I had booked a zoom car on 30/09/2020 for a trip dated 03/10/2020, however I had cancelled the booking on 01/10/2020 due to some emergency. Booking ID: JPS6NVO0L I have not yet received my refund and it’s has been more than 20 days from the day of cancellation, as per policy i should have received my refund please look into this issue and update me on my credit refund, if not I will have to take legal actions against zoom.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
