I have booked zoom car from Hyderabad to tirupathi with booking ID JPS6NFHBY a round trip with a charges of Rs. 25476/- and additionally a security deposit of RS.1499/- was charged, because zoomcar didn't provided me the booked car at right time when I was with family on road along with 6 months baby, I have requested to cancel my Booking and requested the refund.but until now their is no response from the zoomcar. All my planning, money and my family time who are very excited to go for thirumala darshanam was wasted. Is this kind of doing business with others money. Please kindly help in getting my refund.

Updated by vamshi krishna S They have add a credits in my zoomcar account of 10, 000/- points they are non transferable, which i don't want .
the total account i paid was RS. 26975/- including of 1499/- refundable security deposit, I need full refund.
