I want to terminate zoomcar host programme. I want to withdraw my car i.e. Alto 800 WB 74AS6583 from today onwards as my car is not in running condition and it is at Garrage and after that I have decided to sell my car. My customer is ready to purchase my car. So my car can't serve any longer at Zoomcar host programme.
Hence I want to withdraw my car. Kindly do the needful and process my request.

      1. Just an hour before the pick up time, host 1 said the car has gone for service and it is not available.
      2. I was rushing for a business meeting. So, I wanted to cancel the booking and find out other way to go. But Zoomcar would give only less than 50% refund
      3. So, I decided to book alternate car as zoomcar suggested and booked another car.
      4. Host 2 did not respond directly, instead he had his mother talking to me without any clue for long time. Finally, he spoke and said the car is not available.
      5. By the time it happened the original pick up time has crossed and now zoom car would not refund any and still recommend to book alternate car.
      6. I had no time to play around and so made other arrangements outside zoomcar for my trip.

      Finally, the total money I paid for the booking is gone, not because of my choice, but because of your service.

      All along this scenario, I was trying to reach out to your customer service, but no use. Your chat service is useless and complete non-sense.

      Finally, your WhatsApp link for feedback is also fake. All along it was very clear you take money, but doesn't want to get contacted by any means. I have had hard time dealing with the customer service personnel in the past, but never has experience such a situation, not even able to contact.

        Host is denying the car

        Today, i booked a car with zoom car and money is deducted from my bank account. Now, host is denying for the car and zoom car support is not working I tried several times....

            Unfortunately booked mobile got stolen.now unable to extend the trip and end the trip ...car got by the zoom car team...now we can't able delivery the car to host or not able connect with zoom car people...

              I booked an Ertiga car from Zoomcar in coimbatore for a period of three days from 10 aug 4 pm to 13 aug 11 pm and made a complete payment upfront of 11877 . I was getting messages from Zoomcar about the car till 3 pm on 10 aug, and they were requesting me for extension also . However when I reached the pick up site I could only then contact the Zoomcar owner of the car, and he very carelessly said that his car was not available . I was in an unknown city, I took a cab to reach the spot where I was to collect the car . And at 5.30 pm, I get a message ge from Zoomcar that owner has cancelled the car and I can choose another car . Another car was not even available the same day ad it was charging 19000 plus . I got stuck and had to pay for my stay and another car from onroadzs for an amount of 15500 . I was told that I would get a refund within 3 days . However even after 18 days I am still waiting for my refund . If this is the way a brand like zoom car treats the tourists, how will tourism flourish in our country . Zoom car should pay compensation for mental harassment and the delay in paying the refund .

                I booked a car on rent through Zoomcar App. But it was not in working condition and I couldn’t drive it. Host asked me to end the trip without even driving. Car was dropped off at the same location where it was picked up from. Request you to issue full refund of money paid to you, since car was not used and I was asked to end the trip by the host (within 1 hour of trip start time). Booking duration was 10 hours. But trip was ended within 1 hour and car was dropped off.

                    Issue -
                    I took the car from the host at Jaipur airport and drove it to Raja Park, Jaipur. I stopped for a minute and then it stopped starting. I tried to start it for 30 mins but the engine ignited and then the car stopped automatically. It happened more than 50 times, and I was stuck there for an hour.
                    I called ZoomCar customer support, and they said they would send the ground team for help but none of them came. Later, they asked me to handover the car so that they could issue a refund. I called the host but he said he was out of town and asked me to drop the car at a location. I dropped the car at his asked location and he picked it up after 2 days.

                    You can check the measurement units that you install in the car (like GPS etc). I couldn't drive the car due to this issue and reported the issue immediately.

                    I had to face a lot of challenges due to the aforesaid problem and your team promised me to refund the booking amount after ending the trip but now they are playing over email and lack courtesy and empathy. Worst experience ever.

                        Vehicle was collected on 18th August, and after 150 kms from Bangalore.. there was a breakdown due to some clutch plate issue and vehicle was not moving forward.. we have already filled the tank before leaving Bangalore.
                        We called customer support and after 2 hours they picked the call and reported the issue and taken the vehicle back.
                        They told they will refund basis unused hours along with petrol charges.

                        Now there is no proper response from zoom car and everytime I m calling customer support, they are asking 48 hours which is already exhausted.

                        I need my refund for booking charges and petrol expenses.

