Hi,
This is to inform you that i have rented a car on july 24th in bangalore and the car drops at hyderabad in july25th. The booking was inter state drop off with fuel charge reimbursement. The car was dropped off before the agreed upon time and a refund was supposed to be credited to my account within 48hrs of drop off as per their sms and email messages. Zoomcar app also mentions that refunds will be processed within 3-10 days. However, the refund is still not processed and my credit card payment date is fast approaching. I called zoomcar customercare care and their response is stereotype saying “ sorry for the inconvenience” with no definite answer on when my refund will be credited. The excuse they have is because of pandamic they are unable to process the payment. When they were able to process my payment immediately when i rented the car why can’t they do the same while refunding the amount? Aren’t we living in a digital world where everything is processed digitally? I think zoomcar is just cheating the public with wrong information. I am attaching their refund processing timeline from their app for your reference.
Zoomcar should be taught a lesson for falsely advertising and cheating people.
