Hello zoomcar,
I have not received rs 5811/- refund till date for my below cancelled booking jps6notwe dated apr 10, 2020.
The zoom contact number was unresponsive throughout lockdown and no one answered until 2 weeks back. After several attempts and long wait of 15 minutes, i was able to talk to customer rep on may 10th, where she promised the refund will be credited within 2 weeks.
Haven't received even after 2 months now. Is this the way zoomcar does business?. Please credit my refund of rs 5811/- and confirm me over my registered number.
