Please be informed I booked car from Zoom car with booking Id JPS6NPE5I on 19th june 2020. My refund needs to come with in 3-5 working days however it didn't came and even I mailed them 7-8 times for the concern but they didn't even bother to contact me or get in touch.

I personally complaint also one of their sales manager Vivek gautam he said he will look into this but still no response from his end also...

Booking id # jps6nh99f, rs 12500 + rupees are pending to be refunded. Even after repeated reminders, email, still not received the money as yet....

It's been more than 20 days I am chasing Zoomcar for refund but company neither answering my calls (Never land to there customer care number despite remain online for more than 30 minutes).

Nor relying to dispute i raised multiple time on there website. seem like company is not interested to refund the money despite they have cancelled the vehicle I moved.

As I taken a ride in zoom car before last month I haven’t still received my security deposit refund yet which is an amount of 3000 but as per policy refunds has to complete in 15 days

I had booked endeavour for our trip between 19-23 jun in feb but due to covid pandemic i cancelled my time well before by 8 may 2020. Now the refund of 17, 710₹ is pending from zoom car and now it’s been 2 months since.
If they have even small amount they call us many time but my huge amount is pending for refund. I had complaint for it many times but still no processing.
They are not even picking up my calls and not answering...

I have cancelled my booking:

These bookings were cancelled on april 1st, 2020 and it is already three times that i have contacted customer support with everytime getting to hear the refund will be processed in 2 weeks. It is more than 3 months now, this is really very disappointing and un-professional...

I have booked a zoomcar on june 1st with id:jps6nyuqx, till today i didn't get my refund. It is more than a month. Tried calling number of times, said 15 times but again it's more than a month. You people are fraud. Cheater to the next level....

Zoomcar was running a promotion with zero cancellation refund. I made a booking and cancelled it later, Booking ID JPS6N1GCT. For this booing I paid Rs 32, 503 which is not refunded since 01 May 2020, when I cancelled it.

Customer care number they have is a paid one where no one’s answering and on top of it they are running zoomcar campaign. Even when we mail them it’s of no use.

It looks like a complete...

I completed my booking on 31st may by 4.00pm and it's been a month but not yet refunded. I could reach out the customer service regarding this querie and those who i have reached haven't respond properly.

I want to know the current status of my refund process and what to know when this thing will get refunded.

I have booked a zoomcar on 23rd june 2020, booking id (Jps6npxx1 and jps6np98s) which was cancelled on 24th june 2020 but the refund is not processed till date (3 july 2020). But while cancelling booking it was assured that it will be processed within 5-7 days....

Date of the incident : 22 may - 15 may 2020.

I booked a zoom car for the above 3 days. I paid inr 8, 242 as an advance. On my return, i received information from zoom that the total cost of the trip is inr 6, 585.
I was supposed to get a refund of inr1, 657 within 7 days. This refund amount is showing up on their app and it continues to show as refund not paid.
I have called them many...

My refund is pending from past one month. My booking id is jps6n18tj no update on my refund since 40days. I was supposed to get a refund of rs.22215/- i haved called many time and the cc executives say that they have a technical issue and the amount can be will initiated in 3 three days but still there is no action taken and they are fooling me and now i need to get my money because i am having many financial problems

I had total 5 bookings from zoom car and they are supposed to refund the security amount and excess fuel charges. But its been more than a month and they are not doing any refund. Below are the booking id list.

There is a lot of pending amount from zoom car since a long time please refund immediately my mobile number is [protected]...

I cancelled trip car on above one month but my refund not received...

Refund of a cancelled booking pending for more than a month of amount 7109, worse part is there is no communication from company and there is no way to reach out on phone, never reply to emails, even a mail to ceo is pending for a week now.
Was a regular customer to them but this is my last ever booking with this company.
