For booking ID JPSNCFVEX, we drove to munnar from bamgalore. On 12th the car engine stopped working because the coolant started leaking due to a leak in the radiator hose. We informed the car host but zoomcar did not reply to our emails or calls. I tried raising ticket through their chatbot but they asked to call which they didn’t pick up. I have tried calling atleast 15 times but no response. Now we have called tata showroom to come tow the car. Unfortunately we cannot end the trip on zoomcar because of this.

    I had a booking for 10 am. Standing at the location for 2 hours now. Car is not there. Host is not answering calls. No one at the customer support is answering calls. Need full refund.

      This is Piyush - Father of Jeel.
      My daughter has booked Zoomcar for her Goa Tour - for today i.e.[protected] at 6 am.
      The booking is not honoured yet.
      The concerned parties - Host as well as Zoomcar - are not reachable, for all these hours.
      Below is the booking confirmation detail.

      The Host is not reachable / not responding over all the possible channels like GSM Call, Zoom Chat, WhatApp Chat, WhatApp Call, SMS.
      The support number of Zoomcar is not reachable.
      The support chat is based on standard FAQ and not having human touch. Not of any help.

      It is ridiculous to see the unprofessional and non-customer friendly responses from a company like yours.
      I am totally disappointed to note, my daughter's very first experience with Zoomcar has turned out to be ridiculous, embarrassing and highly unprofessional.

        The car got broke down as the owner had a faulty battery installed. I had a word with Zoom Car customer support, they told me to raise a ticket. I have raised multiple times but still didn't received any response from them. The owner said he takes full responsibility for the car and will talk to zoom car.
        There is no way to connect with Zoomcar since they have not registered my email id and are asking me to update it on my end. I have tried multiple times but it never gets updated. Pathetic services. I won't be surprised if this company shuts down since I have seen only negative reviews.

          I booked a car on the app one week ago.
          My trip is supposed to start tomorrow.

          Today I got message from zoomcar saying that your booked car is unavailable, choose another car and another car is more than triple the cost of thr car that I booked.

          Now, in name of God.
          Please someone think of how they are harassing the costumers.

            Hi team,

            The car owner cancelled the car handing over and made us cancel the booking and zoomcar put a cancellation fee of Rs.9000 which we didn't want because we were looking for an alternative car only but the cost was not affordable for us. So I wanted to cancel and I need my full refund back. It's very bad service This is the second time it has happened with Zoomcar and the car owner refused to give us the car after we booked it from your app. I have also attached the car owner chat which he wants to cancel which we booked it

              I have booked a car from Zoomcar. I can’t upload a selfie for profile verification required to complete the booking. The account has a selfie from 2018 which it says is unclear but there is no way to replace the said picture. When I upload a selfie, it shows as blank and reverts to old one. My trip starts at 10th august and still there is no way to get a hold of any Zoomcar customer care executive and their chatbot is entirely unhelpful.

                I booked a Celerio Automatic for one day (booking ID: JPSNCXE0M) and was appalled both by the condition of the car as well as the service by Zoomcar.

                I booked the car for 4pm on August 5th and it was delivered by the host on time, and this was the only good thing that came from it.

                I reached a petrol bunk an hour later and was told that there’s a green liquid coming from the car, and upon inspection, I realised the coolant was leaking from the hood and through to the road.

                I called up the host and he told me to make some adjustments to the car - why would I have to do this when I’ve paid Rs 6824 hoping for a car in good condition. I asked him to come and collect the car and he did so after about one and a half hour of making me wait in the petrol pump. He said that I will be refunded by Zoomcar.

                It took Zoomcar about 4 days to refund me Rs 3731 which means they charged me Rs 3093 for driving the car for one hour - which is basically stealing money in my opinion.

                Based on my experience, I would never recommend that anyone uses Zoomcar. Terrible experience.

                      Hi Zoomcar team,

                      Your support system does not cater to profile verification rejected everytime. My DL is verified while my address proof AADHAR card is getting rejected everytime. I tried uploading PDF, Scanned image, clicked image, but everytime your reply states Image is not clear. This is the same ID that i furnace for all identification processes and not sure what specifications are you/your system is looking for inorder to pass this check. Please look into it, I need this resolved urgently as my trip is approaching.

                              I want to delete or block the zoomcar account by which no one can use and book any car by my account because my friend I misusing my documents and license and the email and phone number provided on that account is his by which he is misusing my docs, so I request you to tell me how to delete or block the zoomcar account by he can't use the account anymore. He did the wrong thing with me and did a fraud with me I have also filed a complaint against him so he can do whatever to delete or block the account, like if you want any OTP or any type of confirmation to delete the account you will get it, so I request you to sort out this problem as soon as possible

                                    I booked a car rental via the Zoomcar app and paid the money upfront as is the requirement. However, when I contacted the host via call, he denied his car citing that he had ongoing issues with Zoomcar company and that I would have to cancel the booking from my side. I then did cancel the booking from my side expecting a refund as I had been denied the car by the host. On calling Zoomcar help portal, they told me they couldn’t refund my money as I had not intimated them before cancelling. There is no option of intimation to the company on the app that they have provided. I was fleeced and now I do not get a refund.

                                    Zoomcar's policies are unfairly advantageous to car hosts and there is no customer protection available for genuine customers. Unscrupulous car hosts have realised the loopholes and are taking advantage of the same and there is an entire business ecosystem surrounding this. Zoomcar customer care is least concerned about this and the matter never reaches the top management. It may be that they are also involved in this modus operandi.

                                    Please beware about this before booking a car from Zoomcar or for that matter any other car rental company.

                                      No issurance for items theft in zoom car. Neither we can get the items back from zoomcar or we can't claim it. Police is scolding after theft, on what basis have trusted zoomcar, why you are coming to us. you should ask zoomcar. This is a cyber fraud, they doing with no support.

                                      All four Wheels with TPMS and brand new tyres, Infortainment and its cables, Backrest monitors, car dashcam, front Lights, Speakers are theft, They dried full tank fuel. Still i don't know what are missing. I am drafting this after 48 hours, still there is no update or a single call from zoom car. Zoom car don't values there Host. I regret its purely my mistake to host self owned car to zoom car.

                                        On Friday[protected] i have given my car as per booking information recieved from zoom car. This was my first booking as a zoomcar host, Car was booked from 3.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Initially he was saying he can sharply deliver by 11.00 PM. I trusted zoomcar, that they will never allow fake guest/thief. Guest told he can't deliver car by 11.00 PM, then he said he will deliver at 1.00 AM, later to 5.00 AM Saturday[protected]. Suddenly the booking was cancelled by zoom car around 1.00 PM, where my car is with Guest they assigned. I am mad on nights as i not get any support from zoomcar. I am trying contiinuosly to call zoom car customer care from 11.00 PM to next day morning 7.00 AM and no phone supoort was there in Zoom car and recorded voice states Support will be provided by only via emails. I created mutiple support tickets stating i am feared that guest is not a gueniune asked zoomcar to take some action. No response. I literally bowed down and prayed to god to do some thing. Morning 7.30 AM i am getting call from police station to come there. I rushed to police station, they enquired where is your vehile. I completely explained what happen, they shouted at me stating what you will do if the car was used for smuggling/Killing someone. On what basis you have trusted zoomcar. They said car was abandoned on road with key inside, with so may accessories were removed and replaced. I begged for key and i see my car, i have no words to explain.
