I have cancelled my booking with Booking id- JPS6N2642. and already 45 days since i cancelled booking no refund has been initiated. Even not able to connect customer care. Pls help to get the refund at earliest

    Hi team

    Ref- trip booking ID- JPS6N4VLN

    I am writing this mail out of frustration because of the pathetic service of your company. I have also mailed you earlier but no response has been reverted

    Incident- Booked a zoomcar on 25 NOV for Rs 3241 through your mobile application and because of your app's technical glitch couldn't complete profile verification and After consulting your customer care executives for hours the service was denied unapologetically and my booking was cancelled. I have not received the refund for this booking.

    This is so unethical for the company to deny the service at the last moment, and do not compensate for it and deny the refund requests for no service.

    This incident with zoomcar annoyed me horribly and caused mental harassment. I have deleted your app and would never use it in future. Also I will highly criticize your service amongst my reference group and social media.

    This is my last call for refunding my whole money before I explore a legal angle for this. Do the needful at earliest.

      Want my refund now for two of my bookings mentioned below
      ID- JPS6NVI6F of rs 3383/-
      ID - JPS6NVINV of rs 1792/-
      Of the same vehicle no DL1NA3960
      booking from Delhi to Haridwar.
      I called you around 40 times but call was not connected & the booking was 49 days before & the date of booking was 30th September 2020.
      As zoom car refund money back after 30 working days and now the total working days are more than 30 .
      Kindly refund my money back else I have to take legal action against you. This fraud service will not be tolerated
      If i don't get my money back by today i will file a complaint against zoom car in police station tomorrow of fraud.

        I rented a car on oct 2 and the amount I paid was 4791 and the cost of trip was 3250 so the refundable amount is 1541 but it is not refunded it has been more than 2 months and the customer support is not responding.

          Hi, i ordered a elite i20 on august 2019 and yet the car is not delivered. I want my money back but the zoomcar or Zap sercives are not responding over mails and their helpline no[protected] is not valid. this no is shared by ZAp team over email and Rohith Nagraj sent a email on 12 January 2020 in which he says that they initiate the succesfull refund amount. But yet to be its not refunded. Please do the needfull as soon as possible. i complsint multiple time and its almost 1 year thst my 40000 rd are stuck and cheated by zoomcar. they are frauds.

            I am from mangalore and had booked a car through zoomcar on 12th nov, and had to cancel the same due to wrong DIRECTION, I had recieved the email saying I will recieve the refund of rs 4226 within 5 to 7 days but still not recieved. I am not even able to contact them through any sources, please issue me the same

              Total refund pending - 4907 INR.
              Booked for 10th Nov'20 Dropped on 11th Nov'20 with Fuel.
              Now 47 days over still i have not received the Refund of Fuel from Zoom car. Kindly Take the complaint against zoom car and push them to release the refund immediately.

                  I booked car on 4th December and there was no confirmation from company. So I booked again.later I get the message that my car was booked in original transaction and my second booking was cancelled by Zoom guys.furious enough I cancelled all bookings. It's over 27 days passed but no sight of refund and strangely that the app or calls don't recognize the number from which I made bookings. No revert to numerous mails on their app and website.                         Refund has been pending for more than a month now. ₹21298 is left to be paid by zoom car for the booking ID JPS6N4B2I. Booking made and cancelled on 26th November 2020.

                        Very unprofessional and substandard business ethics. Instead of refunding they are sitting and posting on instagram without any shame.

                          I booked a car from thane for early morning 7.30am but when I reached to car it’s tyres were not in working condition and got it repaired as i could not arrange any other alternative for my visit.
                          That time this person named Juned Ansari has promised me to pay the repair charges and it’s been more than a month I am following up with him for those repairs charged but he is not even replying to my messages and not attending my calls.
                          Seriously you should teach your employees loyalty first otherwise keep cars in working condition so that we don’t have to suffer so much even after paying so much money.

                          I have been following up with this person Juned Ansari, he is so dishonest person I have come across in my entire life.
                          Though my amount is very small but still he is not paying me which he promised me to pay on the day.
                          I suffered so much by booking zoom car...I wanted to go to some place on an urgent basis that is why booked zoom car and when I reached at place the the car was in such a bad condition but since there wasn’t any other option I searched for repair shop early in the morning by hearing Juned Ansari and I regret doing that as neither I received back the repair cost of Rs.200 nor I received back my refund money from zoom car.
                          Please don’t ever book Zoom car they will give you worst experience of your lifetime.

