I have not yet received the refund of security deposit since 8-9 months. they are not responding to any call. They have disabled the contact us option from the web and mobile app.
should I go to for a police complaint now. please suggest.

    I have booked a zoomcar on 18th dec with below details,
    Booking (id: JPS6NBH4F) for Ford Ecosport from 04:00 PM, 18 Dec to 11:00 PM, 18 Dec at Bellandur is confirmed.
    But I cancelled it before starting itself,
    they charged 1302 rupees as cancellation fee but till now they haven't refunded rest amount of 3800.

    *No customer support is available, and they are not responding to emails also*
    please help me in this issue.

      Hi Team,

      I am yet to receive the security deposit plus fuel charges for two trips done on 17 Sep and 8 Oct 2020. The booking IDs are JPS6NEKXO and JPS6NVRXC respectively.
      It has been more than 3 months since the trips are complete and there are no update from Zoomcar regarding the status of the refund. Request you to look into this issue and resolve it ASAP.

        I have tried to book zoom car for twice and the booking not confirmed but payment was deducted. Even after 35 days the refund amount was not credited to my account. In addition to that I have a successful booking on dec4th. Still not get the refund. Tried to contact 100 times over support and customer care services also. Worst service at all.
        Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  It's been over 6 months I have not received my refund .Tried calling them many times, even dropped them mails but they don't respond at all. They only answer calls if you have bookings or else there system won't connect you with any of there executive. Till date I have not received refund for 2 bookings.This seems to be complete case of fraudulent and they are not even ashamed of it. There on field executives are like do whatever you want .It seems zoomcar is doing this on purpose.They are taking money of there customers and returning at all. They have not left any source to connect with them.

                          I made a booking on Zoomcar on 3rd Sept'20 for 3 days but on the day of delivery Zoomcar cancelled the booking citing some technical fault in the car and promised to refund the full amount.

                          Following are the booking Details:

                          Booking ID - JPS6NAQHH
                          Booking Date - 3rd Sept'20
                          Zoomcar Cancellation Date - 4th Sept'20
                          Amount Paid - Rs 4, 690
                          Refund Amount Due - Rs 4, 690

                          It's been 4 months since I am following up for the refund, via facebook chat as their customer support number doesn't take complaint and there is no response to email, but every time they said that it will be refunded soon.

                          Requesting your support in resolving the same and getting me my refund at the earliest.

                            I made a booking on Zoomcar on 3rd Sept'20 for 3 days but cancelled it on the same day as they were not providing the doorstep delivery for that vehicle. But till date I have not received the refund.

                            Following are the booking Details:

                            Booking ID - JPS6NAQOH
                            Booking Date - 3rd Sept'20
                            Cancellation Date - 3rd Sept'20
                            Amount Paid - Rs 7, 460
                            Cancellation Charges - 200
                            Refund Amount Due - 7260

                            1) The refund amount due which reflecting on the website is wrong as they are not refunding the Home Delivery fee of Rs 199 even though it was cancelled from their side (email screenshot attached), so there is a dispute in the refund amount.

                            2) It's been 4 months since I am following up for the refund of Rs 7260, via facebook chat as their customer support number doesn't take complaint and there is no response to email, but every time they said that it will be refunded soon.

                            Requesting your support in resolving the same and getting me my refund.

                                  Ref- trip booking ID- JPS6N4VLN

                                  I am writing this mail out of frustration because of the pathetic service of your company. I have also mailed you earlier but no response has been reverted

                                  Incident- Booked a zoomcar on 25 NOV for Rs 3241 through your mobile application and because of your app's technical glitch couldn't complete profile verification and After consulting your customer care executives for hours the service was denied unapologetically and my booking was cancelled. I have not received the refund for this booking.

                                  This is so unethical for the company to deny the service at the last moment, and do not compensate for it and deny the refund requests for no service.

                                  This incident with zoomcar annoyed me horribly and caused mental harassment. I have deleted your app and would never use it in future. Also I will highly criticize your service amongst my reference group and social media.

                                  This is my last call for refunding my whole money before I explore a legal angle for this. Do the needful at earliest.

                                        Hi, i ordered a elite i20 on august 2019 and yet the car is not delivered. I want my money back but the zoomcar or Zap sercives are not responding over mails and their helpline no[protected] is not valid. this no is shared by ZAp team over email and Rohith Nagraj sent a email on 12 January 2020 in which he says that they initiate the succesfull refund amount. But yet to be its not refunded. Please do the needfull as soon as possible. i complsint multiple time and its almost 1 year thst my 40000 rd are stuck and cheated by zoomcar. they are frauds.
