I had cancelled my zoomcar booking, they had said they would fully refund within 15 days, but unfortunately everytime i call. They they say with 2 weeks i will get the refund. I have completed a trip after that for which alao i have not received the refunds of the fuel bills, security deposit.

    I had booked a car rental for 10 days on the zoomcar app. Due to lockdown in the country, i had canceled the booking according to policy and expecting a full refund of rs 10865. The cancellation was done on 28th march 2020 and they messaged on the app that refund will be processed in 10-15 days. It has been nearly 3 months and still, refunds are not returned. I have tried calling customer care and sending them multiple emails. I have got no response from them.

      I hired a car for intercity travel. I had to pay rs 5000 as security and rs 1300 for fuel for the trip. The policy specifically mentioned that the entire amount will be refunded within the next 2 days if the entire payment is done through phonepay platform. But sadly, it has been more than 2 weeks that i haven't gotten any refund from their side. When i kept pestering them by incessant calls on their customer care number, they finally responded by saying that it might take atleast another 3-4 weeks for the refund to be initiated and that they can't do anything about this. And, that the policy guidelines on their app is just their for their legal rights and not that of the customers. I am really disappointed. I am thinking about filing a legal complaintin case in don't get my refund within the next 3-4 days.

        Zoom car booking booking id # jps6nj95f was between 5th may 2020 to 25th may2020 for xuv500 at. The cancellation was done on 8th april 2020. However till date no refund given by zoomcar. The customer care does not pick up phone, no call back by the zoomcar company, no replies to email requests. It looks like zoomcar company does not intend to give the refund.

            I have booked a car from zoomcar and paid amount of 3500 and they said 2999 will be refunded after 24 hours but it's been 20 days till now i have not received the refund amount.
            Please take action on this company and release my refund.

                I booked a car at Zoomcar for a day's travel. The demanded a security deposit of Rs 5000 which I paid.
                I had to cancel that booking due to some unavoidable circumstances the booking shows completed and a pending refund of Rs.5832 It's been 2 weeks since I cancelled the booking. There is no response from their customer care side neither they have processed my refund.

                  Hello,

                  I have 3 booking with zoomcar which i had to cancel because of covid-19 lockdown. They have not yet initiated the refund for these 3 bookings. They say that have some error. They are facing this error from the last 3 months which is not acceptable. Such a big company is facing a technical error from the last 3 months is a false claim. I want to know the reason for not refunding the amount. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible it's a humble request. It's been too long to initiate the refund only. I don't know what you guys are doing

                    I had booked a vehicle through zoom car. The trip got ended on 22nd may. Its almost a month now and i am yet to get a refund which was to be completed with a week.

                      I have raised request in zoomcar app several times to change my registered email id because the one i am using is misused by some people. If you do not have an option to change emailid associated with zoomcar account, at least delete or deactivate my zoomcar account so that no one logs in with my credentials. This is a basic feature that if someone wants to deactivate their account, they must be given an option to do so

                        But the refund has still not been processed as of now (15th june, 2020). I've sending email and call requests but there is not a single response for the same.

                          I did not do my trip and because of their failure to provide car i applied for refund of amount rs 8051 on 13th may 2020. My booking ids are jps6n1smz and jps6n10u0 and till now i haven’t received my refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and its 26th day. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any reasonable response. I have called them but still i didn’t received the refund. I have attached all receipt and details of refund.

                            I had booked a cab in feb 2020 for travel in may 2020 (Booking id # jps6njw9f) however due to pandemic i had to cancel the booking.
                            I had cancelled the same on 09th april, but still the amount is not refunded to me.

                            I tried to contact customer care but without luck.

                            Please try to resolve the issue as earliest.

                                I have booked a ride in zoom car app and due to personal reasons i have cancelled. I paid rs. 5849 through internet, as per the cancellation policy i would get rs.5649 as refund. But i didn't get the refund for the past 6 months. No proper response in their customer care department. Contacted too many times. Now they have removed my contact number from their customer care data entry. No response.

                                  I have booked a zoomcar - tata nexon at (Ka03ag1556) booking id - jps6n1wqb on 5th may 2020 for my wife's hospital checkup and paid[protected] deposit charge and 975 trip charge) thru their app and i have completed my trip on same day and handed over the car. As per their policy, refund of deposit will be processed within 5-7 working days. When i contacting their customer care, its not connecting to talk to their customer care executive due to pandemic situation. When i contacted them thru social media, they replied stating that it will process before june 5th. On june 5th i contacted them again and they stating that another 3-4 weeks it will take to refund. Currently we all customer have only one point of contact - social media where they responding like auto reply messages. Every time when i message them i am getting a reply message that "will process your refund within 3-4 weeks", will process as soon as possible". Request your help on this.

                                    I subscriped for zap car application wanted to rent a car due to some technical issues i couldn't able to process further after paying my subscription charges now the company is saying they cant refund my money as per there policies mentioned there is probablity to get refund if we haven't take car on rent before car delivery we can apply for refund and i appealed next minute of my payment of subscription charges which is 4999 which they denied to refund it's my hard earned money i cantacted them they are directly saying we will see after lockdown reopens it's to strange

                                      I cancelled the aforementioned booking on 08th april, 2020 due to lockdown.

                                      However i have not received my refund of rs 8312 till now.

                                      Everytime i call them, they are telling me numerous reasons like:

                                      1. We have an issue with the payment gateway due to lockdown.

                                      2. We have issued the refund. It will be processed in next 5-15 working days. But alas no refund till now.

                                      3. Please wait for two three weeks for the refund. It has already been more than 2 months.

                                      These people should at least tell the clear picture.

                                      Being a middle class person 8, 312 inr means something to me and it effects my financial stability in some way.

                                      Please refund the amount immediately.
