I cancelled my booking on 30th may. An amount is 9600 has to be refund back. It's been 7 weeks but my i didnt receive my refund back.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I was a zap associate, they stopped giving me revenue from september, 2019. After they told, in december, 2019 your vehicle's tenure will be ended. And when i asked them to return the car, they asked me to pay 6000 thousand as noc charges. Then they asked me to pay all loan, if i need to get car. I somehow paid all my loan, and submit all relevant documents to them. Now this is july's month, i didn't getting any response from them nor received my car till date. It was very unprofessional. They are now asking to pay around 70000 for further formalities + 20000 for middle man. #, don't you guys have any moral fundamentals.
    I want compensations against september, october, november and december of 2019.
    I want compensations against extra time, which they might used my car from december, 19 to july, 20 without my permission.
    I want compensations against the time, my family hopes were getting fade.
    I want compensations against those 6000, which they took for a noc. They were not giving me my revenue, but they can ask for noc charges?
    How do i was paying my loan, those days was a big headache, i need compensation against that.
    And finally i want my car back, man. Or i will go to physical court next.

      I had booked a car from zoomcar on 30th May, 2020. I completed my trip and submitted the car . I was supposed to get my refund deposit amount 5000/- on that day but, I have not received my refund amount yet.
      I tried calling to their customer care center, never pickup the phone. I have sent email, never revert to my email yet.
      Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I had a cancelled my Zoom car subscription on 9 th June, Zoom car people has promised me my total refund of Rs.26, 886, would be transferred within 15 days, But it is been close to 40 days but there is no luck on the refund. I had followed up with them on multiple channels but didnt get the proper reply or the expected date of refund, This has made me anxious a lot.

          Its been more than 20 days and i have not received the refund amount.
          Extremely disappointed with poor service and the negligence shown by zoom car.

          I demand my complete refund to be made asap.

            I have still not received the refund for the security deposit i paid which i was supposed to get within a week. Its been more than a week i booked the car on 11th july 2020.. Booking id jps6nscy8.
            I am not able to contact customer care as well and have raised an issue 4-5 times but there is no response from there end.
            I didnot expect such pathetic service from a conpany like yours.
            Do let me know when my refund will be processed.

                  I made a booking in june and successfully completed the booking as well. A refund of 2999 is yet to be deposited back to my account! It has been 50 days. Worst response to customers and no customer care calls. The company still goes on and makes more offers and bookings trying to fraud the rest of their customers, who are unaware of this scam!

                    Hi, it's been more than 4 months i have cancelled my ride and not received the pending refund amount. Even mailed you guys for so many times but you guys are behaving like frauds.                           Due to lockdown, i cancelled the above booking in may 2020, till date zoomcar has not refunded the amount, i have send six emails regarding this matter and they just keep replying that they are working on refunding the amount.

                          Since, i am unemployed, the amount is precious for me.

                          Hence i request you to kindly do the needful to get my refund as early as possible.

                            For an emergency purpose, i have booked car for period from 13 to 17 during may 2020, paid an amount of rs.5120/- on my credit card and the same is not served. Hence, cancelled.

                            Again booked for 13 to 18 during may 2020, paid an amount of rs.7576/- on again my credit for my emergency which is not fulfilled. Hence, again cancelled.

                            I have called regarding refunds of said amount more than 50 times. All other service providers giving refund with 2 to 3 days correctly upto the satisfaction of customers.

                            I am deeply regretted with your services and procedures. Kindly refund my money along with interest since you didnot serve me on time and it is almost more than 70 days.

                                Dear sir,
                                With reference to my booking id jps6noxql in zoomcar. I have cancelled this booking on 31st march 2020 but the refund against this cancellation is in pending so far. I have raised the query regarding my refund so many times but there is no response from zoomcar even after multiple attempts. Zoom car holding my refund amount for more than three months without any valid reason and zoom car is not responding to customer also. How should i take this approach? For this delay, zoom car have no valid reason even as per zoom car policies and government guidelines during lockdown. Tamilnadu government already gave permission to run the company with at least 33 % of total employees. I want register a complaint against zoomcar, chennai. Please clarification from your side to take up this issue in legal way.

                                  I have cancelled few zoom car bookings and still amount not refunded back. As per there policy they hve to refund within 15 days. Now more than 45 days over but still refund not initiated. Customer care person also not responding properly regarding refund. They will say next week next week. Till now am not received any mail communication or sms or cal from zoom team regarding delay in refund status. Pls take appropriate actions against them.

                                    I have booked car from zoomcar 3 times. All three times they don't get or give the car at final moment and give some lame excuse.

                                    When I call the customer service they mostly talk like a goon with rude attitude. After a fight they will give resolution to drop an email or that they will arrange amln callback but response will not come.

                                    I want the refund ASAP. And I want the refund of supermiler subscription which I paid and it not yet started, because I can't be using their service. It's clear these guys are looting money and not proving fair service

                                      My Zoom Car Booking was cancelled by Zoom Car itself because of the last minute unavailability of the car that I asked for. This Booking was on 1st June 2020. I have not received the refund of Rs 3, 500 and is pending since then.When I called the customer care on last week of June, the representative said there was some issue with the system for refund and all the refunds would be processed by end of June. Now its mind July and I have not received any refund. There is no response to my emails and calls.

                                        Cancelled zoom car bookings(JPS6N1R1S,
