I was a zap associate, they stopped giving me revenue from september, 2019. After they told, in december, 2019 your vehicle's tenure will be ended. And when i asked them to return the car, they asked me to pay 6000 thousand as noc charges. Then they asked me to pay all loan, if i need to get car. I somehow paid all my loan, and submit all relevant documents to them. Now this is july's month, i didn't getting any response from them nor received my car till date. It was very unprofessional. They are now asking to pay around 70000 for further formalities + 20000 for middle man. #, don't you guys have any moral fundamentals.
I want compensations against september, october, november and december of 2019.
I want compensations against extra time, which they might used my car from december, 19 to july, 20 without my permission.
I want compensations against the time, my family hopes were getting fade.
I want compensations against those 6000, which they took for a noc. They were not giving me my revenue, but they can ask for noc charges?
How do i was paying my loan, those days was a big headache, i need compensation against that.
And finally i want my car back, man. Or i will go to physical court next.

Do you have any responsibility towards customers?. Is this the way you provide support, how long do you take to refund?. I’am loosening my health because of you. You will surely be responsible if I had to face any sickness or issues pertaining to my health.
