I had booked car for 36 hours i.e. dated 25-Jun-2020 to 26-Jun-2020 for which I made the total payment of Rs. 10, 588. They had mentioned refund of Rs. 2, 999 refundable deposit and fuel cost of Rs. 3, 000 post returning vehicle on 26-Jun-2020 .As per their terms and conditions, I was to receive the refund in 2-3 weeks from the date of return but it has been little more than month, I still haven't got the refund yet.

    Hi. This is yesotha from chennai

    My zoom car booking id is jps6664hs

    After many followups, no response from zoom till now for my cancelled booking in 26th april 2020 regarding the refund of rs, 4240.. (Due to covid 19 - cancellation done by zoom itself)

    No one answering the customer care also, they just keep us hold for long time and disconnect it without talking.
    I am a long time customer with zoom (More than 6 years). Didnt expect such a respone..

    Also i sent lot of emails to their support team as well. But no response till now.

    I would like to withdraw the refund through imps. Can u please help me out???

    Priya replied back on jun24th saying refund will be processed soon.. But it is now 5 months gone and no refund and response from the team as well.. Very disappointed..

      There have been countless attempts made by me to connect with Zoomcar but have received no reply.

        I had booked (Booking id - jps6nss2l) the car on 25th july 2020 but i canceled it immediately. His total fair was. 1347/- (One thousands three hundred forty seven). But after cutting the cancellation fee, my rs.1147/- balance remains, which has not been returned even after 25 days has passed.
        Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I have travelled to Trivandrum Kerala from Kochi kerala on May 5th 2020 by taking a zoom car for rent from Kochi. I have dropped the car on Trivandrum on the same day. I was informed to pay a security deposit of Rs. 3000 before taking the car during the time of booking and was informed that the amount will be refunded to me once I drop the car in Trivandrum. Also I was informed that the fuel charge will also be refunded. I have filled fuel for Rs. 700. However I haven't received the total amount of Rs. 3399 with a reduction of Rs. 300 as a drop down charge by them. I have followed up with the Zoom Car Kochi Manager, Mr. Krishnan. He assured that the amount will be credited in 7days. Till today I have not received the amount. I have even contacted the customer care but they are not giving a proper response.

              I've tried contacting zoomcar for over 100 times for the past 3 months for my refund of rupees 2999/-. Neither my calls nor my emails are getting answered. I'm asked to wait for 2 3 weeks repeatedly.

                I have booked zoom car for[protected] with home delivery option. I paid amount of Rs 1724/- through credit card.
                Due unforeseen reason, zoom cars not able to deliver car to my home location. They cancelled my order.
                I have been contacted zoom customer care more than 5 times for the refund. They are lagging the issue. Everytime they are telling refund will be credited in your account within 1 week. Now it's more than 40 days, still I haven't received refund.

                  I had made a booking on zoomcar, booking id # JPS6NYKUE, on 28th May 2020. The total refundable amount of Rs 3499, is still not credited to my account. It has been more than 2 months and I have not got a proper response from the customer care. When I try to reach them over phone, they are not giving me an option to talk to customer executive. Please take proper action to make the money credited to my account as soon as possible.

                    It's been 5 months that I haven't received my refund for a trip cancelled due to pandemic.
                    Always they have fooled saying give us 10 days or 2 days and so on but it's been 5 months and yet not received our refund. The amount is big and we are following up since a long time. The team says it's processed but I haven't received any such amount. Even the app shows processed and they are not giving clarity also.

                    I have lost my job due to COVID and emergency finances have to be arranged.
                    The customer complaint number is disabled and now even the one on which we used to connect last few times.

                      I have registered on zap platform on 20th June-2020 and has paid amount of rupees 23430.00 and booked baleno car which was scheduled on 25th june-2020 for delivery. I received a call from zap team that vehicles are not available and amount will be get refunded.It has been almost 2 months and still i have not received any amount in my account and there is no proper response of my mails regarding refund.                         Refund of my cancelled booking is pending since 28th' May 2020. Full refund amount shows up under refund processing page of Zoomcar but it hasn't taken any step further. I have called and written mails to Zoomcar infinite times. But every time I received same reply through some personal number of their employees stating, "you would get refund within a week, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation. "
                        Its been more than 75 days. Now my call doesn't connect, my mails aren't replied. This is not just a refund issue but mental harassment.

