I have booked a zoomcar - tata nexon at (Ka03ag1556) booking id - jps6n1wqb on 5th may 2020 for my wife's hospital checkup and paid[protected] deposit charge and 975 trip charge) thru their app and i have completed my trip on same day and handed over the car. As per their policy, refund of deposit will be processed within 5-7 working days. When i contacting their customer care, its not connecting to talk to their customer care executive due to pandemic situation. When i contacted them thru social media, they replied stating that it will process before june 5th. On june 5th i contacted them again and they stating that another 3-4 weeks it will take to refund. Currently we all customer have only one point of contact - social media where they responding like auto reply messages. Every time when i message them i am getting a reply message that "will process your refund within 3-4 weeks", will process as soon as possible". Request your help on this.
