    This is with regards to my Zoomcar trip that got cancelled because of Car not being able to start due to Network issues in that area.

    Trip ID: JPS6NYRWF

    The trip was on 01/06/2020 and it's been more than 4 months since I haven't received refund of Rs.3432 which includes the deposit for the car.

    I have been tried to reach them through email since I couldn't call the customer care number which is already too hard to find due to not having an active trip running.

    Chasing after zoomcar has been one of the most tiring thing I have done because it's impossible to get hold of them and they really don't care about my emails to their support email (sent through the app and also seperately.)

    Highly request you to get in touch with Zoomcar for the refund.

        Hello,
        I booked a car on 29 SEP 2020 and I still didn't get my refund of Rs.759.
        My booking no is Booking ID: JPS6NE6A5. Also, there is no response from the customer care executive.
        And no way to call a customer care executive.
        If I didn't get my refund I am going to file a complaint along with all the members in the consumer court about fake privacy policy and fraud and no support of customer care number which is mandatory.
        Kindly refund everyone's money as soon as possible.

          I have booked a car on may 4th 2020 and cancelled the booking on the following day i.e may 5th 2020, I have called and requested for the refund amount multiple times over the period of past 6 months and everytime they say their offices are not started so they cannot proceed for refund. If they have such issues why are they allowing further bookings from everyone. This is a serious issue and they are definitely playing and cheating the people. Please take necessary action on them .

            I hired a car from Zoomcar on the 11th of October 2020, it’s been 20 days and still, till now i haven’t received me security refund amount back. I was told the refund will be done in 24 hours. I dont know why it’s taking too long for the refund. Also the car condition was pathetic about which I had complained. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response.

              I had got a fuel refund of Rs.400 of which Rs.240 was deducted for extra kms. Rs.160 was initiated and I was supposed to get that within 30 working days.After completing 30 working days called the customer care.They assured me to do it within 24 hours.But they didn't.I called them again after 2 days.They again assured me to do it within 24 hours.And after that they cancelled my fuel refund saying some Misc Charges.

                I have booked vehicle in last week of september for 1st of october but in the morning of the booking date they have cancelled vehicles by saying no vehicle is available now they haven't processed my refund till now I have tried contacting them via email but i haven't received any response from then and they don't have calling number.

                  Hello Sir,
                  I tried to make a booking for a Maruti Swift (Red Color) Pick up from Coimbatore Airport from 02.11.2020 6 A.M to 02.11.2020 5:30 P.M @ Rs.2089 for 230 kilometers free. The total charges were Rs.4588 (Rs.2089 + Rs.2499 as Security Deposit). The mode of Payment was through Debit card through Indian Bank. The Payment Process was successful, the amount was debited from my Account. I have attached the Screenshots of my account statement with the narration for the transaction. But It was stated as "Payment Failure" when I was reverted back to Zoomcar page. Kindly look into the issue and let me know when the refund would be processed.

                  I have already written a mail, from the Help&Support section, in the Zoom car App.

                    Hi Team,

                    I am writing this to raise complaint against Zoomcar regarding the deposit refund fraud they are doing to customers. Booking ID with Zoom car : ID:JPS6NDVLP

                    I had done a booking on 27th Aug and paid deposit of Rs 1499 /- and was infomed it would be returned in 30 days. Its been more than 2 months but update yet.

                    Whenever I call they said it will processed and they have made changed to IVR we cannot speak to customer services if do not have booking.

                    I have written emails and raised many complaints on Zoomcar mobile App as well as Zoomcar website.

                    Requesing you to kindly help me on this.Let me know if you need any further details.

                      My booking number is JPS6NEO9B and i booked on September 16, 2020 and also cancelled the same on the very same day as my driving license was not approved by Zoomcar. Now ever since that date till now i have not received the refund amount. Further, the Customer Care has no option at all that we can reach out to them for asking any status update of the money that we just invested. Neither on the app that numerous emails (the term that they use) that we submitted and no response have been received.

                      Firstly, they take money without approving the driving license. Secondly, no ways to find out any status of the refunds that we want back. Thirdly, it is stated that refund shall come in 30 days and in this case this has been more than 30 days and still not received. Lastly, in case if our usage is higher than as booked we are charged extra, do i get anything extra on delayed refunds.

                        It's been more than a month now and Zoomcar hasn't refunded Rs.5377 and it's frustrating. Booked this car to go to my college to write my exams and then cancelled it to go by bus.These people know to take money but not refund it

                            I had booked 2 trips in April and May and cancelled them after 1 week. I was supposed to receive refund within 1-2 weeks which the Zoomcar customer care kept telling it will be received within 30 days which was fine with me. It's been more than 5 months now after cancelling my trips and I still haven't received any refund from Zoomcar for my bookings. The total amount comes upto 11, 000 Rs.

                              I booked Maruti Swift car

                              I Dropped the vehicle with no damage but invalid charges are added on my account

                              Below is the right side pic of the car during the time of drop with date and time as you can see in the picture details there is no damage to the car under my booking time. And the damage charges are clearly invalid how come u people can add charges I'm having proofs. I'm ur old customer this how u treat. if my charges are not removed I will go through legal procedures against ur company under court.

                                My last booking was on 12th Sept, for which i am still awaiting for my refund
                                this is highly unethical and Disappointed by their actions.
                                i tried their customer care[protected], which only has customer support for present Booking
                                no support or option to talk with Customer support without making a new booking
                                this kind of actions is highly unprofessional
                                i have sent Sseveral mails for to follow up with but i have not received a single Reply email from them.

                                  Its been 35 day since I made by one day roundtrip booking with zoom car on 24th of September. The security deposit refund status is showing as pending ever since the booking was ended and verification and checks were completed and that status never changed.
                                  The company firstly told deposit amount will be credited right after booking is completed, then they changed it to 7 days processing time, then they said for cards it takes 15-30 days and now its 35 days still refund status is pending and now they have also stopped accepting calls and havent replied to a single in app email.

                                  Why is it taking so much of a time to just refund the unused deposit even after a successful verification/approval and for just the sake of argument if they are having policies for such long refunds so why isn't the refund credited yet after the maximum time period.

                                  What kind of scam/fraud is going on here.
                                  A humble request to enquire and act and stern notice to company to refund the amount

                                    Zoomcar has not refunded my security deposit and fuel charges of Rs 6000 in total. Refund is pending for over a month now. They have even disabled the customer support options. Only those who have active bookings can call them else you cannot reach them. They do not respond to emails. My booking ID is JPS6ND4CG

                                      i have booked a self driven car from zoomcar on 26th sep and returned it on 27th sep. As provided in the refund for the security i should get a refund of rs.2183. Its been more than 30days now and i haven't receive any refund. I am unable to call the customer care until i have an active booking. This is a pathetic service. I have to pay my bills which has delayed due to the refund. I am very unhappy with zoom car.

                                        I had booked Zoomcar rental service for 27th August for which I had refuelled the vehicle and did a minor repair.
                                        All of these amounts gave been approved as per Zoomcar's policy however they are not processing the refund despite innumerous follow ups.
