    Hi have availed zoom car services in 19 sep 2020. I have to get a refund amount of 1732/- . Today is 20 oct 2020 still i am awaiting for the refund amount.

    I feel zoom car is fraudulent as they are not responding to the call or email . Even the customer care number is not connecting to speak to them. Atleast they should updste the status in online it shows as 0 refund and in the app it shows as refund if 1732/- Policy says redund will be happened with 30 days . Today is 32nd day. No response at all in mean i thought of 3 times but keeping the refund policy and outstanding refund amount i have dropped my thought of availing services. As a hope dropping a note/compliant here for the resolution. Request you to help me ASAP.

        I have two refunds pending with Zoom car. The company policy is to process the refund in 30 working days. It has been well past the deadline, still the company has not made any refund.

        The company’s helpline number doesn’t route the calls to the executive if there are no future bookings. I have sent many emails in the past days, but no one has got back to me on the complaints.

            I cancelled a booking well in advance and I was supposed to get a refund in 5-7 days for the cancelled booking. The refund amount is for Rs. 6940/- and zoomcar is talking rudely over the phone that they will do it as soon as possible but not giving me a timeline. This is unacceptable. On top of this there is another completed booking with them where i am supposed to get a reimbursement for the fuel since that was additionally paid from my pocket inspite of taking the fuel package and the refund for that is around Rs. 1500/- which is also pending. The total amount that i am supposed to receive is around Rs. 8500/-. Pl lease assist as zoomcar is just not responding to calls and emails.

                Have booked zoomcar on 14 July with booking Id:JPS6NSKFF for which refund of Rs. 2282 is pending from very long time.

                Also, I had made booking on 5 August with booking Id: JP6N0RZH for which refund of Rs. 2799 is pending from long time.

                Their policy states that the refund amount will be reflected in customer account within 30 working days.

                I have 100s of calls to their customer representatives. But all of this gone into vain and every time they keep stating the same, your refund will be initiated very soon.I'm fed up from their false promises.

                            I have booked a car in zoom car rental service and I've made the payment instantly, and later due to some external reasons i had to cancel my ride. I don't know why it takes them 30 days to initiate the refund to a customer. And I've been trying to contact them since a week, I've raised the issues on zoomcar app, I've done everything i could possibly do. None of them have contacted me till now.

                              Hi,

                              It's been close to 25 days that I have not received the refund, despite calling them for n number of times to tell that I've lost the card I used to book, I could not get in touch with them. Please help me get a refund at the earliest. Waiting since long for the money to be used at this crucial times.

As per process, I should get a refund of Rs. 3754 but I still have not received this yet. And now no one is picking at their customer care as well.

                                  I booked a zoomcar (booking Id- JPS6NDPPO) on 14th September 2020 for one day. My trip got completed and I was supposed to get refund of INR 4752 within 30 days, it has been more than 30 days and I have still not got the refund. Their customer care number is also not reachable and they don't reply via mail. Please help.

                                    First the booking was cancelled by Zoomcar .they said refund will be received within 30 days . It's been 44 days I haven't recieved my refund yet . Poor service.

                                        Its been 46 days now for my booking cancellation and the refund is not yet provided to me. I tried enormous ways to contact zoomcar customer support but none responded to my emails or calls.
                                        They are continuously denying response and am suffering for my money which is stuck with them due to their careless & intolerable behaviour.

                                        It’s My second Attempt to lodge a complain against them but no positive response yet.
