    Zoomcar is being highly irresponsible regarding the refundable deposit refund.
    This trip ended on 29th August 2020 and it has been over 3 months now and I haven’t received the money back.
    Total refundable deposit that was to be refunded to me was RS. 3814 and I was told it will be refunded within 30 days from the end date of the trip.
    After continuous calls I am not getting any response so this complaint should be rectified at least now.
    Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I used zoom car on 1st October to book a car and the app requested for payment and as soon as the payment was done I completed my ride and now 3rd month started till now i didn't get my refund...

          We have booked a rental car online from Zoomcar India Private Ltd on 31 October 2020 for a few hours of travel. Zoomcar India Private Ltd had taken 5000 Rupees as a security amount at the time of booking which was refundable after delivering the car back but it has been 1 month and 6 days passed we didn't receive the refund from them

              I booked a Zoomcar on 27th September 2020 and paid a refundable deposit of Rs 3000. Which was supposed to be refunded back to me in 30 days. After the trip ended, I submitted all the necessary photos of the car on the platform. When we went to pick the car from their pick up point, their representative misbehaved with us and started fighting - he was for sure under influence of some substance. He told us that he will get our account blocked. I asked him for his employee ID which he didnt give. Right after I picked the car, I did submit a review for him, no action was taken.

              After I dropped the car, it showed us a refund will be given us for 3800 because we had returned the car way before the scheduled time.

              But two days later, it started showing only a refund of 999 was applicable, on contacting them they said it was because we had a dog in the car with us which we did not. Their representative did all of this to us. Now, even after a lotttt of emails, they are not responding to us, they have not refunded back a single penny to us. I have been emailing them, no response. They have no option on their app for me to call them now. I am stuck with this whole situation. Here are the details of the booking :

                    I had booked @zoomcar in August 2020 woth boolong ID JPS6N0JC3 and had to cancel the trip well before the trip date as I had a family emergency. The refund policy mentioned 30 working days and every time I called the customer care, they said its not yet due. They disabled the customer Care number after that and since have not refunded my money which is INR 8, 404 (eight thousand four hundred and four only).

                    Its been a harassment frpm @zoomcar ever since and my hard earned money still stays pending.

                    Please help in getting this amount back and issue a complaint against @zoomcar as I noticed many instances such as mine.

                        I booked a zoomcar through app on 29th October. I gave them the car on time and in proper condition and was told i will get my refund within 10-14 days.
                        Today is 3rd December and it's been MORE THAN 30 days and even in their policy it is written that i will get my refund within 30 days and i still haven't received it.
                        I have tried calling the customer care number a thousand times now and they do not even pick up, I haven't been able to talk to even one executive since now.
                        I'll wait maximum two days for any reply or my refund
                        if i do not get any reply
                        I will move to consumer court.

                            Hi i have completed my booking nov 20th but yet to receive any refund and i am unable to contact the customer support. They dont reply to any email or anything and they have pathetic customer support. There has been no way to get hold of them.

                              I’ve booked a Zoomcar on 14th August and now I am writing this on 4th of December. A amount if rupees 3200/- is pending for so long. It was my first booking with this company and I never expected that this thing going to happen. Now they have restricted their customer care support also and the only option is twitter. There also they are just replying with formal messages. Gonna surly damage cars of Zoomcar whenever I’ll it parked somewhere by any mean.

                                  We had booked car on Nov 21 7:00 PM to Nov 22 8:00 PM, unfortunately we had to extend time of trip and couldn’t make payment for extension of time, after 2 hours of time the car was locked, we were not able to start . We had called customer care and requested them to unlock and we will make the payment once we drop, but it was not agreed on. Few mins later, zoomcar representative arrived the location and he tried to unlock, but he couldn’t do it . He then took car key and documents and left the place saying here ends our trip, and further we have book new one if we have to travel in zoomcar. After 15 mins we got call from customer care, we informed them that zoomcar person took car, so they greeted and cut the call. Logically our trip ends when we surrender car key . Now after 5 days we were receiving emails and msgs saying we have to pay 57081 for extending 140 hrs . That means zoomcar people dint take the car from that place for 5 days and oweing money on us to pay . How fare is this ??? And also adding damage charges of 5000 and refuelling fee of 296. So total 63008.

                                    BOOKING ID# JPS6NVAH6. Booking was cancelled on 9th Oct, 2020. However Zoomcar website is misleading by showing the cancelled date as 24 Nov, 2020 17:57, which is when I raised the issue for the second time with the customer care. As per official policy of Zoomcar, refund should be provided within 30 working days, which will be 9th Nov, 2020.

                                    I have contacted the customer care twice and was told that amount will be refunded by Sunday, 27th Nov 2020 which has not happened. As of Dec 3, 2020 I have not received the refund. Refund status still shows initiated only and not completed. I am unable to reach to the customer care again through my registered mobile, as the IVR is not recognizing my mobile number as registered number even though this number shows under my account detail as verified number. During my last interaction with customer care executive, if the refund is not completed within Sunday, 27th Nov 2020, Zoomcar will provide compensation along with refund amount.

                                    I have written email to Zoomcar support on 1st Dec 2020 via the Support option available in their website. However there is no response on my email yet. Request the officials to look into this matter on priority and help me get the refund amount as well as compensation. Thank you!

                                      I had made a zoomcar booking on 05th Sep 2020 and unfortunately zoom car was unable to provide me the car and hence the booking was cancelled by Zoomcar. Until today I have not received my refund back to my account.

                                      I am unable to reach out to the customer care executives, I have dropped some 100 mails, but until today I have not received money.

                                      I am totally unhappy with the services and I suspect some fraudulent activities undergoing at Zoomcar.

                                      Request the team to look into this matter on priority and on a serious note and refund the balance of Rs. 4435 with 24% interest rate.

                                        To whomsoever it may concern, please answer me few things. I did a booking from zoom, which has a policy of refunding the deposit within 30 days, which no other company has. But even after putting that in the policy, why haven't i received my refund even after 32 days are over.
                                        Is it because the company is scamming its customers ?
                                        Is it because the company's standards are so low ?
                                        OR
                                        Is it because the company doesn't have the morals to do a business ?
                                        And one more thing, why is there no calling number neither any reply to my repeated emails.