                        Zoomcar is running scams on different fronts. Zoomcar is the worst!!

                          I booked a cab on 3rd july at 10 am and end the journey at 7 pm. As a security deposit total inr 4920 online paid to zoom car before starting the journey. At the end of journey total billing was inr 2221 remaining is inr 2699 still pending. Many times reminded to zoom car customer care and complained through their app but no positive response.
                          Request you to kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

                              I had subscribed to a Red Polo (KA03AH5837) in beginning of August 2020. The very first day, battery got drained and I had to cancel all my meetings. Repair happened the same day afternoon and I was assured that if problem persists then they would replace the battery or the car that very day. On 17th aug, again the cars battery was drained and upon calling, i was redirected to multiple people. Then i was told to wait till evening and later told that it cant be done today. I was dropped a mail for repair to happen at 7am next day and still zoomcar flunked the repair schedule. This has lead to another loss of 2 work days. Such a pathetic service and complaomt handling. I want a full refund of my money as already in 15 days, i had to take a leave of 3 days.

                                My name is vishal k p, from kerala. I booked zoomcar rental car for 7th july 2020, but due to the travel restrictions, i had to cancel my booking on 23rd june 2020. As per the booking, i payed a total of 3143 rupees using my netbanking service. As per zoomcar refund policy, the payments made through netbanking will reflect back within 15 days of the cancellation. But in my case, its been 2 months since my cancellation and i haven't received my refund. I tried calling their customer care with a toll free number provided in the internet, later the number was found unreachable. I raised several complaints though their mobile app and website, still no response.
                                My booking details are as follows:

                                Trip date: 7th july 2020
                                Cancellation date: 23rd june 2020
                                Please help me in receiving the full refund as soon as possible.

                                  Its been 2 months and I have not got my refund back.
                                  Zoom Car has only cancelled my booking saying car met with an accident and they do not have any car at that time.
                                  From then I am following up with them at least 70 times and have not got the proper and correct information about the refund.
                                  Every time I get only excuses stating - your money will be back in 2 weeks, 1 week, 48 hours. etc etc.
                                  According to zoom car policy money will be refunded back in 16-23 days but its been 2 and half month since then and no refund is happening.
                                  Why to provide false information to the customer and not returning the money of the person?

                                  IS THERE ANYTHING THAT THAT YOUR COMPANY IS LOYAL TO BECAUSE WHAT I CAN SEE IS THEY ARE NOT MEETING THEIR POLICY ONLY AND LEAVING THE CUSTOMER FRUSTRAED AND DISAPPOINTED instead

                                    Cancelled booking JPS6NKH5R on 20th may, a month before the date of journey.
                                    Its been 3 months now and i haven't received a refund of 27489.

                                    They don't answer calls and response to my emails is always the same " we are working on it and will share an update in 2 weeks".

                                      Can u please update me when I'll get my refund
                                      It's been months now...no update on refund amount.

                                      It might be small case for u but for me in this situation its really huge,

                                      I tried to reach out your team several times and no update from your side,

                                      One month post cancellation, one o[censored]r executive roshini informed me that amount will be credited to my account in 2 weeks

                                      Hell it's more than 4 months now...
                                      How long you want me to wait..

                                      It's really painful when there is no update and this kind of cases will be basis to lose trust on zoom car..

                                      Also be aware ...not only refund...even my security deposit also you guys are holding for more than months

                                      Is there any value for your own policies and Is this a fair way to treat your customer's trust

                                      Please provide a date...it doesn't make sense when u dont call out a date...as u are holding up deposit fee as well

                                      Upon no response with a valid date, I hav no option other than raising this in consuner forum
                                      See can u provide a date...else I might need to approach consumer redresssal forum..as doesn't make sense when u hold my deposit fee as well which is supposed to be refunded upon my cancellation

                                        Invalid Refuelling charges 229/- has been added to my account and when I try to contact you people, customer care number is not working tried many times u people are fraudsters thiefs how come u people can add invalid charges and loot customers i returned the vehicle at same level as I received at start of trip. U can check the uploaded images of start it was below 5% and also ur executive person mentionted no fuel in the car during start of my trip how come u people can approve it 10% starting fuel u can check start and end uploaded images in zoom car. I'm so disappointed with ur service I think I have to change the rental car service to some other.
