I took a ride with zoom car on 29th October 2020 and its Been nearly 45days as of now and My refund amount of ₹2499 is still in pending status and there is no response from the customer service team as well.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I booked a zoom car on 19th November but they canceled my booking on the same day my driver's license not accepted and said they are initiating the refund. Now it has been more than 20 days and still, the state of the refund is the same. I called customer care as well as I wrote them an email but no reply.
      Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I booked a Brezza on 5th of November and dropped off on 6th of November, by clearing all the formalities.

          I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care for refund of the deposit but there is no revert over email through the application as well as the call is not received in the number available !!!

          **As per their policy, the deposit is refunded within 30days and till date (12th November) I have not received the deposit back in the account**

          Please look into this ASAP.

          There is no revert yet from the Zoomcar support team.

          They are not even replying over their customer support provided in the application itself.

          Is there no other way to pressurize these people ??

          The Zoomcar support team is pathetic !!

            I made two bookings one in June and the second in July, I haven't received my caution deposit refund including fuel reimbursement amount yet, and it's been 6 months. I have tried to contact Zoomcar through their in-app support a lot of times but in vain, they never get back to you! My booking IDs for the first and second booking are JPS6NPFWM and JPS6NSPPD respectively.
            The total pending amount is INR 3605. I have been afraid to continue booking more trips with ZoomCar for the same reason that they are not clearing refunds and customer support never responds.

                Hello, i had booked a car through zoomcars which was supposed to be delivered to me at the Bangalore airport on 19th November 2020, one day before my booking date they called me and said that my booking has to be cancelled because the car i booked has some mechanical issue and they did not have a spare car to give me for that day etc, they cancelled my booking and told me that my refund of Rs14342 will be made within 30th November 2020, but till now no news of my Refund nor is a way of contacting them,

                  I have booked a car for 2 days, on 2nd day I needed one more day extension and tried applying on APP and it showed me around 4400 approx with extra 400 plus Kms, but it didn't get processed. Zoomcar called me but due to signal fluctuations because of CYCLONE NIVAR, I couldn't reach them and we were evacuating the affected places.

                  One of the fleet members from where I took the car called on my phone and informed me that he will provide an extension as I needed it. He said he will update on APP and I can make payment. I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED HIM THAT I DON't HAVE SIGNALS HERE AND I WILL MAKE PAYMENT ONCE I GET SIGNALS

                  on the 3rd day night at 11 PM, I came to drop point and dropped the car but the fleet started talking with me and made me call customer care more than 10 times and make me stand there while they sit in their cars for 2 hours.

                  fleet guy first updated the wrong kilometers and showed 42000 as due and I said wrong KMS updated, then he changed and said 32000. he then asked me to call the Customer care team and inform them about the wrong charges. Then the customer care team removed the late fee and late charges and then the final amount was 13990.

                  I waited there for 2 hours as I cannot pay 13990 which was not legal. I again told them that it is not valid as the fleet called me and the extension did not happen on APP.

                  if the extension happened on APP, I would have applied for 4400 instead of 13990 only. Fleet guy Srikanth and Mustafa didn't listen to me at all and they were started saying are we looking like fools and all. They also said that i have caused inconvenience while taking the vehicle as one of the allotted vehicles was not in good condition and I called customer care to change the vehicle to another and this caused them some bad reputation and they are seeking revenge.

                  I had to pay 6140 rupees to the FLEET PERSON SRIKANTH on his number virtually and then he asked me to send the remaining amount soon to him only.

                  Please look into this as this is not right and I only have to pay 4400 which is shown but villages are affected due to NIVAR and I couldn't receive signals well and I told the fleet to provide an extension but they did as an unapproved extension which caused me this huge amount.

                  I also seek justice for keeping me waiting for 3 hours at their place standing without any option.

                  The fleet never informed me to take screenshots but I took one, now they say that it is not the right screenshot and we can't accept it.

                  I also returned the vehicle with 4 points higher fuel than what I was given with and I have to be compensated for the same.

