I made a booking on month of may'20 last week for 6-7 june but i cancelled booking on 30th may'20. But still my amount is not refunded & when i called to customer support no one is updating the refund status & they updated me that you will get your refund in 2-3 weeks. Already 2-3 weeks gone but still my amount not refunded yet.

    I have booked a car on 29th may and cancelled the booking on 30th May. They are telling refund will given in 15 days. But it has been 25 days I didn't any process from their.can you please help me out

      I booked a car (I20) for 10 days. The car was supposed to be delivered on 1 jun 2020 at 9am but when i reached the location (Sana kirana store bilal nagar) at 8:30 am i did not find the car and reached their customer service. First she told me that they will deliver it at 9am, i waited until 9:10 am and also tried to contact her but to no avail. At 9:15 am when i took a cab back i got a call from them asking me to go to shamshad to pick up the car i told it was not possible for me but asked them to deliver the car to my location and also offered to pay extra but they said it was not possible for them and said they my full money will be refunded in 14 days. Then after one week i call the customer service and they told me the refund was not yet initiated but however they have kept it in process now and will take another 2 weeks. Then after 2 days i called to know the status of my refund and they said it will be done in two weeks. Since they i tried to reach out to them through calls and many emails but to no avail. Today it's been 23 days and my money is not refunded.

        Hi made a booking which gor cancelled and again i made a booking having same duration and all. 13th of June it was completed and with all the formalities i submitted back the rented vehicle. Instantly after that i received a mail from Zoomcar about the calculated refund amount but till date even after following up with the team, no one has l reverted back to me and no update is received wether the amount is initiated or not. As per their policy it says max 7 days to settle the amount but seems like they are also not happy with their policy as it is obviously took time more than that.

            I and a group of friends rented zoomcar last year. The deposit was supposed to be refunded in a month or so but its been more than 6 months now and we still havent received it. we've tried contacting zoomcar by emails and whatnot but to no prevail.

              Its been nearly 40 days i cancelled my booking and didn't receive the refund yet. I see there are many other cases like this. I need to get the refund of 27000 rs. This is very huge money for me. Its really very bad customer support by zoom. They need to at-least address this issue and need to give a confirmation on whether we are going to receive the money or not.

                I have not received the refund for couple of bookings which was cancelled on 30th mar'20 and 27th apr'20. Booking reference are jps6noowl / jps6njge7.

                During this covid situation how can it be fair for a corporate to hold the money and as an individual, iam facing a cash crunch.

                  I had made a booking on 27 may 2020, for 3rd june, after waiting for 2 days i got a call from one of their agents he told me to cancel the booking because the car is not available in my area.
                  So i canceled my booking on the 30th of may after that i am still waiting for my refund, at least they should replay or give a call for a refund.
                  So please help me i had already lost my job now they are like torturing.

                    I did a booking on 6th of june, 20 for which payment made was successful but due to some glitch of companies app, it was showing no bookings in my dashboard. I wrote about this for which i got a mail from zoomcar team that booking i made got cancelled and all the amount i'll get back as refund. Up untill now, there is no update or status about whether the refund amout is initiated or not even after doing so much follow ups for the same.

                    It feels bad to know that this is the service providing by Zoomcar Company. It is now a month following up with these guys and still they're ignoring my queries like my money isn't my money, it's there money which has to be refunded to me.

                    Why Zoom car guys are not taking seriously about this cancelled booking neither here nor in the app?

                    This really so much frustrating asking about the same thing everytime without getting even a single response.

                    See, they are like they will not respond to that booking which got cancelled due to their mistake.
                    What is the need to return the money to their customer?
                    It's like, they've got the money without even providing rented vehicle, money for nothing so why would now they'll even feel like they should listen to or respond to any queries?

                    I think it's time to sue them

                      I have not yet received the refund for the cancelled booking (Jps6nk516) on apr 6th 2020.
                      I have received an email from zoomcar mentioning "refund of xxxx.0 has been initiated to your original source. As per your bank, the amount should reflect in your account by thu, 9 apr 14:05"

                      I couldn't contact customer care through ivrs and not even a single reply for lots of emails/queries sent. And till now, i haven't received the refund. It would be great if atleast zoomcar can share the transaction details to my registered mail i'd.

                          This has been an issue with zoomcar. I have seen at least 100 odd such complaints on twitter and play store reviews. Even i am a victim of zoomcar's fraudulent activity. I lost the hope of getting back my refund as already 6 weeks passed since the cancellation of my booking (Id: jps6n15ha & jps6n15g4) and still no response from zoomcar's side. Totally rs 10, 589 is pending from zoomcar side. This is a huge amount for me.

