Hi i have done swift car booking with fuel on 16 th August 2020 (booking ID JPS6N04W5), but while delivering zoom delivery person told swift is not available and instead he told he will provide baleno.I agreed. But there was less fuel in the car. Then i called car delivery person and told about fuel. He told to fill and upload the fuel receipt of 1000 rs in zoom app. Still i didn't receive my refund amount.

I have attached booking reference and fuel receipt in this mail

    It's Been over a 75days, Since I completed a rental car service in Zoomcar and still I'm yet to receive my refund for Booking ID - JPS6NDXHY, The customer service is very very poor. They will call you N no. times to help yu make a decision to opt for a booking, But once yu complete yur ride. yu can't even connect with them for once asking about your refund. This attitude is so bad. Kindly help me get my refund back. the refund amount is INR 1499.

      I have a refund amount pending of Rs.2, 799. I haven't received it despite completion of 30 days after booking. I tried calling zoomcar many a times. And mailed them also but there's no response.

      Its been two months still no updates?
      It is clearly mentioned in the fee policy that refundable amount will be refunded to the original payment account within 30 working days. This is against the policy.

        On 19th September I had booked a hyundai Creta for 27th September through Zoomcar application for the total amount of Rs.3803, bit due to some personal reasons I had to cancel on the same date. I was said that for cancellations they will charge me 200 and pay me back Rs.3603 to my account through same mode of payment. But it has been more than 2 months now I have not received my Refund amount. I would really like this issue to be resolved. Can you please help me with this. My money is blocked and I might have the need for the money at an emergency.

          Respected Sir,
          Kindly help us against the matter with zoom car as they have given us a defected car without informing us and which can be cause with us with death..and unfortunately our car stop in Raigad highway and that time we saw a car opening bonnet that we understand that they have given us a car tied a radiator with a metal wire and radiator down part was weld which they didn't inform us while giving us car...which was their duty to inform a customer before giving...because of zoomcar we have faced a huge problem regard our life and after that incident too they zoomcar had done a fake complain against us that we have smash their car while having a ride on their car and they are asking us of Rs 8501. So it's my request to you kindly pay attention on this matter.. because the company is doing a fraud with customers by giving defected car to customers and giving customers a fake car without informing the customers..as I am having some proofs related this incident which I will like to share with you which you can take some strict action against them.

                I have booked a car for 2 days, on 2nd day I needed one more day extension and tried applying on APP and it showed me around 4400 approx with extra 400 plus Kms, but it didn't get processed. Zoomcar called me but due to signal fluctuations because of CYCLONE NIVAR, I couldn't reach them and we were evacuating the affected places.

                One of the fleet members from where I took the car called on my phone and informed me that he will provide an extension as I needed it. He said he will update on APP and I can make payment. I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED HIM THAT I DON't HAVE SIGNALS HERE AND I WILL MAKE PAYMENT ONCE I GET SIGNALS

                on the 3rd day night at 11 PM, I came to drop point and dropped the car but the fleet started talking with me and made me call customer care more than 10 times and make me stand there while they sit in their cars for 2 hours.

                fleet guy first updated the wrong kilometers and showed 42000 as due and I said wrong KMS updated, then he changed and said 32000. he then asked me to call the Customer care team and inform them about the wrong charges. Then the customer care team removed the late fee and late charges and then the final amount was 13990.

                I waited there for 2 hours as I cannot pay 13990 which was not legal. I again told them that it is not valid as the fleet called me and the extension did not happen on APP.

                if the extension happened on APP, I would have applied for 4400 instead of 13990 only. Fleet guy Srikanth and Mustafa didn't listen to me at all and they were started saying are we looking like fools and all. They also said that i have caused inconvenience while taking the vehicle as one of the allotted vehicles was not in good condition and I called customer care to change the vehicle to another and this caused them some bad reputation and they are seeking revenge.

                I had to pay 6140 rupees to the FLEET PERSON SRIKANTH on his number virtually and then he asked me to send the remaining amount soon to him only.

                Please look into this as this is not right and I only have to pay 4400 which is shown but villages are affected due to NIVAR and I couldn't receive signals well and I told the fleet to provide an extension but they did as an unapproved extension which caused me this huge amount.

                I also seek justice for keeping me waiting for 3 hours at their place standing without any option.

                The fleet never informed me to take screenshots but I took one, now they say that it is not the right screenshot and we can't accept it.

                I also returned the vehicle with 4 points higher fuel than what I was given with and I have to be compensated for the same.

                    description : I have made a booking in zoomcar in september, booking id : JPS6ND08Z, After completion the refund of 4714 had to be processed. It has been more than 3 months the refund is not processed, there has been no response when will the refund be processed nor there has been any communication for the same .                             I booked a car on 20th August, 2020 from Zoom car (Booking ID- JPS6N0PR2) which they cancelled, just 45 mins before the booking time
                            It has been more than 90 days (3 Months) that I have not received the refund amount of ₹2, 597.
                            I have complained many times through emails and phone calls, but received no reply from Zoom car.
                            And moreover, I didn’t cancel the booking, they were not able to provide the car.
                            Firstly it’s their mistake as they cancelled the car just 45 mins before the booking time and secondly inspite of their mistake they are not giving my money back.

                              This is to inform you that I have completed my trip on 03/06/2020. But company is not making any refund amount as oer their policy. I tried to contact them many times. Neither i received my money nor response. This is the worst service I have ever saw. If this delays more I am gonna file a case in consumer court. Please consider this as final reminder and make the payment to avoid the cases.

                                Its been 4 months and they still havent returned my refund. Their customer care is a joke. Do they want rob people's money and eat in that ? Their contact us section is useless . Nobody follows up. But they have all offers on their app to cheat more money. Bloody scam. Go to hell

                                  It's more than a month my refund is not generated.You are making policy to violate ...?
                                  In your policy it's Stated to refund a money within a month but till now my refund of INR 3781 is not generated..

                                  I have mailed zoom several times then also no response.

                                  This is violation of customer interest.This is against customer rights.

                                        This is to raise a complaint against zoomcar for extremely delayed refund of Rs 6, 240 for a completed booking.

                                        The booking reference is JPS66SNFC. The trip was from 09-Jan-2020 till 18-Jan-2020 from Chandigarh.

                                        After multiple followups, i was told that i will get a link to my mail ID from where i can get the refund. But I never got the mail and nothing happened after that.

                                        The customer care is soo bad that i can only report an accident and I cannot speak to an executive at all.

                                        Want a resolution for this ASAP
