I have booked car from zoomcar on date 18/09/2020 WITH BOOKING ID JPS6NEQP9 . After I picked up the car, there were no petrol in it and as per zoomcar policy if we refuel the car, they will return the same amount to us and I did the same, after I have completed the trip I did the same uploaded the bill and everything required for it but it's already 1 month and they have not issued any refund for it and now they are not responding to my mail and not receiving my Phone calls also.

THIS IS 3rd TIME ZOOMCAR IS DOING THIS TO ME AND NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAIL AMD CALLS AND IF THEY ARE NOT GOING REFUND MY MONEY I WILL FILE FIR AGAINST THE COMPANY.

    I booked a zoom car in May and refund of 2000 is pending. Everytime I contact the customer care they assure that refund will be issued in 2 weeks but again the same cycle continues.

      Respected Sir/Madam
      I booked a zoom car on 25th Sept 2020

      My booking details are as follows:

      Booking Id: JPS6NETKQ.
      Car type: Swift
      Pick/Up : 12:00 AM / 26 SEP 20, SAT
      Drop : 09:30 PM/ 28 SEP 20, MON
      Registered Mob: [protected]

      But due to the far pickup location and non-availability of a car near my area, we requested customer care to cancel my booking. For cancellation, they charged me Rs 200 & Promised that the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days. One month has been over but yet I didn't get my refund. I tried to contact customer care so many times, no success. There is no direct customer care No available for old booking. Tried to contact through the Zoomcar contacts us page. Here also I didn't get single mail from Zoomcar.

      Zoomcar has decided on the refund money and still taking a long time to refund. I messaged on the Zoomcar FB page. There, they first promised that money will be refunded within 30 days. After 30 days again I asked, they are telling it will take more than 2-3 weeks.

      Why there is no proper refund policy ??
      Why no customer support system for old booking?

      Is this a digital India ??

      I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve my problem. I would like to request through you that the concerned ministry should look into this matter and teach the lesson to Zoomcar so that Zoomcar will stop exploiting to the customer.

        I cancelled the trip booked twice in zoom car but still till now I dint received my pending amount which is deducted through my credit card, kindly help me to get refund ASAP.

              I subscribed for a car in June 2020 by paying Rs 23558 but there is no response from the team from then.

              I want to cancel my subscription and full money back.

              When I contacted in June they said due to pandemic situation there will be delay in processing. It's been 4 months and the call centre number no one will attend and for emails no response.

                I have cancelled my order on 27 sep and today it's 25oct and there is no contact with the company.
                Tried calling zoomcar all online numbers provided online but all numbers seems to be out of service.

                  I made a booking through zoomcar for 21 Jul’20 and returned the car on same day. Now it has been almost 3.5 months and they haven’t refunded my pending amount. Initially they claimed that there was some issue in there payment api service when I contacted them through customer service number but the fraud has gone to next extent when they hav removed the service of contacting customer care for previous booking. How a customer will raise there queries in this way?
                  It is a complete case of fraud and cheating which should be penalised.

                  I demand a refund of my amount with an interest.

                        I pay multiple time same amount in zoomcar one from payzap and second one is rbl card payzap transaction show failed but not received refund. I have send mail more then 5 times but still not getting any solution for that please help me.

                            I have done abooking on August 2020 and later cancelled on Sept 23rd. Refund amount of 6500 was initiated and they says 30 days for refund. Its already been a month.

                            More than refund, there is no any provision for talking to a customer care executive for enquiring the status. There is no reply from customer care after sending mail also.

                            If a person is booking with the help of a credit card, the interest also customer is paying.

                            They are very eager to take the caution deposit amount. But refund is very much delayed.

                              A couple of days ago, I booked a self drive car using Zoom cars. My specifications were very clear, I need a seven seater and I needed it delivered home.
                              Exactly, a day before the booked date, I get an alert stating that the car would not be delivered to my location and I would need to pick it up. However there was no mention of refunding the delivery fee.
                              I raised a query through their app and did not receive any response.
                              Then literally an hour after that, somebody called me and informed that the car I booked apparently had an accident and they would give me a smaller car as a replacement for the same price, since "they did not have the same category car"
                              I asked for a refund, to which I was read out the script that it will take 30 days, but they refused to give that commitment in writing.
                              I went back into the app and checked, I found that that is hey had increased the prices as the car category I had booked was available for an additional 600 Rupees.
                              It's appalling that a company like Zoom have stooped to such low levels to make some extra money. There is absolutely no apology or courtesy and the person who called me sounded frustrated herself. So much for employee and customer satisfaction.
                              I immediately booked my car through Revv.

                                  At first i booked a trip on 22nd july for that i had to get 2200rs refund for fuel for that i called the customer care of zoom car for 10 to 15 times everytime they are answering like the refund will be initiated in a week or like that at last i asked for the coupon of the same amount they given it and there is another booking that was made on 12th oct i cancelled it for that i raised a request till now i doesnt get any response for that so for that i want to raise a complaint

                                    I have made 2 bookings with zoomcar in the month of September. One booking I have cancelled on 4th of September and 2nd booking I have cancelled completed on 27th of September. But I have not received my refund back yet. I have followed up with their team n number of time. But again and again they use to provide new date.
