    My booking corresponding to id: jps6nywdn, have been completed 2 months before on june 4th 2020. The refund amount of 2999 is still pending. I had called up zoomcar customer care few weeks before and the executive assured that i will get my refund in 24 hours, but never happened.

    Afterwards i have been trying to reach out to zoomcar but none returns my calls (Despite the repeated message that the executive will reach out.)

    I have also informed zoomcar to look into the issue via e mail for which i never got a reply.

    My booking details : id : jps6nywdn
    Car: hyundai creta
    Pick up : 3rd june 2020, 7.30 am, near coimbatore airport
    Scheduled drop : 04 june 2020, 6.00 pm, near chennai airport.
    Completed on : 04 june 2020, 3.45 pm.

    Requesting zoomcar to refund at the earliest.

    Am yet to receive my refund of INR 2999. !!!

    8 months over and still my refund is pending !

    Are you guys even following any protocols to handle customer issues ???

    I can still see bookings open for Zoom cars but customer care numbers are not available!!!

    How is this possible!

    I need an immediate response and refund !
    Hi Zoomcar team,

    Am yet to receive my refund of INR 2999. I can see many of the resolved refund issues which was submitted much later than mine.
    I need an immediate refund.
    Its been almost 5 months !

      Dear sir/madam,

      We made a zoom car booking on may 20th till may 22nd. As per zoom car norms the extra fuel amount must be refunded by the organization. The concern petrol bills are uploaded in the app.

      I tried reaching the customer care many times but i was receiving a simple answer that the bill will be processed within a week. But till date its been two and half months i didn't receive any amount.

      I kindly request the organization to look into pending refund status and solve it as soon as possible.

        I have not received my refund of rs.5700 from zoomcar from the last 2 months.
        Their customer care is busy the whole day, no response for emails.
        They only respond to tweets.

        There are thousands of customers who are facing the same issue.

        I'm ready to take any kind of legal action against the firm (Zoomcar).

        I have not received my refund of Rs.5629 against my booking ID- JPS6NYMUG from Zoomcar from the last 2 months.
        Their customer care is busy the whole day, no response for emails too.

        I have 200% authority to know the exact reason behind this fraud you people are doing.

        Leave your damn old school ### reasons and face us with your GENUINE reasons.

        I have a list of around 200 CUSTOMERs refund issues with all their booking ID, soon will be fining an FIR against Zoomcar.

          I made 2 bookings on 25th & 28th may.
          On 25th may zoom tram cancelled my booking saying that car has been used for some emergency. They told that they will refund the amount.
          On 28th may i made a booking and there was security deposit amount.. So i've yet to receive my security deposit and fuel reimbursement.

          I tried to attach the image related to booking details but unable to attach the file.
          So i'll share the details here
          25th may booking id jps6nyigv amt rs.2637/- booking was cancelled by zoom team because of in availability of car.
          28th may booking id jps6nyqme amt rs.4075/- security deposit and fuel reimbursement

          I've been trying to call zoom tram from last 2 months. Initially they use to respond saying that there has been some technical issue with their servers but now they are not even reachable. That is the reason i would like to take help from this platform..

          Kindly look into this and help me to get justice..

            Booked zoom car for 22 june, 2020 and there was a technical issue on their side and booking was not confirmed and received a message next day morning i received message for the booking which is automatically cancelled and refund will be processed. Since then i was waiting for a refund for a service which i happen to not use in first place because of their technical glitch.

              I cancelled my booking on 28th july and the refund process has not been started yet. I have been contacting zoomcar about this. But they are too reluctant to reply.

                I rented a car using Zoomcar on 15th July 2020, and a security deposit was taken at the time of booking. It has been more than 17 days till now and I still haven't received the refund of the deposit. I am owed about 2100 rupees. The car was also delivered late by an hour that day, and that unused hour is not even added in the refund. Zoomcar's customer care contact number is also not working now, and multiple emails sent to them have been in vain. The least they can do is acknowledge that message and address the problem. This is very wrong on their part. I hope they respond at least now.

                  I made a booking with zoomcar. Before booking, i asked zoomcar if preponing is allowed, and they told me yes. (Proof attached) but now when i want to prepone they are telling me no cars are available. However, on their booking page all cars are available for same date and time. On being inquired, they told me they have different fleets for bookings and rescheduling, so they can’t reschedule. (Proof attached). Now i tried with all the cars and none was available, so does their rescheduling fleet even exist if there are no cars in that fleet. I could cancel and rebook, but the rebooking price has tripled now. Could you please help me?

                    Hello,
                    I had taken a trip with ZoomCar on 1st July 2020. The concerning booking id -jps6n5usy. This is a business trip and my organization allows me to claim this as an expense. As per the organization policies, an expense should be claimed within 30 days of its occurrence. There is a refund of 1500 INR pending towards fuel from ZoomCar. Despite of many calls to the customer support, the refund was not processed in turn invoice is not generated. Without invoice I will not be able to claim the expense. ZoomCar escalation team told me that they cannot help me to generate before 3 weeks. So, I will loose money towards the expense. As per ZoomCar refund policy, the refund should be initiated within 30 days of the trip. However, its not the case with my trip. I want to take legal against ZoomCar as I am loosing the money I am supposed to get from my organisation due to their delay/inefficiency.

                      I had booked the zoom car for my vacation in Mangalore but due to the pandemic I had to cancel the said booking. The cancellation is done in the month of April and i m still awaiting my refund. I have written a few times to the company but no response has come from them. Every time we call them they will tell you that they will refund in 5 to 10 days.

                        Its regarding my booking ref no JPS6NO3WU. This was booked from 28 April 2020 till 29 April 2020 pick up Manipal. However due to Covid -19 lockdown I cancelled this booking on 8th April 2020. Its been 4 months now and Zoom car is back in business however still after many chasers, request my refund of Rs 5041 is pending.

                        Everytime i mail you, its telling that would be settled soon. I am really frustrated regarding the same.

                        How long it will take ?

                          I completed my zoomcar booking on 3rd of july. I was told refund will be processed in 7-14 days, i've been calling and sending emails repeatedly regarding refund but all i get to hear is wait for 24-48 hours, even after talking to supervisors, they had said same which is not processed yet. I don't really understand why is it taking a lot of time even after giving more time than requested. Please address this issue asap and process the refund. Please please and please help me regarding for this.

                                  I have cancelled the trip on 28th April 2020 as my trip got cancelled due to lockdown, still waiting for refund, every-week I call they tell me next week, it's more then 3month, called more then 50 times, dropped numerous mail, still no update, even zoom don't have a courtesy to give a feedback regarding the date and fooling everyone by saying, will be done in next 15days.

                                    I booked a car through zoomcar app on 11/06/2020 but later it was cancelled from their side due to some documentation issues, I done everything to reach them regarding my refund i e-mailed them, called them and send tweets on social media but they are continuously saying that they are doing their best to refund my money of Rs.1428 but, nothing happened till date(28/07/2020).It is just not only me several customers are also in trouble please take cognizance of it

                                      We haven't received the refund of our two bookings ( one which got cancelled & another where fuel refund is pending ). I tried reaching Zoomcar via customer care number but got no response. Then tried to message them on Twitter and I was told that refund will be done at the earliest. But sadly I haven't received it yet.
                                      The worst part is ZoomCar has not refunded amount of 100s o[censored]sers from past many weeks, there are people waiting for their refund from 3-4 months as well.
                                      Please refund my amount as well as for all the other users. This should be taken seriously. Cyber police should take some action against Zoomcar.
