I booked an Swift Automatic Car on 1st May, 2020 from Zoomcar App to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 17th May, 2020. The booking was then rescheduled for 14th June, 2020 and finally I cancelled the booking on 31st May, 2020. Payment made was of INR 7442/-. Since 31st May, 2020 I have been following up with Zoomcar customer care support and escalated the case several times but from the last 38days they are giving me fake explanations like their bank transfer process is not working. In last 38 days, I have called and complained regarding by refund for about 10times but every time they keep on delaying saying please wait for 1-2 weeks. I request government officials to help me get my refund back of INR 7442/-. Kindly let me know if more information is required.

Do you have any responsibility towards customers?. Is this the way you provide support, how long do you take to refund?. I’am loosening my health because of you. You will surely be responsible if I had to face any sickness or issues pertaining to my health.
