Hello,
I booked a zoomcar from Pune on 1st Nov (paid total of 4899) & as of today (Dec 22) my refund is yet to be credited in my account.
I have tried emailing them thrice after I couldn't call them (even though the option is available, I'm unable to click it. I'm sure this is one of Zoomcars' tricks).
Please let me know how to proceed with this. I do not mind filing a case against them in consumer court and putting all expenses on them.

Updated by Mohammed Sharook There's no update yet from there. I am yet to receive even a mail/sms from there. Forget about a call from them.
The phone number provided below is out of service. I'm done waiting. Please tell me how to proceed legally with them. Let me show them what I can do now. 😉
