    My car was supposed to come on 15/5/23 but the customer who took the car was not replying and not doing any extension of booking, than I came to know that the customer who took my car has hypothecated my car to some one and than I made police complain and after i received the car but from zoom no one was there to help and I got the money upto 25/5/23 and 6 days money is left.I made lot of complaints on zoom host app but no one is there to solve the issue.They are fooling people and they are cheaters.

      Profile verification and adding Co driver

      I uploaded a wrong document in step 1 and realized it immediately. But had no option to edit the documents, even when we were only on step 2. Tried to add a co driver but could not, because of their outdated user interface. There was no option to add a co driver on the app or the website. Ended up losing a big amount of our payment....

      Booking: 18th June, 9am - 21st June, 10am
      Amount paid: 7000

      I booked a zoomcar and paid for the delivery option but at the delivery time the host called and informed that he cannot deliver the car and asked me to come and collect. It was not possible for me to travel 10km in heavy rains and collect as I was already late. I asked him to cancel the trip but to my surprise nothing happened and i got a message saying that my trip has started. Without even getting the car the trip was started and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. Since last 3 days I have called Zoomcar customer care 20-30 times and they haven't picked up even once. I have mailed them several times and there was no response. I had also left a review of Google play Store on which they replied they will get back to me but again no reply.

      The car I had booked is on a trip without even getting the car. Zero response from zoomcar. For such pathetic service and horrible customer service would like a 100% refund along with compensation of Rs 10, 000 as stated in the policy.

          I booked a car namely Mahindra Marazzo in Zoom car on 1st June 2023 for the date of 2nd June 2023. And my pickup time was around 8 P.M. At 7:30 P.M I went to the location and looked for the car. But I did not find any car there I tried to call the Host and the Host refused to provide the car saying the car got breakdown and asked us to contact Zoomcar customer support. I tried to contact the Zoom car customer support but no one responded. I waited for a while and cancelled the car. There it showed the refund would be 8000 its been past 16 days and I didn't get any refund. I'm trying to contact Zoom car customer care but it's not connecting. Try to resolve the issue and provide my refund as soon as possible.

            I had booked a car with Zoomcar (Booking ID: JPSNCDDR7) between 01-June to 05-June for a Swift Dzire which upon booking the host G.Somashekar contacted me via P: [protected] and offered to pickup and drop the car to my location with a charge of 1200/- to be paid to him. We agreed to that, he came dropped the car and forced me to complete the check list as the car had 2 points fuel (25%) displaying incorrectly. The host asked me to drop him to a location 4kms away from my point and the fuel immediately dropped to 1 point which is 10% of the fuel tank capacity which I immediately informed the host as well. Now after dropping the car at the Bengaluru airport within the time I could not complete the check list and the host confirmed he will complete the check list once he takes the car to the original location. The fuel was at the same 10% of what he had handed over to me and Zoomcar is now demanding I pay 1K as the refueling charges and instead of contacting the host to dispute it and resolve the issue for the customer from their end. I have also received threatening messages and email from them without they trying to resolve the issue for me although I have contacted them multiple times. This is now traumatic and I demand immediate waive off of the incorrect refueling charges!

                1. I Booked A Zoom Car On 02 Jun 2023 For The Duration Starting From 0000 Hr On 03 Jun 2023 To 1000 Hr On 03 Jun 2023 By Making A Payment Of Rs 2687/- From Zoom Car Mobile Based Application.

                2. I Went On To Pick Up The Car At 0045 Hr At The Site Mentioned By Host. But Couldn't Find It And Tried Calling The Host But My Call Was Not Getting Through So I Texted Him Using The Chat Option Available On Apllication.

                3. I Tried Contacting Zoom Car Through A No ([protected]) Mentioned In Open Domain Since No Call Or Email Option Was Available On Its Official Application.

                4. Till Now I Haven't Been Able To Reach Zoom Car Customer Care Support And Its A Mental Harassment For Me As I Couldn't Execute My Travel Plan Also Ended Up Blocking My Money With Them.

                5. I Have Got Pictures And Video Of The Place Mentioned By Host And The Payment Proofs Also.

                  Hi I am writing this again to file my complaint regarding my zoomcar booking which was 15th May 2023.
                  I have a booked a car for my 5 day trip but when i reached the pick up location for my car pick up.
                  The car was already very damaged which was not show or communicated while i was booking the car.
                  I have paid a large amount for my booking, and looking at the condition of the car i had to cancel my booking without even starting my trip.

