Zoom car is not refunding cancelled bookings.
Its been a month I booked a zoom car and cancelled it refund is yet not credited on my account.
There customer care on the app in worse.
I submitted multiple enquiries in last on week. But there was no response.
Their policy says refund will be completed in 30 day period.

Booking Id: JPS6NTFQH.
Refund Amount : 5960.
Cancelled date : 27th...

It's more than Two Months and i had mailed so many times. Still they are not processing the refund amount.
Please Provide my Refund Amount ASAP.

ZoomCar did not refund my fuel expenses even after repeated reminders and almost 2 months.
I booked a vehicle in Visakhapatnam

It is past their 30 working days still no information is received. This is complete fraud and cheating.

Prefer other rental providers...

I had booked zoom-car on 12th Sep'2020 but just before 2 hours of booking they have cancelled my booking and from then onwards, I am simply waiting for my refund till date. They are keep copy pasting same replies to my tweets and personnel messages to their twitter account. They are not at all reachable by any customer care number and never replying any emails for mine for asking refunds. Tried on every possible social media but no luck so...

I cancelled a booking on 21 october 2020 but till now i have not received any refund
zoomcar owes me around 7k and this is acting like thief...

I have done 3 booking and the refund is pending for 2. The amount is 8k approx....

Very unprofessional. They will not entertain if you wish to reduce the period of rental after booking but will accept if you wish to extend. They will not refund any amount if you return the car any day before the end date of rental. If you wish to change pickup and drop location of the car they will not allow, even if the new location is within 500 meters of the initial one. The driver would grumble and will cite policy. If you are not satisfied...

I have travelled in zoom car on[protected] with booking id JPS6NVIE3 with a fuel i have booked but there is no fuel in car and i filled with Rs.1500 diesel and i have uploaded bill fir further process of refund but still now today date is[protected] it nearly 2months i did not get any msg or call from zoom car wat can. Do now refund my money...

The company is not paying its dues since February of 202p and the only excuse is that the covid situation although bookings have begun since lockdown was lifted...

Zoomcar has not refunded my money which is 6740 for the trip i booked on 27 oct 2020...

Hi i have done swift car booking with fuel on 16 th August 2020 (booking ID JPS6N04W5), but while delivering zoom delivery person told swift is not available and instead he told he will provide baleno.I agreed. But there was less fuel in the car. Then i called car delivery person and told about fuel. He told to fill and upload the fuel receipt of 1000 rs in zoom app. Still i didn't receive my refund amount.

They will call you N no. times to help yu make a decision to opt for a booking, But once yu complete yur ride. yu can't even connect with them for once asking about your refund. I have a refund amount pending of Rs.2, 799. I haven't received it despite completion of 30 days after booking. I tried calling zoomcar many a times. And mailed them also but there's no response.

On 19th September I had booked a hyundai Creta for 27th September through Zoomcar application for the total amount of Rs.3803, bit due to some personal reasons I had to cancel on the same date. I was said that for cancellations they will charge me 200 and pay me back Rs.3603 to my account through same mode of payment. But it has been more than 2 months now I have not received my Refund amount. I would really like this issue to be resolved....
