I pay multiple time same amount in zoomcar one from payzap and second one is rbl card payzap transaction show failed but not received refund. I have send mail more then 5 times but still not getting any solution for that please help me.
I shared all of booking and payment dedcution screen sort with it

    It’s been more than one month but I didn’t received security deposit refund yet.

    Tried to connect your customer service number but it don’t have connect to representative option.. not responding to email sending from zoomcar app.

      I have done abooking on August 2020 and later cancelled on Sept 23rd. Refund amount of 6500 was initiated and they says 30 days for refund. Its already been a month.

      More than refund, there is no any provision for talking to a customer care executive for enquiring the status. There is no reply from customer care after sending mail also.

      If a person is booking with the help of a credit card, the interest also customer is paying.

      They are very eager to take the caution deposit amount. But refund is very much delayed.

        A couple of days ago, I booked a self drive car using Zoom cars. My specifications were very clear, I need a seven seater and I needed it delivered home.
        Exactly, a day before the booked date, I get an alert stating that the car would not be delivered to my location and I would need to pick it up. However there was no mention of refunding the delivery fee.
        I raised a query through their app and did not receive any response.
        Then literally an hour after that, somebody called me and informed that the car I booked apparently had an accident and they would give me a smaller car as a replacement for the same price, since "they did not have the same category car"
        I asked for a refund, to which I was read out the script that it will take 30 days, but they refused to give that commitment in writing.
        I went back into the app and checked, I found that that is hey had increased the prices as the car category I had booked was available for an additional 600 Rupees.
        It's appalling that a company like Zoom have stooped to such low levels to make some extra money. There is absolutely no apology or courtesy and the person who called me sounded frustrated herself. So much for employee and customer satisfaction.
        I immediately booked my car through Revv.

          My booking id JPS6NDA29 cancelled in Aug26th its been 2 months still no refund. And no response at all for any email no contact.
          Really its a cheating.

            At first i booked a trip on 22nd july for that i had to get 2200rs refund for fuel for that i called the customer care of zoom car for 10 to 15 times everytime they are answering like the refund will be initiated in a week or like that at last i asked for the coupon of the same amount they given it and there is another booking that was made on 12th oct i cancelled it for that i raised a request till now i doesnt get any response for that so for that i want to raise a complaint

              I have made 2 bookings with zoomcar in the month of September. One booking I have cancelled on 4th of September and 2nd booking I have cancelled completed on 27th of September. But I have not received my refund back yet. I have followed up with their team n number of time. But again and again they use to provide new date.

                    Had booked a car for[protected], but had to cancel for various reasons, while the cancellation charge is debited without any delay. The refund amount of 4k is still stuck and I haven't received any mail or calls from the customer care yet.
                    I wonder will my amount be refunded with the interest like the company deducted a huge amount from me.

                      I have booked car from zoomcar on date 18/09/2020. After I picked up the car, there were no petrol in it and as per zoomcar policy if we refuel the car, they will return the same amount to us and I did the same, after I have completed the trip I did the same uploaded the bill and everything required for it but it's already 1 month and they have not issued any refund for it and now they are not responding to my mail and not receiving my Phone calls also.

                      THIS IS 3rd TIME ZOOMCAR IS DOING THIS TO ME AND NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAIL AMD CALLS AND IF THEY ARE NOT GOING REFUND MY MONEY I WILL FILE FIR AGAINST THE COMPANY.

                        Hi Team,

                        I had booked a zoom car on 30/09/2020 for a trip dated 03/10/2020, however I had cancelled the booking on 01/10/2020 due to some emergency. Booking ID: JPS6NVO0L I have not yet received my refund and it’s has been more than 20 days from the day of cancellation, as per policy i should have received my refund please look into this issue and update me on my credit refund, if not I will have to take legal actions against zoom.

                              The issue that I have experienced was: Booked Nexon AT(AP31TP2672) on 31st May 2020. Refund of rs 2549 is still in pending.
                              also I had ZAP subscription for June and refund of rs 4999/- still pending.

                              It occurred on: 31/05/2020

                              Please refund my deposit amount of rs 2549 and ZAP refund of rs 4999/- ASAP as it is almost 4 months from booking.

                              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                Zoomcar is not responding to around 50 mails I've sent them and showing absolutely no interest in refunding back my money (Rs. 1499.00), which was kept as a security deposit when I hired the car from them. According to their terms, my money should have been refunded to me within 1-2 working days as I've paid through UPI based platform.
                                Currently all their customer care numbers are invalid and they are not responding to mail.
                                How can I get back my money !!

                                        I have booked car in zoom aug 28 to 1st sep... according to them the amt which I supposed to pay is 12886 included refundable deposit 1499...I failed to handover the car on 1st sep I immediately called the zoom car person Mr.shiva with whome iam dealing from the beginning he didn't informed me anything Abt late fee and I also asked him to send me the payment link to clear the amt till sep 1st bt that guy didn't even sent me the link I reached my place on sep 3rd by 9pm and I immediately informed them to take the car bt they didn't takethe car and they reached my home on 4th sep after I called the customer care and bombed me with 36381rs that is 12886+23395 and they didn't even in a situation to talk properly to customer and also didn't back my refundable amt 1499