                  I have following up with them but no action is being taken yet regarding my refund its been a month now and this is very very disappointing.
                  Please look into this issue of mine,

                    I had booked a petrol automatic prepaying 13k, but when I found the car, it was manual cng. More so there was no key inside as suggested on the app. There was no one to help, no zoomcar customer support. After wasting 1 hour trying everything, i left l. I could not even cancel my booking through the app.

                    As you know, there is no customer support of zoomcar. I am just getting automated replies saying it was no show and there is no refund. I have emailed them 100 times and same response everytime.

                    Please help with this fraud. Frankly zoomcar has created a fraud money making scheme. List that car, ask for prepayment and just dont provide any support and then no refund for no show.

                      I have been trying to delete my zoomcar account and my private details such as driving license (Dl) and mobile number stored in it.
                      Zoomcar has told me that they don’t have any such policy and once my dl is uploaded, it is permanently stored in their server.
                      I have the fundamental right to privacy and should be given the right to decide what can be done with my private details.
                      As zoomcar has been into data breaches before I don't trust them with my data anymore

                        Today I booked through Zoomcar. Booking ID: JPSNCE2A8. The booked car Maruti Ritz from 2PM to 10PM on 10th of June, 2023. When I reached the card parking as shown came to know that the car is breakdown and can't take it. Called the customer care no[protected] couple of times and the assistant told me to cancel the booking after 2-3 mins. I cancelled the booking after 20 mins and came to know, the whole money is gone and will not get it returned.
                        ZoomCar killed my day, spend 500 Rs as Auto Fare to reach the spot, the whole plan got messed and finally they are cheating my hard earned money and their service desk is saying they can't do anything.

                          I have booked a car in Zoomcar on 19 May with booking ID JPSNC0VGZ. (KWID 4948).
                          I reached the pick up place and tried to locate the car. Car was not there. Then I called the host. He didn't answer my call. Then I called the Zoomcar helpline. A lady picked up the call and said that the car is in some other place and rudely said that I have to go to the new location and collect the car. I have planned everything for the weekend and then the lady asked me to go to some other place and collect the car else she will cancel the booking. Reckless behaviour from Zoomcar folks. I don't want to spoil my weekend. With no option I took my own transport and navigated to the new place. Car is located at the place. Car is very dirty and untidy. Back glass is broken and a lot of scratches and dents are on the car. When I contacted the zoomcar helpline, a new lady asked me to clean the car and use it. I had no option. I have to take the car as it's already late. When I tried to unlock the car it was not getting unlocked. When I tried to contact zoomcar, the helpline call was not getting connected as I seem to have crossed max no of times to connect to zoomcar.
                          I wrote couple of mails to zoomcar and they said they will get back to me in 48 hrs and its been 11 days and there is no response from them.

                              I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

                              After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

                                I rented a car from 24th of May to 28th of May. While the car came with Fastag, it was blacklisted and did not work. I called up Zoomcar customer care and they had asked me to pay the tolls in cash and they promised to reimburse all of it along with the penalty.

                                After ending the trip, I submitted a ticket for Fastag refund on 29th of May at 10:30 am. However, to my disappointment, after 4 days, there is no progress in the refund process.

                                In addition to the above, I took the car with 0% fuel and returned the car with 100% fuel, I will have to get a fuel refund as well, which is also something I have not received so far.

                                    We got a horrible car which broke down multiple times.
                                    The engine started stalling and stopping. Even in the middle of the highway. We could not even use the AC. In the end, we could not even reach where we wanted to go
                                    I called the customer support when it stopped in the middle of the highway and they told me to get it repaired at a local mechanic and upload the bill. I did that with great difficulty and uploaded the bill of ₹3030. The car was at the mechanic for 4 hours. Previously, the service centre rep told me that they will extend the time but they did not do that and only claimed to be able to extend the booking by 1 hour ("as a favour") . I still dropped the car at 8 as discussed and then I was charged a late fee.

                                    It's been over 10 days and I've neither gotten a refund of the booking amount (₹4070) neither a reimbursement of the mechanic bill (₹3030) or the toll (₹170) and instead a late fee of ₹210 is further being asked from me. It is honestly ridiculous at this point.

                                    I have already sent them multiple mails and messages on Twitter to follow up not haven't gotten any response.

                                      Hi zoomcar,
                                      My name is vaishnav and my email id is vaishnav.sable.[protected]@gmail.com earlier i was using this email id with my brothers driving liscense
                                      But now I uploaded my driving liscence and all documents. And that got verified also
                                      Then what is the reason for showing my account is blocklisted ?? Please let me know and resolve my problem
