Sub: My bitter experience about Zoomcar refund. Amount not refunded even after 4 months.
I had done 4 bookings with ZoomCar.
1. JPS6NAUD7
06-Sep-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 3788.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 2893.00 This booking was cancelled. The car was not available nearby from my location.
2. JPS6NAUAL
06-Sep-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 3789.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 1999.00 This was the completed booking. The security deposit refund is still pending.
3. JPS6NTPWQ
26-Oct-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 3286.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 3286.00 AT the last moment I was told that the car is not available from my location. I was told that the booking will be adjusted to some other date. But then I realized that instead of moving the booking, the amount was credited as vouchers.

01-Nov-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 2999.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 2999.00 Using the vouchers of #3 I tried to book this car, but during the booking process, the amount got charged to my credit card but the booking did not get processed. I tried to raise a complaint, but no one attended.
So a total of ₹ 11, 177/- amount of refund is pending.
I tried multiple times to connect on your customer care number:[protected]; but unfortunately it is difficult / impossible to get through to the customer service representative and put across the complaint! The IVR menu allows the call to proceed only if the caller has any active booking.
So all my efforts to reach the representative and convey my complaint failed!
I request you to please take a note of this and process and release the refund amount earliest avoiding any further complications for either sides.
