    I'm waiting for my profile verification . I had uploaded all documents . Still my profile is in pending . So i requested to zoom car team please verify my profile, as soon as possible.

      I booked a car rental via the Zoomcar app and paid the money upfront as is the requirement. However, when I contacted the host via call, he denied his car citing that he had ongoing issues with Zoomcar company and that I would have to cancel the booking from my side. I then did cancel the booking from my side expecting a refund as I had been denied the car by the host. On calling Zoomcar help portal, they told me they couldn’t refund my money as I had not intimated them before cancelling. There is no option of intimation to the company on the app that they have provided. I was fleeced and now I do not get a refund.

      Zoomcar's policies are unfairly advantageous to car hosts and there is no customer protection available for genuine customers. Unscrupulous car hosts have realised the loopholes and are taking advantage of the same and there is an entire business ecosystem surrounding this. Zoomcar customer care is least concerned about this and the matter never reaches the top management. It may be that they are also involved in this modus operandi.

      Please beware about this before booking a car from Zoomcar or for that matter any other car rental company.

        No issurance for items theft in zoom car. Neither we can get the items back from zoomcar or we can't claim it. Police is scolding after theft, on what basis have trusted zoomcar, why you are coming to us. you should ask zoomcar. This is a cyber fraud, they doing with no support.

        All four Wheels with TPMS and brand new tyres, Infortainment and its cables, Backrest monitors, car dashcam, front Lights, Speakers are theft, They dried full tank fuel. Still i don't know what are missing. I am drafting this after 48 hours, still there is no update or a single call from zoom car. Zoom car don't values there Host. I regret its purely my mistake to host self owned car to zoom car.

          On Friday[protected] i have given my car as per booking information recieved from zoom car. This was my first booking as a zoomcar host, Car was booked from 3.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Initially he was saying he can sharply deliver by 11.00 PM. I trusted zoomcar, that they will never allow fake guest/thief. Guest told he can't deliver car by 11.00 PM, then he said he will deliver at 1.00 AM, later to 5.00 AM Saturday[protected]. Suddenly the booking was cancelled by zoom car around 1.00 PM, where my car is with Guest they assigned. I am mad on nights as i not get any support from zoomcar. I am trying contiinuosly to call zoom car customer care from 11.00 PM to next day morning 7.00 AM and no phone supoort was there in Zoom car and recorded voice states Support will be provided by only via emails. I created mutiple support tickets stating i am feared that guest is not a gueniune asked zoomcar to take some action. No response. I literally bowed down and prayed to god to do some thing. Morning 7.30 AM i am getting call from police station to come there. I rushed to police station, they enquired where is your vehile. I completely explained what happen, they shouted at me stating what you will do if the car was used for smuggling/Killing someone. On what basis you have trusted zoomcar. They said car was abandoned on road with key inside, with so may accessories were removed and replaced. I begged for key and i see my car, i have no words to explain. Still i don't know what are missing. I am drafting this after 48 hours, still there is no update or a single call from zoom car. Zoom car don't values there Host.             They create a booking. We handover the key to customer. They will cancel the booking after we handover the key. No customer support. No mail support. No answer for any support tickets. We will loose our car.

                        Booked ZOOM car on 27th June recharged fast tag with 500 rs
                        But in toll, the fast tag was marked as blacklisted
                        had to pay double the amount on every toll

                        Since zoom car is hosting car it's their responsibility to have a working fast tag

                        since the fast tag was not working and it was not under our control and the host was also not responding, Zoom Car should be liable for the extra charge that we paid.

                        only Andhra Pradesh and Kerala option is visible while submitting fast tag bills.

                        Kindly refund 500 rs that was topped up for the fast tag and the excess amount that we paid on toll.

                        Recharge amount: 500
                        Khalapur toll plaza : 240 extra
                        Khalapur toll plaza: 320
                        Talegoan Plaza: 240

                          Hi, I booked a Renault Triber car through Zoomcar app on 29th June 2023 by paying full amount of Rs10285 upfront.

                          Booking ID :- JPSNC2RAI
                          Booking date: 29th June 2023

                          When I reached at the location to pick up the car, Zoomcar app requested for an OTP from the host to start the trip. When I asked the host for an OTP, he said he didn't receive any OTP from Zoomcar. The host called Zoomcar support & they confirmed that OTP could not be given due to system/server down issue. Therefore without an OTP I could not even start the trip and host refused to handover the car and asked me to cancel the trip/booking.
                          Therefore after host requested me to do so, I cancelled my car booking but Zoomcar charged me full booking amount Rs10285 for the trip which I couldn't even start because of their own system issues. Please call the host & get all these details confirmed with him as well. This was not my fault that host refused to handover the car to me because of Zoomcar App issue & system/server down issue.

                          I tried calling customer care but no response from Zoomcar customer care service. I raised multiple tickets (1444106, 1444395, 1444552) but still no response from them.

                          This is my sincere request to solve this matter as soon as possible.
                          As we expect a better service if we're paying upfront so we should receive it back also as per policy.

                              I had hired Zoomcar vide booking reference JPSNCY270 from April 19-23 ( 5 days) at Bangalore. They claimed that Fastag is on them ( customers don't have to pay for the fasttag and that it is pre-installed in all their cars. So no payment would be required to be paid either during or after the trip. However to my utter dismay there was no balance in the Fastag of car registration no.KA05NG1454 and I ended up paying double the Toll tax each time I crossed the toll booth as I was driving across highways from Bangalore to Tamil Nadu and back on my trip.
                              After dropping off the car back to host, I uploaded the toll receipts on chatbot as advised, however only response that the chatbot shows is that they will respond shortly. However no response has been received so far in the past 2 months either by email or phone call. Thereafter I uploaded the bill 3 more times, but no response.

                              The customer care number that I have is[protected] and this number does not work if there is no ongoing booking. For any past bookings or to contact live representative there is no contact number available either on App nor on their website to register the issues or complaint.

                              I wish to send all Toll receipts by courier to their main office to process the refund claim, however I regret to write that, there is no physical address of this company also to be located on website.

                              Is there a way we can get the refunds ? The law should come forward to ensure fair business practice and ban this company from operating such kind of fraudulent and unethical business.

                                    I booked a Suzuki Baleno (Car number: KA01MP4571) on June 08, 2023 for going on a trip from June 28, 11.00 PM to July 02, 11.00 PM.

                                    I reached the pick-up location, and the car was not there. I spoke to the host, who mentioned that he was not aware of the car's whereabouts and asked me to connect to Zoomcar Customer Care.

                                    I tried connecting to Zoomcar Customer Care for more than 2 hrs, and I was not able to. There is literally no way to get hold of any customer care assistant. Being a woman, after waiting for 2 hrs I felt unsafe staying there any longer and decided to head back home

                                    I was supposed to leave for a trip early morning on June 29. I booked a Zoomcar a month in advance. I made hotel reservations at the destination but I will not be able to make it now. I want Zoomcar to compensate for my losses
