asked to connect next day after 10am but nobody responded.
                  My trip was planned from 24-Dec-2023 to 25-Dec-2023 but now the date has passed and I cancel the booking also. My money is stuck with no solution. Please support.

                    I booked a zoom car through their website through my email ID . The telephone number I had is old and not active anymore and hence logged in through my email ID . Now I am not able to do anything with my booking and it says go to the mobile app to cancel or reschedule . I obviously cannot login through the mobile app since my number is not active for OTP and it wont allow to login through the email ID . I am not able to also change my telephone...

                      The booking was started on 24th December2023 2PM and needs to be ended on 25th Dec 5 AM. But the car didnt returned till now and application is showing as booking has been completed and asking to rate the client and fill the end checklist. There is no option on the zoom car host app to report the same and only giving options to end the checklist. Please let me know teh car location as thers is no infirmation of the client which has been given on the host app thgrough which I could find out the number and contact the client. Also as the booking has been ended hence the host share will alsobe affected. Please assist in resolving this issue. I have another booking to serve at 1 PM.

                          I have kept my car in zoom car host and I got booking on[protected]:00AM with ID.JPSNIW41O from Mr.Suraj (M.[protected] &[protected]) for 2 days i.e. till[protected]:00PM. But today is[protected] and till now my vehicle is not returned by the above guest and not responding over phones.

                          So on[protected] around 4.30pm I raised the concern with zoom host app and raised the incident with no.191159.

                          I have send 20 mails in the last 2 days to them but no response from the zoom customer support and I am worried about the car and its condition.

                          So request you to please help in resolving the issue and get my Car.

                            I Booked a zoom car from 8 Dec 2023 to 9 Dec 2023. In the middle of my trip, car got breakdown.
                            We tried contacting (host)owner and zoom support, both of them are not responding or picking up the call. After 4 hours, host contacted me and I explained the situation and said host will take care. After 8 hours from the breakdown of the car, Zoom support contacted me and i explained the whole situation and he asked me.to send photos of the car to the mail id. After 2 days they closed the ticket and mark it as resolved and there is no response from after that. The breakdown car has been serviced and listed in app for booking.
                            The Trip is still going on and it is not ended .

                            I've repeatedly contacted support but no one picks up.

                              I made my first booking with Zoomcar in March 2023 using a specific mobile number. I completed the trip in accordance with Zoomcar's policies, ensuring no damage and adhering to all rules. However, in May, when I attempted to book another car using the same number, the host denied providing the car upon pickup.

                              I contacted customer care immediately. The representative informed me that she needed time to coordinate with the host. I expressed my concern that this last-minute cancellation would disrupt my plans if I didn't secure a car promptly. To my surprise, she suggested using a different number of my own to book another car as she was unable to resolve the issue with the denied booking.

                              Unfortunately, due to the ill advice from the company's customer care executive, I've been unable to book any services from Zoomcar since then. I made sure to return both cars I had booked from the company in the same condition I received them, ensuring they had even more fuel than when I received them.

                              I kindly request Zoomcar to investigate this matter thoroughly. I want to emphasize that I have never attempted to misuse their services or violate any of their policies.