                            I booked a car in zoomcar app picked up on 23 march and returned back on 24 march. I opted for with fuel options it means that i need to pay for fuel and it will be refunded by zoomcar. I raised complaint in zoomcar in month of march they intimated me that i'll be getting refund by april month i didn't recieve it and again i raised complaint they said by the month of may i'll get but didn't recieve.in month of june i raised complaint through twitter. No response from the customer care till now. I was trying to reach customer care but they are denying to attempt calls. I tried through mail but not even single call or mail i received till now. Now i am raising the complaint against zoomcar to compensate my money and also as they broke there rules i need an settlement from zoomcar. I am attaching all thr proof you can cross check for.

                              I have completed my trip on 18th may 2020 and i till now i haven’t received me security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and its 26th day. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response. I have called them but still i didn’t received the refund.

                                I cancelled a booking worth 7247 inr on 2nd may 2020.
                                Booking id :- jps6n1hwe

                                I completed another booking on 18th may with a refund pending of 4581 inr
                                Booking id :- jps6n1ed9

                                In total, an amount of 11, 828 inr is pending from over a period of 48 days. (15 days are max, they say)

                                Now, i cannot reach the zoomcar customer service number since 20th may. If i call the customer service number from my registered mobile number, the call does not connect. So after that i used another mobile to call on the customer service number where i entered my registered mobile number to get a call back.
                                As of now, even this is not happening. If i enter my registered mobile number, they say "the number is invalid".

                                So, first of all, for more than a month and half, a refund worth approximately 12k is pending, and now i cannot reach the customer service in any manner?
                                They for sure have blocked my number now. Because from any other number at least the call connects.

                                This is very infuriating and if i don't get a response soon, i will be forced to taka a legal action.

                                  Never ever go for zoomcar. It was my first and my worst experience ever. Me and my family planned and had a bad day thanks to zoomcar. We literally couldn't attend the function.

                                  I made my booking 2 days before the function on june 1st 2020 at 8:00am for a ford figo. On that morning 7:30am i got a call from an executive saying the car is on its way, i tried calling the delivery executive, no response.
                                  Then i got another call at 8:00am from the same guy saying there are no ford figos available and that he will replace me with a mahindra tuv. I was happy for a moment.
                                  We were supposed to leave at 8:00am sharp. And finally that god forsaken words came from that agent saying that he's extremely sorry and that he'll cancel my booking. I was literally so astonished and disappointed to hear what he said. Because i and my family were waiting and it was too late and on top of that he's that he'll cancel.

                                  If there were no cars why couldn't you guys tell us a little earlier like a day ago so i could have planned everything accordingly.
                                  All is done now, i just want my refund to be deposited to my bank. It has been 20 days and still no word or call. I demand for my refund effective immediately to my bank.

                                    My Zoom Car booking id is JPS6664HS

                                    After many followups, no response from Zoom till now for my cancelled booking in 26th April 2020 regarding the refund of Rs, 4240..(due to covid 19 - cancellation done by Zoom itself)

                                    No one answering the customer care also, they just keep us hold for long time and disconnect it without talking.
                                    I am a long time customer with ZOOM (more than 6 years). Didnt expect such a respone..

                                    Also i sent lot of emails to their support team as well. but no response till now.

                                    I would like to withdraw the refund through IMPS. Can u please help me out???

Really frustrated with your service and pls rfund my money immediately.. pl dont give anymore excuses.. i have waited for enough time. Hope u will understand and do the needful.

                                      I have been continuously following up on the issue, all i hear from zoom customer service is that, there is a glitch in their system, which is causing the delay for refund. I see many others are waiting for their refund for more than a month. Main question i have for zoomcar is, if there was a glitch in receiving the payment for booking they would be fixing it in no time, because that would clear loss to them. Now the issue is for customer to get their money back, which zoomcar thinks that customer can wait for months, how fair is this? What is the plan zomcar is having, another big scam? I need help here, i feel like this is being done intentionally, it's not any system problem. Zoomcar must return my refund of 12, 700 rs. This is not small amout.

                                        I ve completed my zoomcar ride one month before still i didn't get my refund.
                                        First, i ve contacted customer care they said it will take 10-14 days, but after one month no one picking the call and still no refund. Now it seems they removed the option to talk customer care executive.

                                        Totally disappointed with zoom car services.
