refund not processed, even after more than one month. and customer support is not reachable now.

Now a days, zoom car receiving many refund related complaints. Unfortunately i'm one of them. My refund amount is not initiated. Have followed up with zoom car so many times, every time they provide a false tentative date and not processing the amount.

It's almost 3months, not even heard anything from the customer care, sent many emails. It's not a less amount of money 14, 400. I paid with my credit card, now i can't able to pay them, they are charging interest. I'm really not sure why they are playing stupid little games on customers...

Refund has not been processed from more than 2 months

Hi,
I have spoken to zoomcar representatives many times, and everytime i am getting different answer that, you will get the refund in two weeks, you will get refund in 48 hrs etc. Once they said you will recieve a link and after filling your account information you will be given refund instantly, but nothing has happened.
It's been more than 2 months now and i am fed of service, zoomcar has given me.

Refund not initiated over a month

I had completed my booking on 2nd june and had been promised that the refund would be initiated within 15 days but its been over a month that they refund is not initiated. The zoomcar support people keeping extending the dates but nothing happened yet.

Deposit not being refunded by company

Zoomcar swiftly accepted my booking for a car back in May. I cancelled the booking for personal reasons the very next day (31st of May) and after a penalty fee of ₹800 which was deducted, I was promised the balance would be refunded in 24-48 hours. It has been 48 DAYS and there is still no sign of refund. Company is not responding or calling back...

Non payment of refund

Refund of my cancelled booking is pending since 27may2020. Full refund amount shows up under refund processing page of zoomcar but its not taking any step further. I called and wrote mails to zoomcar many times. But every time I received same reply, " you would get refund within a week, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation. "
Its been almost 2 months. Now my call doesn't connect, my mails aren't replied; may be they have blocked...

I had booked a zoomcar on 8th june and had paid the deposit of 2000 rs, which was supposed to be refunded back to me in 7-10 business days. It's July 17 today, and after tonnes of complaints, requests to get a call back from the customer service I haven't yet recieved my money. Nor a call from the customer executives. Their policy states that they would give back my refund max by 10-15 days yet I've been calling everyday and registering complaints...

I have many refunds pending from zoomcar. Its been so long and when ever I call their customer support, they always say 2 more weeks to resolve a technical refund issue. I am not sure what is the technical issue which is taking months for them to resolve. Mean while my money is stuck with them for very long time.

Non refund of deposit money

I have booked a zoom car one month ago on the 15th of june 2020 and since then i am continuously trying to connect with the company but not getting proper response.
Most of the time nobody responds to customer care no. Which i have almost tried several times.

Refunds not being processed

I have booked 2 vechicles and subsciption from zoomcar which did not work out. I have raised request for refunds for the cancelled bookings. I have not received my refunds for all the 3 bookings which were cancelled.
I have tried contacting their customer service, emails, connecting through twitter/facebook but all in vain. They have a standard response that we have some issue on our end. This has been the same issue for 1.5 months....

refund pending from zoomcar

Done with my booking jps6np9ik on 24th june no refund received for rs1700, raised another complaint too about the experience while using zoomcar!
My other complaint was the car which i got was not well maintained, ac did not work, one side headlight was not working at all...

refund amount - company trying to cheat

Still waiting for refund amount after 2 months after trip. Every time sane reply from company sorry we are processing. Now even they stopped there option of speaking to customer care. I suspect company is going to be closed and are cheating customers by holding the refund amount.

Please let me know how i can file a cheating case against zoomcar company