                          I have booked the vehicle from Zoom from 12th August to 14th August. i went to pick up the vehicle on 12th August 7 am . after check-in the app and try to start the vehicle its not started. immediately informed to the host regarding the issue. he suggested me to push the vehicle it will start may be battery went down. i told him i am alone how can i push the vehicle that too i am travelling to hill stations if the vehicle gives trouble in middle of journey then it will became a problem. so i requested to host canceling the booking he agreed for that.. so i am unable to find the cancelation option in Zoom for this i am trying to reach Zoom car customer care but unfortunately i am unable to reach them. so i ended up the trip. please help me to get full refund from Zoom car.

                            I have booked a car from zoomcar on 19/08/2023. The booking was done for the date 20/08/2023. I got the booking confirmation but we will be able to take the car only after the verification process of my profile. I gave all the documents for the verification and uploaded it. But it didnt get uploaded on it as they were rejecting the profile verification. But still the booking was still there and I gave Rs 1778/-.I wasnt able to take the car on that day because the verification was still pending. I tried uploading in all the formats, and made it clear of all my documents like driving license, adhar card and my profile picture. I didnt get the refund also on that day. The verification process for our profile can only be done if we book a car and give the money in advance for it. The verification side is there to do. So if verification is not done then we wont be able to take the car and the money will be gone. Please make sure into this situation and help me out with the refund process on it. I tried contacting there customer care and they are not picking and also some numbers they were showing not available

                            After this complaint, I got a fraud call from someone. I dont know whether it is from zoomcar or not but they asked me to get refund through YONO SBI app where they can redeem my refund through the gift voucher something like that. They guided through the process from YONO SBI and by that way they tried to get RS20000/- from the bank account. They were trying to take Rs 20000/- from the bank account by giving the PIN id and I got a otp of transaction number. They asked me to tell the transaction number so that they can take Rs 20000 from any atm within 4hrs. I got the doubt and suddenly stopped the process. So complaining through this consumber portal also they are trying to scam me. It has become more problematic and I need to solvee this problem as soon as possible. Very bad service im getting. Please look into this problem as soon as possible.

                              I booked the car for 13th august 6:00 AM to 11PM 13th August, I submitted the car at 7:15PM 13th August. The host who took the car from me at 7PM 13th August checked the car if any damages are there or not. When the host didn’t found any damage, host took the car and went off. Host didn’t give or informed about the end trip otp and also didn’t give me my Aadhar card which the host took from me before the trip started and told me they keep original ID card for security purposes. After that at 1AM 14th August I got a sms from the host to end my trip and provided me an otp at 14th August 1AM. Which was later after my trip end time. Now I have been charged with late fee which is not my fault. I want to raise a complaint against the late fee and extended fee which should be removed.

                                Hello

                                I booked Maruthi Dzire MT Petrol on 16 Aug 2023 with the Booking I'd : JPSNC9ZKP, the application is showing my refund was done to my account successfully but i have not received any refund amount yet. Please check the attachment from application.

                                I tried calling support numbers for several times but their is no response. Also the chatbot in the website does not have refund related support and whole website is full of FAQ's.

                                In the screenshot as you can see we have to raise refund dispute within 15 days. Since i don't see any option to raise dispute in application or the website.

                                Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.

                                  I booked a car on the Zoomcar app, paying a total amount of 5303 rs. I was asked to upload my Aadhar/Passport and Driving Licence to get my profile verified. I uploaded all the necessary documents multiple times but the verification was rejected every single time. I contacted the customer support and student 20-30 mins on call with them and I was assured that the profile will be verified but that did not happen. I went to pick up the card at the prescribed time and was unable to do so since the profile was not verified. So after spending 3 hrs trying and failing to get the profile verified, i had to cancel my booking. I was then told that I'll not get the refund and inturn i have to pay 615rs as a penalty. I don't understand how any of this is my fault. Since they were unable to provide the service they promised, I need a full refund and no penalty charges

                                    On 20th Feb 2023. On my zoom car host app. Customer named Abishek sheron booked the car. Booking Id - JPSNC84TX.
                                    He hit the man at ghaziabad toll. It was captured in cctv camera. He drive rush and hit one man brutally with my car. Now police is calling me and asking about it. I filed the FIR with police who called me with name Abishek no - [protected]. He hit my car and my car was also hit. Police is calling me asking me about him.
                                    Pls take the action.

                                      I booked the car using Zoomcar app but Owner denied the car so I requested Customer support to cancel my booking and refund my paid amount which is INR 6198/-.

                                      In app its showing that Amount has been credited into my bank account but its not reflecting in my bank account.
