Hello,

I have made the booking for zap subscription on zoom app and subscribed to ford free style on 12 may 2020, since then i am awaiting for the delivery of car. Then i have requested for refund as they failed to deliver the car.

They are not even refunding the amount of 28882 which i paid for the booking.

I have send multiples mails on which they simply reply to wait for 5 to 20 days and same reply even after 20 days.

Could you please help me to get back my money.

    It has been over a month since my refund for the rides cancelled with zoomcar has been processed. Evey time i reach out to the customer care o am told that it would be processed in a week. It has been over 40 days since the issue, yet no progress.

          This is in reference with booking id jps6nyxot. Already tried so many times to reach out to zoomcar in order to get an update on the cancelled booking and its amount that has to be refunded and should be till now as per their policy but they are not even reverting back over my queries and it has been more than a month so far no money has been received.           So far, No one has come back to me for this request. Now i just can't understand why they don't just suspend their services untill they need time to resolve the old running issues? Like i saw many similar problems facing by others also, still they are not taking this seriously.

          Seems like it is Zoomcar Company's general practice not to respond over the complaints with appropriate updates. I have seen so complaints mostly related to refunding the security amount not only amid this pandemic but also since 4 or 5 years back.

          The unfortunate situation is there are no ways via we customers could take serious action against such breach of their own refund policies.

          Before doing a booking, i got feedbacks like it is well known company but after experiencing such idiotic service and their response, i can definitely say that this company either should take their customers seriously or they should just close this company atleast future customers will be saved from them. Shameless people really.

          I hope you can understand the refund amount is already delayed by more than 2 months.

          Though, i have received response from your team 2 or teams only but everytime they have said same thing to me.

          You mentioned it will take some more time, it means should i expect it to be processed by the next year only and not before that? The major problem is i even don't know the real reason why processing the refund amount could take this much of time? What are the exact policies you guys have for these type of issues?

            Today is 44th day and still i haven't received my refund and worst part is it's not just my deposit amount but the amount which i paid for fuel even though i have booked with fuel car rental service but at the time of journey they convinced me to pay for fuel and refund later. My worst ever experience with zoom car.

              Please refer below screenshot for zoomcar booking done through their app. On the day of delivery, zoom car own its own cancelled the booking due to non availability of the vehicle. They said they will refund the amount in 7-10 days. Now it is one month over but still not received the refund. Zoom car company is not responding. When i checked in website i could see complaint from various consumers that they are also cheated by zoomcar.

                Hi,
                I cancelled a trip on the 3rd of june and am still awaiting my refund. My calls on their customer care number also don't go through anymore. I have been assured it'll happen in 5 days at least 4 or 5 times now and it still hasn't happened.

                The refund amount is rs. 2911.

                        I have cancelled my 2 bookings and which i have paid 30k (Approx). I cancelled one of my booking in the month of march and other in the month of june. Till now i have not received refund from the zoom car. I have paid through credit card while booking and the bank is charging interest and late payment charges for non-payment.                             I booked a vehicle on 16th june, i had faced several issues after booking to starting the journey, car was cancelled and replaced multiple times. At the start of journey the car was not clean nor sanitized as promised, i still have the pictures with me and i had already notified of that issue back then. Now my fuel bill refund is not been made and its like a months time you have been continuously giving me excuses. Everytime i speak with the customer care executive they say next week and today also i got hear the same next week it will done excuse. I have had my patience and can't take this anymore. I can't keep following up with you guys weekly for the payment, it's like you make me beg for my money. Very disappointed and will never use the service again. Posting this on social media because people who are trying to book be aware of this and only book a zoomcar if you're ready face such situation after service.

                                I had availed car Zoomcar services from Trivandrum during the below mentioned period. And I have Rs 16.638 pending refund from the company which I have not recived even after more than 30 days of availing the services.
                                Even after repeated emails the company has not responded back nor refunded the money.

                                  Zoom car polices are good enough and services are up to the mark. We (me my family and friends) are using their services from long back.
                                  This is first time we are facing a issue with zoom car customer care where they are not responding back on the requests / complaints raised through there application multiple times.
                                  We have cancelled a booking with zoom car due to COVID 19 pandemic situation and with this the entire travel plan was cancelled including flights and all stuff.
                                  This booking was cancelled somewhere in April 2020, but my refund amount is still not initiated by zoom car. I have tried to request zoom car team multiple times through there application but their is no any response from them. There applications not shows any summary of requests / complaints done by the customer.
                                  Also there is no method to telephonically connect with them as there customer care number doesn't have option for that [protected].

                                  Pick up was scheduled for 26th April 2020 7:00am from Chandigarh and vehicle drop on 9th May 2020 Chandigarh.
                                  Booking Charges INR 14, 201
                                  Cancellation charges : INR 200
                                  Net refund amount pending with ZOOM Car INR 14, 001

                                  Still I request zoom car team to connect back with me and please proceed my refund amount ASAP.
                                  Also request Zoom car team to add a feature in application where customer can see the status of their requests / complaints raised to your good office.

                                      This is dr sreekanth. I booked car from mangaluru to bangalore on 3rd june 2020. I drove the car safely and reached bangalore without any temperament and gave the vechicle. Booking i'd is jps6nyeh1total cost of booking excluding fuel is rs 2169 and i paid rs 6344 which includes fare and caution deposit. Now they had to refund me rs 4175 which is not been refunded till date i. E 13 july almost 40 days. I dialled customer care so many times but no response. I personally felt very bad.
