Security amount Refund on hold from a long period

We have booked a rental car online from Zoomcar India Private Ltd on 31 October 2020 for a few hours of travel. Zoomcar India Private Ltd had taken 5000 Rupees as a security amount at the time of booking which was refundable after delivering the car back but it has been 1 month and 6 days passed we didn't receive the refund from them...

I booked a Zoomcar on 27th September 2020 and paid a refundable deposit of Rs 3000. Which was supposed to be refunded back to me in 30 days. After the trip ended, I submitted all the necessary photos of the car on the platform. When we went to pick the car from their pick up point, their representative misbehaved with us and started fighting - he was for sure under influence of some substance. He told us that he will get our account blocked....

Pending refund for my booking JPS6NT6SY

We have booked a car for date 11 Nov 2020 and it was completed on 30. Total amount paid was ₹3643 and pending refund of 1999. Till now we didn't received any refund .

Pending refund for a month

I booked Zoomcar Booking: JPS6NT6SY and cancelled on 8th of Nov but still refund amount 3689 not received since it's been a month ago. Kindly get me my money back as we are tight financial crisis....

Refund not processed and long overdue

I had booked @zoomcar in August 2020 woth boolong ID JPS6N0JC3 and had to cancel the trip well before the trip date as I had a family emergency. The refund policy mentioned 30 working days and every time I called the customer care, they said its not yet due. They disabled the customer Care number after that and since have not refunded my money which is INR 8, 404 (eight thousand four hundred and four only).

Its been a harassment...

Refund not given even after 30 days.

I booked a zoomcar through app on 29th October. I gave them the car on time and in proper condition and was told i will get my refund within 10-14 days.
Today is 3rd December and it's been MORE THAN 30 days and even in their policy it is written that i will get my refund within 30 days and i still haven't received it.
I have tried calling the customer care number a thousand times now and they do not even pick up, I haven't been...

Refund has not yet been processed

Hi i have completed my booking nov 20th but yet to receive any refund and i am unable to contact the customer support. They dont reply to any email or anything and they have pathetic customer support. There has been no way to get hold of them....

I’ve booked a Zoomcar on 14th August and now I am writing this on 4th of December. A amount if rupees 3200/- is pending for so long. It was my first booking with this company and I never expected that this thing going to happen. Now they have restricted their customer care support also and the only option is twitter. There also they are just replying with formal messages. Gonna surly damage cars of Zoomcar whenever I’ll it parked somewhere...

Unnecessary extra charges

We had booked car on Nov 21 7:00 PM to Nov 22 8:00 PM, unfortunately we had to extend time of trip and couldn’t make payment for extension of time, after 2 hours of time the car was locked, we were not able to start . We had called customer care and requested them to unlock and we will make the payment once we drop, but it was not agreed on. Few mins later, zoomcar representative arrived the location and he tried to unlock, but he couldn’t...

Refund not provided after cancellation of Booking# JPS6NVAH6

BOOKING ID# JPS6NVAH6. Booking was cancelled on 9th Oct, 2020. However Zoomcar website is misleading by showing the cancelled date as 24 Nov, 2020 17:57, which is when I raised the issue for the second time with the customer care. As per official policy of Zoomcar, refund should be provided within 30 working days, which will be 9th Nov, 2020.

I have contacted the customer care twice and was told that amount will be refunded...

I had made a zoomcar booking on 05th Sep 2020 and unfortunately zoom car was unable to provide me the car and hence the booking was cancelled by Zoomcar. Until today I have not received my refund back to my account.

I am unable to reach out to the customer care executives, I have dropped some 100 mails, but until today I have not received money.

I am totally unhappy with the services and I suspect some fraudulent...

The refund is not yet done

To whomsoever it may concern, please answer me few things. I did a booking from zoom, which has a policy of refunding the deposit within 30 days, which no other company has. But even after putting that in the policy, why haven't i received my refund even after 32 days are over.
Is it because the company is scamming its customers ?
Is it because the company's standards are so low ?

Zoom car is not refunding cancelled bookings.
Its been a month I booked a zoom car and cancelled it refund is yet not credited on my account.
There customer care on the app in worse.
I submitted multiple enquiries in last on week. But there was no response.
Their policy says refund will be completed in 30 day period.

ZoomCar did not refund my fuel expenses even after repeated reminders and almost 2 months.
I booked a vehicle in Visakhapatnam
Booking id : JPS6NV1PK.
It is past their 30 working days still no information is received. This is complete fraud and cheating.

Prefer other rental providers...

I had booked zoom-car on 12th Sep'2020 but just before 2 hours of booking they have cancelled my booking and from then onwards, I am simply waiting for my refund till date. They are keep copy pasting same replies to my tweets and personnel messages to their twitter account. They are not at all reachable by any customer care number and never replying any emails for mine for asking refunds. Tried on every possible social media but no luck so...
