    Its been 2 months since zoom car have not refunded my money, there is no customer care number to call and they are not replying over the email

      Hello sir/madam,
      i am a zoomcar customer with email id: [protected]@gmail.com. I have a cancelled booking since march 2020 with ID:JPS6NJV4U. I was supposed to receive refund amount of Rs.8948. It's been ten months have completed since i have cancelled my booking but i haven't received my refund yet. please look into it and do needful as soon as possible.

        I have not received the refund amount of 12, 048 INR, and it has been more than a month. There is no response from them over emails or call. In fact, there is no answer to the customer care line as well. Please do the needful, PFA. 3 screenshots pertaining to my booking.

          Refund issue more than 5months no one is responding mail and more over there is no proper customer care number.

          I need a call from your team and clear the amount, this is worst experience
          In out of 25bookings. Registered number is [protected] and my contact number is [protected].

          If still I didn't get any response I will go head further legal approach.

            I have booked the rental cars from zoom car. But the security deposit which we need to give initially which will hav to refund to me back after the trip . The security deposit is not refunded from 3months.

            I have booked the zoom car twice . No deposit refunded till now. I have sent an email nor wtgan 10 but no response at all.

              My three bookings were cancelled. Below are the booking id's and cancelled dates.
              1. Booking id : JPS6NYHPR - cancelled on 01-Nov-2020 - amount due Rs.8484
              2. Booking id : # JPS6NJPZM - cancelled on 21-Jun-2020 - amount due Rs.7215
              3. Booking id : # JPS6NJZOY - cancelled on 16-May-2020 - amount due Rs.7156

              I am yet to get refunds for above three bookings. An amount of Rs. 22855 (above three bookings) due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 06-Jan-2020. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

                There are 2 bookings for me with zoom car. Out of 2 one is cancelled and I had a ride on other one.
                For those 2 bookings refund of rs 12247 is pending from May2020.
                Till now refund is processed. I tried to contact customer car by call and email. But there is no response.

                  Hi, My booking JPS6NT0EA for 25-Oct was cancelled by Zoom due to non availability of Car at Hyderabad Airport . It is now more than 70 days since the booking was cancelled by zoom but I have not received the refund till date. As per the refund policy the refund should have been received in 30 days.
                  There is no option to contact the customer service over phone without an open booking and they are not responding to issues submitted over email on their website. There customer service cannot be contacted in anyways to enquire about the refund
                  Please help as the company has just siphoned away the money.
                  I would like to receive the refund of the complete amount ASAP.

                              I took zoom car on 5-6 September 2020 and its been more than 4 months still i haven’t received my deposit refund amount of ₹5, 670. This is not tolerable and even i am unable to contact customer care executive. Worst service. I need my refund asap. This is not acceptable at any cost to receive this kind of service.

                                I have not yet received the refund of security deposit since 8-9 months. they are not responding to any call. They have disabled the contact us option from the web and mobile app.
                                should I go to for a police complaint now. please suggest.

                                  Booking (id: JPS6NBH4F) for Ford Ecosport from 04:00 PM, 18 Dec to 11:00 PM, 18 Dec at Bellandur is confirmed.
                                  But I cancelled it before starting itself,
                                  they charged 1302 rupees as cancellation fee but till now they haven't refunded rest amount of 3800.

                                  *No customer support is available, and they are not responding to emails also*

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I am yet to receive the security deposit plus fuel charges for two trips done on 17 Sep and 8 Oct 2020. The booking IDs are JPS6NEKXO and JPS6NVRXC respectively.
                                    It has been more than 3 months since the trips are complete and there are no update from Zoomcar regarding the status of the refund. Request you to look into this issue and resolve it ASAP.

                                      I have tried to book zoom car for twice and the booking not confirmed but payment was deducted. Even after 35 days the refund amount was not credited to my account. In addition to that I have a successful booking on dec4th. Still not get the refund. Tried to contact 100 times over support and customer care services also. Worst service at all.
