I had booked @zoomcar in August 2020 with booking ID JPS6N0JC3 and had to cancel the trip well before the planned date as I had a family emergency. The refund policy mentioned 30 working days and every time I called the customer care, they said its not yet due. They disabled the customer care number after that and since have not refunded my money which is INR 8, 404 (eight thousand four hundred and four only).

Its been a harassment from @zoomcar ever since and they've not yet refunded the money. Every time I try to call them, there is no response as they keep changing their customer Care number. Facebook chats are useless.

Please help in getting this amount back and issue a complaint against @zoomcar if possible. Pathetic service as well.

    Hi,

    I had booked a zoom car on 30th October for an important appointment from the registered number.
    But unfortunately I couldn't use it due to the negligence of zoom car authorities, which made us to roam around to different locations inspite of that the car was not handed over to us and made us wait for around 2hours which made us to miss the appointment that was fixed and search for other alternative at that moment.
    I am very disappointed with the service and the response from the concerned authorities, kindly take this issue seriously and arrange to fix these type of service to the customers.
    Moreover, It's been more than 45 days since the customer complaint has been raised and the status still shows pending refund.
    As per the previous communication from the zoom car authorities amount that was spent on Ola for the travelling and the amount that has been paid during the booking has to be refunded.
    Kindly address the issue with high priority and kindly give us some contact for the further communication as we are unable follow up it regularly.

      I booked a car on November 9 with zoomcar but due to some mistake of zoomcar i cancelled my booking they promised my to give my refund in 15 day but it's 10 December still i don't get my refund even i can't able to call them and they don't reply my emails.

        I have to get refund from zoomcar for Rs 12, 386/- . It has been already 2 weeks since I am waiting for refund.
        We came to know that zoom car is holding the customer refunds since last 9 months and not paying it back to customers.
        It is a fraud company and looting customers money in the name of security deposit. Kindly help in provided the refunds back to customers

          I booked a self drive car from ZOOMCARs on 5-june-2020 (Booking id-JPS6NYOSO). For taking up the same service i had to pay a refundable security deposit amount of 2999INR. The foresaid amount was claimed to be refunded within 30days. Its been 6 months now, Still the refund is not received.

              I had booked a zoom car vide booking no. JPS6NT3SX which was eventually cancelled.

              The refund due is 7789 for which I have 3 mails but still I have not received my refund. The cancellation is now almost 50 days old.

              Please send me the refund else I may be constrained to resort to grievance options.

                I used Zoom car on Nov 7 by paying extra Rs.2999/- as Deposit amount. They said like it is a refundable amount but it has been 32 days from the date of journey. Still I didn't recieve the Refund Amount. Help me to get this out.

                  My refund amout which I submitted as security money is still not repaid after several months of booking.

                    I have submitted repair bill for changing the brakepad amounting to Rs 2140. I have video and photo evidence and inviice which I have already submitted for the same. Inspite of repeated email they do not bother to reply.

                          Sub: My bitter experience about Zoomcar refund. Amount not refunded even after 4 months.

                          I had done 4 bookings with ZoomCar.

                          1. JPS6NAUD7
                          06-Sep-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 3788.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 2893.00 This booking was cancelled. The car was not available nearby from my location.

                          2. JPS6NAUAL
                          06-Sep-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 3789.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 1999.00 This was the completed booking. The security deposit refund is still pending.

                          3. JPS6NTPWQ
                          26-Oct-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 3286.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 3286.00 AT the last moment I was told that the car is not available from my location. I was told that the booking will be adjusted to some other date. But then I realized that instead of moving the booking, the amount was credited as vouchers.

                          4. JPS6N2OPE
                          01-Nov-2020 Amount Paid: ₹ 2999.00 Refund Pending: ₹ 2999.00 Using the vouchers of #3 I tried to book this car, but during the booking process, the amount got charged to my credit card but the booking did not get processed. I tried to raise a complaint, but no one attended.

                          So a total of ₹ 11, 177/- amount of refund is pending.

                          I tried multiple times to connect on your customer care number:[protected]; but unfortunately it is difficult / impossible to get through to the customer service representative and put across the complaint! The IVR menu allows the call to proceed only if the caller has any active booking.

                          So all my efforts to reach the representative and convey my complaint failed!

                          I request you to please take a note of this and process and release the refund amount earliest avoiding any further complications for either sides.

                              Its been moe than a month that i cancelled one of my bookings(JPS6N2J4Y), i was told that i will receive the refund within 30 days but i am still waiting. I am in an urgent need for the money so please help me out and send in the refund as soon as possible.

                              Also one of my completed booking(JPS6N2Q1M) has some pending refund of the fuel and I haven’t received any update on that, so kindly look into it also.

                                I have booked zoom car on 6th October. While picking up the car it's condition was not good. So I requested to get the another one. But due to unavailability of the car they neglected to replace it. On 7th during travelling to Nashik back left tyre was wobbling. So we raised a complaint against it. As per zoomcar request I have check the car in garage. Garage guys suggested to change all 4 tyres as it was not in a good condition. So I informed the zoomcar team and even I was not agreed to do so and suggest to take back the car or send the another one. But zoomcar has suggested to take the car by towing and agreed to give the refund. But still its been a 2 months I have not received it's refund. I have followed for this multiple time. Let me know if any more details required.

                                        I had booked a car from Zoomcar and cancelled it on 30th march 2020. Its been more than 8 months now and I have not received the refund amount of Rs 11, 779. I have been trying to contact customer support but nobody answers my call. Even tried mailing them 3-4 times but customer support does not reply.
