My name is vishal k p, from kerala. I booked zoomcar rental car for 7th july 2020, but due to the travel restrictions, i had to cancel my booking on 23rd june 2020. As per the booking, i payed a total of 3143 rupees using my netbanking service. As per zoomcar refund policy, the payments made through netbanking will reflect back within 15 days of the cancellation. But in my case, its been 2 months since my cancellation and i haven't received my refund. I tried calling their customer care with a toll free number provided in the internet, later the number was found unreachable. I raised several complaints though their mobile app and website, still no response.

Please help me in receiving the full refund as soon as possible.
