Hi zoomcar support team, i haven't received my refund amount of rs 2810 against booking id jps6nyq48 for baleno car booking on 28th of may 20. To 29th of may 20. (Mysore city) i have also spoke with zoom support team but no appropriate response is seen. Please do the needfull at the earliest...

I have booked a zoomcar - tata nexon at (Ka03ag1556) booking id - jps6n1wqb on 5th may 2020 for my wife's hospital checkup and paid[protected] deposit charge and 975 trip charge) thru their app and i have completed my trip on same day and handed over the car. As per their policy, refund of deposit will be processed within 5-7 working days. When i contacting their customer care, its not connecting to talk to their customer care executive due to pandemic situation. When i contacted them thru social media, they replied stating that it will process before june 5th. On june 5th i contacted them again and they stating that another 3-4 weeks it will take to refund. Currently we all customer have only one point of contact - social media where they responding like auto reply messages. Every time when i message them i am getting a reply message that "will process your refund within 3-4 weeks", will process as soon as possible". Request your help on this.

    I subscriped for zap car application wanted to rent a car due to some technical issues i couldn't able to process further after paying my subscription charges now the company is saying they cant refund my money as per there policies mentioned there is probablity to get refund if we haven't take car on rent before car delivery we can apply for refund and i appealed next minute of my payment of subscription charges which is 4999 which they denied to refund it's my hard earned money i cantacted them they are directly saying we will see after lockdown reopens it's to strange

      I cancelled the aforementioned booking on 08th april, 2020 due to lockdown.

      However i have not received my refund of rs 8312 till now.

      Everytime i call them, they are telling me numerous reasons like:

      1. We have an issue with the payment gateway due to lockdown.

      2. We have issued the refund. It will be processed in next 5-15 working days. But alas no refund till now.

      3. Please wait for two three weeks for the refund. It has already been more than 2 months.

      These people should at least tell the clear picture.

      Being a middle class person 8, 312 inr means something to me and it effects my financial stability in some way.

      Please refund the amount immediately.

        My booking was completed on 24 march but still i didn't get refund of petrol...

        One way tour from pune to nagpur
        Refund is not credited in my account... Zoom car application showing refund initiated from 24 march.. There phone is also unreachable and they can't give reply of e-mails.

          Its been around 10 days since i cancelled my booking and still the refund process is not initiated. Kindly process my refund and resolve it at earliest.

            I canceled my zoomcar booking (Booking id jps6nksya) on 15th april 2020 due to lockdown.
            I got the refund processed email on 16th april 2020 (Screenshot attached).

            As per the policy (Which says that amount will be reflected up to 15 days), i waited for 20 days and till now i haven't got a refund.

            I have emailed them many times but they are not providing me any reasonable response. This is my very bad experience with zoomcar.

              Last february 23 i have finished a booking with zoom car in chennai and refund amount of 2775 inr is pending from my security deposit amount which is promised to be refunded by the company. There is no response from the company for my complaint. No refunds has been initiated.

                I have reached out to zoomcar help and support on more than 10 occasions in the last 3 months and have received no response on my refund related query. Below are the details of the information received and actions taken along with the unresponsiveness of the zoom car support team.

                Actions that are taken for booking id jps6nq1w7:
                1. Made booking jps6nq1w7 using the zoomcar app on 25th feb 2020 by paying 12885 by my credit card ending with xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6825.
                2. I canceled my zoomcar booking with id jps6nq1w7 on 30th march 2020 by agreeing on the charges of 200 as cancellation amount and the refund balance as 12685 that needs to be credited by zoomcar back to my credit card. I received a confirmation about the cancellation by zoomcar by an sms.
                3. I received an sms from zoomcar saying the refund will be initiated by 31st march.
                4. I raised several queries from zoomcar support and everyone mentioned that i would be updated by email/call about the delay in refund.