                            Refund amount of approximately 8 thousand rupees is pending for the last 3 months for which I have taken multiple follow ups through email support from Zoomcar website and Zoomcar customer care number. and in response I have not received even a single acknowledgment email or message from Zoomcar. below are my booking IDs for which refund is pending:

                            JPS6N2Q6X

                            and worse thing is that, when we contact Zoomcar customer care with help of person working at their Pickup point(Vashi, Navi Mumbai) they provide you the coupon codes for your pending refunds such coupon codes were provided to me for 3 Thousand rupees for below Booking IDs for month of October 2020 which are not usable:

                            JPS6NEHBM

                            i had a call with Zoomcar customer care executive on 5th of December 2020 and have explained all above mentioned at that time he conveyed me that your refund will be credited to your paytm account in next week, However i have not received the refund so i had to again visit vashi pickup point to contact zoomcar customer care on 27th December 2020 and i again explained the things i have gone through and also mentioned to him i had a call with customer care executive on 5th of December before this, so that Zoomcar executive started to convey me that there is delay from their end said to me that refund for canceled booking will be refunded to my in next 48 hours and when i asked about the refund for coupon codes then that executive started to say that the refund for coupon will take more 30 days so asked him when i contacted Zoomcar on 5th of December 2020 and said i don't want your coupon codes i just want my money to be refunded to account, so what action they have taken for it, answer given to me was like "sir sorry for inconvenience, we will your request now and amount will amount will be credited to account in next 30 days" that means for their mistakes we have to suffer.

                            I want all amounts to be refunded on the Paytm account linked to my Zoomcar account.

                            Zoomcar have not provided me a refund now it's 6 months passed...
                            I don't even received a email from zoomcar yet on or nor any update from consumer complaints forum yet...
                            Waiting for reply from both...
                            Still I am waiting for my refund because on 3rd jan 2021 have made a transaction through my credit card amount is rs 2491. My amount deducted but not confirm my booking.
                            Please refund my amount in same path.
                            Please do the needful and find the attachment .

                              I made a booking from 7th Nov 9:00 AM to 8th Nov 11:00 PM
                              booking id- JPS6NTNT1 according to the policy its 30 days which is already passed I still do not receive my refund its been more than 50 days,
                              Refund amount is - 3745 Rs
                              I dont understand what kind of service is this and now I will think twice before booking with you guys.
                              Customer service is zero I have mailed more than 10 times from the application but there is no response.
                              Please refund ASAP.

                                  I had booked zoomcar on 8th Nov 2020 & paid Rs.12721/- via netbanking, further due to some reason I cancelled the booking on 11th Nov 2020, as per their policy they should have refunded me Rs.12521/- after deduction of Rs 200/-. But till date zoomcar has not refunded me neither they are mailing me, several times I complained through their app, even I have added my account details in their app but there is no response from them. please take necessary action against zoomcar company at the earliest.

                                    I had booked a zoomcar JPS6N4F5W on 27th of November and not received the refund amount of Rs.2327. company policy says that refund will be settled within 30 days. But didn't receive that till now. Customer care is not contactable, company is not responding to emails and even my no. is not registered on support. Worst service ever.

                                      I am facing issue with Zoomcar from last 4 months they are not providing any contact number to discuss about refund issues

                                      But they have contact number for bookings

                                      Booking was cancelled by Zoomcar team due to vehicle availability issue they assigned 7 seater i and i denied because i do not have hands on skills to drive big vehicle so support guy agreed for refund and cancelled booking but almost 4 months completed still i did not received any response i sent mails and feed backs from zoomcar app but still no response from Zoomcar support.

                                        I have not received refund for 3 of my bookings, amount totalling to Rs 8183. Refund should have been provided within 30 days but it's been more than 90 days. The first booking(JPS6NDWRV) was cancelled by zoomcar due to unavailability of car for which I haven't received the refund. The second and third bookings (JPS6NAYFW, JPS6NDB6V) were made with fuel cost included so if the consumer fills fuel into the car, the amount is reimbursed but I still haven't received the refund.
