    I had took car for rent on zoomcar app on 27th September 2020, from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.

    Car : maruti suzuki vitara brezza
    As per the terms and conditions and fee policy I had paid the deposit amount of Rupees 2999 which is refundable at the end of the ride. I have not received any refund from the company, it is more than two months now, in one of the fee policies they have mentioned refund may take up to 30 days. So I have waited more than that time, I tried to reach the customer care executive but it is also not possible and there is no proper response from the zoomcar.

        Made a transaction of 2486INR to ZOOMCAR on 3/10/20 to avail of car rental services, the transaction first was not acknowledged by the company and after putting up a mail they update the status of the booking on their app. Later it showed that the booking is automatically canceled from ZOOMCAR's end and the refund will be initiated between 24 Hours- 30 days. When I didn't receive the refund after the 30 day period duration, I decided to escalate the matter and wrote a couple of times on their Twitter handle and also on email. All they respond is to keep patience.

          Hello, I have not received my refunds from zoomcar for four(4) of my bookings and the oldest one is more than 2 months now
          Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Still no communication from zoomcar. I want a raise a legal complaint against them. Please help if possible.

            Zoomcar cancelled my booking (Booking ID: JPS6NVTR7) due to car unavailability on 11th Oct 2020. Pending refund amount Rs: 4186/- . Now zoomcar stopped responding to my tweet mail and queries. Please take action and help me get my refund. Zoomcar has breach his own policy for 30 days refund policy. We have embarrassed from zoom car company and its customer care executives. Do the needful

              I have been trying to contact the customer care executive but have been unable to as well as the website doesn’t really help to solve the issue. I would request the company to look into the matter and provide the customers with better services & user experience.

                Hello Zoom Rental cars support team!
                My booking id : JPS6NDGZI DATE : 23 AUG 2020 6.00 PM
                I had booked the car in the month of August but due to locked down period that wasn't complete the trip so the zoom car company they cancelled my trip and after that i was waiting for the secuirty deposit which I paid Rs.5000 mre than 120 days.                   I had rented Swift car for one Month during covid situation n the rent was Rs.15999 and refundable deposit was Rs.4999 which they were to return within 15 days from the car returned we got car on 20.05.2020 and the car was returned on 22.06.2020 as we waited for one month and requested to return the deposit amount of Rs.4999.00 they r giving only next week but now it is more than 5 months they have stopped responding even after sending them request email but they are not returning back our deposit payment of Rs.4999.00

                    We rented a car on 18th of November 2020 in which we had paid a deposit of Rs.1500 plus we did Rs.800 fuelling. Technically zoomcar had to refund Rs.2300 but they haven't given even a penny and moreover we cannot even contact them as they have removed the option of calling and the only thing we can do is mail them, to which they never reply. This is a serious scam going on right now I think these guys are just enjoying on people's hard earned money

                      I booked a car in zoom car on 28th May 2020 and dropped car on 29th May with Booking number JPS6NYZXP. and I have refund pending Amount 4215 INR from zoom car

                      I requested couple of times to provide my refund back but they are not doing it for last 6 months.

                        I submitted my driving license, pancard and my photo for profile verification from last 1 year still you guys don’t verified it due to which I am unable to book a car for my trip. Look into these matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                            I had made my ZoomCar booking for a full day on 14th November, 2020. After completion of my trip, and verification of no damages to the vehicle, I was assured that a refund amount of 1483 would be credited back to my credit card through which I had made the payment.

                            Even after hearing about the unusually lengthy and unheard of refund processing period of 30 days, I reluctantly agreed for this arrangement. But today as of 15th December, even after more than stipulated 30 days, I haven't received any emails from them about the refund, or any emails explaining the delays.

                            When I tried calling the customer care number, I am unable to get through because I don't have an active booking, and they only provide live assistance to active booking users. This is clearly a case of customer harassment, and intimidation technique.

                            This is a clear violation of the user agreement, and ZoomCar should be fully liable to not fulfilling customer grievances and unprofessional behavior. They should be directed to pay the customer in form of cash settlement, or direct transfer and not offer coupons in exchange for refund settlements.

                              I took a Ford ecosport from 28th October 2020 to Nov 2nd 2020 with fuel included, my issue is two fold:
                              1. They didn't account for all fuel bills
                              2. They are yet to send my refund amount.

                              Issue is not resolved even after multiple attempts to contact them, in their app even if we click on "call" it points to email.

                                we don't have option of calling to customer care and amount not refunded.

                                This is very bad.

                                I have not done any damage to vehicle handed over it without any issues.

                                  I had booked an Ecosport card on 1st Nov 2020 and paid Rs 10803 via online payment. The booking was abruptly cancelled by Zoomcar at last moment causing lot of inconvenience to us.On top of that, Zoomcar has not refunded our booking amount yet even after 6 weeks.
                                  We request to refund our booking amount of Rs 10803.

                                    Took a trip on 29-0ct-2020. The pollution certificate was missing & the AC was not working, customer care informed me to renew the pollution & repair the AC & submit the bill (SOP) The trip ended on 1st- Nov & I was informed that refund will be proceed by max 30 days (Zoomcar refund policy is itself of 30days). It has been 1 month & 14 days & till now the refund has not been processed & I am being told to wait 21 more day, which is absurd. Total refund consist of AC repair bill & pollution renewal. None received till now.

                                        I had used zoom car service on 17th may, as a part of their company policies they have taken 3455 as advance amount. We returned the car and the journey cost was 456 but the advance amount is not refunded yet. I have tried to call them many times, 2-3 times they attended the call and said they will return it with in 30 working days. I called them after 30 days no response from their side and they are not even attending the call.
