    I went on a trip in June and had to add ₹2999 as security deposit. It's been 5 months now and I am yet to receive a total refund amount of ₹2779 from Zoomcar. Emails are useless as they never reply on point and keep asking for 2 weeks extra time, and calls never reach.

      Booking ID- JPS6NE9MT.
      My Booking was cancelled on 2nd October 2020, and refund pending is INR 6730.
      Not able to connect to them, Zoomcar is not processing refunds, CUstomer service is worst.
      Its Customer hard earned money.
      Please process it else will take legal action

        I have canceled my booking in June and i was supposed to get a refund of Rs 10, 300/- they are not responding to the complaints on social media. They give a standard reply that the refund will be initiated at the earliest and i had even requested a callback that never happened over 6 months. I am really doubtful whether they release my refund.

            I had done a rental car booking with ID #JPS6NATTX, for 13-Sep-2020. I had to cancel the booking and did so on 12-Sep-2020. As per Zoomcar website, there is a refund pending for amount Rs.3653/-

            As per policy of Zoomcar, refunds will be done within 30 working days; but in my case this is still pending.

              Dear Sir, I had booked Swift Car for self-driving in Ahemdabad from 25th July 2020 to 28th July 2020 vide Booking No.JPS6NKILN and Payment ID pay_EH61da4GvQcx7s. Due to lockdown, I had canceled this booking on 22nd May 2020 for which I received the confirmation from Zoomcar stating that the refund of Rs 8, 464 is being processed on 23rd May 2020.
              To date, I have not got a refund despite several reminders and promises made verbally on phone by the Customer Care Executives.

              Dear Sir, My complaint (ID: 2746618) made on 3rd November 2020 against Zoomcar is NOT YET RESOLVED. Zoomcar has neither responded nor acknowledged the complaint. As the list of complainants on this platform is increasing every day, it is sad to note that NEW gullible customers are falling prey to this fraud company. Government authorities should intervene to stop this money-making practice by Zoomcar.

                I have made a booking with Zoomcar for car rental on 26th July 2020 with booking ID JPS6NSE6H. An amount of Rs 1645 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 3rd November 2020. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for the emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company.

                Still no update whatsoever
                In the morning i got a message saying my refund has been initiated and the following day i again got a message stating that my refund amount has been added as miscellaneous charges

                  I had booked a car with zoomcar Booking I'd- JPS6N0FF0, and cancelled it on 14 Aug'20, and it is shown that the refund amount is 4724/- when I spoke with them they said at maximum you will get the refund in 30 days. it is more than 70 days still I did not receive any update from ZoomCar. When I am trying to reach they are connecting to executive only when it was a Booking. But no customer support is there for refunds. Could you please help in getting the refund processed?

                      I booked a car in zoom car application, it's been 10 days and they did not credited the refundable amount Rs1893/- in my bank as they promised to do it in 2 working days. I tried contacting them but they don't even respond to emails and ther numbers will be unused. Please help me out.

                          It's more than 100 days and i had mailed them more than 15 times. Still they are not processing the refund amount for the cancelled booking. Ut was clearly mentioned that instant refund would be provided in case of cancellation of the booking. Cleary the are doing fraud and same reply is given in all mails.. Now they are not replying to my mails also.

                              I booked a car ( Hyundai Creta), Booking ID-JPS6ND27S, through Zoomcar, my trip started on 12th of September and ended on 16th September 2020. In the booking amount, there was a security deposit of ₹5000. When I returned the vehicle, after all inspections they confirmed to me that they will refund full deposit amount of ₹5000. It has been over a month and a half and still they have not reversed the said amount. I am not able to reach out to their customer support as you need an active booking to get through the IVR, also they are not replying to the multiple emails I have sent them on their customer support ID. This situation is quite harassing as they promised me they will return the amount within one month max (which is already too much), while making the booking they take all the amount in advance and while returning they are being completely deceptive and unprofessional. I called the customer care centre just after my trip ended and the girl on the other side tried to get me to convert the refund amount to coupons, I don’t understand if this is some kind of loyalty building strategy or just harassing the customer so that he never comes back. Whatever it is, I want my ₹5000 completely refunded and some kind of reimbursements for all the efforts I had to make including repeatedly going to their parking lots to enquire if I can talk to somebody. This company doesn’t understand the situation here, that ₹5000 were needed for something and were part of my savings. Stop cheating your customers and refund this amount ASAP, Zoomcar.

                                    This is with regards to my Zoomcar trip that got cancelled because of Car not being able to start due to Network issues in that area.

                                    Trip ID: JPS6NYRWF

                                    The trip was on 01/06/2020 and it's been more than 4 months since I haven't received refund of Rs.3432 which includes the deposit for the car.

                                    I have been tried to reach them through email since I couldn't call the customer care number which is already too hard to find due to not having an active trip running.

                                    Chasing after zoomcar has been one of the most tiring thing I have done because it's impossible to get hold of them and they really don't care about my emails to their support email (sent through the app and also seperately.)

                                    Highly request you to get in touch with Zoomcar for the refund.

                                        I booked a car on 29 SEP 2020 and I still didn't get my refund of Rs.759.
                                        My booking no is Booking ID: JPS6NE6A5. Also, there is no response from the customer care executive.
                                        And no way to call a customer care executive.
                                        If I didn't get my refund I am going to file a complaint along with all the members in the consumer court about fake privacy policy and fraud and no support of customer care number which is mandatory.
                                        Kindly refund everyone's money as soon as possible.
