I have booked a zoomcar on 20th Sept and it is cancelled by the owner, I still didnt got any response regarding it, i need refund of my money

    Booked a car on zoom car for 2 day I go at the location of that car on that location I didn't get any car and I couldn't connect to the car host I tried a lot to call him but I didn't connect, I also try to call customer care that is also not connecting that time so I have to cancel that trip but I didn't get my refund back the number of car is Kl08bk2088
    Host of the car is a fraud there is no car when I go there also didn't get his number I tried a lot to call him but didn't get connected so please please refund my money sir

      Dear Zoom team,

      After many complaints i had to comment here the worst customer service team logged 3 complaints but no resolution till now. I have been charged 1037rs extra even after paying all the charges before booking the car. And there was no mention about this extra charge for what it has been levied.
      Even after many complaints there is no solution from zoom team. Also i have received the car lately booked for 9pm but received at 10pm with no extra hours given. So please resolve my issue asap.

      End date : 10pm 21st Sept 2023

        This is regarding booking on
        Zoomcar with id JPSNIJ8GW on[protected] for the sameday
        As the car condition is not as mentioned in the app, i cancelled the car within 1hr and tried to contact the customer care regarding cancellation and refund but there was no use. And they charged extra 1000/- for cancellation. Hence kindly look into the matter and refund the amount

          I booked a Zoomcar with id JPSNIJ8GW on 14th sep 2023 for the same day
          As the car condition is not as mentioned in the app, i cancelled the car within 1hr and tried to contact the customer care but couldn't connect, they have also charged extra 1000/- for cancellation and Zoomcar address in Bangalore they provided is also not correct address
          Kindly refund the amount

            I have submitted by driving license and aadhar card photos on zoom car app for profile verification and it has been 4 weeks now but they are not responding to that at all. I raised 2 tickets for this ( 1483690 and 1486395 ) but no response on that.
            Asking on twitter also they did not reply.
            I have a trip booked and paid the money but they are not responding. please help

                I booked rental car from zoomcar app. When I reached location where car was parked, car was missing I waited almost an hour around 2 PM. When I was not able to find car I raised complaint in zoomcar app informing that I was not able to find car and trip was not started I also tried calling owner of car multiple times calls went unanswered. 7PM I received message from Zoomcar to leave car at the location then I came to know that someone has started trip of which I have no knowledge. Currently app is imposing fine on me because as per them I have not returned the car whereas I don't have any car with me at all and I never had possession of car. I tried contacting zoomcar multiple times through call, chatbot (in APP) and email, nither zoomcar has responded nor Owner of car. I have not received any refund instead company is imposing fine on me.

                  I booked a car from Zoomcar from Friday 7 April 2023. I uploaded the start fuel and odometer reading (about 5% fuel) directly on zoomcar's app (which I cannot access now) and the end fuel reading, which was 100% (their app mentioned tank had to be full when returning the car so I filled it, trusting zoomcar to provide the refund). The start fuel level as reported by the host is 10%, close to what I reported. But now Zoomcar has refused to provide a refund for the excess fuel. When claiming the refund, zoomcar refused to acknowledge the start meter readings and refused to provide refund for fuel, which is atleast 90% of the tank (if you go by the host's initial report). I directly uploaded the odometer's photo to their platform and there's no way for me to access it now and they will not acknowledge it. On top of that, they do not even acknowledge the host's reported initial fuel reading of 10%, which means I should get 90% of the fuel back, worth about 3000 rupees. They are deliberately refusing to believe both me and the host's reported starting fuel reading despite providing all the evidence. They even refuse to send me the original photo that I uploaded to their app, which will prove the initial fuel reading and reveal their lie. This is how they misuse their customer's trust and cheat them out of their hard earned money. 3000 is a big amount for me, please help me get my money back.

                      Respected sir/madam, I have been kept two accounts at zoomcar one was [protected]@gmail.com [protected] this account kyc profile not verified, , , but previous I have done one booking on that but suddenly profile again didn't verified showing on the top so I try to delete or profile update not working and contacted zoomcar customer care no use so I created another number [protected] [protected]@gmail.com and profile also verified and first booking done on the date of 09/09/2023 booking I'd JPSNIIOFD trip was scheduled at 13/09/2023 suddenly after two days booking was cancelled in that they have been mentioned that your using multiple accounts and due to suspicious account your account was blocked and your driving licence is blacklisted but there is only one account Is in active which one is blacklisted by zoomcar so my important program are getted problem due to zoomcar so they must reply and reverse what they made resume to book the vehicle so please take action upon them and supporting documents will be attached.

                            I have done a booking with zoom car on 30/08/202023 and paid Rs 8322.
                            After few hours I cancelled the booking and I can see on their app that refund was initiated which was suppose to be credited in 5-7 days but I haven't got the refund yet. The worst thing is their customer support is pathetic and they are is no way to reach out to them over email or call.
                            I am not sure how to get in touch with them to get the refund.

                              I have been booked car at zoomcar self drive rental on the date of 09/09/2023 trip was scheduled at the date of 13/09/2023 before that trip starts they have been cancelled at 11/09/2023 and has been said that you have been identified as suspicious account and dl was blacklisted while asking that they have been said that that I have multi accounts but I am accepting that but I have been booking order is first on this app previous number which I was opened account number has been changed and I try to delete the additional account but they didn't delete account simply they have been cancelled my booking and blacklisted so please solve this problem.and not proper response from zoomcar please take action

                                  I want to terminate zoomcar host programme. I want to withdraw my car i.e. Alto 800 WB 74AS6583 from today onwards as my car is not in running condition and it is at Garrage and after that I have decided to sell my car. My customer is ready to purchase my car. So my car can't serve any longer at Zoomcar host programme.
                                  Hence I want to withdraw my car. Kindly do the needful and process my request.

                                      1. Just an hour before the pick up time, host 1 said the car has gone for service and it is not available.
                                      2. I was rushing for a business meeting. So, I wanted to cancel the booking and find out other way to go. But Zoomcar would give only less than 50% refund
                                      3. So, I decided to book alternate car as zoomcar suggested and booked another car.
                                      4. Host 2 did not respond directly, instead he had his mother talking to me without any clue for long time. Finally, he spoke and said the car is not available.
                                      5. By the time it happened the original pick up time has crossed and now zoom car would not refund any and still recommend to book alternate car.
                                      6. I had no time to play around and so made other arrangements outside zoomcar for my trip.

                                      Finally, the total money I paid for the booking is gone, not because of my choice, but because of your service.

                                      All along this scenario, I was trying to reach out to your customer service, but no use. Your chat service is useless and complete non-sense.

                                      Finally, your WhatsApp link for feedback is also fake. All along it was very clear you take money, but doesn't want to get contacted by any means. I have had hard time dealing with the customer service personnel in the past, but never has experience such a situation, not even able to contact.
