I made a booking on jun 8th 2020, i didn’t receive my refund till now! Its been more than 30 days, i noticed that zoomcar ivrs call for support related any complaints has been suspended! I’m unable to connect to customer care! I need my refund within 24hrs

    I booked a vehicle on 16th june, i had faced several issues after booking to starting the journey, car was cancelled and replaced multiple times. At the start of journey the car was not clean nor sanitized as promised, i still have the pictures with me and i had already notified of that issue back then. Now my fuel bill refund is not been made and its like a months time you have been continuously giving me excuses. Everytime i speak with the customer care executive they say next week and today also i got hear the same next week it will done excuse. I have had my patience and can't take this anymore. I can't keep following up with you guys weekly for the payment, it's like you make me beg for my money. Very disappointed and will never use the service again. Posting this on social media because people who are trying to book be aware of this and only book a zoomcar if you're ready face such situation after service.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        I had availed car Zoomcar services from Trivandrum during the below mentioned period. And I have Rs 16.638 pending refund from the company which I have not recived even after more than 30 days of availing the services.
        Even after repeated emails the company has not responded back nor refunded the money.

        1. Booking ID : JPS6NY3R6 -Date : 09/06/2020- Rs.4714 Refund pending
        2. Booking ID :JPS6NYURI - Date : 06/06/2020- Rs.10925 Refund pending
        3. Booking ID :JPS6NYAR7 -Date : 03/06/2020- Rs.999 Refund pending

        Note: There is no proper way to contact the company and the customer care numbers dont lead us to talk to anyone in the company leaving the customers helpless.

        Kindly help in getting back the refund.

          Zoom car polices are good enough and services are up to the mark. We (me my family and friends) are using their services from long back.
          This is first time we are facing a issue with zoom car customer care where they are not responding back on the requests / complaints raised through there application multiple times.
          We have cancelled a booking with zoom car due to COVID 19 pandemic situation and with this the entire travel plan was cancelled including flights and all stuff.
          This booking was cancelled somewhere in April 2020, but my refund amount is still not initiated by zoom car. I have tried to request zoom car team multiple times through there application but their is no any response from them. There applications not shows any summary of requests / complaints done by the customer.
          Also there is no method to telephonically connect with them as there customer care number doesn't have option for that [protected].

          My booking ID : JPS6NUN2C {Booking tariff 326 Hours / 1630Kms)
          Pick up was scheduled for 26th April 2020 7:00am from Chandigarh and vehicle drop on 9th May 2020 Chandigarh.
          Booking Charges INR 14, 201
          Cancellation charges : INR 200
          Net refund amount pending with ZOOM Car INR 14, 001

          Still I request zoom car team to connect back with me and please proceed my refund amount ASAP.
          Also request Zoom car team to add a feature in application where customer can see the status of their requests / complaints raised to your good office.

            I booked my trip on may and i cancelled it due to some unavoidable reasons, zoomcar agents promised me to refund my amount within 5-7 days as per their policy, but i haven't received my amount till now, it's been more than two months now, very very poor customer service, we are not able to reach them

              This is dr sreekanth. I booked car from mangaluru to bangalore on 3rd june 2020. I drove the car safely and reached bangalore without any temperament and gave the vechicle. Booking i'd is jps6nyeh1total cost of booking excluding fuel is rs 2169 and i paid rs 6344 which includes fare and caution deposit. Now they had to refund me rs 4175 which is not been refunded till date i. E 13 july almost 40 days. I dialled customer care so many times but no response. I personally felt very bad.                     I know you dont have money, so do i. But that doesnt mean you can put my money to work!! If you need money, get a loan buddy!

                    Stop fooling around and return my payments immediately as i dont have money to pay my inflated credit card dues due to pending refunds from zoomcar

                      Hi i am yaswanth,

                      I have book a zoom car on 30st may 2020 & delivered it back on 31st may 2020. I haven't received my refund till now it has been 42 days which is far more than their refund policy details (15 days from the date of delivery). Initial days when i have contacted the customer care they have requested me to wait for a week and its been 42 days. When i have contacted the near by zoom car manager he said as per the yes bank issue he has requested me to wait for a week and it has passed 2 weeks more.

                      I have been sending the mails to zoom car daily, but till now there is no response till now.

                        1. I have taken zap service since jun'20.
                        2. From the very beginning, the delivered car was faulty and i escalated the same from the very first day in different ways. Through call, mail, service agent etc.
                        3. However no proper action has been taken since last more than a month. There are numerous issues in the car. But replacement of the same has been happening since last more than a month.
                        4. I am now frustrated and decided to close my zap subscription. I will arrange the car from another operator.
                        5. Since you have not maintained your written commitment as per service level agreement, i am also not bound to do so. Please guide me how to submit the car.
                        6. For your reference, i am quoting the ticket numbers that i previously raised 468938, 469445, 467247.

                            I vamsikrishna, booked zoom car on 17th May 2020, they took around 3699 rupees as deposit amount. After completion of my trip deposit amount should be reversed to my account with in 15 days as per company policy of zoom car.                               I have booked a car with Zoom car and got cancelled on June 01 and till now I haven’t hit my money refunded .

                              When ever I try to call the customer care they are saying that it will be refunded soon, what is the time frame for soon?

                              Is it months or even years, seriously this is a big fraudulent scam which is going on .

                              They think after 10to 20 follow ups we will give up and they can nicely enjoy the money .

                              I don’t have words with me to express how I feel now such a irresponsible company.

                              But they are very well trained to say a single word continuesly “Sorry”..

                                  I have completed my trip on 29 may 2020 and till now i haven’t received my security refund amount and fuel amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and it is almost 42nd day. I am sending mails every day but no one responding to emails. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience.
                                  Expecting a response from zoom car at least after this complaint.

                                    I have been using zoomcar from a year now and a few months ago they blacklisted my account without any intimation or reason. I have been trying to contact them via email, call, even through their 'contact us' portal with no help or resolution. There is no response from their end. I have inr 1000 credit left with me which they are not transferring and they're not even letting me book through my own account. This is an abysmal service.

                                      I booked zoom car on 11th may (Booking id: jps6n1uu7) and 19th may (Booking id: jps6nwmx). Due to some reason i cancelled two bookings. As mentioned in their terms and conditions, they have to return my refund in 10 to 15 days. But 70 days gone, i didn't get my refund. Initially i reached the customer care but now they disabled the option. Through facebook i checked with them and they are telling the same message "as soon as possible" for past one month. But till now i didn't get the refund. Kindly get my refund asap.

                                        My first booking had bad experience, they say the car is sanitized but zoom car employee after handing over car did not sanitize again atleast to steering. I did ask him multiple times but he ignored. Also it has been q
                                        10 days but no refund. The car hand brake was not working at all, i observed this when i parked car for a break in slope at coorg. Hopefully nothing happened and am alive.
