Hi, I have booked a polo car on 26may2020 by paying 6, 757/- as they asked for the full payment and I have cancelled it on 10june2020 due to some reason.
Till now I have not received my refund and it’s almost more than month now. I have emailed them for number of times. But they are not responding at all.
Please help me with my refund.

    I booked a zoom car on 17th july. For 180 km with fuel. And i paid the full money with 1000 rupees damage deposit. Payment is done from paytm. And after receiving the car i found there is no fuel in the car so i call the driver. He told me to fill the fuel and deposit the bill and you will get your money. So i have filled 800 rupees of fuel. And i uploaded the bill as well. The payment is done from upi. But as per the policy of zoom car i should have my refund with in 2 days from the booking. But its the sixth the day and the refund is still pending.

    There is no customer service in zoom car. Iam trying to contact them from 6 days but there is no way to contact them. Worst service they are providing. They don't care about their customers

    My issue isn't resolved yet. They didn't even initiated the refund its the 11th day. Zoom car is a cheater they are cheating in their customers.

        Hi team,
        I have booked zoom car on 29th may 2020 at 2300 for the date 1st june 2020. Zoomcar cancelled the booking and advise that full amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days of rs3776. I have not received the amount yet. I have paid through credit card and i am paying 33% rate of interest on the amount.

          My booking id is jps6npyzg as on 16.6.2020. Refundable amount of rs.3630 has not received and the booking got cancelled after i receive confirmation mail from zoom car. I look like systematic fraud happening in india by zoom cars

            Hi,

            I have booked zoomcar in mysore on[protected], but that day morning exactly 30 mins before booking time, they called me and told me that car is not available and they will cancel the booking and refund within 5 working days. That day i had to book another rental car because of them. I have called many times but they will tell give us 7 days, and it is been more than a month. Now call is not connecting in my registered mobile number.

            Worst response ever from this company.

                Booking id "jps66ntbu" was cancelled on 19th april, 2020. Now it is more than 3months but still the amount is not refunded.

                Booking id "jps6nyog7" was cancelled on 27 may, 2020. Now it is almost 2months but still the amount is not refunded.
                Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Now it is almost 1year but still no response.

                  I have cancelled my zoomcar booking on 3rd may and i get a email that the refund will be initiated and the amount will be credited in 5-15 days. It is more than 70 days since i cancelled my booking. I contact you many times via email and call but zoomcar did not gave me a proper response. Please help me to get my refund back.

                    On 14/6/2020 I had booked a self drive zoom car & it was a door delivery. The car was returned on the mentioned time & everything was fine.

                    The only damn problem is "Refund"
                    I have made n number of mails & calls but Zoom Car management seems to be so unfair & illiterate to customer's voice.

                    I want my 2999/- refund back asap.

                    & For heaven sake have a valid customer care number & support.
                    The way your office personnel spoke about the refunds & customer service says about your company.

                      I have cancelled my booking on 3rd June 2020 because of covid-19 and as per zoom car website if payment done through citi credit card refund takes 5-7 days but even after more than 45 days lots of calls and email they have done nothing. If you sent email then have never replied they are very busy people and in your phone calls there customer care people said only one thing it takes 2 days refund is already initiated. I am not happy with there customer service.

                        I have completed my Zoom car trip bearing trip id : JPS6N15WY on May 12th 2020 and zoom car is yet to refund the security refund deposit of Rs. 3403. I have been following up with them on their official facebook page and yet they have not initiated any refund

                          I am PHNM Suresh I have to get two refunds pending from zoomcar and my booking id is JPS6N5HBY and JPS6N5LE2. One booking at 29th june 2020 refund amount 1000/- rupees and another one at 30th june 2020 refund amount 1107/- rupees and it 21 days as been completed but refund was not received and trying to reachout zoomcar customer support there didn't responding for any emails I have sent 15 to 20 emails but no response. I also try to connect customer care with calls from last 2 weeks and waiting to connect to customer for 13 minutes and after 13 minutes automatically it as been disconnected. If there is any problem @zoomcar your guys have to inform to customers this is the worst experience with zoomcar.

                            It's beet a month from when I'd completed my booking(Booking ID: JPS6NP520)and I'm chasing zoomcar since few days for my refund amount.They don't respond to any mail sent by me and now their helpline number is also useless which is asking me to put my registered mobile number when I'm already calling from the same number. Anyone don't fall into trap of payment for refundable deposit.KINDLY let me know how to contact you guys because the promised date has also gone which their staff gave me 17july..

                                  For cancelled booking id jps6nyout dated: 2nd june 2020 refund is still pending.
                                  Car wasnt delivered for the booking due to un availability at zoomcar end.
                                  Even after more than a month of the date of car booking cancellation refund yet not initiated at the zoomcar company end.
                                  Repeated reminders have been made with no output.
                                  Customer service team is not reachable on the chargable customer service number. On mail too no satisfactory response or action is taken.
                                  Attached the status screenshot on zoomcar app and customer service response received.

                                      I was a zap associate, they stopped giving me revenue from september, 2019. After they told, in december, 2019 your vehicle's tenure will be ended. And when i asked them to return the car, they asked me to pay 6000 thousand as noc charges. Then they asked me to pay all loan, if i need to get car. I somehow paid all my loan, and submit all relevant documents to them. Now this is july's month, i didn't getting any response from them nor received my car till date. It was very unprofessional. They are now asking to pay around 70000 for further formalities + 20000 for middle man. #, don't you guys have any moral fundamentals.
                                      I want compensations against september, october, november and december of 2019.
                                      I want compensations against extra time, which they might used my car from december, 19 to july, 20 without my permission.
                                      I want compensations against the time, my family hopes were getting fade.
                                      I want compensations against those 6000, which they took for a noc. They were not giving me my revenue, but they can ask for noc charges?
                                      How do i was paying my loan, those days was a big headache, i need compensation against that.
                                      And finally i want my car back, man. Or i will go to physical court next.

                                        I had booked a car from zoomcar on 30th May, 2020. I completed my trip and submitted the car . I was supposed to get my refund deposit amount 5000/- on that day but, I have not received my refund amount yet.
                                        I tried calling to their customer care center, never pickup the phone. I have sent email, never revert to my email yet.
