I had booked zoom car and completed my journey on june1 2020.
But till now I, e. july19 2020, I have not received my refund of rs.3909. I kept calling them multiple times, they kept telling to give them 2 weeks times.
Even an email thread was going on refund, but now they r neither calling nor responding to the email with appropriate content.
This is my first time experience with zoom car.
I request you to take an action so that I could get my refund

    Booking cancelled : jps6nksp0 & jps6no3tf -

    Due to lockdown, i cancelled the above booking in may 2020, till date zoomcar has not refunded the amount, i have send six emails regarding this matter and they just keep replying that they are working on refunding the amount.

    Since, i am unemployed, the amount is precious for me.

    Hence i request you to kindly do the needful to get my refund as early as possible.

      For an emergency purpose, i have booked car for period from 13 to 17 during may 2020, paid an amount of rs.5120/- on my credit card and the same is not served. Hence, cancelled.

      Again booked for 13 to 18 during may 2020, paid an amount of rs.7576/- on again my credit for my emergency which is not fulfilled. Hence, again cancelled.

      I have called regarding refunds of said amount more than 50 times. All other service providers giving refund with 2 to 3 days correctly upto the satisfaction of customers.

      I am deeply regretted with your services and procedures. Kindly refund my money along with interest since you didnot serve me on time and it is almost more than 70 days.

          Dear sir,
          With reference to my booking id jps6noxql in zoomcar. I have cancelled this booking on 31st march 2020 but the refund against this cancellation is in pending so far. I have raised the query regarding my refund so many times but there is no response from zoomcar even after multiple attempts. Zoom car holding my refund amount for more than three months without any valid reason and zoom car is not responding to customer also. How should i take this approach? For this delay, zoom car have no valid reason even as per zoom car policies and government guidelines during lockdown. Tamilnadu government already gave permission to run the company with at least 33 % of total employees. I want register a complaint against zoomcar, chennai. Please clarification from your side to take up this issue in legal way.

            I have cancelled few zoom car bookings and still amount not refunded back. As per there policy they hve to refund within 15 days. Now more than 45 days over but still refund not initiated. Customer care person also not responding properly regarding refund. They will say next week next week. Till now am not received any mail communication or sms or cal from zoom team regarding delay in refund status. Pls take appropriate actions against them.

              I have booked car from zoomcar 3 times. All three times they don't get or give the car at final moment and give some lame excuse.

              When I call the customer service they mostly talk like a goon with rude attitude. After a fight they will give resolution to drop an email or that they will arrange amln callback but response will not come.

              I want the refund ASAP. And I want the refund of supermiler subscription which I paid and it not yet started, because I can't be using their service. It's clear these guys are looting money and not proving fair service

                My Zoom Car Booking was cancelled by Zoom Car itself because of the last minute unavailability of the car that I asked for. This Booking was on 1st June 2020. I have not received the refund of Rs 3, 500 and is pending since then.When I called the customer care on last week of June, the representative said there was some issue with the system for refund and all the refunds would be processed by end of June. Now its mind July and I have not received any refund. There is no response to my emails and calls.

                    Zoomcar customer care

                    I haven't received my refund yet.. it's been 45 days. Since 30 days, Everyday I am trying to reach the Zoomcar customer care. There is no option to rise the complaint. How can we trust this brand for new bookings or subscriptions. Very disappointed....

                    Now a days, zoom car receiving many refund related complaints. Unfortunately i'm one of them. My refund amount is not initiated. Have followed up with zoom car so many times, every time they provide a false tentative date and not processing the amount.

                    To zoom car:
                    Hey zoom car, i'm sorry for registering this complaint. You have helped me lot before, i'm really don't want to register this complaint. I can understand, in this pandemic there is shortage of funds. But i have waited so long, and your customer support is not reachable, so i have no option else.

                    Request you to process my refund. Kindly help me consumer complaints.

                          Hi,
                          I have spoken to zoomcar representatives many times, and everytime i am getting different answer that, you will get the refund in two weeks, you will get refund in 48 hrs etc. Once they said you will recieve a link and after filling your account information you will be given refund instantly, but nothing has happened.
                          It's been more than 2 months now and i am fed of service, zoomcar has given me.

                          I spoken to mr. Pasha who has adviced me that i will get a refund within two weeks. And also adviced me to email you to get the written confirmation of it.

                          I did write a email and i did not get any response.

                          They are conning their loyal customers and i don't think i will be using their services ever again.

                          Total amount of rs. 8868 is pending.
                          Please refund it back.

                              I had completed my booking on 2nd june and had been promised that the refund would be initiated within 15 days but its been over a month that they refund is not initiated. The zoomcar support people keeping extending the dates but nothing happened yet.

                                I had a booking for a car on 10 june 2020 booked through Zoomcar India. It's been more than one month now as on 17 July 2020 that I haven't received my refund back. I've tried to call their helpline multiple times only to be kept in line. I've also written about 10 e-mails to them but didn't get any answer back. I'm really disappointed in their services and would advice all the readers never to avail their services. I think filing a legal complaint against them is the only option left.

                                  Zoomcar swiftly accepted my booking for a car back in May. I cancelled the booking for personal reasons the very next day (31st of May) and after a penalty fee of ₹800 which was deducted, I was promised the balance would be refunded in 24-48 hours. It has been 48 DAYS and there is still no sign of refund. Company is not responding or calling back

                                    Refund of my cancelled booking is pending since 27may2020. Full refund amount shows up under refund processing page of zoomcar but its not taking any step further. I called and wrote mails to zoomcar many times. But every time I received same reply, " you would get refund within a week, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation. "
                                    Its been almost 2 months. Now my call doesn't connect, my mails aren't replied; may be they have blocked my number. This is not just a refund issue but mental harassment.
                                    Zoomcar is running scams on different fronts. Zoomcar is the worst!!

                                      I had booked a zoomcar on 8th june and had paid the deposit of 2000 rs, which was supposed to be refunded back to me in 7-10 business days. It's July 17 today, and after tonnes of complaints, requests to get a call back from the customer service I haven't yet recieved my money. Nor a call from the customer executives. Their policy states that they would give back my refund max by 10-15 days yet I've been calling everyday and registering complaints to get my refund back. Yet no mail/ message or a call have I received from zoomcar! I request you to take action against them and Please give me money and justice.
