I booked a vehicle on 16th june, i had faced several issues after booking to starting the journey, car was cancelled and replaced multiple times. At the start of journey the car was not clean nor sanitized as promised, i still have the pictures with me and i had already notified of that issue back then. Now my fuel bill refund is not been made and its like a months time you have been continuously giving me excuses. Everytime i speak with the customer care executive they say next week and today also i got hear the same next week it will done excuse. I have had my patience and can't take this anymore. I can't keep following up with you guys weekly for the payment, it's like you make me beg for my money. Very disappointed and will never use the service again. Posting this on social media because people who are trying to book be aware of this and only book a zoomcar if you're ready face such situation after service.
