I booked Tata Hexa on zoomcar but due incorrect time slot I cancelled the booking (JPS6NECD9) for a refund of Rs. 2, 011/- is pending since 19-Sep-2020. Then I rebooked Scorpio with booking ID JPS6NEHZO for which I am waiting for security deposit refund that 999 and also I uploaded fuel bill for refund.

For fuel bill I was assured it will get refunded in 2 working days. Total rs. 3, 499/- is pending on booking JPS6NEHZO.

When I called customer care I could not found any option on IVR to talk to any support representative as I am not having any active booking.

If this portal can help me, I will thankful.

    I want to know my refund status for my booking is JPS6N1UBK. Actually I cancelled my booking on 6th June 2020(120days before), But still now I didn't get my refund on my bank account.
    Already I was raised my complaint more than 30 time on the call and more than 50 times on mail. But the replay from zoom car through mail is none of times and over the phone, customer care executive said two weeks of time for every time. But still result was same(didn't get refund amount).
    Finally I registered the complaint over the phone on 17 September 2020 and they said two weeks of time. But now the customer care number is not connected through the customer executive. So I want my amount to my original payment mode ASAP.

      This is regarding a refund which was supposed to be done in May 12 1:55pm the cancellation transaction was initiated since the booking was fully refundable the amount was expected to be refunded as is its been 5 months since there has been no sign of refund and there has not been any response from the company the customer care does not respond, or responds that the refund will be done but there is no sign of refund the amount of time and energy we have spent on getting the refund is exhausting and frustrating.

      i am attaching a snip of the cancellation transaction, please take action at the earlist

        Dear sir,

        I ended my zap subscription for Renault kwid KA03 AH 6236 on September 30th 2020 Till now ( 12/october/2020) they did not do the final settlement and or at least my caution deposit amount, I'm getting those template emails for all my queries. saying they will process it at earliest, moreover, they said their TAT is 5-7 days from the date of handover.

        From the toll-free number also they removed the option to talk to a support representative. So I cannot escalate this issue to a higher level also.

        they are least bothered about refunding the money they received even before we touch the car .

        Kindly do the needful.

          I have booked zoom car for one day on 7th September in Vadodara, Gujarat. My booking id is JPS6NARKS. It's been more than a month and I have not received any refund yet. And Zoomcar's customer service is worst than anything I have ever seen.

            My booking ID is JPS6ND9QA. Its been a month since I cancelled my ride and I did get my refund. What you guys are doing? I need my money asap. I am in need of money. Please refund it asap.

              There is hidden pre-authorization on the zoom car app without which they will not allow customer to book a car and using it they do unauthorized deductions on the credit card?

              I had tried calling customer care regarding my issue and since i didn't hear back from them i had to mark the transaction as disputed.

              Bank has refused to help in this regard as zoom car had an inbuilt pre-authorization and bank requested to provide a credit note from the zoom car.

                Hello Sir, I want to file a compliant against Zoomcar.I book a Zoomcar with fuel, when I pickup the car fuel tank about 10% filled.I add about 44.79 liters fuel of amount 3500.As I booked Zoomcar with fuel, they should provide me already full the fuel tank or retrun my 3500INR immediately after end of my trip.As I see on social media there is a lot of compliant about this matter.Everyone suffer from this problem. Please check it and solve it not only for me but also for others.

                  I haven't received my refund from past so many days. Each time they replied with the same message we are in the process of refund and will notify you shortly. That day didn't yet came. How much more time I have to wait for my miney. Now it's high time. Can't you see how many complaints you are receiving day by day?? Why don't you work on it.

                    One of my booking was completed and an amount was due from the company of 1194. Also i made another booking which i cancelled and was assured 100% refund of 4348. none of them has been cleared. the completed booking is from 23rd Aug and the other is from 9/25.

                      I made a booking with zoomcar in April 2020, for 4th October 2020, ID : JPS6N1U47
                      where they had mentioned that at any given point if we cancel the booking, before travelling dates, the whole amount will be refunded.
                      Due to some reasons, we cancelled our trip in June 2020, since then we are waiting for our refund, but the company is not responding even. In earlier days, they responded and said it will be done in few days, then they asked for weeks and after that they are not responding anywhere, neither on emails, nor there customer care number is available. Its been more than 5 months now, that i am waiting for a refund. This is highly unprofessional of the company.

                        I have not received my refund which is to be paid by Zoom car, there is no number to call them at the initial stage they told to wait 14 days but it's been 4 months I didn't received the refund from them

                            My refund for two bookings made on 29th aug and 1 september 2020 with zoomcar has been pending for more than 40 days now.I have raised the same issue with the support team for Zoomcar but there is no reply from them.Below are the booking id for two bookings i made:

                            Booking id-JPS6NDFE8-pending refund of Rs 4952
                            Booking id-JPS6NAIHI-pending refund of Rs 2821

                            Please look into this issue.It was my first experience in delhi/ncr with Zoomcar and has been really disappointing.

                              I’ve subscribed to zoomcar for a month which requires a refundable security deposit of ₹5000 at the time of subscription. I’ve returned the car in the condition that it was given to me. It has been two months since i returned the car. There is no word of refund. I’ve sent many follow up mails but of no use. Whats More pathetic is, even the customer care number is always out of order.

                                  I had made a booking with Zoomcar ( Booking ID JPS6N1X4O ) in May 2020 and had to cancel the same 3 days before the trip due date due to some circumstances.
                                  Zoomcar However hasn't processed my refund yet even though it's been more than 4 months.

                                    It's been more than days since my trip got completed but still my security deposit and fuel amount not yet refunded. I have sent multiple mails to support team but no reply from them. I tried reaching all the contact numbers but they have removed to option to talk to the executive for help.

                                      I have booked two trips from zoomcar, they took deposit but now after repeated messages on their app they do not respond. Refunds are pending for more than a month but they do not respond. There is no way to contact them on phone or mail. I am attaching screenshot of both the bookings showing refund amount in their app. Very unprofessional company.

                                      It’s really amazing how these guys have left no customer support number which can be reached. They have a section in their app where you may ask about your refund status but they never reply...
                                      No response no refund...these guys don’t care.

                                        This really disappointing that i made 2 bookings on the 10th Aug and were cancelled and its abt 10th oct now i havent received my refund of 3191 please help in refunding the amount as i want to make the bookings but will only proceed furthur if i get the Refund
