    I have cancelled my booking on 8th december. I was supposed to receive my refund amount of Rs 10391 against the booking ID : JPS6NFQD1. Even after raising the query several times, no response from their end. Not able to reach them via phone on any of their contact number. I am very much concerned about this

      We had booked zoom car including fuel but when we went to pick up the car fuel was very less, they said we can refill it and they will reimburse the amount so we refilled the fuel on our own. But the amount is not reimbursed till date its pending from almost six months and it happened twice in my recent bookings. Booking ids as follows: JPS6NYIVH ( Refund pending 1000) and another booking JPS6N4FNV ( Refund pending 500).
      Attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please process my refunds ASAP. We tried many times to reachout thru customer care numbers and emails but no one responding on this.

        I had taken Zoom Car on 07th July 2020. However Zoom car had taken Advance deposit of 1000/-. Now after returning Car in evening. I was charged for 50 Rs for extra Km which was fine. But now 950/- is still pending. Which I was supposed to get back from Zoom. Than after I called customer care. The person mentioned due to lock down it might take time. So I waited. But now.after 5 months. In my app it is showing as zero refund. How come. I dont expect this. It is completely cheating with ur customers. Than after I needed Zoom car. But I did not use. Because every time it takes 1000 Rs and it is very difficult than. Kindly request u to help on this.

          I have done a booking (booking no:JPS6N2QM3) and cancelled the same on 18th Nov due to change in my
          travel plan. As per the agreeement i should be getting the full refund of 4540 INR but havent received the same till now. I have sent them multiple complaints but no response from their side. So i want to log this complaint against zoom car.

            Prathamesh, this side I had made the booking for Polo MH43BP7388 on 13-Nov-2020. I had drive safely without any damage & now one month has passed still my refund is not initiated, I'm taking follow us from the live system dropping mail from app there's no reply from your side. waiting for your reply for the same.

            Please find the screenshot for your reference, kindly do the needful & make the payment as soon as possible or I need to file the complaint about this issue because as per policy 30days had passed & the refund is still pending.

                  I have called enormous number of times. Put 100's of emails and I still haven't spoken to a single executive. Such a ### company. I always chose Zoom over Revv but I guess it should be the other way round now. I was told that I'll be getting the refund in 30 days and now it's been 45 days. What the hell am I supposed to do? All numbers are unavailable or wrong. Is this how you make a company work? 0 ethics, 0 support, A BIG 0 TO THE COMPANY!!

                      Its already been 2 month and still i didn't receive my Rs. 2049 refund.. I m trying to contact from long time continously but they only says someone will get in touch and then never responds.. Im frustrated now please refund my money otherwise i will never book a car from this company and will also suggest others
                      Im student and there is always lack of money and this company is not even responding even once... Please refund my amount ASAP or i should complain in consumer court

                        I have booked a car vide booking id JPS6NFM34 ON 03/12/2020. It was cancelled by zoomcar stating that car was not available. But till date refund has not been credited to my account. It is really frustrating and an act of harrassment on the part of zoomcar. I don't know why refund is taking such a long time.

                          As per zoomcar's policy, they need maximum 30 working days to refund the security deposit. However, in my case that limit has been over and zoomcar hasn't refunded my security deposit+fuel reimbursement of 6499.

                                  BOOKING ID # JPS6NAGGJ. The refund was initiated on 13 September and it has been over months without refund.
                                  What is the delay for?
                                  I have also dropped an Email, tried messaging on Facebook and have got no response from ZOOMCAR on it yet.

                                  How can I escalate or move it legally?

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    As an Indian citizen it is my duty to inform about the fraud happening in our country in the online platform. I have made a booking from Zoomcar. The booking was with fuel where the company is responsible for the fuel of the vehicle. During my journey the fuel got exhausted and i had to fuel the vehicle at my own expense. As per the company policy i am supposed to get the refund of the fuel amount which was incurred by me. Unfortunately till date i haven't received my refund amount and also the customer care service is designed in a way that only if they need anything we will be able to contact them. If there is no upcoming journey the call won't get connected. I have been trying to connect the customer care in various method and hardly 2 or 3 times it got connected, after trying for more than 50 times. They have promised the refund within 30 days but it is more than 70 days and i didn't receive my refund. Moreover i am not able to connect the customer care services properly. I feel this is a fraud and they are avoiding the refund like this. I hope there will be some will be some action taken against this mail to keep the trust of online business engaged in my country and have a faith in Indian consumer complaints forum.
