My name is Pankaj Patel. I had a car rental booking from Zoomcar with booking ID JPS6NOF2J. I canceled the booking on 5th April, since then Zoomcar is not refunding my money. Mailed multiple times to Zoomcar helpline but no response from them. Nobody picks the helpline number when called.
I Posted several twits on Twitter but still I didn't get my refund....

Booking amount not refunded

I booked a zoomcar vehicle on 17/05/2020 and zoomcar cancelled it on 21/05/2020 due to extension of lockdown. My booking amount of 12000 hasn't been refunded yet and also numerous attempts to contact zoomcar has fallen to deaf ears. My booking id was jps6n1vbf....

I have paid 9361 rs for car booking in february month for april booking, but due to lock down i have cancelled booking in march month. As per policy i owe 100% cancellation amount but its been 2 month neither they are replying to mails not refunding amount of 9361.

Not getting the refund

I booked a zoomcar on 19 march and returned it on 20 march. But since then they have not refunded the 5000 rupees security money till date. It is 7 june now....

I did a booking with zoomcar but had to cancel the booking due to unavailable car from their side. I cancelled the booking on 15 may and they have still not refunded the booking amount of 9235/-. Their twitter handle is denying to give a timeline on when i will receive my money. They can't just keep the money indefinitely. Please assist in getting my hard earned money back. It's important to us in times of covid. I have tried reaching out...

Refund not received even after two months

Refund not received yet for booking jps6nkjpx. This is the 4th follow up for the same.
Need refund for the above to be credited to a different account. A mail with a link asking for account details was promised to be sent by 18th may during last follow up. This has not been done yet....

Refund not credited since April 2020

Hello zoomcar,

I have not received rs 5811/- refund till date for my below cancelled booking jps6notwe dated apr 10, 2020.
The zoom contact number was unresponsive throughout lockdown and no one answered until 2 weeks back. After several attempts and long wait of 15 minutes, i was able to talk to customer rep on may 10th, where she promised the refund will be credited within 2 weeks.

I have cancelled my booking on 28th apr and as per their page refund initiated on same day. Today june 6th still now i haven't received my amount. I have called their customer care every time i'm getting response like we have issue with payment gateway and it will be resolved in 3 days and your refund will be processed in next 24 hrs.

I called 6 times to get my refund and i didn't receive still. This is my very first booking...

I booked a one way zoom car last month and still haven't received my refund for security and fuel charge. The company promised to refund it within 2 days but the refund hasn't even been initiated. There hasn't been any replies from their customer care either.

money debited twice, refund not processed.

On 30 april i received a call from zoomcar rep to purchase their new "supermiler elite" thing, i told okay.
While making the purchase, money (₹999) from my card was debited two times.

It's been more than a month i've not received the refund, on call support guys tell to wait for 24hrs and promise a callback but no one ever calls back, i had to persistently call them for updates but no response.

Zoom car refund issues

I have taken the zoom car on may 6 and may 20th and returned the car on the same day. Now it is almost a month and i am not yet refunded. Each and every call to customer service is giving me new dates for refund. Can anybody help in getting my refund.

Delayed Delivery

Hi.

I am srinivas and I booked a car two weeks before and still I didnt get the car.
The situation is bit critical for me as i need to travel to my home town.

Now my situation is, I cant go by any other source as I paid 22000 to Zoom Zap.

Customer care support is not helpful and they always send the same reply top wait. But when I booked the car they said they can deliver within one week...

Zoomcar is not refunding customers money

There are so many people who have booked through zoomcar. Some of them had to cancel their plans and hence the booking. Some of them actually want the vehicle. Zoomcar is neither providing vehicles nor refund. I have lost my 50K....

Refund not paying

Hi my booking id is jps66npkg i booked this car on 31st of january 2020 and cancelled it on 14th of april due to covid 19. I got their mail for the cancellation on the same day itself. Since then i tried calling the customer care many times and they just said that you will get your money in 7 days, every time i called them they just answered very rudely that you will get your money and we are not interested to keep your money in the last...

We have booked zoom car and canceeld the booking as chnge of plan and they are not even refunding the amount and even customer care is not responding, it looke like complete fake company in terms of customer service and behaving like normal road side company...

Refund not received till date

I had booked a zoom car on 28th april 2020 and cancelled the same in 29th april 2020. My booking id was jps6n1m2y.. I hafe been continously following up with zoom car executives on phone since first week of may 2020 but they are just giving excuses for not issuing the refund of rs. 7, 892/-. Sometimes they say refund will be issued by 17th may 2020 when lockdown will be released partially.. Sometimes they say there are payment gateway problems...
