My booking corresponding to id: jps6nywdn, have been completed 2 months before on june 4th 2020. The refund amount of 2999 is still pending. I had called up zoomcar customer care few weeks before and the executive assured that i will get my refund in 24 hours, but never happened.
Afterwards i have been trying to reach out to zoomcar but none returns my calls (Despite the repeated message that the executive will reach out.)
I have also informed zoomcar to look into the issue via e mail for which i never got a reply.
My booking details : id : jps6nywdn
Car: hyundai creta
Pick up : 3rd june 2020, 7.30 am, near coimbatore airport
Scheduled drop : 04 june 2020, 6.00 pm, near chennai airport.
Completed on : 04 june 2020, 3.45 pm.
Requesting zoomcar to refund at the earliest.

I can still see bookings open for Zoom cars but customer care numbers are not available!!!
How is this possible!
I need an immediate response and refund !
10 days have passed, I have not received a single call even after your revert on 11th Aug and the deposit should be refunded in 30 days as per your policy but I had hand over the car on 10th July and it has been 40 days but still I have not been told the status of the deposit
