I've made a booking with zoomcar and it's been 40 days but the refund is still not initiated. Tried to call customer service but the IVR won't connect to customer care until you have an active booking.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                Hello,
                I booked ZoomCar (Hyundai Creta) on 20th November from 3 Am to 9.30 PM. My booking ID is JPS6N48ON.
                My refund amount of 2500 is still pending and the worst thing is there is no response from your side as to when the amount will be refunded
                Kindly help me to get me refund.

                        I have completed zoom car booking on Nov 1st, still the security deposit has not been refunded

                        Also I have cancelled a booking on 25th November, the cancellation amount has also not refunded.
                        Not able to reach them via phone and even after sending n number of mails I have not received any update

                          Hello,

                          I booked a zoomcar from Pune on 1st Nov (paid total of 4899) & as of today (Dec 22) my refund is yet to be credited in my account.

                          I have tried emailing them thrice after I couldn't call them (even though the option is available, I'm unable to click it. I'm sure this is one of Zoomcars' tricks).

                          Please let me know how to proceed with this. I do not mind filing a case against them in consumer court and putting all expenses on them.

                          There's no update yet from there. I am yet to receive even a mail/sms from there. Forget about a call from them.

                          The phone number provided below is out of service. I'm done waiting. Please tell me how to proceed legally with them. Let me show them what I can do now. 😉

                            I had cancelled my booking from zoomcar on 22 Oct 2020 and today is 22 Dec 2020 yet my refund amount of Rs14878 is not return by zoomcar. Zoomcar had a policy of refund in 30 days but still they had not returned my amount. Even they had remove my booking from register number so whenever I called to customer care, the call get disconnected with msg no booking from this register mobile number. It's a fraud from zoomcar, they can't remove my booking from register mobile number untill they had not settle all my refund amount.

                                    We had booked zoom car including fuel but when we went to pick up the car fuel was very less, they said we can refill it and they will reimburse the amount so we refilled the fuel on our own. But the amount is not reimbursed till date its pending from almost six months and it happened twice in my recent bookings. Booking ids as follows: JPS6NYIVH ( Refund pending 1000) and another booking JPS6N4FNV ( Refund pending 500).
                                    Attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please process my refunds ASAP. We tried many times to reachout thru customer care numbers and emails but no one responding on this.

                                      I had taken Zoom Car on 07th July 2020. However Zoom car had taken Advance deposit of 1000/-. Now after returning Car in evening. I was charged for 50 Rs for extra Km which was fine. But now 950/- is still pending. Which I was supposed to get back from Zoom. Than after I called customer care. The person mentioned due to lock down it might take time. So I waited. But now.after 5 months. In my app it is showing as zero refund. How come. I dont expect this. It is completely cheating with ur customers. Than after I needed Zoom car. But I did not use. Because every time it takes 1000 Rs and it is very difficult than. Kindly request u to help on this.

                                        I have done a booking (booking no:JPS6N2QM3) and cancelled the same on 18th Nov due to change in my
                                        travel plan. As per the agreeement i should be getting the full refund of 4540 INR but havent received the same till now. I have sent them multiple complaints but no response from their side. So i want to log this complaint against zoom car.