                Please note the following trouble that i have to incur due to zoomcar incapability of processing the payment.
                1. I made the payment for the booking with id jps6nq1w7 with my credit card on 25th feb.
                2. The credit card will expire by 09/20 and the delay in refund by zoomcar will lead to an inconvenience at my end to spend the money credited to my credit card within the limited time frame remaining in my card (09/20).
                3. To avoid the outstanding and extra charges i have now paid an additional 12685 for the zoomcar booking from my credit card but the delay in refund may lead to complications in retrieving it back.
                4. Zoomcar executives have not informed me about the reason for the delay in my booking and have given very generic issues (Lockdown/covid-19/pandemic). But as per my understanding, this is a clear case of credit reversal that is happening and being processed by other companies and banks are also supporting this.
                5. There isn't a need for physical inspection or personnel to be on the ground for my case with the booking id jps6nq1w7 and can be processed from home as the booking was canceled two weeks in advance.

                Unanswered queries by zoomcar:
                1. Why didn't zoomcar intimate me about the exact reason for the delay that i have been asking about in an email?
                2. Has zoomcar noted the credit card expiry and details of the reversal needed for my booking well in advance so that i can utilize the credit?
                3. I need the bank details along with the transaction details (Incase raised already) from which zoomcar will refund the credit for the booking jps6nq1w7?
                4. Today it is almost 6 weeks since my cancellation request, how much longer would it take to credit the refund?

                  My name is Pankaj Patel. I had a car rental booking from Zoomcar with booking ID JPS6NOF2J. I canceled the booking on 5th April, since then Zoomcar is not refunding my money. Mailed multiple times to Zoomcar helpline but no response from them. Nobody picks the helpline number when called.
                  I Posted several twits on Twitter but still I didn't get my refund.

                      I booked a zoomcar vehicle on 17/05/2020 and zoomcar cancelled it on 21/05/2020 due to extension of lockdown. My booking amount of 12000 hasn't been refunded yet and also numerous attempts to contact zoomcar has fallen to deaf ears. My booking id was jps6n1vbf.

                        I have paid 9361 rs for car booking in february month for april booking, but due to lock down i have cancelled booking in march month. As per policy i owe 100% cancellation amount but its been 2 month neither they are replying to mails not refunding amount of 9361.

                              I did a booking with zoomcar but had to cancel the booking due to unavailable car from their side. I cancelled the booking on 15 may and they have still not refunded the booking amount of 9235/-. Their twitter handle is denying to give a timeline on when i will receive my money. They can't just keep the money indefinitely. Please assist in getting my hard earned money back. It's important to us in times of covid. I have tried reaching out to them all the ways possible. This is very stressful.

                                Refund not received yet for booking jps6nkjpx. This is the 4th follow up for the same.
                                Need refund for the above to be credited to a different account. A mail with a link asking for account details was promised to be sent by 18th may during last follow up. This has not been done yet.
                                Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Zoom car customer service assistant behaved so bad that he cut the call on my face and refused to listen to the full complaint. The zoomcar customer service line also never works properly and this has been a major hassle while trying to follow up for refund amount of more than ₹15000 which has not been refunded for almost 2 months post cancellation.

                                  Hello zoomcar,

                                  I have not received rs 5811/- refund till date for my below cancelled booking jps6notwe dated apr 10, 2020.
                                  The zoom contact number was unresponsive throughout lockdown and no one answered until 2 weeks back. After several attempts and long wait of 15 minutes, i was able to talk to customer rep on may 10th, where she promised the refund will be credited within 2 weeks.

                                  Haven't received even after 2 months now. Is this the way zoomcar does business?. Please credit my refund of rs 5811/- and confirm me over my registered number.

                                  We have the same issue. Our amount is almost 16K and our cancellation was done during March end. Zoom car customer service is deteriorating by the day.

                                    I have cancelled my booking on 28th apr and as per their page refund initiated on same day. Today june 6th still now i haven't received my amount. I have called their customer care every time i'm getting response like we have issue with payment gateway and it will be resolved in 3 days and your refund will be processed in next 24 hrs.

                                    I called 6 times to get my refund and i didn't receive still. This is my very first booking on zoomcar and i never book again in future.

                                      I booked a one way zoom car last month and still haven't received my refund for security and fuel charge. The company promised to refund it within 2 days but the refund hasn't even been initiated. There hasn't been any replies from their customer care either.
