We booked an car and it was cancelled but the refund amount not credited to my account. It was almost 6 months still we are following up with zoomcar.

I had booked a zoomcar with booking id as JPS6NAPVD for September 18th 2020. Without any prior intimation, zoomcar themselves cancelled this booking on September 13th 2020 and told that refund is initiated. Its been a month and still the refund is not initiated. I have done 5 follow up on Zoom app and have also sent mail...no one bothered to either respond or contact me. Tried calling customer care but could not get through.

Need the refund money as soon as possible...

Refund for my bookings are pending. It's already been more than 30 days since I've made thr booking. But the refund is still pending also no update from your side. Plus you guys are not reachable. I've also registered complaints through your app. Please update ASAP.

Hi have availed zoom car services in 19 sep 2020. I have to get a refund amount of 1732/- . Today is 20 oct 2020 still i am awaiting for the refund amount.

I feel zoom car is fraudulent as they are not responding to the call or email . Even the customer care number is not connecting to speak to them. Atleast they should updste the status in online it shows as 0 refund and in the app it shows as refund if 1732/- Policy says...

Our refund is pending for order id JPS6NA8SV. It’s more than 30 days and we don’t have any date mentioned when it will be done...

I have two refunds pending with Zoom car. The company policy is to process the refund in 30 working days. It has been well past the deadline, still the company has not made any refund.

The company’s helpline number doesn’t route the calls to the executive if there are no future bookings. I have sent many emails in the past days, but no one has got back to me on the complaints....

My account has been blacklisted and my DL is not yet verified.

I cancelled a booking well in advance and I was supposed to get a refund in 5-7 days for the cancelled booking. Have booked zoomcar on 14 July with booking Id:JPS6NSKFF for which refund of Rs. 2282 is pending from very long time.

Also, I had made booking on 5 August with booking Id: JP6N0RZH for which refund of Rs. 2799 is pending from long time.

Their policy states that the refund amount will be reflected in customer account within 30 working days.

I have 100s of calls to their customer representatives....

I don't know why it takes them 30 days to initiate the refund to a customer.
