Payment failed but amount debited

I tried booking a Maruti Swift from zoomcar on 07/08/2020. I paid using Google pay. But the transaction got cancelled at the last moment. The amount got debited from my account and in Google pay the payment was successful but there was no confirmation on booking. Also no booking ID was provided. Zoomcar - Refund 35k pending for 4months

Hello, consumer forum.
I had done the following 8 bookings on zoomcar. Booking date: between 13 feb 2020 to 15 feb 2020. I was assured in february that i will be refunded back the whole booking money if i cancel my booking 24 hours before the start of my booking. Disputed booking details are as mentioned below.

Booking ID: JPS6N?RWVB and cancelled the booking on 24th March.
Since then it is showing refund initiated. However, the refund was never made. Called many times and wrote to them, no resolution.

Refund Pending for almost 2 months

Hi,

Such a unfriendly environment this zoom is creating here? totally messed-up with the service zoom is providing.
Its been Almost 2 months that i have been pending with refund amount and this is not for a single ride but for 5 Rides almost nearer to "8k". I just want to ask Zoom management about this- If you are incapable for providing refund for customer then why you guys will take amount?

Refund Not received for more than 3 months

I had cancelled my zoomcar booking with ID #JPS66F8NB on 19th of April 2020. It was a booking for a Mahindra Thar from Delhi location for a period of 20 days.
I have a refund amount pending of 21728 INR. Zoomcar is promising me through their facebook page/messenger/voice calls that my refund will be processed in 2 weeks since May. However, they have not credited the amount yet.

Have booked the car rent in may in the offer period and the journey date was 9th june but due to some issue have cancelled my booing on 5th. App is showing pending refund as 3500/- from past 1 month. Refund of security deposit & fuel charges

I have pending refund of security deposit and fuel charges from zoom cars against Vehicle no. Ka03 ag 8253, since June 05. I tried to your call centre no. which is not connecting & your co. Employees give unsure dates and also given false commitments & misleading me. Amount paid to you from credit card and they charging interest on payable amount.

I want amount to be refunded immediately by tomorrow....

Zoom Car- Security Deposit Refund Not Received

I have completed my trip on 19-Jun-2020 and waiting for a security deposit refund till now as per policy it will take a maximum of 15 days to refund but till now I didn't get any refund. I tried to contact zoom car customer service but not get a response.

I used zoom car service first time and such a worst experience I am facing for refund. I think will never use it in future if this kind of situation occurring.

refund complaint - cancelled in march 2020

My booking number jps6nkklw, refund 10404 pending from march 2020, no response from zoom car for long time, not able to reach customer service agent through mail or call. Almost everywhere unlock of lockdown executed but they can offer new schemes but cannot pay back refund. Very poor strategy and customer response. It has been more than 6 mons since they are holding customer fund without interest....

Refund not received over a month

I have canceled my trip on 29 may 2020 and till now i haven’t received my security deposit. The policy states that the amount will be reflected within15 days but it been over a month now. I have never received this kind of problem with zoomcar.
I have been calling them after the 15 days and every week they say wait till the weekend but nothing happens. Now they have removed the option for refund related queries in their toll-free...
