    They canceled my bookings within 2 hours saying due to some internal issues. Apart from the problems I faced because of this in this COVID situation, I requested them to give me my refunds soon as I need to book other mode of transport now it’s past 30 working days ans I still haven’t received my refunds. Very unhappy with the service

      I booked a car and paid on 28th August 2020 which included security deposit 2000
      Car was returned in good condition on 14th Sept since then have chased zoomcar on their app for refund no reply

      Now it is more tha. 30days

      Call center number is not working and they are not replying to messages sent thru the app, they have also disabled link on app to reach the call center

      Before refund use to take maximum 7days, current complaint and modus operandi is fishy and may be points to bad financial health/ situation at the company

        I had done 2 bookings in last month but didn't received my fuel reimbursment amount of my fuel bills. I had taken a package of CAR WITH FUEL PACKAGE. Below are booking ID's -

        2) JPS6NE6JO

        Both booked under my name - Akshay Shirish Rajadhyaksha.

        Kindly make sure I receive my fuel reimbursed amount.

          Hi zoom car booking two times first booking my brother booking date 25-may-2020 to 28-may-2020 three days i'd -JPS6NYCVP already 5months ended money not credited refund money 729 ruppes please as soon as possible money returned account.

          2] next booking 19-sep-2020 to 19-sep-2020 one day booking with fuel money not refunded money 3, 463 ruppes booking i'd -JPS6NA4CA

          Customer care number not connecting and so many emails sent not responding so please as soon soon as possible my two booking money refunded account attach the two bookings screen shots.

            I had a one day booking on 4th September 2020. My booking is JPS6NDTXQ.
            It’s been more than 40 days since the booking is completed. I submitted fuel bills. Refund is still pending for my security amount and fuel bill. I had been a regular customer of zoomcar.
            Such a delay is not expected from zoomcar.
            I expect an immediate release of my refund amount ASAP.

                      Being a Supermiler customer of Zoomcar I always dreamt about subscribing to a car. Gone through lots of negative reviews about car subscription however I had a hope that Zoomcar will never upset me and I will try my best to manage and get things sorted from your Team.
                      HEnce finally managed to convince my loved ones to opt for Zoomcar Subscription.
                      With lots of hopes I filled up my registration details with the payment of 4999 on[protected] for my favorite Baleno.
                      KYC Documents approvedAddress Approved.Parking details approved.On 13th October 2020 I received a call stating that there is no availability of the vehicle and I have to cancel the subscription.
                      Honestly, I was impressed with Zoomcar's technology of allocation of cars so that customers can get the same. However after going through the entire verification process how could a company like you say that there is no car available? Really upset with this. If I now talk to my loved ones and say that this is what has happened what will they think? It's simple, they will think this company does not provide proper service. Isn't it? Next time will anyone think of Zoomcar Subscription? Please answer this.
                      You keep bombarding with so many offers and discounts for subscription yet you failed to provide services to your customer.
                      Life is not always about money and business, it's about customer satisfaction.
                      You guys really need to work on your website and availability of vehicles. Or else, you will come across with customers like me. 
                      Yes, no doubt you refunded the amount back but I didn't need that, I needed you to provide me the car which was booked as per your website.

                        I booked Tata Hexa on zoomcar but due incorrect time slot I cancelled the booking (JPS6NECD9) for a refund of Rs. 2, 011/- is pending since 19-Sep-2020. Then I rebooked Scorpio with booking ID JPS6NEHZO for which I am waiting for security deposit refund that 999 and also I uploaded fuel bill for refund.

                        For fuel bill I was assured it will get refunded in 2 working days. Total rs. 3, 499/- is pending on booking JPS6NEHZO.

                        When I called customer care I could not found any option on IVR to talk to any support representative as I am not having any active booking.

                        If this portal can help me, I will thankful.

                          I want to know my refund status for my booking is JPS6N1UBK. Actually I cancelled my booking on 6th June 2020(120days before), But still now I didn't get my refund on my bank account.
                          Already I was raised my complaint more than 30 time on the call and more than 50 times on mail. But the replay from zoom car through mail is none of times and over the phone, customer care executive said two weeks of time for every time. But still result was same(didn't get refund amount).
                          Finally I registered the complaint over the phone on 17 September 2020 and they said two weeks of time. But now the customer care number is not connected through the customer executive. So I want my amount to my original payment mode ASAP.

                            This is regarding a refund which was supposed to be done in May 12 1:55pm the cancellation transaction was initiated since the booking was fully refundable the amount was expected to be refunded as is its been 5 months since there has been no sign of refund and there has not been any response from the company the customer care does not respond, or responds that the refund will be done but there is no sign of refund the amount of time and energy we have spent on getting the refund is exhausting and frustrating.

                              Dear sir,

                              I ended my zap subscription for Renault kwid KA03 AH 6236 on September 30th 2020 Till now ( 12/october/2020) they did not do the final settlement and or at least my caution deposit amount, I'm getting those template emails for all my queries. saying they will process it at earliest, moreover, they said their TAT is 5-7 days from the date of handover.

                              From the toll-free number also they removed the option to talk to a support representative. So I cannot escalate this issue to a higher level also.

                              they are least bothered about refunding the money they received even before we touch the car .

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                    There is hidden pre-authorization on the zoom car app without which they will not allow customer to book a car and using it they do unauthorized deductions on the credit card?

                                    I had tried calling customer care regarding my issue and since i didn't hear back from them i had to mark the transaction as disputed.

                                    Bank has refused to help in this regard as zoom car had an inbuilt pre-authorization and bank requested to provide a credit note from the zoom car.

                                      Hello Sir, I want to file a compliant against Zoomcar.I book a Zoomcar with fuel, when I pickup the car fuel tank about 10% filled.I add about 44.79 liters fuel of amount 3500.As I booked Zoomcar with fuel, they should provide me already full the fuel tank or retrun my 3500INR immediately after end of my trip.As I see on social media there is a lot of compliant about this matter.Everyone suffer from this problem. Please check it and solve it not only for me but also for others.

                                        I haven't received my refund from past so many days. Each time they replied with the same message we are in the process of refund and will notify you shortly. That day didn't yet came. How much more time I have to wait for my miney. Now it's high time. Can't you see how many complaints you are receiving day by day?? Why don't you work on it.
