Refund not processed even after 2 months

I had a booking with zoomcar which i had cancelled on 5th of august 2020 for which i am due a refund of rs 2736but even after 2 months of cancellation of my booking, no refund has been processed. This is highly inconvenient and even after sending several queries to zoomcar regarding this, I haven't been contacted by anyone even when i was told that someone will get in touch with me soon. My booking id is JPS6NS66E. Please have this resolved...

Team, this is praveen suthar and i had done 2 bookings in the month of august. Attached details for ready reference. One was cancelled by zoomcar, saying the 1st booked car met with an accident and they have cancelled and will refund in 10 days. Refund not initiated for two zoomcars bookings: jps6np7tl and jps6n5zi0

It has been more than three months for my two bookings on zoomcars, and the refund has not been initiated for two of my bookings.

I have been told several time on the phone that it will be processed within a week or so. But i have waited several weeks now.

The total amount to be refunded is inr 5998 for both the bookings....

Regarding the security deposit refund

Hello Sir/Madam,

It's been 35 days since my trip got completed but still my security deposit money not yet initiated. Already sent lots of emails to [protected]@zoomcar.com but no reply from them. Trying to reach all the contact numbers but they have removed to option to talk to the executive for help.

Delayed refund issue by zoomcar

I’ve tried booking a car on zoom car 2nd of october after making the payment i’ve noticed that the booking had not confirmed and money has been taken from my account. The next day i get an email from them that trip has been cancelled the money will be refunded after a week i tried calling them they asked me to wait 30 days due to this current situation. It’s been more than a month. Now there’s no response from their side....

Still I didn't get refund

security deposit refund not received for 2 bookings made in june

I made 2 bookings mentioned below in june and haven't received security refund for both the bookings yet. The security deposit is supposed to be refunded within 7 days and maximum 30 days as per policy:

Not got refund

I booked a car on 20th August, 2020 from Zoom car (Booking ID- JPS6N0PR2) which they cancelled, just 45 mins before the booking time
It has been more than 45 days that I have not received the refund of amount of ₹2, 597.

Refund of deposit is not happening

Fuel refund pending from 3 months

Refund amount scam

I have completed my trip on 10 sep 2020 and till now i haven’t received my security refund and fuel reimbursement amount back. Its been a month now . Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. And I'll tell all my friends and family not to make any booking with zoomcar again. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response....
