I made a booking on Zoomcar on 3rd Sept'20 for 3 days but on the day of delivery Zoomcar cancelled the booking citing some technical fault in the car and promised to refund the full amount.
Following are the booking Details:

Booking Date - 3rd Sept'20
Zoomcar Cancellation Date - 4th Sept'20
Amount Paid - Rs 4, 690
Refund Amount Due - Rs 4, 690
It's been 4 months since I am following up for the refund, via facebook chat as their customer support number doesn't take complaint and there is no response to email, but every time they said that it will be refunded soon.
Requesting your support in resolving the same and getting me my refund at the earliest.
