Hello,

I made the booking on 16 may 2020 at 11:39 am, paid 9978 inr for booking, and 2999 inr as deposit total amount 12977 inr and later canceled my booking on 16 may 2020 at 11:49 am. My booking id jps6n1eyx.

Still, i didn’t get any refund amount. I called too many times to customer care but every time says we work from home and remotely so it takes some time but now it's more than one month and now i not able to reach customer care. How to reach to your customer care? And also i checked the status of the refund amount in the web portal, now shows that refund completed. But i didn’t receive any amount in my sbi credit card.

I patiently waited, but not received any amount back till now. I lodged the complaint but not received any revert (Email attached).

Please help in getting my money back.

I am hoping the zoom team will hear my voice and do the needful...

Thanks for replying after 1 months and 16 days.
Its already from 3 months pending refund issue and still you need more time. Sir everybody use online system, why u need moretime?

    I have made some bookings from zoom car and have to cancel them because of some personal reasons. I have my credit card dues pending and any delay in this regards will impose late due fine. Please find the booking details below:
    Booking ids - jps6nyupl, jps6n1hl4, jps6n1hqo, jps6n1hqo, jps6n1hqo, jps6n1u0x.

    I have made several complains to the zoom car customer care executives in past 1 month, but all in vain. This is not at all acceptable from a company like zoomcar. Request you to look into this and get this processed as soon as possible.

      I had 2 bookings and both of them i cancelled them a long time back but still didn't receive any refund amount. Below are the details :

      1. Jps6nkj4l [cancelled on 16-may-20] - ₹ 5, 373 refund amount
      2. Jps6nkoqh [cancelled on 23-may-20] - ₹ 6, 425 refund amount

      Total: ₹ 11, 798

      I have followed up for the same on-call every week but each time i get the false promise that amount would be refunded in 1 week, i am now frustrated talking with customer executive on call.

      Please take it on high priority.

        Its more than 45 days after i have cancelled zoomcar booking. But till now refund is pending from zoom car. My registered mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have complained to their customer care 3 times but still no progress.

          I need to file a complaint against zoom car india pvt ltd, a rental car company based in bangalore.
          I have cancelled my few car bookings and even after 65 days the refund amount is not yet credited. I followed up many times to zoom car but nothing has come out.
          I am attaching booking details for each booking for your easy reference.
          There are total 7 refunds around inr 7.0 lacs are awaited from the company and even after continuous follow up it has not been refunded back.
          Now i have doubts about the company's intentions, currently i am working in dubai and seeking your needful action in this regard.
          Request you please help me, now it becomes a mental harassment to me.
          Awaiting a positive response from your side.

              It's been a month since i cancelled my booking. But zoomcar has not yet refunded my money. The delay is unacceptable. Your customer care number is not reachable. You don't reply to emails. Is the company still functional?

                I had done the following 8 bookings on zoomcar. Booking date: between 13 feb 2020 to 15 feb 2020. I was assured in february that i will be refunded back the whole booking money if i cancel my booking 24 hours before the start of my booking. Disputed booking details are as mentioned below.

                Sir, i am a car enthusiast and i usually book to drive the car on every saturday. But due to the ongoing covid situation, i had to cancel these bookings. It's been more than 60 days since i am chasing zoomcar customer care begging (I am really begging for my own hard-earned money) for my money but they are giving an excuse that the payment gateway is down and they are not able to refund the money and they are giving me this excuse since 60 days. Sir, it would be really great of you if you can help me with getting my refunds. I have even written to the company ceo and india's head but no one wants to reply me back. Attached is the screenshot. Their emails for your reference: [protected]@zoomcar.com, sudhindra. [protected]@zoomcar.com, hemanth. [protected]@zoomcar.com. No one is having the courtesy to come and give me a resolution and i am feeling cheated and i have already called customer care more than 100 times.

                          I booked a car on 23rd june with a new zoomcar account. As soon as the booking was about to start they informed that document is not clear please upload another. I uploaded another then they said you are having multiple accounts so you have to upload a picture of another document instead of aadhar card. I uploaded my passport for secondary document. Once the document was uploaded they stopped responding. I was in hurry to leave for my urgent work for which i specifically booked the car. Same day i tried to contact them through each possible way but no one replied till 12:00. I left for my work and now i want the refund back and the new account deleted with all documents also deleted. It was really very disappointing experience with zoomcar.                               I booked maruthi swift at for june 1, 2020.
                              Although i am not satisfied with the delivery and pick up service, i did not complain.
                              On june 5 th, i made a request of the refund on the app. I got a call back request to wait for 2 more weeks. After 10 days, i contacted again to remind them. The customer care representative mr. Rohit chakraborthy responded very rudely and in an unprofessional manner. He asked me to wait 4 more days.
                              So now it's already been 23 days since my booking date, there wasn't a single update from the zoom car.
                              I am totally disappointed with your service.
                              I have already given a 1-star rating on google play store.
                              What are you guys planning exactly? Are you trying to recover all the losses caused during lockdown by drawing interest on our amounts?
                              No one will believe your cock and bull stories of technical issues in this hi-tech generation.
                              What's even more frustrating is they don't have a customer care number or email id. We have to wait for their call back. I didn't expect such kind of worst service from your organization. I would never ever recommend your service to any one.
                              I demand to resolve the issue of my refund

                                I made a booking on month of may'20 last week for 6-7 june but i cancelled booking on 30th may'20. But still my amount is not refunded & when i called to customer support no one is updating the refund status & they updated me that you will get your refund in 2-3 weeks. Already 2-3 weeks gone but still my amount not refunded yet.

                                    I booked a car (I20) for 10 days. The car was supposed to be delivered on 1 jun 2020 at 9am but when i reached the location (Sana kirana store bilal nagar) at 8:30 am i did not find the car and reached their customer service. First she told me that they will deliver it at 9am, i waited until 9:10 am and also tried to contact her but to no avail. At 9:15 am when i took a cab back i got a call from them asking me to go to shamshad to pick up the car i told it was not possible for me but asked them to deliver the car to my location and also offered to pay extra but they said it was not possible for them and said they my full money will be refunded in 14 days. Then after one week i call the customer service and they told me the refund was not yet initiated but however they have kept it in process now and will take another 2 weeks. Then after 2 days i called to know the status of my refund and they said it will be done in two weeks. Since they i tried to reach out to them through calls and many emails but to no avail. Today it's been 23 days and my money is not refunded.

                                      Hi made a booking which gor cancelled and again i made a booking having same duration and all. 13th of June it was completed and with all the formalities i submitted back the rented vehicle. Instantly after that i received a mail from Zoomcar about the calculated refund amount but till date even after following up with the team, no one has l reverted back to me and no update is received wether the amount is initiated or not. As per their policy it says max 7 days to settle the amount but seems like they are also not happy with their policy as it is obviously took time more than that.
