I did not receive my refund

I booked my trip on may and i cancelled it due to some unavoidable reasons, zoomcar agents promised me to refund my amount within 5-7 days as per their policy, but i haven't received my amount till now, it's been more than two months now, very very poor customer service, we are not able to reach them...

non payment of refunds since 40 days

This is dr sreekanth. I booked car from mangaluru to bangalore on 3rd june 2020. I drove the car safely and reached bangalore without any temperament and gave the vechicle. Booking i'd is jps6nyeh1total cost of booking excluding fuel is rs 2169 and i paid rs 6344 which includes fare and caution deposit. Now they had to refund me rs 4175 which is not been refunded till date i. E 13 july almost 40 days....

I have book a zoom car on 30st may 2020 & delivered it back on 31st may 2020. I haven't received my refund till now it has been 42 days which is far more than their refund policy details (15 days from the date of delivery). harassment & service level mis-commitment

1. I have taken zap service since jun'20.
2. From the very beginning, the delivered car was faulty and i escalated the same from the very first day in different ways. Through call, mail, service agent etc.
3. However no proper action has been taken since last more than a month. There are numerous issues in the car. But replacement of the same has been happening since last more than a month.
4. I am now frustrated...

Not refunded my money since two months

I vamsikrishna, booked zoom car on 17th May 2020, they took around 3699 rupees as deposit amount. After completion of my trip deposit amount should be reversed to my account with in 15 days as per company policy of zoom car. I have booked a car with Zoom car and got cancelled on June 01 and till now I haven’t hit my money refunded .

When ever I try to call the customer care they are saying that it will be refunded soon, what is the time frame for soon?

Is it months or even years, seriously this is a big fraudulent scam which is going on .

They think after 10to 20 follow ups we will give up...

Refund not received even after 40 days

I have completed my trip on 29 may 2020 and till now i haven’t received my security refund amount and fuel amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and it is almost 42nd day. I am sending mails every day but no one responding to emails. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience.
Expecting a response from zoom car at least after this...

blacklisted by zoomcar for no reason

I have been using zoomcar from a year now and a few months ago they blacklisted my account without any intimation or reason. I have been trying to contact them via email, call, even through their 'contact us' portal with no help or resolution. There is no response from their end. I have inr 1000 credit left with me which they are not transferring and they're not even letting me book through my own account. This is an abysmal service....

Its been over 1 month since i booked my car, and i am yet to receive any refund. I feel like i am cheated. Customer support is not replying to my mail. I am thinking of sending the legal notice but it ll cost me 2k for legal recourse, for the deposit amount of 5k. But if i dont get back then maybe i have to go to court of law...

I have booked the car for many dates when there was a offers running but because of the lock down from past 3 months i had cancel couple of bookings and from 3 months they are not replying to any of the mail and whenever i call to the call center they are telling we have a server issue and will refund next week....