                    We had booked a car on 8th November 2020
                    And we had cancelled the car on the same day, we had informed to the zzom car customer care and they said your money will be refunded with in 30 days. But the money was not refunded its been 1month 10 days but not refunded and customer care help line is also not responding please file a complaint and provide me the refund.

                      Zoomcar was booked for trip from 16th Nov - 19th Nov 2020. The trip was cancelled on 29th Oct 2020, plenty of time before the trip hence I was to receive the full amount of Rs 9070. It has been close to 2 months now since the trip was cancelled but these guys have not refunded the amount.

                      I have dropped multiple emails to [protected]@zoomcar.com but they have only replied with 'working on it' or 'please give us 2 weeks to refund the amount' but they still havent refunded even a single ruppee yet. Their helplines dont work and complaints raised via zoomcar app have never been responded to. I also tweeted to them about this but didnt receive any reply.
                      Still no update from zoomcar and no refund has been received as of yet. I have dropped them multiple emails since 9th Dec but have not received a single response.
                      Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to get them to refund us.

                        Dear sir/ Madam,

                        This is the second time they are cancelled my booking and not refunded amount on time,

                        After the booking i got confirmation from the team and schedule for 4pm on10/12/2020 but 3.40 i got the call and cancelled the booking for non availability of vehicle,

                        Till now they are not refunded amount and no updates,

                        Kindly ask them to refund the amount of 10k of cancellation of booking .

                        I lost 3-4 h of valuable time,

                        Last time this forum i got the resolutions with 24h,

                        I hope this zoomcar refund amount of 6137 immediately,

                          I had booked a self drive car on zoomcar for 18th of June, 2020 and the trip ended on 19th of June, 2020. The booking Id is JPS6NPUG9. The security money and the fuel expenses that were to be refunded was Rs. 4758. It has been almost 6 months now and the money has not been refunded. Despite multiple mails, calls and tweets I am yet to receive the refund. I am given false promises on the refund but haven't received it yet. Please refund my money, I had booked for emergency during covid-19 and still regretting that.

                              I Booked Car On 29Aug 2020, But It Got Canceled From Zoomcar End By Saying My Booked Vehicle Is Not Available And They Don't Have Any Other Vehicle In The City.                                 I had booked @zoomcar in August 2020 with booking ID JPS6N0JC3 and had to cancel the trip well before the planned date as I had a family emergency. The refund policy mentioned 30 working days and every time I called the customer care, they said its not yet due. They disabled the customer care number after that and since have not refunded my money which is INR 8, 404 (eight thousand four hundred and four only).

                                Its been a harassment from @zoomcar ever since and they've not yet refunded the money. Every time I try to call them, there is no response as they keep changing their customer Care number. Facebook chats are useless.

                                Please help in getting this amount back and issue a complaint against @zoomcar if possible. Pathetic service as well.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had booked a zoom car on 30th October for an important appointment from the registered number.
                                  But unfortunately I couldn't use it due to the negligence of zoom car authorities, which made us to roam around to different locations inspite of that the car was not handed over to us and made us wait for around 2hours which made us to miss the appointment that was fixed and search for other alternative at that moment.
                                  I am very disappointed with the service and the response from the concerned authorities, kindly take this issue seriously and arrange to fix these type of service to the customers.
                                  Moreover, It's been more than 45 days since the customer complaint has been raised and the status still shows pending refund.
                                  As per the previous communication from the zoom car authorities amount that was spent on Ola for the travelling and the amount that has been paid during the booking has to be refunded.
                                  Kindly address the issue with high priority and kindly give us some contact for the further communication as we are unable follow up it regularly.
                                  Please find the screen shot attached for reference.

                                      I have to get refund from zoomcar for Rs 12, 386/- . It has been already 2 weeks since I am waiting for refund.
                                      We came to know that zoom car is holding the customer refunds since last 9 months and not paying it back to customers.
                                      It is a fraud company and looting customers money in the name of security deposit. Kindly help in provided the refunds back to customers
