Its already been 2 month and still i didn't receive my Rs. 2049 refund.. I m trying to contact from long time continously but they only says someone will get in touch and then never responds.. Im frustrated now please refund my money otherwise i will never book a car from this company and will also suggest others
Im student and there is always lack of money and this company is not even responding even once... Please refund my amount ASAP or i should complain in consumer court

    I have booked a car vide booking id JPS6NFM34 ON 03/12/2020. It was cancelled by zoomcar stating that car was not available. But till date refund has not been credited to my account. It is really frustrating and an act of harrassment on the part of zoomcar. I don't know why refund is taking such a long time.

      As per zoomcar's policy, they need maximum 30 working days to refund the security deposit. However, in my case that limit has been over and zoomcar hasn't refunded my security deposit+fuel reimbursement of 6499.

              BOOKING ID # JPS6NAGGJ. The refund was initiated on 13 September and it has been over months without refund.
              What is the delay for?
              I have also dropped an Email, tried messaging on Facebook and have got no response from ZOOMCAR on it yet.

              How can I escalate or move it legally?

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                As an Indian citizen it is my duty to inform about the fraud happening in our country in the online platform. I have made a booking from Zoomcar. The booking was with fuel where the company is responsible for the fuel of the vehicle. During my journey the fuel got exhausted and i had to fuel the vehicle at my own expense. As per the company policy i am supposed to get the refund of the fuel amount which was incurred by me. Unfortunately till date i haven't received my refund amount and also the customer care service is designed in a way that only if they need anything we will be able to contact them. If there is no upcoming journey the call won't get connected. I have been trying to connect the customer care in various method and hardly 2 or 3 times it got connected, after trying for more than 50 times. They have promised the refund within 30 days but it is more than 70 days and i didn't receive my refund. Moreover i am not able to connect the customer care services properly. I feel this is a fraud and they are avoiding the refund like this. I hope there will be some will be some action taken against this mail to keep the trust of online business engaged in my country and have a faith in Indian consumer complaints forum.

                      I did book a zoomcar on 7th Nov, the amount was deducted at the same time and after 4 hour i got the confirmation like your booking is failed and you will get refund within 48 hours, i did not receive after 48 hours than write a mail to zoomcar, many email i did not receive a single answer, then i reach out them on social media, they told me you will get within 30 working days, that is already competed not they are saying for 3 more week which is also about to complete.

                        Refund has not been received for the booking no.JPS6NTXGD.
                        The trip ended on 15th Nov amd its been more than a month now, still no refund received. As per the policy they srate that it will be processed within 30 days, but are not living upto their commitment.

                          Hi,
                          I cancelled my ZOOMCAR booking #JPS6N2C9W on 1 Nov, for which pickup was on 3 Nov 01:00 AM. Its been around 45 days and I have not got my refund amount.
                          I wrote a number of mails and tried contacting through call but I got no replies on emails and they dont pick up the call.
                          I am attaching the copies of emails and screenshots of booking in their android application.
                          Kindly look into the issue.

                                  I had took car for rent on zoomcar app on 27th September 2020, from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.

                                  Car : maruti suzuki vitara brezza
                                  As per the terms and conditions and fee policy I had paid the deposit amount of Rupees 2999 which is refundable at the end of the ride. I have not received any refund from the company, it is more than two months now, in one of the fee policies they have mentioned refund may take up to 30 days. So I have waited more than that time, I tried to reach the customer care executive but it is also not possible and there is no proper response from the zoomcar.

                                      Made a transaction of 2486INR to ZOOMCAR on 3/10/20 to avail of car rental services, the transaction first was not acknowledged by the company and after putting up a mail they update the status of the booking on their app. Later it showed that the booking is automatically canceled from ZOOMCAR's end and the refund will be initiated between 24 Hours- 30 days. When I didn't receive the refund after the 30 day period duration, I decided to escalate the matter and wrote a couple of times on their Twitter handle and also on email. All they respond is to keep patience.
